Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.

My 9-month-old baby boy had some problems with sleeping so I ended up calling to Night Nannies in order to get a good sleep trainer. Before the training we co-slept with the baby and he woke up every 3-2 hours and only way to put him back to sleep was to nurse him. I was so tired and needed some help to make him sleep better. In 5 nights the sleep trainer managed to make him sleep through the night in his own cot. If he wakes up, he can go back to sleep alone in couple of minutes if he is not hungry. But I have to feed him maximum once in the night (12 hours) which is amazing! The nanny stayed with him during the first nights and did not leave him to cry it out. She stroke his head and made sure everything is ok. I would definitely ask the nanny come again if I needed help with my baby.

Night Nannies was a godsend after I had my little girl. The nanny we used was highly experienced, warm, kind, personable and very caring with our baby. Even available for advice on Whatsapp when not working. She was also supportive of my wishes as a new mum and made me feel comfortable handing over my baby. Getting some sleep and time for me, always left me feeling like a new person the next day! Could not recommend more highly.
