Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and Faye was always reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. We would highly recommend Faye to any family and are already looking forward to having her back with us when our next child arrives. Our maternity nurse was fantastic and we loved having her. She was really good in setting up routines with our twin baby girls which we are now following, and in helping my wife establish breastfeeding with them. She was great in encouraging us to take the babies out for local walks from the start, and we managed a trip to our nearest shopping centre and tea at M&S cafe, all of which gave us a lot of confidence in taking them out and about. She has a great relationship with our babies and they are missing her already!

I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.

The night nannies nanny came to help me when my daughter was born. She was incredibly helpful, and made my first days and weeks of being a mother thoroughly enjoyable, she helped me so much. She has a very pleasant personality, a good sense of humour, lots of empathy.. she loved the baby and was very caring of me as a mother too. She took initiative at times in an intelligent way, and after making sure I wanted her to, and she would explain things to me, and if, at times, I had an idea that was novel to her, she would inform herself, if necessary read up about it, and listen and give intelligent opinions. I enjoyed our conversations about babies, different routines, breastfeeding etc… She was very helpful throughout breastfeeding, and she was also, when, at times, I needed the baby to be given a bottle. She is a very organised person, and that was wonderful, because at the best of times I am not, and just after my first baby I felt at times a little lost. She tailor made a routine that worked wonderfully! She has great social skills and was liked by everyone in the family, including the dog. The memories of when my daughter was a tiny baby are beautiful and it is a lot thanks to the nanny. She was patient, caring, intelligent, organised, entertaining, and dynamic. I am so happy she was there for us at that time!

The person who came to help me with my newborn was so caring and so efficient and such an overall nice and intelligent and entertaining person, that those first days or rather weeks were some of the best in my life.
