Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. Our night nanny went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. I would recommend the service without hesitation.

Our son suffered from a few things early on and She was so attentive and caring - we always felt so much better knowing She was there. She helped us problem solve what was going on and also helped get our little guy into a routine. Night Nannies were quick and responsive to work with and found us an extremely experienced night nanny who took great care of our newborn daughter, letting us get some rest. She was warm and professional, with a wealth of advice if you asked for it. We felt totally comfortable and reassured having her with us and she was supportive through breast feeding and digestive issues. Our daughter loved being with our night nanny and found her very calming and soothing. I credit us having a baby who sleeps well at night with the good practices that she helped us put in place. We have (sadly) come to the end of our six weeks with Jackie Olara and wanted to let you know how utterly blown away we were by her. She is without a doubt one of the most professional, calming, funny and warm characters you can possibly hope to have around in the first few nights back from the hospital. She has implemented an outstanding routine which has been so effective in managing our son’s sleep and development. Her knowledge on what we should be doing and when was beyond extensive and there is no way I could be writing this email if and sitting on my laptop at 10.00pm at night if it wasn’t for the confidence she had given Jess in putting together the routine. You will without a doubt be getting a call from me about her when it’s time for our second and if anyone ever wants to contact me about her I’d be more than happy to chat through our brilliant experience. Our nanny came to help us with our 15-month-old daughter, who was waking between 6 and 8 times a night, was often wide awake between midnight and 2am, could only be resettled with milk, and was ending up in bed with us every night.The process was very gentle but had a clear effect as early as the second night, and, a week later, we have had our first experience of sleeping through the night – 11 hours without so much as a whimper!! We really wouldn’t have believed it possible! Not only that but we have entirely eliminated the need for a dummy, without which she hadn’t been able to sleep since about 4 months of age.Our nanny was incredibly kind, empathetic and reassuring, but above all it is the results that have been truly amazing! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is struggling with their nights.

We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.

Wedding nanny The agency provided a last minute nanny to help us look after our 10 week old son at our wedding. She was just fantastic, from the moment she arrived I felt at ease and so did our son. She was super organised and looked after our son throughout the wedding, but brought him to us for photos etc but didn’t let him get too overstimulated. He even slept throughout the entire meal! I cannot praise her enough, she made me feel at ease that he was in good hands allowing us to really enjoy our wedding. She has such a calm and organised approach.

Maternity leave super hero I can’t thank Night Nannies enough for introducing us to L. She worked as our night nanny from the start of August 2023 for 12 weeks. L was incredible. I was so anxious when she started. It’s a huge deal to handover the care of the most precious tiny being to someone you don’t know. L was so reassuring and patient with me while I learned to accept help from others. L has a calm and unobtrusive manner. She is so gentle with babies, a real baby-whisperer. My husband and I would always look forward to a “nanny night” knowing we would be able to rest properly and ask all the little questions that were bothering us. We were helped to establish a night routine from the very start. As a result our little girl slept through the night from about 14 weeks - getting good rest is such a game changer when you are a first time parent. L helped us establish a good daytime napping routine too, and taught us how to be flexible with daytime sleep rather than rigid. We had initially planned to have L help us for 6 weeks but she was so great we continued for 12 weeks! I can’t thank her enough for her support and encouragement. No matter if she arrived to find me beaming or sobbing, she was completely unflappable and always so supportive. Using Night Nannies was a complete game changer and anyone considering using them definitely should.
