The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.

Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. Friendly former hospital nurse & night nanny Our nanny through Night Nannies has a warm & friendly demeanor and was very easy to welcome into our home. She provided night nanny services for our 4 month old 6 nights a week for several weeks while our regular night nanny (also through your agency) took time off for a family emergency.

Our son really enjoyed her care and attention. Her time spent as a hospital nurse was particularly reassuring to me as a first-time mum. In the mornings I could often hear her interacting playfully with our son - his laughter and squeals of delight showed me straight away that this nanny was a good fit for us. I also really liked her punctuality and her flexibility with coming in an hour or two early if needed. She always left everything very clean and supported me on my breastfeeding journey as well. We hope to work with her again in future.

“Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.
