Our night nurse has been absolutely… Our night nurse has been absolutely amazing with our new born and she started when she was 2 days old. She is a real teacher and trainer and brought a lot of peace to her but also to the rest of the family. She has so many techniques and adapts herself very quickly.
Will reemploy her again if we have another baby.

Our son suffered from a few things early on and She was so attentive and caring - we always felt so much better knowing She was there. She helped us problem solve what was going on and also helped get our little guy into a routine. Our nanny came to us shortly after our daughter was born. She was warm, funny and caring and immediately felt like part of the family. My 2 year old son adored her and she made a real effort to include him in everything. She loves babies and is extremely knowledgeable - we felt our daughter couldn’t have been in safer hands. She taught us many things about how to look after the baby and it was amazing to get some extra sleep in those first nights. I feel very lucky to have had her to help us and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I was also really impressed with Night Nannies who sent through a selection of candidates almost immediately, all of whom looked of a high standard.

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. We have (sadly) come to the end of our six weeks with Jackie Olara and wanted to let you know how utterly blown away we were by her. She is without a doubt one of the most professional, calming, funny and warm characters you can possibly hope to have around in the first few nights back from the hospital. She has implemented an outstanding routine which has been so effective in managing our son’s sleep and development. Her knowledge on what we should be doing and when was beyond extensive and there is no way I could be writing this email if and sitting on my laptop at 10.00pm at night if it wasn’t for the confidence she had given Jess in putting together the routine. You will without a doubt be getting a call from me about her when it’s time for our second and if anyone ever wants to contact me about her I’d be more than happy to chat through our brilliant experience. Our nanny, used for two nights, was so lovely. She had a really calming presence, and was so tender with my baby. She helped us during the heatwave, and was very gracious about staying in our living room which was cooler than our nursery upstairs. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and to keep track of feeding timings and amounts. I would absolutely work with her again!

Our night nanny was fantastic with our newborn. She was always very punctual, extremely kind, and conscientious. She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.

We had L twice a week when our premature baby came home from hospital for about 6 weeks. The minute she arrived I knew it was all going to work brilliantly. Both our baby and our dachshund took to her immediately and when she'd arrive, I'd breathe a sigh of relief and they'd all go and get cosy in the nursery together, including the dog who would curl up next to her all night. L is an extremely calm and reassuring presence, with such positivity and gives you the impression she adores your baby!! She helped advise me on how to get into a routine and helped to get him sleeping through the night in a very short space of time. She would send me links to things she recommended, like which bottles to use, and would always answer any questions I had by text even when she wasn't with us.I always enjoyed hearing the update in the morning and she was so quiet and self sufficient when she was with us! I miss her! I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an absolute angel.
