Night Nannies found us the most wonderful nanny to look after our 2 week old son for 7 weeks. She was professional, punctual and caring. Our toddler also adored her and she became part of our family. Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.

Our nanny came to us shortly after our daughter was born. She was warm, funny and caring and immediately felt like part of the family. My 2 year old son adored her and she made a real effort to include him in everything. She loves babies and is extremely knowledgeable - we felt our daughter couldn’t have been in safer hands. She taught us many things about how to look after the baby and it was amazing to get some extra sleep in those first nights. I feel very lucky to have had her to help us and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I was also really impressed with Night Nannies who sent through a selection of candidates almost immediately, all of whom looked of a high standard.

The night nanny came to work with us when our daughter was 14 weeks old, we had a night nanny prior to this but she had moved on to a new job. My daughter seemed to have become much more unsettled. We knew she had silent reflux, but the night nanny helped up understand it was the reflux, which was getting worse and unsettling our daughter. She suggested we see a specialist she knew and gave us some small things to help her immediately. Thanks to the night nanny we now havea much calmer, cheerier daughter. The night nanny was great with her from the start and got her to go down at night and stay down, which led to better day time naps. She is warm and friendly, offering a wealth of knowledge and advice, butnever interfering with our chosen ways. I believe she could handle any baby situation and would not be phased by anything. She was super promt and always extremely professional. Overall a great experience
