We were very grateful for the support we received from our night nanny. It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. Both my wife and I would not hesitate in recommending our night nanny to anyone looking for a night nanny.After the first night our night nanny already had a handle on our new baby and we were confident leaving her with our daughter so that we could get some much needed rest.In particular, our night nanny was very good at making suggestions to improve our daughter’s routine and help her sleep better. Unlike other carers we’ve had in the past, our night nanny never judged, and never pushed any of her suggestions onto us. We hired a night nanny this autumn and it was some of the best money we have ever spent. She came to our home when my daughter was one week old, and helped us 6 nights a week for two blissful months. As a second time mom I was smart enough this time to know, that you cannot put a price on good sleep. Our nanny helped me take care of my newborn at night, which gave me enough energy to take care of my newborn AND toddler during the day.

I thought it would be weird having a stranger in our home, but after one night with our nanny I was completely at ease. She had a very calm demeanour and it was clear that she had my baby’s best interest in mind. My only regret is that I did not have the sense to book her for another month or two! My husband was especially grateful to her as he was only on the clock one night a week.

Whether you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding, a night nanny will help you take great care of your child as well as yourself. Thank you Night Nannies for helping us find such a great person! I would happily recommend Night Nannies and would be lucky to have our nanny back in the future.

Our maternity nurse was fantastic and we loved having her. She was really good in setting up routines with our twin baby girls which we are now following, and in helping my wife establish breastfeeding with them. She was great in encouraging us to take the babies out for local walks from the start, and we managed a trip to our nearest shopping centre and tea at M&S cafe, all of which gave us a lot of confidence in taking them out and about. She has a great relationship with our babies and they are missing her already!

A Night Nanny has recently helped my daughter, who is just under 6 months, to sleep through the night. It is early days, however her gentle but confident approach appears to have worked. She was very clear about what we could achieve in the week if we stick to the routine and focus on moving our baby to solids. She was just as much help with sleep as she was with feeding our daughter. She has an incredibly soft nature and was very gentle and loving towards our daughter. It was so helpful having someone so experienced and knowledgable to talk to about our baby's development. I would highly recommend her and if I have any issues in the future I will be getting in touch with her again.
