Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. Our night nanny went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. Magarita came to us for 5 consecutive nights to sleep train our 5 month old baby girl. She was sleeping in her sleepyhead and woke up ever 30-45 minutes during the night and day and needed a dummy or milk to go back to sleep. It was an incredibly bad habit and she wasn’t getting enough sleep and neither was my husband and I. It got to the point where I felt desperate. A friend had recommended Magarita to me and I went back and fourth deciding what to do. I am SO grateful I booked Magarita for the week, she is the most kind woman with so much knowledge with babies. She also has the most gentle approach to sleep training which is what I really appreciated. It wasn’t just leaving the baby to cry for hours it was establishing what she needed and then breaking bad habits. On the 4th night of having Magarita Penelope slept through the night without the sleepyhead, without her dummy and without any milk. My husband and I were shocked we didn’t think it was possible. Penelope is still sleeping through the night and following the perfect routine that Magarita set up for her in the day. She is eating so much food and sleeping so well. We feel so rested and Penelope is so much happier. Thank you Magarita we are so grateful for everything you have done for us.

We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!

Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more
