Our night nanny came to help us with our daughter two/three nights a week for five weeks. Having her join our new family was one of the best decisions we could have taken – helping us get some much-needed rest was certainly a plus, but it was more her guidance and insight which became invaluable to us. She supported us with giving our daughter her first bath, put me on a feeding schedule to make sure our baby was gaining enough weight (as she was born on the small side) and helped me get set up with the expressing machine (amongst other things). Our night nanny was always on time and very discreet. Most importantly, she was incredible with our daughter – so kind and caring, and always managed to soothe her instantly. We felt that we could completely trust her from the get-go and would certainly love to have her back should there ever be a baby number two.

She helped us as a maternity nurse for six weeks following the birth of our daughter. She looked after her during the night as well as parts of the day, so we could spend time with our two-year old son. She had a very loving, calm, yet authoritative approach to our daughter's care which the little one loved and we really appreciated! She softly taught the baby a reassuring routine while giving her lots of cuddles and attention. As a result, our daughter has wonderful sleeping habits and is a very contented baby.

Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

Nana came to us as a night nanny when our baby was 10 days old. Initially doing 3 nights a week for 3 weeks but we ended up keeping her for 12 weeks she was so wonderful! Above everything she evidently loves babies and that as well as being a midwife and her calm confidence meant we felt entirely happy to leave our baby with her from the start to get precious sleep, and later on also if we wanted to go out for dinner etc first. She was so reassuring especially for a first time mum and has a lot of experience from other midwifery and nannying - our baby had very bad colic and she never stopped smiling even when he had been a terror! If we have another baby, Nana will be first on my list to call to see if she can come help again! Thank you nightnannies

She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.
