We had a very good experience working with a night nanny for our baby. She helped us establish a routine, and get some sleep so we had some energy to devote to our older child, too. We have recommended night nannies to many friends who have needed a break in those early days with a newborn.

We were really in a bind when we first were introduced to our nanny through Night Nannies. Our daughter was 4-weeks old, and my wife had been having trouble breastfeeding and had just contracted mastitis. I knew I would be on my own for a few nights with our baby as my wife got better, so I reached out to Night Nannies for support. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful when I reached out, and within an hour of speaking with their team I had received detailed references for our nanny, and she came over that evening to help care for the baby for the night. Our nanny was so friendly, warm, and caring, and immediately gave us actionable advice to get our baby sleeping longer and on a more regular schedule. After she left, she would follow-up via text to check-in, and you could tell she truly cared about our wellbeing and our daughter's. I am so grateful to our nanny, for being such a wonderful resource in a stressful time, and also for helping to set us up on a successful routine. We'll definitely be reaching back out to her for some additional support as we dive into sleep training!

Night Nannies Saved Us I cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough. We initially tried to look after our new born son without any help at all. After 6 sleepless nights we were broken and called Night Nannies in the morning to beg for help. They arranged someone the same day who was brilliant and took control of the night time sleeping situation. She advised us on all matters to do with getting our son to sleep. Most of all, the fact that we could hand over our baby for 10 hours without worry to a specialist with over 17 years of experience was a huge bonus and allowed us to sleep properly.

The staff of Night Nannies were very understanding and accommodated to all our requests. They were always available (even on a Sunday) and always understanding of what we required. Worth every penny.

We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. Amazing!! We contacted night nannies when we were at our wits end. 2 days after calling, someone came out and stayed with us for 3 nights. We didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly but so grateful they did!

Our 5 month old needed to be held to sleep and would not be put down. Night nannies changed that completely! The level of service and commitment is commendable and we cannot express our gratitude.
