‘Our little boy, almost 10months, started waking up during the night almost every 1,5h crying for milk, while before he was waking every 3-4h before. We were desperate, not knowing what caused that, instead of sleeping more while growing, be worse than a newborn. So, I searched through the internet and found out about a new term ‘sleep trainer ‘ I couldn’t believe that existed. Being a bit hesitant since I didn’t know how this worked or how it would work for me since I live far away from London /Uk , I called the agency and they suggested one girl for us! At first, we were planning for her to fly to us but then we realized that this couldn’t work since the baby didn’t have its own bedroom in the house and he was sleeping with us, so we asked her if she could consult us from distant. She accepted and we started. I was really stressed about how this could even work, but from the first night the baby started changing, something I could never believe it was possible. She strategically set up a new schedule for him from day to night which was mandatory for him to change habits and start sleeping. She was there on her phone during the night to advise me in case I needed her and also during the day. I was constantly asking questions since there were so many things and changes for us and the baby but she was there insisting to her technics, since I was so stressed and scared. In a week time, baby finally learned how to soothe himself when waking up during the night or day naps, he eats more, he plays more and he is happier. We also know what to do with him and what to expect from him during the day. I would definitely recommend her for a life changing experience for the baby and the parents! ‘Adriana P.

She was very respectful and discreet, very experienced with babies and their cues and has an overall warm and caring presence. She was very proactive and always eager to help. The wonderful night nanny worked for us for 11 weeks in spring 2022. We loved her so much that it was difficult to let her go (but she trained our baby son to sleep from 7pm - 7am so we no longer needed her!). She is the ultimate professional: punctual, organized, neat and clean, detail oriented, hard working and efficient. I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.

Wedding nanny The agency provided a last minute nanny to help us look after our 10 week old son at our wedding. She was just fantastic, from the moment she arrived I felt at ease and so did our son. She was super organised and looked after our son throughout the wedding, but brought him to us for photos etc but didn’t let him get too overstimulated. He even slept throughout the entire meal! I cannot praise her enough, she made me feel at ease that he was in good hands allowing us to really enjoy our wedding. She has such a calm and organised approach.

We contacted the agency because our seven month old baby girl did not nap during the day. Before supernanny came, the baby was a good sleeper at night, but refused to sleep during the day and we had to go outside and walk her in the pram every time we wanted to her to nap. We knew that wasn't the right way, but we had tried a few times to put her in the crib and she would cry for over an hour till we picked her up again. When supernanny came and observed our daily routine with baby she quickly suggested us to change a few things, starting with the time baby woke up in the morning as well as the feeding schedule. Supernanny explained to us that a baby her age had to nap twice a day for total of 3h (before did nap only in the pram for about 2h total a day) and go to bed at night no later than 7.30pm (before we would put her to sleep at 9.30pm till 8am the next day).Supernanny stayed with us for four days and started to change things at the first day. Of course, baby refused to nap during the day during the first days but she cried no more than 25minutes the first day and it was less and less the days after. Two weeks later, I can finally say that baby no longer cries when we put her in the crib for napping during the day and it is PRICELESS. I was sceptical at first of all changes that Supernanny was implementing but we decided to give it a chance and now I'm finally convinced. Called this agency has been such a good investment and now we feel confident of what we have to do to make baby feel better and rested.In addition to the sleeping issues, supernanny made us understand that we had to change a few things in baby's feeding schedule so sleeping routine could work, which we did.I am also grateful for how supernanny showed us how to get rid of the dummy. I have to say that looking back now, we were probably using it too much, specifically to calm baby down (I think this also had to do with baby not sleeping properly so was more fussy all the time). My partner and I were literally on our knees when Liz came along. Our 8 week old baby girl had severe silent reflux and screamed from 6pm to 11pm without pause every evening. This started extending in to the day and my partner was unable to go into work he was so exhausted. I called Liz who came around that night and brought reassurance, humour and sanity into our household. What I loved most about Liz was her calmness and experience without ever making either of us feel stupid or incompetent. She gently experimented with various things (revisiting swaddling was a key move!) and despite being in a fairly small flat, she very quickly became like a family member. We ended up having some very funny chats and even when Poppy was 100% improved we could hardly bring ourselves to stop using Liz. She is utterly brilliant and lovely and kind and funny.
