Miraculous When our night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldn’t get out of. I can’t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. He’ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous.

Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasn’t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.

It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my baby’s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.

The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

Our nanny came to help us establish a good sleeping routine for our 1 week old son. She only came for a week but was absolutely fantastic. She really helped establish a great pattern through the night which has continued ever since. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had some really useful tips for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending her or Night Nannies.

Night Nannies have been super efficient… Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me. I have found both Julie and Anastasia, open, honest & super fast at responding to all of my queries and also when I am applying for work. Vera was amazing! She spent a night with us as a night nanny to help settle our three week old son, She did a fantastic job calming him down and getting him to sleep, and she also did a great job calming my anxiety and giving me some great advice, which was greatly needed and appreciated. A friend told me about Night Nannies ‘super nanny’ trouble-shooters so got in touch to get help as we were struggling with some really difficult behaviours with our 3yo son that were affecting us very negatively as a family. Our ‘super nanny’ came and observed us for an afternoon through to bedtime and talked us through her detailed observations and recommendations. 6 weeks later, his behaviour is transformed, the power struggles much reduced, the scary meltdowns have disappeared are and we are a much happier family.

Amazing agency! Amazing agency and so friendly. Julie catered for our bespoke needs in uncertain covid times. We can’t recommend our maternity nurse enough. After a difficult labour we couldn’t have got through the next few weeks without her. Having her help gave me time to recover and she got our son William into a fantastic routine that meant he was quickly above his birth weight and sleeping well. She was great with breastfeeding and bathing advice and the all-important burping techniques! I honestly don’t know how we would have coped with out her. It is invaluable having someone that can help settle him in the night so we can get as much as sleep possible while recovering. Our maternity nurse also goes above and beyond with advice about pumping and would help put laundry on and sorting out his clothes. I would definitely use her again.

We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.

We have had excellent service from… We have had excellent service from Hannah and the night nannies who helped us: Kate, Tracy, Jackie and Claire.All nights that we needed covering were, even at last minute.We are very, very grateful to the whole team, what and excellent, professional service.Could not recommend more.
