We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!

Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

The night nanny came to work with us when our daughter was 14 weeks old, we had a night nanny prior to this but she had moved on to a new job. My daughter seemed to have become much more unsettled. We knew she had silent reflux, but the night nanny helped up understand it was the reflux, which was getting worse and unsettling our daughter. She suggested we see a specialist she knew and gave us some small things to help her immediately. Thanks to the night nanny we now havea much calmer, cheerier daughter. The night nanny was great with her from the start and got her to go down at night and stay down, which led to better day time naps. She is warm and friendly, offering a wealth of knowledge and advice, butnever interfering with our chosen ways. I believe she could handle any baby situation and would not be phased by anything. She was super promt and always extremely professional. Overall a great experience

Nana came to us as a night nanny when our baby was 10 days old. Initially doing 3 nights a week for 3 weeks but we ended up keeping her for 12 weeks she was so wonderful! Above everything she evidently loves babies and that as well as being a midwife and her calm confidence meant we felt entirely happy to leave our baby with her from the start to get precious sleep, and later on also if we wanted to go out for dinner etc first. She was so reassuring especially for a first time mum and has a lot of experience from other midwifery and nannying - our baby had very bad colic and she never stopped smiling even when he had been a terror! If we have another baby, Nana will be first on my list to call to see if she can come help again! Thank you nightnannies

Night Nannies have been super efficient… Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me. I have found both Julie and Anastasia, open, honest & super fast at responding to all of my queries and also when I am applying for work. Our nanny came to stay with me for two weeks straight after the birth of my son. I’m so glad I arranged for her to come and stay. I had my son on my own and was also completely scared and clueless about how to look after a baby. She showed me how to do everything and took care of both of us so that I could recover from my Caesarian. She came with me to my mid wife appointments and also to visit my mum in the nursing home. Honestly, I would have been lost without her and I can’t thank her enough! And my son absolutely loves her.
