  • Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator.   • Always have nannies available even at v short notice and all are excellent quality. Example - one of them was with us for 7 weeks as a night nanny looking after our four month old daughter. She was always punctual, professional and provided detailed notes after every night. She cemented our daughter’s nighttime routine from 7-7. She also proved invaluable when we both got Covid - she was taking care of our daughter monitoring her temperature, administering calpol and keeping me abreast of any development on her condition for us to take action. It allowed me to really rest at night.

  • Our night nanny was absolutely fabulous. She came in as a emergency back up and fit in easily from day 1. She was sweet considerate and easy to introduce to my son and our routine. She picked fit up straight away and he was great with her. She was lovely also in morning making sure he was all set but also us for the day not only cleaning bottles but also preparing the morning feed. On top of that she is just a lovely person and easy to get along with and fits right in unobtrusively

Our toddler also adored her and she became part of our family. Our baby was in a great routine by the time she left - almost sleeping through the night! We were so sad to see her go.   • She helped us as a maternity nurse for six weeks following the birth of our daughter. She looked after her during the night as well as parts of the day, so we could spend time with our two-year old son. She had a very loving, calm, yet authoritative approach to our daughter's care which the little one loved and we really appreciated! She softly taught the baby a reassuring routine while giving her lots of cuddles and attention. As a result, our daughter has wonderful sleeping habits and is a very contented baby.

In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. Our night nanny went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice.
