I found my night nannie through the agency Night Nannies, I needed some help getting my four year old daughter back into the routine of going to sleep on her own. She arrived on a Monday evening and she spent the weekday evenings helping my daughter and I gently re-organise how the new bedtime routine would go. From the moment we met I realised she was an extremely empathetic, kind and understanding person, she listened carefully to my explanations as to why we had slipped into such bad habits, she understood how and why things had gone wrong and carefully planned out how we would go about implementing the changes. When things got difficult, as I knew they would, calmly Winnie coached me through the worst part, she instinctively knew when I needed a break and she kept my confidence at the right level so I could see the evening out and finally get my daughter to sleep by herself. Within one week we did it, I was so nervous about it working but I just couldn't believe how fast things got back to normality. My daughter responded so well to her method and I now have my evenings back. She packed the week full of good advice, kind words of support and she gave me strength on those first two difficult evenings, she clearly has so much experience in sleep training which gives her the knowledge and confidence to help families like us. I won't ever forget her and I will be forever grateful for the help she gave me getting our daughter back into a good bedtime routine. She is extremely good at what she does, she is a wonderfully kind woman but added to her expertise is a woman who really wants to help people, this is not just a job to her, she genuinely cares about her clients”.

The nanny who worked with us is absolutely wonderful. She really cares about the babies and loves what she does. She is very calm as well which is very important dealing with a newborn and first time parents. She is confident, has knowledge and establish a beautiful connection with the baby. We loved the fact that she talks to the baby very often and properly interacts during the whole day.

When I was needing help with my son who was having difficulties with allergies / intolerances the agency sent me a brilliant nanny with experience in this area. I was looking for some support to watch over him during the day so that I could get some rest as he wasn't sleeping much while he was unwell, but with this nanny I got so much more than that.She was a wealth of knowledge on allergies and intolerances and without her guidance I don't think I would have made it through the weeks. She has a very big heart, she cared for my son as if he was her own, and was extremely dedicated and focused on helping us solve the mystery of his health issues. She made recommendations on formula, managing his most distressing moments, my diet, breastfeeding and specialists to see that proved correct each time. Without her by my side we would be a lot further behind in getting my son back to full health. His intolerances and reflux are now being managed so we can all start getting more sleep and have a happier baby.Im really grateful we were able to have The nanny we did the past few weeks and would certainly not hesitate to use her again in the future.We also use a regular night nanny from this agency and she is now very much part of the family. Her quality of care, experience and company is fantastic.

When the night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldn’t get out of. I can’t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. He’ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous.Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasn’t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my baby’s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.

spent 2 days with us for helping us to settle our son, especially at night. She is amazing. We learnt a lot from her. And after she left she sent all the notes to us, that's really help us. And she also recommended a lot useful information and books to us. I will definitely recommend Kathryn and your agency to my friends who will become new parents. She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.

She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. Fantastic night nanny We had a night nanny from you for our newborn son from 3 weeks old from March- May 2022 and it was fantastic. She had a calming effect on our son when he was upset or screaming and our son was always happy to see her . I was a first time mum and she was very knowledgable about looking after young babies which was so useful . She was always punctual and reliable . She is a kind and lovely person and I could always trust her with our baby . I highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future .
