The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

We absolutely loved working with our night nanny. She brought such a warm, reassuring presence to our home after the arrival of our baby boy in May. Her childcare was exceptional, we trusted her from the very beginning, and she consistently approached everything in a collaborative way with both myself and my husband, which we really valued for maintaining balance and trust. She was incredibly reliable and was always accommodating if we needed to adjust our schedule. She supported us for nine weeks, from May to July 2025, and we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made after having our baby. She has a wonderful sense of humour, cared deeply for our son, and became such a special part of our home.

Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

Really amazing agency who will find you… Really amazing agency who will find you someone for your needs. They have great maternity nurses and night nurses that helped us for our twin girls. I highly recommend Night Nannies. Julie and Anastasia are fantastic!

4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.
