Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

Sleep training was a really big decision for us. There's a lot of noise about it on Facebook and such, so we were really scared about the process. Margarita was warm, clear and firm - which seems to be the ideal combination in a sleep trainer. Our 7 month old has turned the corner as regards sleep, but is still a very happy, smiley baby.

We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

We had her come two nights a week for 6 weeks since coming home from hospital, and she was such a wonderful help and guide as we navigated first-time parenthood. Our Nanny was clearly very experienced. She immediately bonded with Eddie and treated him with such warmth and affection. Our maternity nurse was fantastic and we loved having her. She was really good in setting up routines with our twin baby girls which we are now following, and in helping my wife establish breastfeeding with them. She was great in encouraging us to take the babies out for local walks from the start, and we managed a trip to our nearest shopping centre and tea at M&S cafe, all of which gave us a lot of confidence in taking them out and about. She has a great relationship with our babies and they are missing her already!
