I was matched with multiple candidates quite soon after they took detailed information over the phone, also they were very upfront about their charges, and the terms and conditions of their services.   • Our Supernanny was absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend her. She is very calm, gentle and kind and clearly highly experienced with babies. She came to us for four days to help us establish a better routine for our 4 month old who would only take 25 minute naps and woke hourly all night long. She had lots of great advice and ideas about how to improve this and implemented a new routine which is working really well for us. Our baby is now napping for up to an hour at a time and going much longer stretches at night and it is continuing to improve day by day as we follow the new routine.

  • Agency review We have used the Night Nannies agency twice following the birth of our second and third sons. Both times they’ve supplied us with great night nannies, including extra cover when inevitably we decided we wanted support for longer than we had originally planned! One lady in particular helped us tremendously with our middle son - pointing us in the right direction to have him diagnose with a milk intolerance. Without her I can’t see that we would have got the medical help that eventually transformed him into a much happier baby! She returned to us with our third son when he was ten weeks old, feeding a couple of times a night with sleep stretches seeming to becoming shorter rather than longer. She immediately had us working towards 1 feed a night - giving us the confidence and techniques to wind him properly and to settle him without feeding. Totally transformative! With the right night nanny it’s possible to get not just some overnight rest but also sleep consultant type services thrown in.

  • When I was needing help with my son who was having difficulties with allergies / intolerances the agency sent me a brilliant nanny with experience in this area. I was looking for some support to watch over him during the day so that I could get some rest as he wasn't sleeping much while he was unwell, but with this nanny I got so much more than that.She was a wealth of knowledge on allergies and intolerances and without her guidance I don't think I would have made it through the weeks. She has a very big heart, she cared for my son as if he was her own, and was extremely dedicated and focused on helping us solve the mystery of his health issues. She made recommendations on formula, managing his most distressing moments, my diet, breastfeeding and specialists to see that proved correct each time. Without her by my side we would be a lot further behind in getting my son back to full health. His intolerances and reflux are now being managed so we can all start getting more sleep and have a happier baby.Im really grateful we were able to have The nanny we did the past few weeks and would certainly not hesitate to use her again in the future.We also use a regular night nanny from this agency and she is now very much part of the family. Her quality of care, experience and company is fantastic.

  • Annie the Nannie came to stay with us in Hampshire for five nights. We have two children, 14 months apart, and the oldest one had just turned 2 when Annie came and saved us. She helped me plan a daily routine and nap schedule for both children and by the third day our life had completely changed. We'd gone from being awake regularly through the night from one or other child (who would then wake/keep the other awake), and our bedtime routine was taking us nearly 2.5 hours every night, to then having both children sleeping through and very quickly with simple changes our bedtime routine took a maximum 45 minutes including bathtime and by night 5, they were sleeping for over 11 hours. It's been over 4 months now and they are both still consistently sleeping. Anyone that asks, I tell them Annie the Nannie saved us. From that initial phone consultation with her I knew (after months and months of deliberation) that I had made the right decision.

  • Heather stayed with us for 4 weeks 24/6 through June 7 – July 5 2019. Our first baby girl, Palma had arrived at 35 weeks, a month earlier than expected. It was an emergency c-section so it was such a relief to have Heather staying with us as my wife Esra and I were quite exhausted and shaken from the whole experience.Our main goal was to get her to catch up so we were on a very strict feeding routine every 3 hours. Heather was very loving and caring with Palma. Even though she was bottle feeding on expressed milk, Heather helped us to stimulate her to get her used to breast feeding and eventually Palma got much better at latching on and staying on the breast on her last week.Basically we did everything with Heather and she was very hands on and involved at every stage from Palma’s first baths to her pediatrician visits. She also offered valuable advice and guidance on many aspects like sleeping routines, Palma’s sticky eye, winding, bathing, vitamins. We were also in touch with her even before Palma had arrived and she was very responsive over emails helping us with the baby’s shopping lists and getting us ready in that respect.Heather has a very warm and friendly personality. She got on very well with our housekeeper and was a pleasure to have at home. We’d highly recommend Heather as she made what at first seemed a very difficult 4 weeks a breeze for us.

  • Night Nannies found us the most wonderful nanny to look after our 2 week old son for 7 weeks. She was professional, punctual and caring. Our toddler also adored her and she became part of our family. Our baby was in a great routine by the time she left - almost sleeping through the night! We were so sad to see her go. Jennie listened to our needs and was exceptionally helpful- quickly and carefully matching us with the wonderful Sarah.Sarah was everything we needed and more. She was very calm and from the moment she came into our home we felt at ease.Our daughter (aged 2) loved her and enjoyed every second in her company. She always kept her entertained with a range of tasks that were suited to her likes and needs.Sarah was excellent in all ways, and kept us updated during her time with our daughter with messages and our minds were always put at rest.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
