Our 5.5 months old baby woke up multiple times during the night before our super nanny came to our place. Our baby is a fully breastfeeding and while he was sleeping in a different room, we needed to go multiple times either to put back the dummy or if it didn't help, breastfeed him. With our super nanny's guidance, he only wakes once in the night after one week of training, and our life got more predictable. Following a routine during the day is not only good for the baby, but for the mum as well. Our super nanny was very supportive, and listened to our needs, guided us over the phone for a few more days so that we get the best routine. I can warmly recommend her to parents who struggle with non-sleeping babies, however must highlight that training the baby is not easy and you need to follow the schedule in order to see results. With lots of patience, it is possible to have a good night sleep, and she has been a huge help to our success. We will come back to her in future stages, such as weaning or transitioning from 2 naps to 1!

Excellent service - gave us much needed sleep! Excellent service from nightnannies and I would have no hesitation recommending her to any parents. Our night nanny has a wonderful personality, as soon as I met her I instantly trusted her to look after my son - she is greatly experienced in childcare and was able to give us first time parents wonderful tips to assist us in so many areas - more effective breastfeeding, guidance for helping newborns sleep and various other life hacks which were so useful.

ChXXXX came to help us when our son was only one week old and she was fantastic at educating us about what we needed to do in order to create a good night time schedule for him. Additionally, she has a huge number of sleep tricks that enabled our son to sleep and also allowed us to get a decent night of sleep and not worry about him. She is hugely experienced and we greatly appreciated how professional she was. She has a wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with babies, and we found this invaluable. We liked her so much that we took her to Norway over the festive period to continue to help us. ChXXXX is a great character and we liked her instantly. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone with a new born who needs help and advice. We would have liked to keep ChXXXX for 3 months, but all the complications with covid and traveling meant that we were not able to do this. In the end we used her for about 3 weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough.We used ChrXXXX on two occasions and were struck by how calm and helpful she was. She has many years of experience and we felt very comfortable leaving our son with her. One major advantage with ChrXXXX is that she has her own car and can drive to and from night nannying. This is a significant differentiator during the covid period and we felt very comfortable having someone who did not need to take public transport to get to us. The vast majority of Nightnannies do not have their own car or do not live in central London meaning that the fact ChrXXXX does live fairly centrally in London and does have her own car is of note.

Couldn't recommend highly enough Our baby arrived 5 weeks premature, night nannies were absolutely fabulous at finding us the kindest most competent maternity nurses to suit our specific needs within 48 hours. The nurses we've had have been beyond brilliant and cared for our son as if he was their own whilst teaching us so much on the job. I felt so much more competent in such a short space of time practicing things like leaving the house, giving baby a bath etc.

Excellent! “Our nanny came to my home to help me with my sons sleep. He was 10 months old and hadn’t slept once through the night, waking up every few hours to breastfeed and was co-sleeping. Needless to say, I was exhausted and at breaking point and realised that I needed to do something; that’s when I decided to seek help and Vera arrived. Following her help, my baby was sleeping in his own cot, his feeds went from ‘on demand’ to just 3 a day ( and most importantly no night feeds!). I went on holiday a week later and actually had a fantastic time as my Son slept in his cot every night and I could relax and catch up finally on months of lost sleep. I now look forward to going to bed at night! Our Nanny is so kind, has a heart of gold, extremely knowledgeable and so brilliant with babies. Without her help I don’t know what we’d be doing now! I can’t recommend her enough, she’s the best sleep fairy there is, the best of the very best! “

Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. Our night nanny went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. I would recommend the service without hesitation.

Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

My 8 month old baby girl needed a dummy to sleep and also woke frequently in the night for various reasons we didn’t understand. We all needed to get sleep so had taken to letting her sleep in our bed at some point in the night for about 6 weeks before we brought in a sleep consultant through Night Nannies. She completely changed our lives!! She got rid of the dummy and my little one now sleeps 7pm to 7am and can settle herself well. I felt she really respected my baby and got to know her quickly. She was gentle with us too and not giving me too much ‘homework’ in the daytime when she wasn’t there. I now have the confidence to continue her techniques.
