Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Our 10-month-old baby has never been a good sleeper, waking up 2 to 4 times a night and needing to fall asleep in our arms. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

I just wanted to write to let you know how helpful Sanyu was for us over the last fortnight. She was an utter blessing. Sanyu has a lovely calm, gentle and polite manner about her and it is clear that she loves babies and is very natural with them. She was very punctual and helpful and went out of her way to help me get some things when I ran out and hadnt been organised to get them (nappies, formula) which she didnt need to do but which was hugely appreciated. Sanyu gave me more sleep at a time I really needed it and even my sceptical husband was won over and gratefully welcomed those extra hours. She was careful to ask what routine and also offered very useful advice when i asked for it. Sanyu also was very sweet with our daughter in the mornings. In short, we would wholeheartedly recommend Sanyu to anyone else looking for a little relief and assistance at night!

It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. From the get go, she came into our home with a big smile and self confidence, and we were comfortable and trusted her with our baby from week 1. She helped us get into a great nighttime routine and also gave us good recommendations about bathing, routines and feeding. I was at close to breaking point of exhaustion- 4 month sleep regression that wasn’t going away. We had a fabulous Night Nanny who allowed me to get some much needed rest at a critical point staying 5 nights over a 2.5 week period. Our daughter was easily settled by her and we felt entirely comfortable having the Night Nanny with us - she slotted in so easily. I genuinely am not sure I would have made it to the point where we could do some sleep training without her!
