My daughter was still sleeping in my bed at the age of 18 months. I had tried several times to get her into her own room and in a cot. I failed every time and would sometimes spend 2.5 hours a night of trying to get a baby into a cot that she was having none of. Many months of no evenings to myself, being woken up several times in the night as the baby was in my bed and being back at work, there was no chance I was going to get the baby into a routine by myself. This just had to change. Vera came to my rescue and my life has completely changed in just a few days. I couldn’t believe how easily Vera got my daughter in her own room, in a cot and asleep within 5 mins so effortlessly on the first try. Amazing. Vera's calm and thoughtful approach for sleep training (after seeing how my daughters personality was) simply just worked. I cannot thank her enough. I have a happy baby who actually gets excited to get into her cot and sleeps right through till the morning, I have my evenings back and my bed!!!I would recommend Vera to anyone that has problems with their little ones sleep habits.

I can not recommend night Nannies (and particularly the nanny that helped me) highly enough. She helped me for 3 months with my newborn. She is very knowledgable and provided invaluable advice on many topics ranging from breastfeeding to how to help the baby when he has a cold. I also liked that I didn’t feel she was ‘clock watching’ and would always make sure the baby was ok and fed before leaving in the mornings. I don’t know what we would have done without her. We miss her - thank you Night Nannies!

ChXXXX came to help us when our son was only one week old and she was fantastic at educating us about what we needed to do in order to create a good night time schedule for him. Additionally, she has a huge number of sleep tricks that enabled our son to sleep and also allowed us to get a decent night of sleep and not worry about him. She is hugely experienced and we greatly appreciated how professional she was. She has a wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with babies, and we found this invaluable. We liked her so much that we took her to Norway over the festive period to continue to help us. ChXXXX is a great character and we liked her instantly. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone with a new born who needs help and advice. We would have liked to keep ChXXXX for 3 months, but all the complications with covid and traveling meant that we were not able to do this. In the end we used her for about 3 weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough.We used ChrXXXX on two occasions and were struck by how calm and helpful she was. She has many years of experience and we felt very comfortable leaving our son with her. One major advantage with ChrXXXX is that she has her own car and can drive to and from night nannying. This is a significant differentiator during the covid period and we felt very comfortable having someone who did not need to take public transport to get to us. The vast majority of Nightnannies do not have their own car or do not live in central London meaning that the fact ChrXXXX does live fairly centrally in London and does have her own car is of note.

Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more
