Don’t even think about it, just book! Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

We were very grateful for the support we received from our night nanny. It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.
She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

Irene was so fantastic, especially as a new mum having her experience, knowledge and reassurance was a real help. She’s such a loving and caring person and our daughter (Lily) loved her. We felt Lily was in very safe hands and were very comfortable leaving her with her at such a young age. We were able to enjoy every minute of becoming new parents because we weren’t sleep deprived. I would hire Irene again in heartbeat but sadly we no longer leave in London!

Alina jumped in to support us on short notice. She was absolutely wonderful. For almost a week, Alina provided day+night support for our newborn. She provided thoughtful, compassionate, expert care. She was also a pleasure to have around the house, with zero fuss and zero mess. If ever needed again, we'd call her immediately.

Just excellent I honestly do not know what we would have done without ***. Henry was 10 months old and had never slept for more than 2 hours without waking (save for one individual 7 hour stretch when he was 7 weeks old). We were a feeding-to-sleep, co-sleeping, nap-fighting family where Henry could wake up to 14 times a night for a feed between 21:00 and 07:00. We now have Henry on two solid naps and 19:00 to 07:00 every night. This is SOLELY due to ***.

She was so calm at all times. Henry clearly loved being with her. She looked at the whole picture and gave us SO much help with Henry’s diet, with lots of ideas to get him to eat more. His routine is now excellent. Previously I had worried about being “tied to the cot” but actually I now feel like I have more time to do things because his sleep is so much more predictable.

If you are in two minds about using ***, please don’t be. I had always been concerned / scare mongered about sleep training methods, but this led me to reaching breaking point with Henry’s needs being unsustainable. *** is so so gentle, never leaving the baby for the first two nights whilst they learn other ways to fall asleep other than the breast. It’s a cliché, but I wish I had used *** sooner. THANK YOU.

Our needs and plans changed on a month by month basis, and the flexibility and customer-focus attitude of Night Nannies enabled us to get all the support that we needed. When we engaged night nannies to help us at our lowest point with our newborn son who had very bad colic, they literally came to our rescue. Our night nanny was always punctual, professional and in these times of COVID-19 was always wearing the proper PPE and observed all the required social distancing rules etc. More than this she was a complete delight and handled every moment with us with ease and kindness. She also provided us with some great tips from her wealth of experience that with her calmness and some tweaks we implemented and got my son sleeping much better at night just from the few nights she was with us. We cant recommend night nannies highly enough from our experience.
