I had been recommended NightNannies.com by two separate friends, both of whom found almost immediate improvement in their babies sleep after implementing the learnings of their specialist. My 9-month-old son was still having a dream feed, and then waking up anywhere between 2am – 5am. If he woke at 5, he thought that was the start of his day, and he was completely dependent on his dummy. As I was returning to work – and was shattered! – I thought I would invest in some help and support.Our NightNannies.com representative was Tina – she contacted me in advance of coming over and found out what our issues were, and we discussed a variety of strategies that could help. One of the tips Tina recommended had an immediate impact improving my son’s sleep even before she came over, which was fantastic.Tina was with us for two nights. The first night she arrived, met my son and we again discussed and agreed the strategy for the night ahead – cold turkey on both the dream feed and the dummy! Not long after my son went to bed, Tina settled into her room for the night. By the end of the second night my son was able to go to sleep without his dummy and stay asleep throughout the night. We are now regularly getting sleep 7pm – 7am!Tina has been in constant touch after visiting to ensure things are still going well and has been a fantastic source of support and knowledge if I have had any questions.Overall, I would absolutely recommend using NightNannies.co.uk in general, and Tina in particular. For two nights we spent the same as two nights in a hotel – however it is more restful, and this has improved my sons sleep – and therefore mine! – forever. Thank you, Tina!

I called at my wits' end when our baby girl was four months old and I was suffering from acute postpartum insomnia. They were warm and empathetic and quickly found us a lovely nanny. I felt at ease from the moment she arrived at our house and quickly looked forward to seeing her on the evenings she was coming over to help. She was not only loving and confident with our baby – I immediately felt entirely happy to leave her to look after her, which is not always easy for a first-time mum! – but also helped us implement invaluable changes to our routine and approach to sleep that took us from broken nights to everyone sleeping through the night in only a few weeks! The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

The individual recommended by the agency, Jessica Bisaso, was an incredible caregiver on whose advice and sound judgment I constantly relied.
