The sleep trainer we found through Night Nannies was so wonderful with my 10 month old son. He wasn’t settling well for his naps and at bedtime (he would always cry and protest), he used to wake up a few times a night and too early in the morning. He was always very tired during the day and I didn’t know how to help him with his sleep. I had worked with a sleep trainer before but could not improve his sleep and sleeping habits. The sleep trainer knows what she’s doing. She’s calm, very professional, loving, and knows so much about babies and their sleep. She came in for five nights and managed to teach him how to fall asleep peacefully and to stay asleep for a full night. For two weeks after the training she continued to help us over messages, guiding us and giving us strength and advice when we needed. She’s truly wonderful, we are so grateful to have worked with her. I would highly and happily recommend her.

Agency review We have used the Night Nannies agency twice following the birth of our second and third sons. Both times they’ve supplied us with great night nannies, including extra cover when inevitably we decided we wanted support for longer than we had originally planned! One lady in particular helped us tremendously with our middle son - pointing us in the right direction to have him diagnose with a milk intolerance. Without her I can’t see that we would have got the medical help that eventually transformed him into a much happier baby! She returned to us with our third son when he was ten weeks old, feeding a couple of times a night with sleep stretches seeming to becoming shorter rather than longer. She immediately had us working towards 1 feed a night - giving us the confidence and techniques to wind him properly and to settle him without feeding. Totally transformative! With the right night nanny it’s possible to get not just some overnight rest but also sleep consultant type services thrown in.

Great night nanny Our nanny worked for us for 3 weeks as a night time maternity nurse for our 3 month old. She was very respectful and discreet, very experienced with babies and their cues and has an overall warm and caring presence. She was very proactive and always eager to help. Night Nannies Saved Us I cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough. We initially tried to look after our new born son without any help at all. After 6 sleepless nights we were broken and called Night Nannies in the morning to beg for help. They arranged someone the same day who was brilliant and took control of the night time sleeping situation. She advised us on all matters to do with getting our son to sleep. Most of all, the fact that we could hand over our baby for 10 hours without worry to a specialist with over 17 years of experience was a huge bonus and allowed us to sleep properly.

The staff of Night Nannies were very understanding and accommodated to all our requests. They were always available (even on a Sunday) and always understanding of what we required. Worth every penny.
