I wanna start saying that the sleep training was the best desicion i ever made, i was sceptical because i tought my baby was going to cry a lot and that gave me a lot of anxiety, but im so glad it wasnt too bad, it went so well, our sleep trainer was a live saver i was getting depresion from the lack of sleep, now both of us are in better mood, i already started recommending you, thank you so much for helping us.

As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!

Our night nanny was very pleasant and easy to get along with. She was mindful that families have their own ways of doing things and was happy to adapt to our preferences, all the while giving tips, hints and suggestions. We also had the opportunity to meet her daughter at the interview and observed the mother-daughter dynamic. She is a firm but approachable parent. This reassured us that she would be a good fit for our family.

Thank you thank you thank you! I don’t know where to begin to thank our Sleeptrainer for everything she did for our family. I am heavily pregnant, and was co-sleeping with our one year old son who was still waking up in the night and drinking bottles of milk. With the new baby looming, I knew I had to sort out this arrangement ASAP! Thank goodness for our Sleeptrainer. She asked for a detailed agenda of what our day looked like, she then went through all the things we should and shouldn’t be doing. From which probiotics to take to food, nap times, toys and more. Incredibly helpful for a first time mother to have this guidance! She wrote us a plan hour by hour- that was realistic and easy to follow. She was there every step of the way, constantly checking in when she wasn’t at our home. Our son dropped his morning nap, moved to his cot and dropped waking in the night for bottle feeds all within a few days. He slept through the night almost instantly. He was ready for all the changes that she made, which was very reassuring as I was nervous about the idea of the crying out technique. He now sleeps from 7pm until 7am and is so much happier! He’s eating more and has adapted so well to the changes. our Sleeptrainer sits down with you every night and gives you a chance to ask any questions- no matter how stupid! She’s incredibly professional, kind and caring. Thank you for turning our life around and making sure I’m ready for the newborn! Thank you for all the help and advice. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Worth every penny and more! Since She left she’s been in touch to check in and make sure our son is still doing well. It’s really lovely to know I have the support if I need it ongoing. I’ll use her again if I have any problems breast feeding or with sleeping for my next son. Thank you and we miss her already!

We had Faye join us for six weeks to help with our firstborn when she was just four weeks old. From the start, Faye was brilliant with both us and our daughter. She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and Faye was always reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. We would highly recommend Faye to any family and are already looking forward to having her back with us when our next child arrives. The entire booking process through Night Nannies was also very straightforward and easy to manage.
