We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!

My partner and I were literally on our knees when Liz came along. Our 8 week old baby girl had severe silent reflux and screamed from 6pm to 11pm without pause every evening. This started extending in to the day and my partner was unable to go into work he was so exhausted. I called Liz who came around that night and brought reassurance, humour and sanity into our household. What I loved most about Liz was her calmness and experience without ever making either of us feel stupid or incompetent. She gently experimented with various things (revisiting swaddling was a key move!) and despite being in a fairly small flat, she very quickly became like a family member. We ended up having some very funny chats and even when Poppy was 100% improved we could hardly bring ourselves to stop using Liz. She is utterly brilliant and lovely and kind and funny.

We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. Given our daughter was born premature, we were looking for a night maternity nurse knowing how critical yet difficult the feeding was likely to be. After interviewing a few candidates we decided to go with one of your nannies. It can be difficult to make a decision on the basis of a relatively short meeting, but thankfully we made the right choice – she has been amazing.Our nanny initially spent a week with us as a day nurse the very first week we were back from hospital. She truly was a life-saver since we had no idea how challenging it would be with a premature baby, when we were effectively having to re-learn the basics of feeding, changing, etc. from scratch. She went on a mission to ensure that she was feeding well and putting on weight as desired. I’ve never seen anyone get quite so excited when our daughter met her target weight during her check-up with the health visitor! She also provided a lot of reassurance and stability to our home – much needed in those early days.A few weeks later our nanny returned to help us with the nights. Thankfully she was already familiar with our daughter and was able to completely put us at ease, ensuring that we were able to get a few hours of much needed sleep! Perhaps most importantly, she developed an immediate and special bond with our daughter. In addition she is a pleasure to be around and we had a lot of laughs. She was also able to provide some useful tips/advice for our 20 month old, who can be quite a handful at times!In sum she is a great maternity nurse and we have no reservation in recommending her – any family would be fortunate to be able to secure her for a position.

My 8 month old baby girl needed a dummy to sleep and also woke frequently in the night for various reasons we didn’t understand. We all needed to get sleep so had taken to letting her sleep in our bed at some point in the night for about 6 weeks before we brought in a sleep consultant through Night Nannies. She completely changed our lives!! She got rid of the dummy and my little one now sleeps 7pm to 7am and can settle herself well. I felt she really respected my baby and got to know her quickly. She was gentle with us too and not giving me too much ‘homework’ in the daytime when she wasn’t there. I now have the confidence to continue her techniques.

Our nanny via night nannies Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly
