I reached out to the agency that provided us with a selection of excellent nannies, and we ultimately chose Beatrice. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision.From the very beginning, Beatrice was calm, reassuring and incredibly capable. Her gentle and confident manner immediately put me at ease, which was invaluable during those early weeks as a new mother. I always felt completely comfortable knowing that my baby was in her care overnight.Beatrice was attentive, reliable and wonderfully nurturing.   • The Sleep Trainer and Supernanny came to help us for 3 nights when our son was four and a half months old. Before she came he was waking up often during the night and it was taking me a long time to rock him back to sleep. We were exhausted! She suggested changes to everything- toys, feeding and daytime naps and he immediately started eating more and tiring himself out. She also taught him to self settle so he now puts himself to sleep and I haven't had to rock him since! It is amazing to watch him fall asleep happily on his own. We are all getting lots more sleep and are much happier as a result. We are very thankful for her help.

  • Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

  • As new parents of week-old twins, I have to admit we were very apprehensive about leaving our little ones alone with anyone for the first time (they had been in our constant care in the hospital and at home since they were born). We could not have found anyone better for the job than our Night Nanny. Upon (quietly) walking through the door, she immediately engendered our trust and confidence by orienting herself quickly and efficiently in our home, identifying everything she needed to care for the children with the precision and calm of an individual who has the confidence and experience to look after newborns. We took note when she turned off the television and lowered the lighting so she could focus on our little girls. She was cheerful and very warm with our children and created a relaxing environment for them (and us), ensuring we were able to go to dinner in peace and get our first night of “real” sleep after the hospital stay. She recorded feeds and nappy changes in accordance with the precedent we had established and managed to set new feeding records for them overnight, all the while maximizing their sleep time. She even offered us some tips for settling them, which proved helpful as my wife and I are both learning the tricks of the trade at this stage.We would certainly seek Night Nannies out in the future whenever we need care for the twins – the peace of mind they provide has been invaluable during the first days of our early parenthood.

  • Second time using night nannies to find… Second time using night nannies to find me a maternity nurse for my newborn. Excellent service and they matched me with an incredible nanny who not only took good care of my son, putting him in an excellent routine early doors, but also took great care of me, allowing me to recover physically and mentally quicker than I otherwise would.

Someone responded very quickly to my request which was much appreciated when looking for someone with short notice. The team found a number of suitable candidates very quickly and all of which had been vetted thoroughly. Would definitely recommend the agency and use again if needed!

  • Just excellent I honestly do not know what we would have done without ***. Henry was 10 months old and had never slept for more than 2 hours without waking (save for one individual 7 hour stretch when he was 7 weeks old). We were a feeding-to-sleep, co-sleeping, nap-fighting family where Henry could wake up to 14 times a night for a feed between 21:00 and 07:00. We now have Henry on two solid naps and 19:00 to 07:00 every night. This is SOLELY due to ***.

    She was so calm at all times. Henry clearly loved being with her. She looked at the whole picture and gave us SO much help with Henry’s diet, with lots of ideas to get him to eat more. His routine is now excellent. Previously I had worried about being “tied to the cot” but actually I now feel like I have more time to do things because his sleep is so much more predictable.

    If you are in two minds about using ***, please don’t be. I had always been concerned / scare mongered about sleep training methods, but this led me to reaching breaking point with Henry’s needs being unsustainable. *** is so so gentle, never leaving the baby for the first two nights whilst they learn other ways to fall asleep other than the breast. It’s a cliché, but I wish I had used *** sooner. THANK YOU.
