Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. Thank you!! Thank you so much Night Nannies! My experience of working with the agency was very smooth throughout the whole process. We worked with sleep trainer Margarita over five consecutive nights to help sleep train our 11-month-old baby, and the experience was genuinely transformative. Margarita not only helped our (jet lagged!) baby become a better sleeper, but also supported her in feeling comfortable in her own room and cot, while gently helping us move away from contact napping, rocking and shushing. Her approach was calm, reassuring and always respectful of our baby. What stood out most was Margarita’s exceptional 24/7 support throughout the five days and beyond — not just for night sleep, but also for naps and meal times. As I was trying to transition my baby towards eating more solids rather than relying on milk, Margarita offered thoughtful, practical advice, including meal ideas and simple recipes to support this shift. With years of experience, Margarita shared anecdotes and insights from working with all kinds of babies, which I found incredibly comforting. As a result of this process, my husband and I have our evenings back, and most importantly our baby is sleeping well and continuing to develop confidently and happily. She even started walking a week after! The positive impact has been felt across our whole family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Night Nannies and Margarita to any family looking for a gentle, experienced and deeply supportive sleep trainer.

4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.
