We are thankful for the three months that Eva spent at our house taking care of our newborn. She rapidly became part of the family. She is the most kind, peaceful, dedicated and loving person we could have wished to have for our son. We cannot think of anyone better than Eva to make a mother feel at ease and happy with a first child. We have friends that had intrusive and bossy nannies. With Eva it was none of it. She was so helpful and encouraging and she just gave sound advices in a lovely way. She is very well trained and has tremendous experience but she was also loving with our baby and gave the impression that she truly cared about him. She was great in establishing routines in terms of bathing, feeding, and sleeping. Grand parents, sisters, friends, were all very attached to Eva and sad when she left.We look forward to having her for our second child and would recommend Eva more than highly.

From the moment she arrived, she’s been a calm, reassuring presence, not just for our baby, who adores her, but for us as exhausted new parents. Our baby is always so well-rested and content after a night with her, and the difference it makes to our days is massive. She’s proactive, extremely responsible, and somehow always one step ahead, anticipating what we need before we even realise it ourselves. It’s no exaggeration to say her support has become essential and we never want her to leave! Beyond the nights, she has gone out of her way to make life easier for us in ways big and small. She was here for the baby's first jabs, which are hard for any parent. But with her expertise, calm presence, and reassuring words, she helped make the whole experience much smoother than we ever expected. She has a thoughtful approach to sleep routines, a lovely way of soothing the baby instantly, and we have had the peace of mind that comes from knowing she’s there. Our nanny worked for us for four and half months, six days a week. She started when we bought our son Oscar hone from hospital at four days old until he was four and a half months old. Her tasks were feeding, changing, re settling and assisting with breastfeeding.Our nanny very quickly got Oscar sleeping very well. While my husband and I struggled to get him to sleep at first, as soon as she arrived at our home he was asleep within minutes using her expertise and sleep techniques. She taught us her techniques and gently led Oscar into a routine and soon we were able to get him to sleep ourselves. Oscar was able to self settle early on owing to her sleep training methods which meant my husband and I were able to have nights to ourselves as he slept soundly from 7pm.On her nights off when we looked after Oscar we found him very easy to settle in the middle of the night, waking up for feeds and then settling immediately again meaning our sleep had very little disturbance.Our nanny assisted with breastfeeding and night feeding both bringing Oscar to me for a breast feed and preparing bottles of expressed milk to give him through the night. She offered lots of assistance and advice with breastfeeding, particularly aiding when I had blocked milk ducts (making hot water bottles etc) and messaging me during the day to see if Oscar and I were ok. She also showed us how to use all the feeding equipment such as the breast pump and steriliser and washed and sterilised equipment for us.Before she started with us she sent lists of her recommended baby products and throughout her time with us always recommended what to buy and gave helpful advice on feeding, sleeping and washing items that we might need. When Oscar had vaccinations, conjunctivitis and cradle cap she offered advice on how to administer treatments and helped us in doing so. She also showed us how to bathe him the first time.As well as these duties, she frequently sent us text messages to ask how Oscar was especially if he’d been having issues (eg for a few weeks he hadn’t put on enough weight) and we very much appreciated her out-of-hours care. She was also flexible in staying late in the morning to help us feed and change Oscar when we were going away on holiday.Our nanny has a kind and calm attitude. We very much trusted her and had no worries about leaving him for the first time in her care while we went to the cinema.Oscar is a very happy and settled baby and it’s partly owing to his sleep routine.

I wanna start saying that the sleep training was the best desicion i ever made, i was sceptical because i tought my baby was going to cry a lot and that gave me a lot of anxiety, but im so glad it wasnt too bad, it went so well, our sleep trainer was a live saver i was getting depresion from the lack of sleep, now both of us are in better mood, i already started recommending you, thank you so much for helping us.
