Through Night Nannies we found an incredible maternity night nurse who supported our family a few nights a week for 5 months after the birth of our baby. From the very first night, she brought such a calming, reassuring presence into our home, and I can’t imagine those early months without her. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and compassionate with both my baby but also to us as parents. She had a natural ease and warmth that instantly made us feel comfortable and confident in her care. She was always prompt, reliable, and consistently professional, arriving each night with a smile and a positive, helpful attitude. She worked efficiently and quietly, keeping everything tidy and organised, and ensured our baby’s needs were fully met while allowing us to rest. She also supported us in establishing a gentle day and evening routine, helping guide our little one to start stretching a bit further at night in a way that felt natural and responsive. Her experience and thoughtful guidance made a huge difference in building confidence and setting a rhythm that worked for us. We also went through a difficult period with feeding, as our baby was diagnosed with reflux and a tongue tie. She was an incredible support during that time - helping us troubleshoot feeds, suggesting practical ways to make things more comfortable for the baby, and reassuring us through what was an emotional and tiring phase. Night Nannies are brilliant at understanding what you're looking for in a person and suggesting the right profiles for you to review. Couldn't recommend them more!

We found our nanny through Jennie at our local branch of Night Nannies. Jennie listened to our needs and was exceptionally helpful- quickly and carefully matching us with the wonderful Sarah.Sarah was everything we needed and more. She was very calm and from the moment she came into our home we felt at ease.Our daughter (aged 2) loved her and enjoyed every second in her company. She always kept her entertained with a range of tasks that were suited to her likes and needs.Sarah was excellent in all ways, and kept us updated during her time with our daughter with messages and our minds were always put at rest.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Excellent agency I used night nannies for a period of 3 months to help with our 4 month old son. They were excellent. They have great nannies on their books and the agency itself is so helpful - communication is great and swift, they listen to your childcare concerns and match you up with a nanny that can meet them, and their invoicing is clear, punctual and fair. Highly highly recommended.

ChXXXX came to help us when our son was only one week old and she was fantastic at educating us about what we needed to do in order to create a good night time schedule for him. Additionally, she has a huge number of sleep tricks that enabled our son to sleep and also allowed us to get a decent night of sleep and not worry about him. She is hugely experienced and we greatly appreciated how professional she was. She has a wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with babies, and we found this invaluable. We liked her so much that we took her to Norway over the festive period to continue to help us. ChXXXX is a great character and we liked her instantly. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone with a new born who needs help and advice. We would have liked to keep ChXXXX for 3 months, but all the complications with covid and traveling meant that we were not able to do this. In the end we used her for about 3 weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough.We used ChrXXXX on two occasions and were struck by how calm and helpful she was. She has many years of experience and we felt very comfortable leaving our son with her. One major advantage with ChrXXXX is that she has her own car and can drive to and from night nannying. This is a significant differentiator during the covid period and we felt very comfortable having someone who did not need to take public transport to get to us. The vast majority of Nightnannies do not have their own car or do not live in central London meaning that the fact ChrXXXX does live fairly centrally in London and does have her own car is of note.

Irene was so fantastic, especially as a new mum having her experience, knowledge and reassurance was a real help. She’s such a loving and caring person and our daughter (Lily) loved her. We felt Lily was in very safe hands and were very comfortable leaving her with her at such a young age. We were able to enjoy every minute of becoming new parents because we weren’t sleep deprived. I would hire Irene again in heartbeat but sadly we no longer leave in London!

We cannot recommend night nannies… We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.
