Our 10-month-old baby has never been a good sleeper, waking up 2 to 4 times a night and needing to fall asleep in our arms. Nap time was a constant struggle, with him barely sleeping for 30 minutes at a time. Frustrated and sleep-deprived, we decided to seek help from a sleep trainer, and luckily, we found Night Nannies. The night before the sleep trainer's arrival, my wife was filled with anxiety and even considered cancelling. However, her presence immediately put us at ease, exuding professionalism and confidence. After just two nights of guidance, we began to witness a remarkable transformation. Today, our baby sleeps soundly from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.! We diligently follow the routine that was recommended, and it's been a game-changer for us. But the sleep trainer's expertise goes beyond fixing sleep schedules. Lea is a professional and very knowledgeable nanny. She helped us taking care of our baby boy for two months, from his two months until almost four and we fell straight away at ease with her. It was difficult for me to leave him as he is my first child, but she completely understood and made it easier for me as I knew he was in good and caring hands. If the circumstances were different and have to go back to work away from home, we would have continued to have her with us, and we hope that situation will change and call her back to take care of our baby.

"Night Nanny our guardian angel"Our Night Nanny/Sleep trainer was amazing in every way. She taught our 18 months old son who suffered from reflux severely and would wake up sometimes every 45 minutes finally to sleep and settle himself.The moment our Sleep trainer came through our door we felt guided and supported. Wilbur would click instantly with her and we could feel her warmth and positive energy towards all of us. She just made us feel at ease. She stayed with us for 6 nights and it felt like having a guardian angel around. She motivated us constantly and progressed with Wilbur so rapidly it felt like a miracle and at the same time everything our Sleep trainer explained and advised us about Wilbur and our routine with him made total sense and explained all our issues we had with him previously.Wilbur is now managing to sleep through and even manages to settle himself back to sleep when he feels poorly. He seems so much more confident and we feel we can read him so much better now.Our Night Nanny/sleep trainer was truly the best decision we’ve made in a long time as she really fixed Wilbur’s bad sleeping habits and also made sure we can implement a routine suitable for us as a family.Johanna

We had an excellent experience with the maternity nurse we found through night nannies. She worked with us in June and July 2019, starting when our son was 3 weeks old. We had planned to start with her a week after his expected due date but he was born 3 weeks earlier than expected and she was working with another family at the time. Nonetheless, she was able to make herself available to help us whenever she had free time on days off, and before that was always available for a call and on WhatsApp from as soon as we agreed to work together earlier in my pregnancy. She answered any questions we had about preparing for the baby, and gave great advice on what to buy and what was not essential at the time. She also helped us find the best deals and offers around. This was extremely helpful for us because we felt overwhelmed with preparations, especially when we knew he would arrive early, and were exhausted in the early days after the delivery. I don’t know what we would have done without her support and guidance in those early days.

When she started full time with us she immediately brought structure and order. She advised us on how to better set up our son’s things, and gave us tons of other tips and tricks for managing everyday life with a baby. She was with us for events we were nervous about like his first bath, and came to hospital with us when he had to do a small surgical procedure. Having her with us in hospital was so comforting; she was supportive and reassuring, and kept us calm. She also spotted other issues early on, such as a thrush infection he had just as it was starting to appear, and always knew exactly what to do. If it were not for her his infection could gotten much worse.

She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about caring for a newborn. She also introduced a routine early on which was essential in helping us get things on track and explained the idea behind the routine so we were able to adjust where necessary. We learned so much from her that we became so much more confident and comfortable.

Breastfeeding was not easy for me and there were several points at which I felt I could not continue. Having her around helped in this challenging time. She helped me find the most comfortable positions for feeding and identify the reason for some issues we were having, such as incorrect latch.

As a person, she is very considerate, calm, cheerful, positive and helpful. She is flexible and always trying to make things easier for us. My husband and I really enjoyed having her around. She was also easy to live with and very tidy.

Most importantly, she was amazing with our baby. She was loving and warm, and had a great way with him; he absolutely loved her! We felt extremely confident in her ability to take care of him and comfortable leaving him alone with her from day 1. She still asks about him frequently and is always happy to answer any questions we have as he grows.

Thanks to her, our first few weeks as parents were relaxed and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend her to any new parent.

Excellent Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!
