The Sleep Trainer and Supernanny came to help us for 3 nights when our son was four and a half months old. Before she came he was waking up often during the night and it was taking me a long time to rock him back to sleep. We were exhausted! She suggested changes to everything- toys, feeding and daytime naps and he immediately started eating more and tiring himself out. She also taught him to self settle so he now puts himself to sleep and I haven't had to rock him since! It is amazing to watch him fall asleep happily on his own. We are all getting lots more sleep and are much happier as a result. We are very thankful for her help.

The nanny who worked with us is absolutely wonderful. She really cares about the babies and loves what she does. She is very calm as well which is very important dealing with a newborn and first time parents. She is confident, has knowledge and establish a beautiful connection with the baby. We loved the fact that she talks to the baby very often and properly interacts during the whole day.

The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

Julie and Anastasia are absolutely amazing! My daughter arrived early and they were able to find us an amazing nanny on a Sunday for the following day! Since then, they have always provided the same standard of service: impossible is not part of their vocabulary and they provide the best nannies. You can trust them 200%!

We had Faye join us for six weeks to help with our firstborn when she was just four weeks old. From the start, Faye was brilliant with both us and our daughter. She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and Faye was always reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. We would highly recommend Faye to any family and are already looking forward to having her back with us when our next child arrives. But she was also just very wonderful to work with - a combination of real professionalism and clarity with humor and kindness. So I could enjoy the adult interaction while feeling that she was completely in control of the task. She has a clear sense of how to get a baby to sleep through the night, while making sure to ask what the mother wants along the way and making adjustments. As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!
