Our maternity nurse was fantastic and we loved having her. She was really good in setting up routines with our twin baby girls which we are now following, and in helping my wife establish breastfeeding with them. She was great in encouraging us to take the babies out for local walks from the start, and we managed a trip to our nearest shopping centre and tea at M&S cafe, all of which gave us a lot of confidence in taking them out and about. She has a great relationship with our babies and they are missing her already!

We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

I had been recommended NightNannies.com by two separate friends, both of whom found almost immediate improvement in their babies sleep after implementing the learnings of their specialist. My 9-month-old son was still having a dream feed, and then waking up anywhere between 2am – 5am. If he woke at 5, he thought that was the start of his day, and he was completely dependent on his dummy. As I was returning to work – and was shattered! – I thought I would invest in some help and support.Our NightNannies.com representative was Tina – she contacted me in advance of coming over and found out what our issues were, and we discussed a variety of strategies that could help. One of the tips Tina recommended had an immediate impact improving my son’s sleep even before she came over, which was fantastic.Tina was with us for two nights. The first night she arrived, met my son and we again discussed and agreed the strategy for the night ahead – cold turkey on both the dream feed and the dummy! Not long after my son went to bed, Tina settled into her room for the night. By the end of the second night my son was able to go to sleep without his dummy and stay asleep throughout the night. We are now regularly getting sleep 7pm – 7am!Tina has been in constant touch after visiting to ensure things are still going well and has been a fantastic source of support and knowledge if I have had any questions.Overall, I would absolutely recommend using NightNannies.co.uk in general, and Tina in particular. For two nights we spent the same as two nights in a hotel – however it is more restful, and this has improved my sons sleep – and therefore mine! – forever. Thank you, Tina!

Wedding nanny The agency provided a last minute nanny to help us look after our 10 week old son at our wedding. She was just fantastic, from the moment she arrived I felt at ease and so did our son. She was super organised and looked after our son throughout the wedding, but brought him to us for photos etc but didn’t let him get too overstimulated. He even slept throughout the entire meal! I cannot praise her enough, she made me feel at ease that he was in good hands allowing us to really enjoy our wedding. She has such a calm and organised approach.

From the get go, she came into our home with a big smile and self confidence, and we were comfortable and trusted her with our baby from week 1. She helped us get into a great nighttime routine and also gave us good recommendations about bathing, routines and feeding. Not only did she manage to get my 7 month old sleeping through the night, which saved me from insanity :))) she also gave me lots of invaluable tips about how to take care of my child. She was kind, non intrusive, and calm with a lovely manner. i cannot recommend her enough. It was so much more than I was hoping for, and I will not forget her. Our night nanny was absolutely fabulous. She came in as a emergency back up and fit in easily from day 1. She was sweet considerate and easy to introduce to my son and our routine. She picked fit up straight away and he was great with her. She was lovely also in morning making sure he was all set but also us for the day not only cleaning bottles but also preparing the morning feed. On top of that she is just a lovely person and easy to get along with and fits right in unobtrusively
