Amazing night nanny Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. We quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. We trusted her implicitly and out daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!

Amazing Sleep Trainer Vera is extremely competent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She sleep-trained our 6-month-old baby whose sleep pattern has improved enormously since she helped us.
Before we engaged Vera, we had many issues to fix and quite a few bad habits to get rid of.
We had the wrong daytime routine (wrong times for naps and one too many nap) and our baby boy would wake up several times during the night and had started to have terrible and often short lunchtime naps. We were also using many accessories to get our baby to sleep such as the sleepyhead grand, dummies (sometimes up to 7 fixes per night), Ollie the owl for white noise, and loads of rocking (including the occasional sleeping in my arms the last hour before wake up time). Furthermore our baby didn’t know how to self-settle.
In 5 nights Vera managed to fix most of the issues and gradually took all bad habits away.
We just finished our 5 nights with Vera and our baby is now sleeping almost 12 hours in the night with perhaps one interruption but he is learning to go back by himself (he is also teething right now which isn’t helping) and his lunchtime nap is mostly back to 2 hours (again with one occasional interruption which he is learning to deal with).
We follow Vera’s routine religiously during the day and it has also helped a lot with progressing with our weaning process.
Vera’s advice has been extremely helpful and holistic about all aspects of baby care, not just sleeping. She had tons of experience, a natural love for babies and a great connection with them!

Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

Night Nannies was a godsend after I had my little girl. The nanny we used was highly experienced, warm, kind, personable and very caring with our baby. Even available for advice on Whatsapp when not working. She was also supportive of my wishes as a new mum and made me feel comfortable handing over my baby. Getting some sleep and time for me, always left me feeling like a new person the next day! Could not recommend more highly.

Our nanny was perfect! I was exhausted and needed help... She was warm, trustworthy and very knowledgable not only with sleeping but helped alter my routine to better suit my baby boy. In particular with feeding him more in the day so he slept at night! I am already keeping her in mind for my next baby as a mat nurse :)

Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. Maternity leave super hero I can’t thank Night Nannies enough for introducing us to L. She worked as our night nanny from the start of August 2023 for 12 weeks. L was incredible. I was so anxious when she started. It’s a huge deal to handover the care of the most precious tiny being to someone you don’t know. L was so reassuring and patient with me while I learned to accept help from others. L has a calm and unobtrusive manner. She is so gentle with babies, a real baby-whisperer. My husband and I would always look forward to a “nanny night” knowing we would be able to rest properly and ask all the little questions that were bothering us. We were helped to establish a night routine from the very start. As a result our little girl slept through the night from about 14 weeks - getting good rest is such a game changer when you are a first time parent. L helped us establish a good daytime napping routine too, and taught us how to be flexible with daytime sleep rather than rigid. We had initially planned to have L help us for 6 weeks but she was so great we continued for 12 weeks! I can’t thank her enough for her support and encouragement. No matter if she arrived to find me beaming or sobbing, she was completely unflappable and always so supportive. Using Night Nannies was a complete game changer and anyone considering using them definitely should.

Great experience overall Great experience overall. We were provided with a maternity nurse to help with the first two weeks of having our premature twin baby girls back at home after the hospital, and we were very happy with how it all went.
