Our night nanny came to help us with our daughter two/three nights a week for five weeks. Having her join our new family was one of the best decisions we could have taken – helping us get some much-needed rest was certainly a plus, but it was more her guidance and insight which became invaluable to us. She supported us with giving our daughter her first bath, put me on a feeding schedule to make sure our baby was gaining enough weight (as she was born on the small side) and helped me get set up with the expressing machine (amongst other things). Our night nanny was always on time and very discreet. Most importantly, she was incredible with our daughter – so kind and caring, and always managed to soothe her instantly. We felt that we could completely trust her from the get-go and would certainly love to have her back should there ever be a baby number two.

We contacted Nightnannies when our son was 4.5months old as we wanted help getting him to take the bottle (he was exclusively breastfed) and he also kept waking up every hour at night. I wasn't looking for someone to just give me a goodnight's sleep, I wanted to understand why my son wasn't sleeping and how to change things at home so that he felt more comfortable with his reflux. The nanny spent 2 days with us first and then another 2 days when I got back from holiday and in this short space of time, there was a massive transformation in my son. My son now guzzles milk from the bottle AND sleeps very well at night. Our nanny was very professional, knowledgable, diligent, punctual, committed, kind and I would describe her as a true "baby whisperer". I am amazed that she managed to get him into a routine so quickly and I cannot recommend this agency enough!

We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We have used A**** from NightNannies as our night nurse from the very first night home with the baby. We arrived home from the hospital that night, both anxious. She arrived at our house that evening and with a few questions, assessed the situation and simply took control. Such is her experience with managing newborn babies. We have appreciated her advice and enjoyed her company. We couldn’t be more complimentary of her service to our baby and us. A**** is a lovely houseguest and we have no hesitation in recommending her experience as a night nanny. Overall we have been thrilled with the Night Nanny service.

My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her. I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.
