We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

We have (sadly) come to the end of our six weeks with Jackie Olara and wanted to let you know how utterly blown away we were by her. She is without a doubt one of the most professional, calming, funny and warm characters you can possibly hope to have around in the first few nights back from the hospital. She has implemented an outstanding routine which has been so effective in managing our son’s sleep and development. Her knowledge on what we should be doing and when was beyond extensive and there is no way I could be writing this email if and sitting on my laptop at 10.00pm at night if it wasn’t for the confidence she had given Jess in putting together the routine. You will without a doubt be getting a call from me about her when it’s time for our second and if anyone ever wants to contact me about her I’d be more than happy to chat through our brilliant experience. Our night nanny has helped us with both of our babies, she is wonderful. She is polite, punctual and extremely professional. She has a very discreet, gentle and unobtrusive manner which we appreciate enormously. She doesn't come in and start bossing everyone around, but gets on with her job and gives excellent advice when asked, making suggestions when necessary. Her love for babies is palpable, I trusted her immediately. She settled both babies into a very predictable sleeping routine at night and left us with them sleeping long stretches, easy to settle back to sleep after waking up to feed once, and happy during the day. We learned so much from her and envy anyone who has the chance to welcome our night nanny into their home.

The nanny we had is/was a life saver. She was so kind, so helpful, so gracious and most of all cared with a lot of experience and logical thinking. We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.
