Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

We've been super impressed with Night Nannies - our first child arrived 5 weeks early and they managed to fill the gap with some extraordinarily talented maternity nurses who have been so helpful. In addition they've used their fantastic network to find us a night nurse for a week away in Oxfordshire which was very impressive. We would highly recommend Night Nannies - they really do have access to some of the best and most experienced people we've come across and they are such an efficient and nice company to work with.

When I was needing help with my son who was having difficulties with allergies / intolerances the agency sent me a brilliant nanny with experience in this area. I was looking for some support to watch over him during the day so that I could get some rest as he wasn't sleeping much while he was unwell, but with this nanny I got so much more than that.She was a wealth of knowledge on allergies and intolerances and without her guidance I don't think I would have made it through the weeks. She has a very big heart, she cared for my son as if he was her own, and was extremely dedicated and focused on helping us solve the mystery of his health issues. She made recommendations on formula, managing his most distressing moments, my diet, breastfeeding and specialists to see that proved correct each time. Without her by my side we would be a lot further behind in getting my son back to full health. His intolerances and reflux are now being managed so we can all start getting more sleep and have a happier baby.Im really grateful we were able to have The nanny we did the past few weeks and would certainly not hesitate to use her again in the future.We also use a regular night nanny from this agency and she is now very much part of the family. Her quality of care, experience and company is fantastic.

I worked with Jennie who helped me to find a nanny for our 2 weeks stay in London and she saved my life. It was a very last minute request and I could not find anybody reliable until I’ve been recommended Jennie. She was so efficient and started her search right away and reassured me that even though it is very last minute she will do everything to help me to find the help I desperately needed. And so she did, she connected me with Karen and, boy, did she helped us ! Our daughter had a stranger/separation anxiety and it took her a lot of time to get used to new people, so I prepared Karen that it will take a few days of us working hard together, so I can eventually leave them and do my work but to my absolute surprise my daughter got used to her the very first day like she knew her. In fact she didn’t even noticed me leaving the room after just 20 minutes of introduction. Karen definitely has a magic touch with children and she was most helpful and did her best to accommodate all of my requests.it was easy to work with the agency and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

She helped us as a maternity nurse for six weeks following the birth of our daughter. She looked after her during the night as well as parts of the day, so we could spend time with our two-year old son. She had a very loving, calm, yet authoritative approach to our daughter's care which the little one loved and we really appreciated! She softly taught the baby a reassuring routine while giving her lots of cuddles and attention. As a result, our daughter has wonderful sleeping habits and is a very contented baby.

Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

As new parents of week-old twins, I have to admit we were very apprehensive about leaving our little ones alone with anyone for the first time (they had been in our constant care in the hospital and at home since they were born). We could not have found anyone better for the job than our Night Nanny. Upon (quietly) walking through the door, she immediately engendered our trust and confidence by orienting herself quickly and efficiently in our home, identifying everything she needed to care for the children with the precision and calm of an individual who has the confidence and experience to look after newborns. We took note when she turned off the television and lowered the lighting so she could focus on our little girls. She was cheerful and very warm with our children and created a relaxing environment for them (and us), ensuring we were able to go to dinner in peace and get our first night of “real” sleep after the hospital stay. She recorded feeds and nappy changes in accordance with the precedent we had established and managed to set new feeding records for them overnight, all the while maximizing their sleep time. She even offered us some tips for settling them, which proved helpful as my wife and I are both learning the tricks of the trade at this stage.We would certainly seek Night Nannies out in the future whenever we need care for the twins – the peace of mind they provide has been invaluable during the first days of our early parenthood.
