Our nanny has been brilliant Our nanny has been brilliant. She’s been coming to us once or twice a week for a couple of months now since our baby was a month old and has helped us through a very tough time. We’ve loved how trustworthy and non judgemental she is. She immediately put us at ease and is really responsive to our preferences. Her care is excellent and I think has really helped our baby get into some good sleep habits such as settling in the SNOO. Occasionally transport issues has meant that she’s been delayed but most weeks she arrives early and has been incredibly reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. The agency has also been great, very efficient and found us a great cover nanny very quickly when our usual nanny couldn’t be with us because of a family emergency.

Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

Our Nanny helped us with our son from a week old - I would highly recommend her. She was excellent with our baby and he was very peaceful with her. She is a lovely person and was easy and reassuring to have around. I greatly appreciated her calm manner and she slotted into our routine and family really well.

Our nanny came to stay with me for two weeks straight after the birth of my son. I’m so glad I arranged for her to come and stay. I had my son on my own and was also completely scared and clueless about how to look after a baby. She showed me how to do everything and took care of both of us so that I could recover from my Caesarian. She came with me to my mid wife appointments and also to visit my mum in the nursing home. Honestly, I would have been lost without her and I can’t thank her enough! And my son absolutely loves her.

We had L twice a week when our premature baby came home from hospital for about 6 weeks. The minute she arrived I knew it was all going to work brilliantly. Both our baby and our dachshund took to her immediately and when she'd arrive, I'd breathe a sigh of relief and they'd all go and get cosy in the nursery together, including the dog who would curl up next to her all night. L is an extremely calm and reassuring presence, with such positivity and gives you the impression she adores your baby!! She helped advise me on how to get into a routine and helped to get him sleeping through the night in a very short space of time. She would send me links to things she recommended, like which bottles to use, and would always answer any questions I had by text even when she wasn't with us.I always enjoyed hearing the update in the morning and she was so quiet and self sufficient when she was with us! I miss her! I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an absolute angel.

Our maternity nurse was an angel! She brought an immense sense of calm to the chaos that was a toddler and 3 month old twins. Just with us a short time to give us a 2 week ‘holiday’ and in that time she managed to gently nudge our very unsettled babies into a solid routine and showed us how to get both babies bathed, fed and settled for the night within an hour or so. She left us in a very good place with the babies and gave us the space we needed to help our toddler into a better routine that works with the babies too. And she was personally a lovely lady too. I would certainly recommend her.

Our nanny was a breath of fresh air and incredibly generous with her time and advice. I had gotten my 7 month into bad nighttime habits of feeding and in the space of a few days she had worked her magic in an incredibly gentle manner and gotten my little one well on the way to sleeping through. Our nanny's bubbly energy was infectious and she made the entire household happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Couldn't recommend highly enough Our baby arrived 5 weeks premature, night nannies were absolutely fabulous at finding us the kindest most competent maternity nurses to suit our specific needs within 48 hours. The nurses we've had have been beyond brilliant and cared for our son as if he was their own whilst teaching us so much on the job. I felt so much more competent in such a short space of time practicing things like leaving the house, giving baby a bath etc.
