Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

Excellent agency I used night nannies for a period of 3 months to help with our 4 month old son. They were excellent. They have great nannies on their books and the agency itself is so helpful - communication is great and swift, they listen to your childcare concerns and match you up with a nanny that can meet them, and their invoicing is clear, punctual and fair. We decided to call Vera as our 7 month old daughter was refusing to take a bottle, snacking a lot and increasingly waking in the night. I had been trying to stop breastfeeding without any success.Vera helped us make lots of important changes across the entire routine which has made a huge difference and Allegra is much more settled, eating proper portions, gaining weight sleeping better. Some of the changes seemed very small and were not always related to the feeding routine but I could quickly see that it was important to make sure that we were giving her the right structure for playtime, sleep and feeding. Vera’s experience made me feel very confident she knew what was going to work for Allegra and, sure enough, by the first day of fully implementing the new routine my daughter was eating proper meals and sleeping through the night.Asking Vera to come and help has been the best decision we have made and I’m so grateful. Aside from being very good at what she does Vera is also so lovely and a joy to have around the house! I highly recommend her.

Excellent Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!
