Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

Lauren came to stay with us a week… Lauren came to stay with us a week after our first baby was born and made such a difference in helping us settle in and understand how to look after our little one. Lauren is not only a safe pair of hands who we can trust with our baby all night, she is an expert in all things baby-related so is a fountain of knowledge and taught us invaluable lessons for the first two months that will stand to us for many more to come. Lauren was accommodating for when I wanted to breastfeed all night or when I needed a break for some extra sleep. She was also able to stretch our baby’s sleep for longer periods which helped a lot when she wasn’t with us. Lauren was generous with sharing her wisdom but never imposing or condescending. I would highly recommend Lauren to any new parents.

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We have (sadly) come to the end of our six weeks with Jackie Olara and wanted to let you know how utterly blown away we were by her. She is without a doubt one of the most professional, calming, funny and warm characters you can possibly hope to have around in the first few nights back from the hospital. She has implemented an outstanding routine which has been so effective in managing our son’s sleep and development. Her knowledge on what we should be doing and when was beyond extensive and there is no way I could be writing this email if and sitting on my laptop at 10.00pm at night if it wasn’t for the confidence she had given Jess in putting together the routine. You will without a doubt be getting a call from me about her when it’s time for our second and if anyone ever wants to contact me about her I’d be more than happy to chat through our brilliant experience. We have used A**** from NightNannies as our night nurse from the very first night home with the baby. We arrived home from the hospital that night, both anxious. She arrived at our house that evening and with a few questions, assessed the situation and simply took control. Such is her experience with managing newborn babies. We have appreciated her advice and enjoyed her company. We couldn’t be more complimentary of her service to our baby and us.
