I am writing re Margaret Markara, and to let you know what a wonderful lady she is. Not only did she manage to get my 7 month old sleeping through the night, which saved me from insanity :))) she also gave me lots of invaluable tips about how to take care of my child. She was kind, non intrusive, and calm with a lovely manner. i cannot recommend her enough. It was so much more than I was hoping for, and I will not forget her. Our nanny via night nannies Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

Our nanny helped to sleep train my 20 month old son in July 2019. At the time, my son was being nursed to sleep and would wake up numerous times throughout the night, needing to be soothed back to sleep every time. Needless to say, it was tiring for us and him and I felt trapped into having to breastfeed or rock him just to get him to sleep. I was worried that this habit would continue for years if we didn’t put an end to it and that my son would have sleep issues if we didn’t sort it out soon. I just didn’t know how to do it myself. When our nanny came to sleep train my son for 5 days she was absolutely wonderful. She came in and helped me to cut out the nighttime feed and instead replace it with a bedtime routine. She helped to train my son to go into his cot awake and sleep on his own. This, to me, has been a miracle and saviour that I thought we could never achieve. Not only is he going to sleep on his own, but he usually sleeps for 11 to 12 hours straight, and if he does wake up in the middle of the night, he cries for a few seconds or minutes and then is able to soothe himself and go back to sleep. We are so grateful to our nanny who was so knowledgeable and kind in her approach, I highly, highly recommend her, she has really changed a huge part of our lives!

Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.

The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

Excellent! “Our nanny came to my home to help me with my sons sleep. He was 10 months old and hadn’t slept once through the night, waking up every few hours to breastfeed and was co-sleeping. Needless to say, I was exhausted and at breaking point and realised that I needed to do something; that’s when I decided to seek help and Vera arrived. Following her help, my baby was sleeping in his own cot, his feeds went from ‘on demand’ to just 3 a day ( and most importantly no night feeds!). I went on holiday a week later and actually had a fantastic time as my Son slept in his cot every night and I could relax and catch up finally on months of lost sleep. I now look forward to going to bed at night! Our Nanny is so kind, has a heart of gold, extremely knowledgeable and so brilliant with babies. Without her help I don’t know what we’d be doing now! I can’t recommend her enough, she’s the best sleep fairy there is, the best of the very best! “

Our nanny was amazing!! She helped us when our baby was so little and was on a feeding plan, she helped take care of him for us to get some rest at night but also gave me lots of advice on my breastfeeding and tips on how to take care of baby.. this really was invaluable help to me! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
