“Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

Our nanny came to us shortly after our daughter was born. She was warm, funny and caring and immediately felt like part of the family. My 2 year old son adored her and she made a real effort to include him in everything. She loves babies and is extremely knowledgeable - we felt our daughter couldn’t have been in safer hands. She taught us many things about how to look after the baby and it was amazing to get some extra sleep in those first nights. Our Supernanny was absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend her. She is very calm, gentle and kind and clearly highly experienced with babies. She came to us for four days to help us establish a better routine for our 4 month old who would only take 25 minute naps and woke hourly all night long. She had lots of great advice and ideas about how to improve this and implemented a new routine which is working really well for us. Our baby is now napping for up to an hour at a time and going much longer stretches at night and it is continuing to improve day by day as we follow the new routine.
