We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

Our night nanny has been just the most wonderful and worthwhile investment in my second pregnancy/ postpartum journey. She is so kind, warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable about babies (she is also a paediatric nurse, which gave me such peace of mind!)and nothing was ever too much trouble. Extremely reliable, punctual and professional, she instantly bonded with my daughter and established a great routine, giving me some much needed time to myself and most importantly sleep! I could not recommend her more and just wish I had had her with my son!

Exceptional specialists We used Night Nannies to find a last minute, temporary maternity nurse and also to find a sleep trainer for our 6.5 month old baby. Both of the specialists who were sourced by the agency were brilliant; very professional, kind and caring. We felt totally comfortable with both women and would have them both back in a heartbeat, should we have another baby. I would highly reccomend the agency.

We decided to call Vera as our 7 month old daughter was refusing to take a bottle, snacking a lot and increasingly waking in the night. I had been trying to stop breastfeeding without any success.Vera helped us make lots of important changes across the entire routine which has made a huge difference and Allegra is much more settled, eating proper portions, gaining weight sleeping better. Some of the changes seemed very small and were not always related to the feeding routine but I could quickly see that it was important to make sure that we were giving her the right structure for playtime, sleep and feeding. Vera’s experience made me feel very confident she knew what was going to work for Allegra and, sure enough, by the first day of fully implementing the new routine my daughter was eating proper meals and sleeping through the night.Asking Vera to come and help has been the best decision we have made and I’m so grateful. Aside from being very good at what she does Vera is also so lovely and a joy to have around the house! I highly recommend her.

Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!
