  • As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!

  • We've been super impressed with Night Nannies - our first child arrived 5 weeks early and they managed to fill the gap with some extraordinarily talented maternity nurses who have been so helpful. In addition they've used their fantastic network to find us a night nurse for a week away in Oxfordshire which was very impressive. We would highly recommend Night Nannies - they really do have access to some of the best and most experienced people we've come across and they are such an efficient and nice company to work with.

  • We had a great experience with Night Nannies. The individual recommended by the agency, Jessica Bisaso, was an incredible caregiver on whose advice and sound judgment I constantly relied. We felt incredibly privileged to have Jessica's support during the first few weeks with our newborn son, and I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Night Nannies agency to any family looking for a nanny for an infant or small child.

  • My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her.

    I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

  • We are thankful for the three months that Eva spent at our house taking care of our newborn. She rapidly became part of the family. She is the most kind, peaceful, dedicated and loving person we could have wished to have for our son. We cannot think of anyone better than Eva to make a mother feel at ease and happy with a first child. We have friends that had intrusive and bossy nannies. With Eva it was none of it. She was so helpful and encouraging and she just gave sound advices in a lovely way. She is very well trained and has tremendous experience but she was also loving with our baby and gave the impression that she truly cared about him. She was great in establishing routines in terms of bathing, feeding, and sleeping. Grand parents, sisters, friends, were all very attached to Eva and sad when she left.We look forward to having her for our second child and would recommend Eva more than highly.

  • Our nanny was a breath of fresh air and incredibly generous with her time and advice. I had gotten my 7 month into bad nighttime habits of feeding and in the space of a few days she had worked her magic in an incredibly gentle manner and gotten my little one well on the way to sleeping through. Our nanny's bubbly energy was infectious and she made the entire household happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

  • We contacted Nightnannies when our son was 4.5months old as we wanted help getting him to take the bottle (he was exclusively breastfed) and he also kept waking up every hour at night. I wasn't looking for someone to just give me a goodnight's sleep, I wanted to understand why my son wasn't sleeping and how to change things at home so that he felt more comfortable with his reflux. The nanny spent 2 days with us first and then another 2 days when I got back from holiday and in this short space of time, there was a massive transformation in my son. My son now guzzles milk from the bottle AND sleeps very well at night. Our nanny was very professional, knowledgable, diligent, punctual, committed, kind and I would describe her as a true "baby whisperer". I am amazed that she managed to get him into a routine so quickly and I cannot recommend this agency enough!
