Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.

4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

Night Nannies Saved Us I cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough. We initially tried to look after our new born son without any help at all. After 6 sleepless nights we were broken and called Night Nannies in the morning to beg for help. They arranged someone the same day who was brilliant and took control of the night time sleeping situation. She advised us on all matters to do with getting our son to sleep. Most of all, the fact that we could hand over our baby for 10 hours without worry to a specialist with over 17 years of experience was a huge bonus and allowed us to sleep properly.

The staff of Night Nannies were very understanding and accommodated to all our requests. They were always available (even on a Sunday) and always understanding of what we required. Worth every penny.

We had a fantastic experience with Night Nannies. We used the service from the time our second son was 6 weeks old. Our nanny had more knowledge about newborns than anyone we have come across in the childcare profession providing us the comfort to get a good night sleep. She gave us invaluable advice that helped to improve our son's sleep and establish a schedule that worked for our family, and was even a hit with our 2 year old who loved running to see her in the mornings. As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!

Don’t even think about it, just book! Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

Our night nanny was an incredible help for our second child. She was very knowledgable and experienced as I'd assume a night nanny would be. But she was also just very wonderful to work with - a combination of real professionalism and clarity with humor and kindness. So I could enjoy the adult interaction while feeling that she was completely in control of the task. She has a clear sense of how to get a baby to sleep through the night, while making sure to ask what the mother wants along the way and making adjustments. Our son was sleeping through the night by the time she left at about nine weeks and has been doing so ever since. Thank you!
