A friend told me about Night Nannies ‘super nanny’ trouble-shooters so got in touch to get help as we were struggling with some really difficult behaviours with our 3yo son that were affecting us very negatively as a family. Our ‘super nanny’ came and observed us for an afternoon through to bedtime and talked us through her detailed observations and recommendations. 6 weeks later, his behaviour is transformed, the power struggles much reduced, the scary meltdowns have disappeared are and we are a much happier family.

Her warmth extended to both Hector and myself, which made an enormous difference as we adjusted to life at home after the NICU experience. Her skills and knowledge were invaluable. She provided expert support with breastfeeding during the critical establishment phase, offering practical guidance on combination feeding, and demonstrating complete confidence in caring for Hector while he still had a feeding tube. Her clinical competence, combined with her gentle approach, gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, Hector settled beautifully with her. We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

We had L twice a week when our premature baby came home from hospital for about 6 weeks. The minute she arrived I knew it was all going to work brilliantly. Both our baby and our dachshund took to her immediately and when she'd arrive, I'd breathe a sigh of relief and they'd all go and get cosy in the nursery together, including the dog who would curl up next to her all night. L is an extremely calm and reassuring presence, with such positivity and gives you the impression she adores your baby!! She helped advise me on how to get into a routine and helped to get him sleeping through the night in a very short space of time. She would send me links to things she recommended, like which bottles to use, and would always answer any questions I had by text even when she wasn't with us.I always enjoyed hearing the update in the morning and she was so quiet and self sufficient when she was with us! I miss her! I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an absolute angel.

When I was needing help with my son who was having difficulties with allergies / intolerances the agency sent me a brilliant nanny with experience in this area. I was looking for some support to watch over him during the day so that I could get some rest as he wasn't sleeping much while he was unwell, but with this nanny I got so much more than that.She was a wealth of knowledge on allergies and intolerances and without her guidance I don't think I would have made it through the weeks. She has a very big heart, she cared for my son as if he was her own, and was extremely dedicated and focused on helping us solve the mystery of his health issues. She made recommendations on formula, managing his most distressing moments, my diet, breastfeeding and specialists to see that proved correct each time. Without her by my side we would be a lot further behind in getting my son back to full health. His intolerances and reflux are now being managed so we can all start getting more sleep and have a happier baby.Im really grateful we were able to have The nanny we did the past few weeks and would certainly not hesitate to use her again in the future.We also use a regular night nanny from this agency and she is now very much part of the family. Her quality of care, experience and company is fantastic.
