I highly recommend the services of Night Nannies. Out of desperation one Friday night, I contacted 4 night nanny agencies via their websites. Night Nannies was the only one to respond by Saturday morning (only one more responded by Monday morning, and one responded a whole week later). Night Nannies gave us 2 CVs of highly experienced nannies to review. We interviewed and selected one, who turned out to be excellent. Not only was she skilled at caring for infants, she was warm and kind, and we felt that she genuinely cared about and took delight in our baby. By putting our trust in her and Night Nannies, we were rewarded with excellent care for the baby and several nights of badly-needed sleep for the parents.

Vera was amazing! She spent a night with us as a night nanny to help settle our three week old son, She did a fantastic job calming him down and getting him to sleep, and she also did a great job calming my anxiety and giving me some great advice, which was greatly needed and appreciated. Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. We will miss Ritah as she helped us immensely through the first crazy weeks of parenthood.

Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!

Would recommed, very reliable "We have had the pleasure to have a nanny with us for a couple of months, she started taking care of our baby when he was 3 months old. She is a very caring person, attentive and affectionate. She was very helpful at home, giving useful tips as he is our first child, and asking about his well being even after working hours. We had our maternity nurse for three weeks after the birth of our newborn son. She was an absolute joy to have in our home and filled my husband and I with the confidence we needed to look after our son. I came home from hospital after a traumatic birth, followed by an extended stay, absolutely exhausted. Our maternity nurse got me back on my feet by making sure I got plenty of rest so that I could feel human again. She helped me with breastfeeding and got our son into a good sleeping and feeding routine by the time he reached 3 weeks. She also gave us tips as to how to adapt the routine as our son gets older. She is a tech wizard and set up all our baby equipment, including the steriliser and breast pump!Our maternity nurse took the greatest care to follow the Government’s guidance on Covid-19; she self-isolated before she came to us. She followed our lead and wore a face mask and gloves when she went to the shops and self-isolated on her days off. She was very responsible with making sure that our house was hygienic and ensured that we felt totally comfortable welcoming her to our home.We could not have managed to get through the first three weeks of our son's life without our maternity nurse and we will look back at what could have been a difficult time as a joyful one, filled with learning and fun thanks to her great sense of humour and unflappable nature. We cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough.

Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Lauren came to stay with us a week… Lauren came to stay with us a week after our first baby was born and made such a difference in helping us settle in and understand how to look after our little one. Lauren is not only a safe pair of hands who we can trust with our baby all night, she is an expert in all things baby-related so is a fountain of knowledge and taught us invaluable lessons for the first two months that will stand to us for many more to come. Lauren was accommodating for when I wanted to breastfeed all night or when I needed a break for some extra sleep. She was also able to stretch our baby’s sleep for longer periods which helped a lot when she wasn’t with us. Lauren was generous with sharing her wisdom but never imposing or condescending. I would highly recommend Lauren to any new parents.

Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

The person who came to help me with my newborn was so caring and so efficient and such an overall nice and intelligent and entertaining person, that those first days or rather weeks were some of the best in my life. She smoothed everything out, helping to create a routine adapted to me, helping us in every way really! I feel like I was able to appreciate to the full my new motherhood, and experience only positive moments!
