Sanyu has been absolutely fantastic. After quite a difficult postnatal operation, we needed a bit of help for a few days so I could recover but we ended up asking Sanyu to stay for three weeks and would have loved to do more! Despite thinking I was super organised, there were so many things that I didn't know and didn't have. Sanyu completely sorted me out in a very gentle way by advising on various things I needed and how to use them. She was also really helpful with advising me on issues I was having with breastfeeding as well as understanding routines. >> >> Sanyu is a natural with babies and has a lovely energy. We cannot recommend Sonia highly enough! She came to help our family with sleep training and completely transformed our lives in just two nights. Sonia worked her magic with our little Ophelia, helping her learn to sleep peacefully in her own bed in the nursery and nap during the day without tears. Thanks to her gentle guidance, we now have a calm, consistent routine and, most importantly, our confidence as parents has soared. Sonia was an absolute delight to have in our home—warm, professional, and reassuring. In fact, she told us after the first night that the second night wasn’t even necessary because things were going so well, which shows her genuine care and integrity. We’re so grateful for her support and the gift of restful nights she’s given us. If you’re considering working with a sleep trainer, Sonia is simply exceptional!

4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

Our nanny was amazing! Our nanny was amazing!! She helped us when our baby was so little and was on a feeding plan, she helped take care of him for us to get some rest at night but also gave me lots of advice on my breastfeeding and tips on how to take care of baby.. this really was invaluable help to me! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

“Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

Excellent Excellent - I needed a night nanny 2 x per week for 2 months to catch up on sleep. sometimes i needed them very last minute. Night nannies were always available to help me whether i made an enquiry in the day or close to the evening or on a weekend - they were very quick to reply with suggested nannies. All of our night nannies were really professional, kind, punctual and great with our baby. Would highly recommend night nannies and will use them again for sure.
