My 8 month old baby girl needed a dummy to sleep and also woke frequently in the night for various reasons we didn’t understand. We all needed to get sleep so had taken to letting her sleep in our bed at some point in the night for about 6 weeks before we brought in a sleep consultant through Night Nannies. She completely changed our lives!! She got rid of the dummy and my little one now sleeps 7pm to 7am and can settle herself well. I felt she really respected my baby and got to know her quickly. She was gentle with us too and not giving me too much ‘homework’ in the daytime when she wasn’t there. I now have the confidence to continue her techniques.

From the very first night, she proved to be exceptional. She brought a wonderfully calm, gentle, and nurturing presence to our home during what was an anxious and challenging time. Her warmth extended to both Hector and myself, which made an enormous difference as we adjusted to life at home after the NICU experience. Her skills and knowledge were invaluable. She provided expert support with breastfeeding during the critical establishment phase, offering practical guidance on combination feeding, and demonstrating complete confidence in caring for Hector while he still had a feeding tube. Her clinical competence, combined with her gentle approach, gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, Hector settled beautifully with her. Our night nanny was absolutely… Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. She went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

Our night nanny has helped us with both of our babies, she is wonderful. She is polite, punctual and extremely professional. She has a very discreet, gentle and unobtrusive manner which we appreciate enormously. She doesn't come in and start bossing everyone around, but gets on with her job and gives excellent advice when asked, making suggestions when necessary. Her love for babies is palpable, I trusted her immediately. She settled both babies into a very predictable sleeping routine at night and left us with them sleeping long stretches, easy to settle back to sleep after waking up to feed once, and happy during the day. We learned so much from her and envy anyone who has the chance to welcome our night nanny into their home.

Fantastic night nanny We had a night nanny from you for our newborn son from 3 weeks old from March- May 2022 and it was fantastic. She had a calming effect on our son when he was upset or screaming and our son was always happy to see her . I was a first time mum and she was very knowledgable about looking after young babies which was so useful . She was always punctual and reliable . She is a kind and lovely person and I could always trust her with our baby . I highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future .
