Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!

Sanyu has been absolutely fantastic. After quite a difficult postnatal operation, we needed a bit of help for a few days so I could recover but we ended up asking Sanyu to stay for three weeks and would have loved to do more! Despite thinking I was super organised, there were so many things that I didn't know and didn't have. Sanyu completely sorted me out in a very gentle way by advising on various things I needed and how to use them. She was also really helpful with advising me on issues I was having with breastfeeding as well as understanding routines. >> >> Sanyu is a natural with babies and has a lovely energy. Don’t even think about it, just book! Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. I quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. I trusted her implicitly and my daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!
