The night nanny we found through this agency has been an angel in our lives, and we genuinely don’t know what we’d do without her. From the moment she arrived, she’s been a calm, reassuring presence, not just for our baby, who adores her, but for us as exhausted new parents. Our baby is always so well-rested and content after a night with her, and the difference it makes to our days is massive. She’s proactive, extremely responsible, and somehow always one step ahead, anticipating what we need before we even realise it ourselves. It’s no exaggeration to say her support has become essential and we never want her to leave! Beyond the nights, she has gone out of her way to make life easier for us in ways big and small. She was here for the baby's first jabs, which are hard for any parent. But with her expertise, calm presence, and reassuring words, she helped make the whole experience much smoother than we ever expected. She has a thoughtful approach to sleep routines, a lovely way of soothing the baby instantly, and we have had the peace of mind that comes from knowing she’s there. She is truly one of a kind and any family would be lucky to have her.

our night nanny was punctual and even early on one occasion when looking after my daughter. She was very polite, calm and warm in her manner. She kept me updated after she had left the house by sending my a message with the baby’s night activities including when she fed, how much etc. She was happy to do a dream feed which I requested as we introduced it recently. She left the baby’s room tidy and washed the bottles up before leaving. I would certainly recommend night nannies as a company to find kind, punctual, professional night nannies

The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. She helped us as a maternity nurse for six weeks following the birth of our daughter. She looked after her during the night as well as parts of the day, so we could spend time with our two-year old son. She had a very loving, calm, yet authoritative approach to our daughter's care which the little one loved and we really appreciated! She softly taught the baby a reassuring routine while giving her lots of cuddles and attention. As a result, our daughter has wonderful sleeping habits and is a very contented baby.
