Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. We will miss Ritah as she helped us immensely through the first crazy weeks of parenthood.

Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!

Our night nanny came to us when our baby was 4 weeks old and was with us for three nights a week for 6 weeks, followed by a few weeks of two nights as my husband‘a work became very demanding. From the outset she was incredibly warm and immediately formed a bond with the baby. From her first week with us she was able to put the baby into a regular sleeping and feeding pattern overnight, which was a huge help for the nights when we were alone. We have as a result been able to get to a point at three months where he sleeps well and is only waking once a night to feed.

In addition to her skills with the baby, our nanny clearly cares very deeply about everyone she works with and has been an invaluable sounding board for me when I have any questions about day or night routines, colds, niggles or advice about how to work towards sleeping through the night and onwards. There is no doubt that I am a calmer mother as a result of having had her helping me (not only because I am better rested).

Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

Night Nannies were quick and responsive to work with and found us an extremely experienced night nanny who took great care of our newborn daughter, letting us get some rest. She was warm and professional, with a wealth of advice if you asked for it. We felt totally comfortable and reassured having her with us and she was supportive through breast feeding and digestive issues. Our daughter loved being with our night nanny and found her very calming and soothing. I credit us having a baby who sleeps well at night with the good practices that she helped us put in place. We've been super impressed with Night Nannies - our first child arrived 5 weeks early and they managed to fill the gap with some extraordinarily talented maternity nurses who have been so helpful. In addition they've used their fantastic network to find us a night nurse for a week away in Oxfordshire which was very impressive. We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!
