The night nanny came to work with us when our daughter was 14 weeks old, we had a night nanny prior to this but she had moved on to a new job. My daughter seemed to have become much more unsettled. We knew she had silent reflux, but the night nanny helped up understand it was the reflux, which was getting worse and unsettling our daughter. She suggested we see a specialist she knew and gave us some small things to help her immediately. Thanks to the night nanny we now havea much calmer, cheerier daughter. The night nanny was great with her from the start and got her to go down at night and stay down, which led to better day time naps. She is warm and friendly, offering a wealth of knowledge and advice, butnever interfering with our chosen ways. I believe she could handle any baby situation and would not be phased by anything. She was super promt and always extremely professional. Overall a great experience

Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

We have used A**** from NightNannies as our night nurse from the very first night home with the baby. We arrived home from the hospital that night, both anxious. She arrived at our house that evening and with a few questions, assessed the situation and simply took control. Such is her experience with managing newborn babies. We have appreciated her advice and enjoyed her company. We couldn’t be more complimentary of her service to our baby and us. A**** is a lovely houseguest and we have no hesitation in recommending her experience as a night nanny. Overall we have been thrilled with the Night Nanny service.

Great night nanny Our nanny worked for us for 3 weeks as a night time maternity nurse for our 3 month old. She was very respectful and discreet, very experienced with babies and their cues and has an overall warm and caring presence. She was very proactive and always eager to help. At 3 years:Summary: a godsend - would hire this night nanny again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyoneM came to us for 3 nights to re-sleep train our 3 year old as we had slipped out of routine and he had lost the ability to settle himself.As always, M was highly effective and we sorted it within 3 days, going from a place where our son would only sleep with a parent sitting next to him on the floor and the room well-lit, to us being able to leave the room with light off, without fuss, toddler sleeping through from 7-7.M has a gentle, empathetic, kind and sweet demeanour and made sure to play with and befriend our son ahead of bedtime. This also made us parents feel very good that he was in excellent hands.In addition to the time M spent at our house, she was communicative via phone and text to help us build a good daytime routine and set-up ahead of bedtime - including advice around diet, exercise, naps, outdoor time, bedroom lighting and sounds, sleepwear, etc. After her 3 night stint with us, M checked in several times to make sure all was going well, remind us of the plan, answer questions and reassure us.As with the previous occasions that we have had this night nanny’s help, we are extremely grateful and impressed!At 5 months:Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! I’d highly recommend the Night Nannies agency to anyone.

We cannot recommend our nanny highly enough. Our boy adored our nanny from the beginning and would settle as soon as she held him. Our nanny was kind, considerate and very punctual. In addition to giving us much needed sleep, our nanny helped with advice on routine and better sleep for the baby and gave detailed notes the next day on the baby’s night. Putting this guidance into practice, our baby began sleeping much better at night and even through on some occasions - seeming like a miracle! I only wish we had used night nannies earlier.

Night Nannies, we just wanted to thank you for introducing us to the Nannies that helped with Lily over the last 3 months. It was such a relief to know we could call you when we were struggling with the seemingly endless hours of the morning, and to have an experienced new born nanny arrive to help out was a blessing. All the night nannies were so gentle with Lily and so helpful to us, their tips and advice on feeding and settling helped us to feel more confident. We'd like to say that the service from Night Nannies was incredible – swift, sympathetic and made a huge difference. Our night nanny was absolutely amazing. We instantly felt relaxed with her and she was incredible with our daughter. She was incredibly accommodating, patient and generous. She gave us some really helpful tips and tricks, and was an all round lovely human being. Highly, highly recommend, we’ll definitely be in touch with her in the future.
