I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

We would recommend Charise as a night nanny very highly. We found that Charise was extremely professional, capable and experienced.She was very reliable, and always a reassuring presence. She looked after both of our children so well in their first months and we couldn't imagine a night nanny who we would trust more. We learnt so much from her, and she made a huge difference to our lives during those challenging times. We also think that her help in establishing sleep routines for our babies contributed hugely to the healthy sleep patterns they now have. We are very grateful to have had Charise as our night nanny.

The night nannies nanny came to help me when my daughter was born. She was incredibly helpful, and made my first days and weeks of being a mother thoroughly enjoyable, she helped me so much. She has a very pleasant personality, a good sense of humour, lots of empathy.. she loved the baby and was very caring of me as a mother too. She took initiative at times in an intelligent way, and after making sure I wanted her to, and she would explain things to me, and if, at times, I had an idea that was novel to her, she would inform herself, if necessary read up about it, and listen and give intelligent opinions. I enjoyed our conversations about babies, different routines, breastfeeding etc… She was very helpful throughout breastfeeding, and she was also, when, at times, I needed the baby to be given a bottle. She is a very organised person, and that was wonderful, because at the best of times I am not, and just after my first baby I felt at times a little lost. She tailor made a routine that worked wonderfully! She has great social skills and was liked by everyone in the family, including the dog. The memories of when my daughter was a tiny baby are beautiful and it is a lot thanks to the nanny. She was patient, caring, intelligent, organised, entertaining, and dynamic. I am so happy she was there for us at that time!

She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough
