A Night Nanny has recently helped my daughter, who is just under 6 months, to sleep through the night. It is early days, however her gentle but confident approach appears to have worked. She was very clear about what we could achieve in the week if we stick to the routine and focus on moving our baby to solids. She was just as much help with sleep as she was with feeding our daughter. She has an incredibly soft nature and was very gentle and loving towards our daughter. It was so helpful having someone so experienced and knowledgable to talk to about our baby's development. I would highly recommend her and if I have any issues in the future I will be getting in touch with her again.

We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

I highly recommend the services of Night Nannies. Out of desperation one Friday night, I contacted 4 night nanny agencies via their websites. Night Nannies was the only one to respond by Saturday morning (only one more responded by Monday morning, and one responded a whole week later). Night Nannies gave us 2 CVs of highly experienced nannies to review. We interviewed and selected one, who turned out to be excellent. Not only was she skilled at caring for infants, she was warm and kind, and we felt that she genuinely cared about and took delight in our baby. By putting our trust in her and Night Nannies, we were rewarded with excellent care for the baby and several nights of badly-needed sleep for the parents.

We had Faye join us for six weeks to help with our firstborn when she was just four weeks old. From the start, Faye was brilliant with both us and our daughter. She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and Faye was always reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. We would highly recommend Faye to any family and are already looking forward to having her back with us when our next child arrives. Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

I just wanted to write to let you know how helpful Sanyu was for us over the last fortnight. She was an utter blessing. Sanyu has a lovely calm, gentle and polite manner about her and it is clear that she loves babies and is very natural with them. She was very punctual and helpful and went out of her way to help me get some things when I ran out and hadnt been organised to get them (nappies, formula) which she didnt need to do but which was hugely appreciated. Sanyu gave me more sleep at a time I really needed it and even my sceptical husband was won over and gratefully welcomed those extra hours. She was careful to ask what routine and also offered very useful advice when i asked for it. Sanyu also was very sweet with our daughter in the mornings. In short, we would wholeheartedly recommend Sanyu to anyone else looking for a little relief and assistance at night!
