Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

Our night nanny started working with us when our daughter—our first baby—was a few days old, for around eight weeks. It is impossible to overstate what a game-changer she was for us. Without family nearby, she came into our home and provided the insight, assurance and support that we needed. Our daughter is a great sleeper as a result of our night nanny’s work with her in those early days and weeks – she taught us the basics of a night sleep routine, how to use sleep aids like swaddling and white noise, and how to settle to sleep. In addition to her sympathetic and professional demeanor, we greatly appreciate her genuine interest in our daughter—she follows up for updates on how both she and we are doing to this day. We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. The Sleep Trainer and Supernanny came to help us for 3 nights when our son was four and a half months old. Before she came he was waking up often during the night and it was taking me a long time to rock him back to sleep. We were exhausted! She suggested changes to everything- toys, feeding and daytime naps and he immediately started eating more and tiring himself out. She also taught him to self settle so he now puts himself to sleep and I haven't had to rock him since! It is amazing to watch him fall asleep happily on his own. We are all getting lots more sleep and are much happier as a result. We are very thankful for her help.

I was at close to breaking point of exhaustion- 4 month sleep regression that wasn’t going away. We had a fabulous Night Nanny who allowed me to get some much needed rest at a critical point staying 5 nights over a 2.5 week period. Our daughter was easily settled by her and we felt entirely comfortable having the Night Nanny with us - she slotted in so easily. I genuinely am not sure I would have made it to the point where we could do some sleep training without her!

We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.

She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.

We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!

We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly
