Our night nanny arrived into our lives on the first day our daughter came home and from the moment she walked in the door her professionalism, experience and warm nature shone through. Our minds were at ease whenever she was here to help and we cannot thank her enough for her guidance and friendship during her time with us. We would recommend her in a heartbeat and any family would be lucky to have her help. She became part of our family and we are extremely grateful to have had the chance to work with her. As a first time mum, she has given my wife the guidance and therefore confidence to look after our new baby. She did this with such kindness and it’s hard to describe how much this has meant for our family.

Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

Really pleased with the service from… Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.

She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.

We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!

Our 10-month-old baby has never been a good sleeper, waking up 2 to 4 times a night and needing to fall asleep in our arms. After just two nights of guidance, we began to witness a remarkable transformation. Today, our baby sleeps soundly from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.! We diligently follow the routine that was recommended, and it's been a game-changer for us. But the sleep trainer's expertise goes beyond fixing sleep schedules. She provided valuable advice on our baby's feeding and activities. Her extensive experience with infants shines through in her thoughtful recommendations. Our night nanny came to help us with our daughter two/three nights a week for five weeks. Having her join our new family was one of the best decisions we could have taken – helping us get some much-needed rest was certainly a plus, but it was more her guidance and insight which became invaluable to us. She supported us with giving our daughter her first bath, put me on a feeding schedule to make sure our baby was gaining enough weight (as she was born on the small side) and helped me get set up with the expressing machine (amongst other things). Our night nanny was always on time and very discreet. Most importantly, she was incredible with our daughter – so kind and caring, and always managed to soothe her instantly. We felt that we could completely trust her from the get-go and would certainly love to have her back should there ever be a baby number two.
