Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! I’d highly recommend the Night Nannies agency to anyone.

I was at close to breaking point of exhaustion- 4 month sleep regression that wasn’t going away. We had a fabulous Night Nanny who allowed me to get some much needed rest at a critical point staying 5 nights over a 2.5 week period. Our daughter was easily settled by her and we felt entirely comfortable having the Night Nanny with us - she slotted in so easily. I genuinely am not sure I would have made it to the point where we could do some sleep training without her!

The team is efficient, responsive, and well-informed.We welcomed our night nanny in January 2024. What began as a two-month engagement extended to six months. Our son, then 3 months old, benefitted immensely from her expertise. She attentively addressed my concerns and expertly guided our son through sleep training. Now, he enjoys 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and contentedly stays in his crib until we’re ready to greet the day. The wonderful night nanny worked for us for 11 weeks in spring 2022. We loved her so much that it was difficult to let her go (but she trained our baby son to sleep from 7pm - 7am so we no longer needed her!). She is the ultimate professional: punctual, organized, neat and clean, detail oriented, hard working and efficient. She is also a very sweet person who cared for our baby as though he were her own son. We learned so much from her and we will miss her reassuring presence. I called at my wits' end when our baby girl was four months old and I was suffering from acute postpartum insomnia. They were warm and empathetic and quickly found us a lovely nanny. I felt at ease from the moment she arrived at our house and quickly looked forward to seeing her on the evenings she was coming over to help. “Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

The Sleep Trainer and Supernanny came to help us for 3 nights when our son was four and a half months old. Before she came he was waking up often during the night and it was taking me a long time to rock him back to sleep. We were exhausted! She suggested changes to everything- toys, feeding and daytime naps and he immediately started eating more and tiring himself out. She also taught him to self settle so he now puts himself to sleep and I haven't had to rock him since! It is amazing to watch him fall asleep happily on his own. We are all getting lots more sleep and are much happier as a result. We are very thankful for her help.

We absolutely loved our night nurse. She took excellent care of our little one. Our son suffered from a few things early on and She was so attentive and caring - we always felt so much better knowing She was there. She helped us problem solve what was going on and also helped get our little guy into a routine. She was lovely, thoughtful & very knowledgeable - a safe and warm pair of hands to help him get through the nights!

Friendly former hospital nurse & night nanny Our nanny through Night Nannies has a warm & friendly demeanor and was very easy to welcome into our home. She provided night nanny services for our 4 month old 6 nights a week for several weeks while our regular night nanny (also through your agency) took time off for a family emergency.

Our son really enjoyed her care and attention. Her time spent as a hospital nurse was particularly reassuring to me as a first-time mum. In the mornings I could often hear her interacting playfully with our son - his laughter and squeals of delight showed me straight away that this nanny was a good fit for us. I also really liked her punctuality and her flexibility with coming in an hour or two early if needed. She always left everything very clean and supported me on my breastfeeding journey as well. We hope to work with her again in future.
