Our nanny has been brilliant Our nanny has been brilliant. She’s been coming to us once or twice a week for a couple of months now since our baby was a month old and has helped us through a very tough time. We’ve loved how trustworthy and non judgemental she is. She immediately put us at ease and is really responsive to our preferences. Her care is excellent and I think has really helped our baby get into some good sleep habits such as settling in the SNOO. Occasionally transport issues has meant that she’s been delayed but most weeks she arrives early and has been incredibly reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. The agency has also been great, very efficient and found us a great cover nanny very quickly when our usual nanny couldn’t be with us because of a family emergency.

Maura agreed to work 24 hours, for a period of 10 days in November 2017, as a maternity nurse to help my daughter Elena, who was 2 months and half old, to sleep better. Elena was always crying and wanted always to be in my arms while walking around in order for her to sleep. Within 2 to 3 days, Maura helped in setting a new routine and a new sleeping habit which made Elena calmer and a happier baby. Until today, I just put Elena (6 months old) to bed with a kiss and she would directly fall asleep and understand that it is “dodo” time. I am very happy with the routine that Maura established for my daughter Elena. She provided me with excellent tips in such a short time.Maura has a high professional standard, easy to have in the house and is a very knowledgeable person, interesting and fun to talk to.As a first time mum, I felt very comfortable having her and would definitely recommend her and ask her to work again for me when I get the second child:). By the way, I gave her number to 2 friends of mine already.

In summary, our nanny was phenomenal! As two new parents, we were naturally nervous and incredibly sleep deprived. We got our nanny in solely to get some sleep. We got a lot more. Our nanny was so kind, gentle and caring with our baby girl. We were instantly calmed by her nature. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (she even accurately diagnosed our daughter with severe acid reflux and eczema and connected us with a wonderful specialist to get us help). Needless to say, the specialist sorted the reflux and eczema; we now have a happy and comfortable baby who is sleeping far better - all to the credit of our nanny. Highly recommended.

It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. Everything we needed! NightNannies responded incredibly swiftly and helped us find the perfect super nanny within a day. After her arrival, our lives changed. Our 3 month old daughter now goes to bed quickly, does not need bouncing or nursing anymore, loved the bottle and plays tons during the day. All accomplished in three days, without much crying. We now have a solid routine that works well for us. The big test came right after our nanny left: one week by myself with our little one as my husband was travelling. Instead of a stressful week, I enjoyed it so much! What a difference! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.

Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore.
