Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Our nanny was amazing! Our nanny was amazing!! She helped us when our baby was so little and was on a feeding plan, she helped take care of him for us to get some rest at night but also gave me lots of advice on my breastfeeding and tips on how to take care of baby.. this really was invaluable help to me! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.
