Our night nanny was very pleasant and easy to get along with. She was mindful that families have their own ways of doing things and was happy to adapt to our preferences, all the while giving tips, hints and suggestions. We also had the opportunity to meet her daughter at the interview and observed the mother-daughter dynamic. She is a firm but approachable parent. This reassured us that she would be a good fit for our family.

The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. My daughter was still sleeping in my bed at the age of 18 months. I had tried several times to get her into her own room and in a cot. I failed every time and would sometimes spend 2.5 hours a night of trying to get a baby into a cot that she was having none of. Many months of no evenings to myself, being woken up several times in the night as the baby was in my bed and being back at work, there was no chance I was going to get the baby into a routine by myself. This just had to change. Vera came to my rescue and my life has completely changed in just a few days. I couldn’t believe how easily Vera got my daughter in her own room, in a cot and asleep within 5 mins so effortlessly on the first try. Amazing. Vera's calm and thoughtful approach for sleep training (after seeing how my daughters personality was) simply just worked. I cannot thank her enough. I have a happy baby who actually gets excited to get into her cot and sleeps right through till the morning, I have my evenings back and my bed!!!I would recommend Vera to anyone that has problems with their little ones sleep habits.

Amazing newborn support Alina jumped in to support us on short notice. She was absolutely wonderful. For almost a week, Alina provided day+night support for our newborn. She provided thoughtful, compassionate, expert care. She was also a pleasure to have around the house, with zero fuss and zero mess. If ever needed again, we'd call her immediately.

Second time using night nannies to find… Second time using night nannies to find me a maternity nurse for my newborn. Excellent service and they matched me with an incredible nanny who not only took good care of my son, putting him in an excellent routine early doors, but also took great care of me, allowing me to recover physically and mentally quicker than I otherwise would.
