I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.

Our nanny has been brilliant Our nanny has been brilliant. She’s been coming to us once or twice a week for a couple of months now since our baby was a month old and has helped us through a very tough time. We’ve loved how trustworthy and non judgemental she is. She immediately put us at ease and is really responsive to our preferences. Her care is excellent and I think has really helped our baby get into some good sleep habits such as settling in the SNOO. Occasionally transport issues has meant that she’s been delayed but most weeks she arrives early and has been incredibly reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. The agency has also been great, very efficient and found us a great cover nanny very quickly when our usual nanny couldn’t be with us because of a family emergency.

4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

Our night nanny arrived into our lives on the first day our daughter came home and from the moment she walked in the door her professionalism, experience and warm nature shone through. Our minds were at ease whenever she was here to help and we cannot thank her enough for her guidance and friendship during her time with us. Our night nanny came to look after our little girl for a few nights a week for a month. She was a breath of fresh air - calm, kind, positive, and knowledgeable. She put me at ease straight away, she is very efficient and was able to give me sensible and valuable advice. Fantastic help from start to finish Fantastic help from start to finish. The office staff were so helpful and efficient and provided us with two outstanding nannies. One was with us every week and one covered when our usual nanny was on holiday. They gave us such valuable advice and helped us navigate a challenging time after a difficult birth. Our son is happy, thriving and sleeps well and I put a lot of this down to the help our night nannies gave us.
