Our nanny came to help us with our 15-month-old daughter, who was waking between 6 and 8 times a night, was often wide awake between midnight and 2am, could only be resettled with milk, and was ending up in bed with us every night.The process was very gentle but had a clear effect as early as the second night, and, a week later, we have had our first experience of sleeping through the night – 11 hours without so much as a whimper!! We really wouldn’t have believed it possible! Not only that but we have entirely eliminated the need for a dummy, without which she hadn’t been able to sleep since about 4 months of age.Our nanny was incredibly kind, empathetic and reassuring, but above all it is the results that have been truly amazing! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is struggling with their nights.

She spent a night with us as a night nanny to help settle our three week old son, She did a fantastic job calming him down and getting him to sleep, and she also did a great job calming my anxiety and giving me some great advice, which was greatly needed and appreciated. Excellent portfolio of Nannies Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them. I would definitely recommande night nanny as a night care agency !

Night Nannies have been super efficient… Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me. I have found both Julie and Anastasia, open, honest & super fast at responding to all of my queries and also when I am applying for work. Amazing!! We contacted night nannies when we were at our wits end. 2 days after calling, someone came out and stayed with us for 3 nights. We didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly but so grateful they did!

Our 5 month old needed to be held to sleep and would not be put down. Night nannies changed that completely! The level of service and commitment is commendable and we cannot express our gratitude.

All email exchanges, phone calls and the sleep consultant herself were professional, trustworthy and realisable. What more could you want!

I had the most wonderful nigh Nanny, not only was she gentle and caring but she was so professional and warm! She also helped me sleep train my daughter. My daughter had acid reflux and colic and the nanny knew exactly what to do, and how to wind her properly. She weened her off similac alimentum back onto normal milk again. She gently massaged her in ways I never knew. Never rocked her but gently got her to sleep easily. She recorded all the different cries on her phone in the night and talked me through her technique in calming the baby without picking her up. She soothed her and taught us not to rely on the dummy so much. I have three children but I learnt so much more this time round through the night nanny and only wish I knew all these amazing secrets with the other two. If I ever had another child I would hire again for the first 12 weeks. Thank you so much for all your support x

Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

We contacted the agency because our seven month old baby girl did not nap during the day. Before supernanny came, the baby was a good sleeper at night, but refused to sleep during the day and we had to go outside and walk her in the pram every time we wanted to her to nap. We knew that wasn't the right way, but we had tried a few times to put her in the crib and she would cry for over an hour till we picked her up again. When supernanny came and observed our daily routine with baby she quickly suggested us to change a few things, starting with the time baby woke up in the morning as well as the feeding schedule. Supernanny explained to us that a baby her age had to nap twice a day for total of 3h (before did nap only in the pram for about 2h total a day) and go to bed at night no later than 7.30pm (before we would put her to sleep at 9.30pm till 8am the next day).Supernanny stayed with us for four days and started to change things at the first day. Of course, baby refused to nap during the day during the first days but she cried no more than 25minutes the first day and it was less and less the days after. Two weeks later, I can finally say that baby no longer cries when we put her in the crib for napping during the day and it is PRICELESS. I was sceptical at first of all changes that Supernanny was implementing but we decided to give it a chance and now I'm finally convinced. Called this agency has been such a good investment and now we feel confident of what we have to do to make baby feel better and rested.In addition to the sleeping issues, supernanny made us understand that we had to change a few things in baby's feeding schedule so sleeping routine could work, which we did.I am also grateful for how supernanny showed us how to get rid of the dummy. I have to say that looking back now, we were probably using it too much, specifically to calm baby down (I think this also had to do with baby not sleeping properly so was more fussy all the time). Thanks for your help!

I contacted Night Nannies recently when… I contacted Night Nannies recently when my daughter needed overnight help at short notice. My son in law was away unexpected, and she was trying to cope with two badly sleeping children on her own. I spoke to Sally, the local area administrator, at once (so much easier than filling in a form and waiting for some-one to call you back) who was understanding, sympathetic and extremely helpful. I had the references of an excellent sounding Nanny within an hour, and the nanny (whom my daughter said was lovely) started work three days later. The whole business was amazingly easy, and an outstanding success.

I would use them again without hesitation.
