It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. Both my wife and I would not hesitate in recommending our night nanny to anyone looking for a night nanny.After the first night our night nanny already had a handle on our new baby and we were confident leaving her with our daughter so that we could get some much needed rest.In particular, our night nanny was very good at making suggestions to improve our daughter’s routine and help her sleep better. Unlike other carers we’ve had in the past, our night nanny never judged, and never pushed any of her suggestions onto us. Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. I'm able to enjoy the experience of a newborn and get some rest- thanks so much Night Nannies xx

We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.

She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.

We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!

We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

“Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

I can not recommend night Nannies (and particularly the nanny that helped me) highly enough. She helped me for 3 months with my newborn. She is very knowledgable and provided invaluable advice on many topics ranging from breastfeeding to how to help the baby when he has a cold. I also liked that I didn’t feel she was ‘clock watching’ and would always make sure the baby was ok and fed before leaving in the mornings. I don’t know what we would have done without her. We miss her - thank you Night Nannies!

I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her. I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

Our nanny has been brilliant Our nanny has been brilliant. She’s been coming to us once or twice a week for a couple of months now since our baby was a month old and has helped us through a very tough time. We’ve loved how trustworthy and non judgemental she is. She immediately put us at ease and is really responsive to our preferences. Her care is excellent and I think has really helped our baby get into some good sleep habits such as settling in the SNOO. Occasionally transport issues has meant that she’s been delayed but most weeks she arrives early and has been incredibly reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. The agency has also been great, very efficient and found us a great cover nanny very quickly when our usual nanny couldn’t be with us because of a family emergency.
