We had a fantastic experience with Night Nannies. We used the service from the time our second son was 6 weeks old. Our nanny had more knowledge about newborns than anyone we have come across in the childcare profession providing us the comfort to get a good night sleep. She gave us invaluable advice that helped to improve our son's sleep and establish a schedule that worked for our family, and was even a hit with our 2 year old who loved running to see her in the mornings. Highly recommend!

Our night nanny has been just the most wonderful and worthwhile investment in my second pregnancy/ postpartum journey. She is so kind, warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable about babies (she is also a paediatric nurse, which gave me such peace of mind!)and nothing was ever too much trouble. Extremely reliable, punctual and professional, she instantly bonded with my daughter and established a great routine, giving me some much needed time to myself and most importantly sleep! I could not recommend her more and just wish I had had her with my son!

Sleep training was a really big decision for us. There's a lot of noise about it on Facebook and such, so we were really scared about the process. Margarita was warm, clear and firm - which seems to be the ideal combination in a sleep trainer. Our 7 month old has turned the corner as regards sleep, but is still a very happy, smiley baby.

Amazing agency! Amazing agency and so friendly. Julie catered for our bespoke needs in uncertain covid times. Our needs and plans changed on a month by month basis, and the flexibility and customer-focus attitude of Night Nannies enabled us to get all the support that we needed. My 8 month old baby girl needed a dummy to sleep and also woke frequently in the night for various reasons we didn’t understand. We all needed to get sleep so had taken to letting her sleep in our bed at some point in the night for about 6 weeks before we brought in a sleep consultant through Night Nannies. She completely changed our lives!! She got rid of the dummy and my little one now sleeps 7pm to 7am and can settle herself well. I felt she really respected my baby and got to know her quickly. She was gentle with us too and not giving me too much ‘homework’ in the daytime when she wasn’t there. I now have the confidence to continue her techniques.

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Fantastic night nanny We had a night nanny from you for our newborn son from 3 weeks old from March- May 2022 and it was fantastic. She had a calming effect on our son when he was upset or screaming and our son was always happy to see her . I was a first time mum and she was very knowledgable about looking after young babies which was so useful . She was always punctual and reliable . She is a kind and lovely person and I could always trust her with our baby . I highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future .

Sanyu has been absolutely fantastic. After quite a difficult postnatal operation, we needed a bit of help for a few days so I could recover but we ended up asking Sanyu to stay for three weeks and would have loved to do more! Despite thinking I was super organised, there were so many things that I didn't know and didn't have. Sanyu completely sorted me out in a very gentle way by advising on various things I needed and how to use them. She was also really helpful with advising me on issues I was having with breastfeeding as well as understanding routines. >> >> Sanyu is a natural with babies and has a lovely energy. She was so good with our little boy - we felt he was in very good hands and ultimately that allowed us to have some much-needed peaceful sleep! >> >> I would highly recommend Sanyu to any mum

Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more
