I worked with Jennie who helped me to find a nanny for our 2 weeks stay in London and she saved my life. It was a very last minute request and I could not find anybody reliable until I’ve been recommended Jennie. She was so efficient and started her search right away and reassured me that even though it is very last minute she will do everything to help me to find the help I desperately needed. And so she did, she connected me with Karen and, boy, did she helped us ! Our daughter had a stranger/separation anxiety and it took her a lot of time to get used to new people, so I prepared Karen that it will take a few days of us working hard together, so I can eventually leave them and do my work but to my absolute surprise my daughter got used to her the very first day like she knew her. In fact she didn’t even noticed me leaving the room after just 20 minutes of introduction. Karen definitely has a magic touch with children and she was most helpful and did her best to accommodate all of my requests.it was easy to work with the agency and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her.

I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

5 star agency As a first time mum I had no idea what to expect from a nanny service. The website and all correspondence was very detailed and I was able to ascertain easily what we needed (a night nanny). We were sent lots of CV’s of potential nanny’s and able to choose. Once we had finished with our first nanny, we decided we wanted more help and they were able to match us again. Payment was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the agency.

The nanny who worked with us is absolutely wonderful. She really cares about the babies and loves what she does. She is very calm as well which is very important dealing with a newborn and first time parents. She is confident, has knowledge and establish a beautiful connection with the baby. We loved the fact that she talks to the baby very often and properly interacts during the whole day.

Excellent portfolio of Nannies Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them.
