We hired Sabrinah as we knew we would need support at night to help us through the early days. We live in central London and do not have family nearby. It was a bit of a shock when our baby came a week early. Thankfully, I had a prep meeting with her beforehand where she came to the house to see where things were, and she also had a checklist of items she would need to support us in the best way possible. This meant we could hit the ground running. Her help was invaluable as our baby struggled with colic. She recommended many great products and ideas to make our baby more comfortable. Sabrinah has a gentle spirit and wonderful attitude. Looking forward to contacting her again for baby number two.

Our nanny came to stay with me for two weeks straight after the birth of my son. I’m so glad I arranged for her to come and stay. I had my son on my own and was also completely scared and clueless about how to look after a baby. She showed me how to do everything and took care of both of us so that I could recover from my Caesarian. She came with me to my mid wife appointments and also to visit my mum in the nursing home. Honestly, I would have been lost without her and I can’t thank her enough! And my son absolutely loves her.

NightNannies found us a wonderful maternity nurse. We wanted someone with lots of experience with multiples and they managed to find a nanny who had looked after more than 20 sets of twins and knew how the handle the specific challenges that come with premature multiples. She joined us for three weeks in February 2023 when our twin sons were newborns. She took on night feeds so that I could get some rest after a difficult time in hospital, and then during the day really focused on getting us set up for success at home - with everything from recommending the best bottles and swaddles, to setting a routine and demonstrating different feeding, burping and soothing techniques. This was particularly important for us as we had twins and wanted to feel confident that we could cope on our own after her departure. She was a joy to have in the house and was wonderful with babies and small children (we also have a 3 year old), but also with adults. She was very respectful of our privacy in the evenings, but was also happy to chat and was great company for me during the day. She is a warm and kind person. She is also an excellent reader of babies. She knows exactly what they need, when. I felt that our boys were not only safe in her hands, but were loved and cherished. She also recognised very quickly when one of our twins was becoming unwell and pushed me to take him straight to A&E - something which saved his life. We will be forever in her debt for this. I can wholeheartedly recommend our NightNannies Nanny to any parent with multiples or a single baby. We will be asking her to come back to help with some of the twins' future transitions and look forward to having her back with our family.

Our night nanny was fantastic with our newborn. She was always very punctual, extremely kind, and conscientious. She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.

My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her.

I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

Our Nanny was wonderful with our newborn son Eddie. We had her come two nights a week for 6 weeks since coming home from hospital, and she was such a wonderful help and guide as we navigated first-time parenthood. Our Nanny was clearly very experienced. She immediately bonded with Eddie and treated him with such warmth and affection. Our Nanny taught us a lot about baby care, from helping diaper time to be less tearful to speech and learning development. We are grateful for the time our family had with her.”

Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

We absolutely loved our night nurse. She took excellent care of our little one. Our son suffered from a few things early on and She was so attentive and caring - we always felt so much better knowing She was there. She helped us problem solve what was going on and also helped get our little guy into a routine. She was lovely, thoughtful & very knowledgeable - a safe and warm pair of hands to help him get through the nights!
