Really pleased with the service from… Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

Sleep Trainer I used Night Nannies to help find a sleep trainer for my baby girl. I have a 10 month old who sometimes sleeps through and other times will wake 4-5x / night. There was no explanation for her waking except either a habit or wanting a cuddle. The sleep trainer came to help sleep train / trouble shooting for my baby girl. She was incredibly helpful and kind. Her energy is fantastic. She is so calm and caring. She took a look at my daughter’s routine and made some changes which were hugely helpful. She also changed what she was sleeping in to make sure she was warmer. My daughter suffers from reflux and food allergies and she was clearly experienced with babies with the same which gave me a lot of confidence that we had the right person for the job. From the moment she stepped foot in our house, we felt we were in good hands. Since the first time my daughter wakes is earlier in the evening, she started earlier the first couple of nights without issue. The third night my daughter woke up screaming when she wasn’t there yet (at 8pm) and I messaged her and she immediately came over to help us, which was truly outstanding. She gave me and my husband the confidence to deal with our daughter’s waking / crying in a safe way. She was also so kind and caring to my 4 year old son. He really liked her and would continue to ask when she was coming over as he liked having her around. She continued to support us on Whatsapp and would check in continuously to see how my baby was doing. I would highly recommend her for sleep training and if we ever had any hiccups again she would be my first call!

Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!
