  • I am delighted to provide this reference for Night Nannies, who provided a night nanny for my family following my son Hector’s discharge from NICU after arriving six weeks prematurely. From the very first night, she proved to be exceptional. She brought a wonderfully calm, gentle, and nurturing presence to our home during what was an anxious and challenging time. Her warmth extended to both Hector and myself, which made an enormous difference as we adjusted to life at home after the NICU experience. Her skills and knowledge were invaluable. She provided expert support with breastfeeding during the critical establishment phase, offering practical guidance on combination feeding, and demonstrating complete confidence in caring for Hector while he still had a feeding tube. Her clinical competence, combined with her gentle approach, gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, Hector settled beautifully with her. It was immediately evident that she has a natural gift with babies and the experience to handle even more complex care needs with assurance and skill. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Night Nannies. They provided not just professional expertise but genuine care and support when we needed it most.

  • Nana came to us as a night nanny when our baby was 10 days old. Initially doing 3 nights a week for 3 weeks but we ended up keeping her for 12 weeks she was so wonderful! Above everything she evidently loves babies and that as well as being a midwife and her calm confidence meant we felt entirely happy to leave our baby with her from the start to get precious sleep, and later on also if we wanted to go out for dinner etc first. She was so reassuring especially for a first time mum and has a lot of experience from other midwifery and nannying - our baby had very bad colic and she never stopped smiling even when he had been a terror! If we have another baby, Nana will be first on my list to call to see if she can come help again! Thank you nightnannies

  • Sleep Trainer I used Night Nannies to help find a sleep trainer for my baby girl. I have a 10 month old who sometimes sleeps through and other times will wake 4-5x / night. There was no explanation for her waking except either a habit or wanting a cuddle. The sleep trainer came to help sleep train / trouble shooting for my baby girl. She was incredibly helpful and kind. Her energy is fantastic. She is so calm and caring. She took a look at my daughter’s routine and made some changes which were hugely helpful. She also changed what she was sleeping in to make sure she was warmer. My daughter suffers from reflux and food allergies and she was clearly experienced with babies with the same which gave me a lot of confidence that we had the right person for the job. From the moment she stepped foot in our house, we felt we were in good hands. Since the first time my daughter wakes is earlier in the evening, she started earlier the first couple of nights without issue. The third night my daughter woke up screaming when she wasn’t there yet (at 8pm) and I messaged her and she immediately came over to help us, which was truly outstanding. She gave me and my husband the confidence to deal with our daughter’s waking / crying in a safe way. She was also so kind and caring to my 4 year old son. He really liked her and would continue to ask when she was coming over as he liked having her around. She continued to support us on Whatsapp and would check in continuously to see how my baby was doing. I would highly recommend her for sleep training and if we ever had any hiccups again she would be my first call!

  • Fantastic help from start to finish Fantastic help from start to finish. The office staff were so helpful and efficient and provided us with two outstanding nannies. One was with us every week and one covered when our usual nanny was on holiday. They gave us such valuable advice and helped us navigate a challenging time after a difficult birth. Our son is happy, thriving and sleeps well and I put a lot of this down to the help our night nannies gave us.

  • Excellent experience We've had an excellent experience using Night Nannies. They quickly provided us with three highly relevant profiles for our specific needs - newborn twins! We interviewed two of them who both seemed excellent and within a week we had booked a night nanny. Our night nanny was just superb, she immediately put us at ease, took great care of our twins and allowed us to get some much needed sleep! We thought we'd use her for 2 weeks but it ended up being 2 months. I would highly recommend using Night Nannies if you want to find the best nanny for what you're looking for.

  • Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

  • I had an excellent experience using Night Nannies for two days while I was travelling to London. Communication was prompt and comprehensive throughout and they gave me several options to choose from at short notice.I was so worried about leaving my 3 month old with someone for the first time and thought I would need to give an extensive detailed handover and be closeby. From the moment Olivia walked in she filled me with confidence, she basically took over, recognized things about my baby I didnt even know (she wanted a comfort blanket and burping apparently, which proved true and I had no idea), managed to get her to sleep well, took her on outings and was so sweet with her. By the second day my baby was smiling as soon as she saw her, it was amazing.it was an excellent experience. Olivia is full of knowledge when it comes to babies and is also so sweet and caring, and sent me updates throughout the day too to put me at ease.
