Our specialised team of extensively trained and highly experienced Sleep Trainers and Consultants work in partnership with families to help improve the sleep of children on solid food, aged between 6 months to 6 years.
Sleep Trainers will visit your home and curate a developmentally appropriate sleep plan, tailored to suit your child and with respect to your parenting ethos. You will feel comfortable and confident with the process as your Sleep Trainer implements the strategies agreed and supports you in achieving best results and long term success.
They will usually need between 3-5 nights to resolve sleep problems, or a series of 24 hour shifts. Some of our Sleep Trainers can also travel abroad to help you. Once your baby is sleeping through the night you will notice a significant change for the better in behaviour, concentration and daytime sleeping habits. All cultural, religious and lifestyle factors will be tailored for and we are committed to providing an inclusive and respectful practice.
All of our team are fully vetted, with an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and an up to date paediatric first aid certificate.
