Julia worked with our family every week for over a month. From start to finish, Julia was a pillar of strength for me. Our whole family will miss her lots. The great thing about Julia is that she looks after the mum and well as the baby. She knows that the only way for a baby to thrive is for a mum to thrive too. Julia has been like a mother to me. I don’t know how we could have progressed without her.Julia entered our lives when our baby daughter, Amina was sick. She knew what to do and offered reassurance to my husband and I. Julia also taught Amina how to use the bottle (amina always refused with us, so we never tried again).There are so many small things that Julia did for me that make her to special. From checking in most days with me to see how I was, to suggesting sleep spray to help me sleep, Julia cares for the whole family. She was also beyond perfect with Amina. Amina only tends to nap for 30 mins at a time and Julia was already more than happy to entertain Amina when she didn’t want to sleep. She also tried lots of different things to see if we could get Amina to sleep for longer. I’m so sad that Julia has got a new family to look after. They are very fortunate to have her. If any mums are lucky enough to work with Julia, try and keep her for as long as possible!!!

Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

Our night nurse has been absolutely… Our night nurse has been absolutely amazing with our new born and she started when she was 2 days old. She is a real teacher and trainer and brought a lot of peace to her but also to the rest of the family. She has so many techniques and adapts herself very quickly.
Will reemploy her again if we have another baby.

Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

Maternity leave super hero I can’t thank Night Nannies enough for introducing us to L. She worked as our night nanny from the start of August 2023 for 12 weeks. L was incredible. I was so anxious when she started. It’s a huge deal to handover the care of the most precious tiny being to someone you don’t know. L was so reassuring and patient with me while I learned to accept help from others. L has a calm and unobtrusive manner. She is so gentle with babies, a real baby-whisperer. My husband and I would always look forward to a “nanny night” knowing we would be able to rest properly and ask all the little questions that were bothering us. We were helped to establish a night routine from the very start. As a result our little girl slept through the night from about 14 weeks - getting good rest is such a game changer when you are a first time parent. L helped us establish a good daytime napping routine too, and taught us how to be flexible with daytime sleep rather than rigid. We had initially planned to have L help us for 6 weeks but she was so great we continued for 12 weeks! I can’t thank her enough for her support and encouragement. No matter if she arrived to find me beaming or sobbing, she was completely unflappable and always so supportive. Using Night Nannies was a complete game changer and anyone considering using them definitely should.

Our nanny’s experience speaks for itself, she is so calm and really knows babies. Her advice is so helpful without being overbearing (as I had found with some other experts I had spoken too). I was hesitant to have a night nanny for a long time but I was a bit unwell and my son had been falling out of our normal routine. We had had a month of sleep regression behaviour, when he had been sleeping really well before. He was refusing the cot, only sleeping for 40 mins at a time and being fussy with the bottle. My son (who was 18weeks) immediately warmed to her. After just a few hours she suggested some small tweaks to our daily and nightly routine that changed everything. He was suddenly back in the cot with 3 night feeds and sleeping so well during the day. By the end of just a week our nanny had dropped a feed at night, I hope to keep on the same track without her.The thing I loved most about our nanny was her soft approach, we only had to make small changes a little at a time to see really great results. She also gave me so much advice for the future too as we start weaning. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to having her in our home for support if we are lucky enough to have another child.

We can’t recommend our maternity nurse enough. After a difficult labour we couldn’t have got through the next few weeks without her. Having her help gave me time to recover and she got our son William into a fantastic routine that meant he was quickly above his birth weight and sleeping well. She was great with breastfeeding and bathing advice and the all-important burping techniques! I honestly don’t know how we would have coped with out her. It is invaluable having someone that can help settle him in the night so we can get as much as sleep possible while recovering. Our maternity nurse also goes above and beyond with advice about pumping and would help put laundry on and sorting out his clothes. I would definitely use her again.
