Amazing newborn support Alina jumped in to support us on short notice. She was absolutely wonderful. For almost a week, Alina provided day+night support for our newborn. Night Nannies Saved Us I cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough. We initially tried to look after our new born son without any help at all. After 6 sleepless nights we were broken and called Night Nannies in the morning to beg for help. They arranged someone the same day who was brilliant and took control of the night time sleeping situation. She advised us on all matters to do with getting our son to sleep. Most of all, the fact that we could hand over our baby for 10 hours without worry to a specialist with over 17 years of experience was a huge bonus and allowed us to sleep properly.

The staff of Night Nannies were very understanding and accommodated to all our requests. They were always available (even on a Sunday) and always understanding of what we required. Worth every penny.

We cannot recommend night nannies… We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

Our nanny, used for two nights, was so lovely. She had a really calming presence, and was so tender with my baby. She helped us during the heatwave, and was very gracious about staying in our living room which was cooler than our nursery upstairs. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and to keep track of feeding timings and amounts. I would absolutely work with her again!

We had a night nanny in our family for our first baby and I don’t know what we would have done without her positive energy, tailored support, and kind guidance. As first time parents without family nearby, we were looking for someone who could help us catch up on sleep but who could also give us insights into our baby’s behaviour and development and, using her extensive experience, our night nanny was able to do just that. NN helped us find a night nanny for our second baby, 4 nights / week for 2 months, from about 2-10w. The agency was extremely efficient and prompt, providing a list of names and references on the day I enquired, filling our needs very quickly. Like all the other families who provided references, as soon as we met our nanny, we never wanted her to leave! Our NN was very kind, supportive, relaxed and easy to be around. When she arrived a calm descended - just what you need when overtired, adjusting to a new reality as a parent, and when sharing space in your home with someone you don’t yet know well. She brought a wealth of knowledge from all the babies she’s worked with - so we felt we benefited not just from the support in the night (enabling us to get some much needed rest) but from her guidance on routines, reflux, bottle issues, breastfeeding, health problems (our daughter was diagnosed with cows milk allergy) and much more. We wished we had met her earlier and had the benefit of her guidance with our first child, as her gentle and supportive approach would have helped us with new parent challenges and anxieties, and given us an easier journey first time. I’d recommend NN to anyone looking for support with their childcare, and will definitely be booking in the future if we need more support further down the line.
