Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

Our night nanny was a God sent. Within four nights she helped our daughter, who’s two years and seven months, sleep through with no crying method whatsoever. It was great to have Margarita around. I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.

Night Nannies have been super efficient… Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me. Our maternity nurse was fantastic and we loved having her. She was really good in setting up routines with our twin baby girls which we are now following, and in helping my wife establish breastfeeding with them. She was great in encouraging us to take the babies out for local walks from the start, and we managed a trip to our nearest shopping centre and tea at M&S cafe, all of which gave us a lot of confidence in taking them out and about. She has a great relationship with our babies and they are missing her already!

A friend told me about Night Nannies ‘super nanny’ trouble-shooters so got in touch to get help as we were struggling with some really difficult behaviours with our 3yo son that were affecting us very negatively as a family. Our ‘super nanny’ came and observed us for an afternoon through to bedtime and talked us through her detailed observations and recommendations. 6 weeks later, his behaviour is transformed, the power struggles much reduced, the scary meltdowns have disappeared are and we are a much happier family.
