Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

She spent a night with us as a night nanny to help settle our three week old son, She did a fantastic job calming him down and getting him to sleep, and she also did a great job calming my anxiety and giving me some great advice, which was greatly needed and appreciated. Our nanny came to help us with our 15-month-old daughter, who was waking between 6 and 8 times a night, was often wide awake between midnight and 2am, could only be resettled with milk, and was ending up in bed with us every night.The process was very gentle but had a clear effect as early as the second night, and, a week later, we have had our first experience of sleeping through the night – 11 hours without so much as a whimper!! We really wouldn’t have believed it possible! Not only that but we have entirely eliminated the need for a dummy, without which she hadn’t been able to sleep since about 4 months of age.Our nanny was incredibly kind, empathetic and reassuring, but above all it is the results that have been truly amazing! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is struggling with their nights.

Wedding nanny The agency provided a last minute nanny to help us look after our 10 week old son at our wedding. She was just fantastic, from the moment she arrived I felt at ease and so did our son. She was super organised and looked after our son throughout the wedding, but brought him to us for photos etc but didn’t let him get too overstimulated. He even slept throughout the entire meal! I cannot praise her enough, she made me feel at ease that he was in good hands allowing us to really enjoy our wedding. She has such a calm and organised approach.

Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.
