  • 4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

She was mindful that families have their own ways of doing things and was happy to adapt to our preferences, all the while giving tips, hints and suggestions. We also had the opportunity to meet her daughter at the interview and observed the mother-daughter dynamic. She is a firm but approachable parent. This reassured us that she would be a good fit for our family.

She made me feel a lot more confident in my role as a new mum and gave me super helpful tips. She helped us to find a routine with our little one. Highly recommend her, she truly is amazing.

  • Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.

    The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

  • We had a fantastic experience with Night Nannies. We used the service from the time our second son was 6 weeks old. Our nanny had more knowledge about newborns than anyone we have come across in the childcare profession providing us the comfort to get a good night sleep. She gave us invaluable advice that helped to improve our son's sleep and establish a schedule that worked for our family, and was even a hit with our 2 year old who loved running to see her in the mornings. Highly recommend!

  • We found our nanny through Jennie at our local branch of Night Nannies. Jennie listened to our needs and was exceptionally helpful- quickly and carefully matching us with the wonderful Sarah.Sarah was everything we needed and more. She was very calm and from the moment she came into our home we felt at ease.Our daughter (aged 2) loved her and enjoyed every second in her company. She always kept her entertained with a range of tasks that were suited to her likes and needs.Sarah was excellent in all ways, and kept us updated during her time with our daughter with messages and our minds were always put at rest.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

  • We had our maternity nurse for three weeks after the birth of our newborn son. She was an absolute joy to have in our home and filled my husband and I with the confidence we needed to look after our son. I came home from hospital after a traumatic birth, followed by an extended stay, absolutely exhausted. Our maternity nurse got me back on my feet by making sure I got plenty of rest so that I could feel human again. She helped me with breastfeeding and got our son into a good sleeping and feeding routine by the time he reached 3 weeks. She also gave us tips as to how to adapt the routine as our son gets older. She is a tech wizard and set up all our baby equipment, including the steriliser and breast pump!

    Our maternity nurse took the greatest care to follow the Government’s guidance on Covid-19; she self-isolated before she came to us. She followed our lead and wore a face mask and gloves when she went to the shops and self-isolated on her days off. She was very responsible with making sure that our house was hygienic and ensured that we felt totally comfortable welcoming her to our home.

    We could not have managed to get through the first three weeks of our son's life without our maternity nurse and we will look back at what could have been a difficult time as a joyful one, filled with learning and fun thanks to her great sense of humour and unflappable nature. We cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough.
