Irene was so fantastic, especially as a new mum having her experience, knowledge and reassurance was a real help. She’s such a loving and caring person and our daughter (Lily) loved her. We felt Lily was in very safe hands and were very comfortable leaving her with her at such a young age. We were able to enjoy every minute of becoming new parents because we weren’t sleep deprived. I would hire Irene again in heartbeat but sadly we no longer leave in London!

My partner and I were literally on our knees when Liz came along. Our 8 week old baby girl had severe silent reflux and screamed from 6pm to 11pm without pause every evening. This started extending in to the day and my partner was unable to go into work he was so exhausted. I called Liz who came around that night and brought reassurance, humour and sanity into our household. What I loved most about Liz was her calmness and experience without ever making either of us feel stupid or incompetent. She gently experimented with various things (revisiting swaddling was a key move!) and despite being in a fairly small flat, she very quickly became like a family member. We ended up having some very funny chats and even when Poppy was 100% improved we could hardly bring ourselves to stop using Liz. She is utterly brilliant and lovely and kind and funny.

Excellent portfolio of Nannies Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them. I would definitely recommande night nanny as a night care agency !

‘Our little boy, almost 10months, started waking up during the night almost every 1,5h crying for milk, while before he was waking every 3-4h before. We were desperate, not knowing what caused that, instead of sleeping more while growing, be worse than a newborn. So, I searched through the internet and found out about a new term ‘sleep trainer ‘ I couldn’t believe that existed. Being a bit hesitant since I didn’t know how this worked or how it would work for me since I live far away from London /Uk , I called the agency and they suggested one girl for us! At first, we were planning for her to fly to us but then we realized that this couldn’t work since the baby didn’t have its own bedroom in the house and he was sleeping with us, so we asked her if she could consult us from distant. She accepted and we started. I was really stressed about how this could even work, but from the first night the baby started changing, something I could never believe it was possible. She strategically set up a new schedule for him from day to night which was mandatory for him to change habits and start sleeping. She was there on her phone during the night to advise me in case I needed her and also during the day. I was constantly asking questions since there were so many things and changes for us and the baby but she was there insisting to her technics, since I was so stressed and scared. In a week time, baby finally learned how to soothe himself when waking up during the night or day naps, he eats more, he plays more and he is happier. We also know what to do with him and what to expect from him during the day. I would definitely recommend her for a life changing experience for the baby and the parents! ‘Adriana P.

The night nanny came to work with us when our daughter was 14 weeks old, we had a night nanny prior to this but she had moved on to a new job. My daughter seemed to have become much more unsettled. We knew she had silent reflux, but the night nanny helped up understand it was the reflux, which was getting worse and unsettling our daughter. She suggested we see a specialist she knew and gave us some small things to help her immediately. Thanks to the night nanny we now havea much calmer, cheerier daughter. The night nanny was great with her from the start and got her to go down at night and stay down, which led to better day time naps. She is warm and friendly, offering a wealth of knowledge and advice, butnever interfering with our chosen ways. I believe she could handle any baby situation and would not be phased by anything. She was super promt and always extremely professional. Overall a great experience

We had a fantastic experience with Night Nannies. We used the service from the time our second son was 6 weeks old. Our nanny had more knowledge about newborns than anyone we have come across in the childcare profession providing us the comfort to get a good night sleep. She gave us invaluable advice that helped to improve our son's sleep and establish a schedule that worked for our family, and was even a hit with our 2 year old who loved running to see her in the mornings. Highly recommend!

Night Nannies came to our rescue and at very short notice and sent us someone wonderful. We are so grateful for the nights that their Night Nanny took care of our one month old baby. Miraculous When our night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldn’t get out of. I can’t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. He’ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous.

Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasn’t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.

It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my baby’s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.
