I called at my wits' end when our baby girl was four months old and I was suffering from acute postpartum insomnia. They were warm and empathetic and quickly found us a lovely nanny. I felt at ease from the moment she arrived at our house and quickly looked forward to seeing her on the evenings she was coming over to help. She was not only loving and confident with our baby – I immediately felt entirely happy to leave her to look after her, which is not always easy for a first-time mum! – but also helped us implement invaluable changes to our routine and approach to sleep that took us from broken nights to everyone sleeping through the night in only a few weeks! We can’t recommend them enough.

Our 10-month-old baby has never been a good sleeper, waking up 2 to 4 times a night and needing to fall asleep in our arms. Nap time was a constant struggle, with him barely sleeping for 30 minutes at a time. Frustrated and sleep-deprived, we decided to seek help from a sleep trainer, and luckily, we found Night Nannies. The night before the sleep trainer's arrival, my wife was filled with anxiety and even considered cancelling. However, her presence immediately put us at ease, exuding professionalism and confidence. After just two nights of guidance, we began to witness a remarkable transformation. Today, our baby sleeps soundly from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.! We diligently follow the routine that was recommended, and it's been a game-changer for us. But the sleep trainer's expertise goes beyond fixing sleep schedules. She provided valuable advice on our baby's feeding and activities. Her extensive experience with infants shines through in her thoughtful recommendations. Couldn't recommend highly enough Our baby arrived 5 weeks premature, night nannies were absolutely fabulous at finding us the kindest most competent maternity nurses to suit our specific needs within 48 hours. The nurses we've had have been beyond brilliant and cared for our son as if he was their own whilst teaching us so much on the job. I felt so much more competent in such a short space of time practicing things like leaving the house, giving baby a bath etc.

Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. Exceptional specialists We used Night Nannies to find a last minute, temporary maternity nurse and also to find a sleep trainer for our 6.5 month old baby. Both of the specialists who were sourced by the agency were brilliant; very professional, kind and caring. We felt totally comfortable with both women and would have them both back in a heartbeat, should we have another baby. I would highly reccomend the agency.

Someone responded very quickly to my request which was much appreciated when looking for someone with short notice. The team found a number of suitable candidates very quickly and all of which had been vetted thoroughly. Would definitely recommend the agency and use again if needed!
