I highly recommend Night Nannies, and in particular the Nanny we were fortunate enough to have.Night Nannies:I found the agency very responsive: I contacted them via email during a very low point if exhaustion (4w pp during lockdown) I definitely felt they understood what I needed & recommend two nannies who I spoke to- both were very nice and very capable. The fee structure is easy to understand and fair, and they make it easy to work with them.The Nanny:She is a calm and very capable nanny with an easy going personality and an unassuming presence. Nanny worked for us when our daughter was 5 weeks old and was struggling with feeding then expressing, particularly at night. Initially we booked her for 3 nights a week for 2 weeks, and we were delighted to book a 3rd week when her next "assignment" arrived a week late!Nanny helped both me and my husband with tips on feeding, calming & sleeping, she outlined a routine which we can loosely keep to, and she helped me get much needed sleep as well as continue to express when I was about to quit. I plan to have the same Nanny back to help us with sleep regression and help with routines as the baby grows - She is not just an extra pair of hands, a calm and confident nanny, she is a lovely person to be around.

Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.

Night Nannies Margarita was so lovely and helpful. I can highly recommend her. I was amazed at how quickly Autumn started sleeping better. Margarita really helped get Autumn sleeping through the night again and had so much advice on changing her routine to one nap and feeding, etc. I could ask her any question and she was able to give me great advice.

I am writing re Margaret Markara, and to let you know what a wonderful lady she is. Not only did she manage to get my 7 month old sleeping through the night, which saved me from insanity :))) she also gave me lots of invaluable tips about how to take care of my child. She was kind, non intrusive, and calm with a lovely manner. i cannot recommend her enough. It was so much more than I was hoping for, and I will not forget her. Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. Our night nanny went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. I would recommend the service without hesitation.

Our night nanny has been just the most wonderful and worthwhile investment in my second pregnancy/ postpartum journey. She is so kind, warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable about babies (she is also a paediatric nurse, which gave me such peace of mind!)and nothing was ever too much trouble. Extremely reliable, punctual and professional, she instantly bonded with my daughter and established a great routine, giving me some much needed time to myself and most importantly sleep! I had a wonderful experience with Night Nannies. Having my first baby i was very nervous about having someone take care of my baby through the night but our night nanny was very reassuring and settled our baby beautifully. She even taught us some sleeping techniques which worked really well and was very friendly! I would strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a good nights sleep!
