Our nanny’s experience speaks for itself, she is so calm and really knows babies. Her advice is so helpful without being overbearing (as I had found with some other experts I had spoken too). I was hesitant to have a night nanny for a long time but I was a bit unwell and my son had been falling out of our normal routine. We had had a month of sleep regression behaviour, when he had been sleeping really well before. He was refusing the cot, only sleeping for 40 mins at a time and being fussy with the bottle. My son (who was 18weeks) immediately warmed to her. After just a few hours she suggested some small tweaks to our daily and nightly routine that changed everything. He was suddenly back in the cot with 3 night feeds and sleeping so well during the day. By the end of just a week our nanny had dropped a feed at night, I hope to keep on the same track without her.The thing I loved most about our nanny was her soft approach, we only had to make small changes a little at a time to see really great results. She also gave me so much advice for the future too as we start weaning. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to having her in our home for support if we are lucky enough to have another child.

Andrea was a wonderful help and a lovely person to have in the house. She was brilliant with our baby and very calming in general. She always left the room spotless and the bottles washed in the morning which was a great help. I would highly recommend her and the night nannies agency as they sort you out immediately!

Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Irene! As you know she was with us when mathew and the kids had to unexpectedly come to the states while I was caring for my father before he passed away. She was so compassionate and understanding of our situation. It was a very emotional time and she was a wonderful support for mathew, myself and especially the children. She helped us as a maternity nurse for six weeks following the birth of our daughter. She looked after her during the night as well as parts of the day, so we could spend time with our two-year old son. She had a very loving, calm, yet authoritative approach to our daughter's care which the little one loved and we really appreciated! She softly taught the baby a reassuring routine while giving her lots of cuddles and attention. As a result, our daughter has wonderful sleeping habits and is a very contented baby.

Excellent service and they matched me with an incredible nanny who not only took good care of my son, putting him in an excellent routine early doors, but also took great care of me, allowing me to recover physically and mentally quicker than I otherwise would.

Excellent Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.
