Maternity leave super hero I can’t thank Night Nannies enough for introducing us to L. She worked as our night nanny from the start of August 2023 for 12 weeks. L was incredible. I was so anxious when she started. It’s a huge deal to handover the care of the most precious tiny being to someone you don’t know. L was so reassuring and patient with me while I learned to accept help from others. L has a calm and unobtrusive manner. She is so gentle with babies, a real baby-whisperer. My husband and I would always look forward to a “nanny night” knowing we would be able to rest properly and ask all the little questions that were bothering us. We were helped to establish a night routine from the very start. As a result our little girl slept through the night from about 14 weeks - getting good rest is such a game changer when you are a first time parent. L helped us establish a good daytime napping routine too, and taught us how to be flexible with daytime sleep rather than rigid. We had initially planned to have L help us for 6 weeks but she was so great we continued for 12 weeks! I can’t thank her enough for her support and encouragement. No matter if she arrived to find me beaming or sobbing, she was completely unflappable and always so supportive. Using Night Nannies was a complete game changer and anyone considering using them definitely should.

The Sleep Trainer and Supernanny came to help us for 3 nights when our son was four and a half months old. Before she came he was waking up often during the night and it was taking me a long time to rock him back to sleep. We were exhausted! She suggested changes to everything- toys, feeding and daytime naps and he immediately started eating more and tiring himself out. She also taught him to self settle so he now puts himself to sleep and I haven't had to rock him since! It is amazing to watch him fall asleep happily on his own. We are all getting lots more sleep and are much happier as a result. We are very thankful for her help.

Excellent agency I used night nannies for a period of 3 months to help with our 4 month old son. They were excellent. They have great nannies on their books and the agency itself is so helpful - communication is great and swift, they listen to your childcare concerns and match you up with a nanny that can meet them, and their invoicing is clear, punctual and fair. Highly highly recommended.

She was very respectful and discreet, very experienced with babies and their cues and has an overall warm and caring presence. She was very proactive and always eager to help. Kind, competent and knowledgeable night nanny The night nanny looked after our newborn son on several occasions during his first 6-8 weeks and was absolutely brilliant in allowing us to get some rest and in helping to establish a nighttime feeding routine in the early days. The night nannies nanny came to help me when my daughter was born. She was incredibly helpful, and made my first days and weeks of being a mother thoroughly enjoyable, she helped me so much. She has a very pleasant personality, a good sense of humour, lots of empathy.. she loved the baby and was very caring of me as a mother too. She took initiative at times in an intelligent way, and after making sure I wanted her to, and she would explain things to me, and if, at times, I had an idea that was novel to her, she would inform herself, if necessary read up about it, and listen and give intelligent opinions. I enjoyed our conversations about babies, different routines, breastfeeding etc… She was very helpful throughout breastfeeding, and she was also, when, at times, I needed the baby to be given a bottle. She is a very organised person, and that was wonderful, because at the best of times I am not, and just after my first baby I felt at times a little lost. She tailor made a routine that worked wonderfully! She has great social skills and was liked by everyone in the family, including the dog. The memories of when my daughter was a tiny baby are beautiful and it is a lot thanks to the nanny. She was patient, caring, intelligent, organised, entertaining, and dynamic. I am so happy she was there for us at that time!

Jennie listened to our needs and was exceptionally helpful- quickly and carefully matching us with the wonderful Sarah.Sarah was everything we needed and more. She was very calm and from the moment she came into our home we felt at ease.Our daughter (aged 2) loved her and enjoyed every second in her company. She always kept her entertained with a range of tasks that were suited to her likes and needs.Sarah was excellent in all ways, and kept us updated during her time with our daughter with messages and our minds were always put at rest.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
