  • Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

  • Our night nanny came to us when our baby was 4 weeks old and was with us for three nights a week for 6 weeks, followed by a few weeks of two nights as my husband‘a work became very demanding. From the outset she was incredibly warm and immediately formed a bond with the baby. From her first week with us she was able to put the baby into a regular sleeping and feeding pattern overnight, which was a huge help for the nights when we were alone. We have as a result been able to get to a point at three months where he sleeps well and is only waking once a night to feed.

    In addition to her skills with the baby, our nanny clearly cares very deeply about everyone she works with and has been an invaluable sounding board for me when I have any questions about day or night routines, colds, niggles or advice about how to work towards sleeping through the night and onwards. There is no doubt that I am a calmer mother as a result of having had her helping me (not only because I am better rested).

  • Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

On one occasion, she knew tom had a bad cold and she contacted me to see if she could help by doing an extra night for which I was incredibly grateful.   • Everyone needs a Mel when they have a new baby! From the moment Mel arrived she put our mind at ease that our little one would be in safe hands. She has a fountain of knowledge and experience. She helped us with a colic and reflux baby and also helped us get rid of the dummy. Our little one was not a good sleeper at first, but with Mels advice (which she’s happy to give or not give, depending on what you’re after) by 3 months she was sleeping through intermittently and by 4 months consistently! Mel is always punctual and flexible with timings and on the odd occasion she came earlier so we could have the evening off. I was sad to say goodbye to Mel and she will always be a blessing in our lives!
