Our 5.5 months old baby woke up multiple times during the night before our super nanny came to our place. Our baby is a fully breastfeeding and while he was sleeping in a different room, we needed to go multiple times either to put back the dummy or if it didn't help, breastfeed him. With our super nanny's guidance, he only wakes once in the night after one week of training, and our life got more predictable. Following a routine during the day is not only good for the baby, but for the mum as well. Our super nanny was very supportive, and listened to our needs, guided us over the phone for a few more days so that we get the best routine. I can warmly recommend her to parents who struggle with non-sleeping babies, however must highlight that training the baby is not easy and you need to follow the schedule in order to see results. With lots of patience, it is possible to have a good night sleep, and she has been a huge help to our success. We will come back to her in future stages, such as weaning or transitioning from 2 naps to 1!

We would recommend Charise as a night nanny very highly. We found that Charise was extremely professional, capable and experienced.She was very reliable, and always a reassuring presence. She looked after both of our children so well in their first months and we couldn't imagine a night nanny who we would trust more. We learnt so much from her, and she made a huge difference to our lives during those challenging times. We also think that her help in establishing sleep routines for our babies contributed hugely to the healthy sleep patterns they now have. We are very grateful to have had Charise as our night nanny.

"Night Nanny our guardian angel"Our Night Nanny/Sleep trainer was amazing in every way. She taught our 18 months old son who suffered from reflux severely and would wake up sometimes every 45 minutes finally to sleep and settle himself.The moment our Sleep trainer came through our door we felt guided and supported. Wilbur would click instantly with her and we could feel her warmth and positive energy towards all of us. She just made us feel at ease. She stayed with us for 6 nights and it felt like having a guardian angel around. She motivated us constantly and progressed with Wilbur so rapidly it felt like a miracle and at the same time everything our Sleep trainer explained and advised us about Wilbur and our routine with him made total sense and explained all our issues we had with him previously.Wilbur is now managing to sleep through and even manages to settle himself back to sleep when he feels poorly. Friendly former hospital nurse & night nanny Our nanny through Night Nannies has a warm & friendly demeanor and was very easy to welcome into our home. She provided night nanny services for our 4 month old 6 nights a week for several weeks while our regular night nanny (also through your agency) took time off for a family emergency.

Our son really enjoyed her care and attention. Her time spent as a hospital nurse was particularly reassuring to me as a first-time mum. In the mornings I could often hear her interacting playfully with our son - his laughter and squeals of delight showed me straight away that this nanny was a good fit for us. I also really liked her punctuality and her flexibility with coming in an hour or two early if needed. She always left everything very clean and supported me on my breastfeeding journey as well. We hope to work with her again in future.

We absolutely loved working with our night nanny. She brought such a warm, reassuring presence to our home after the arrival of our baby boy in May. Her childcare was exceptional, we trusted her from the very beginning, and she consistently approached everything in a collaborative way with both myself and my husband, which we really valued for maintaining balance and trust. She was incredibly reliable and was always accommodating if we needed to adjust our schedule. She supported us for nine weeks, from May to July 2025, and we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made after having our baby. Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

Amazing Sleep Trainer Vera is extremely competent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She sleep-trained our 6-month-old baby whose sleep pattern has improved enormously since she helped us.
Before we engaged Vera, we had many issues to fix and quite a few bad habits to get rid of.
We had the wrong daytime routine (wrong times for naps and one too many nap) and our baby boy would wake up several times during the night and had started to have terrible and often short lunchtime naps. We were also using many accessories to get our baby to sleep such as the sleepyhead grand, dummies (sometimes up to 7 fixes per night), Ollie the owl for white noise, and loads of rocking (including the occasional sleeping in my arms the last hour before wake up time). Furthermore our baby didn’t know how to self-settle.
In 5 nights Vera managed to fix most of the issues and gradually took all bad habits away.
We just finished our 5 nights with Vera and our baby is now sleeping almost 12 hours in the night with perhaps one interruption but he is learning to go back by himself (he is also teething right now which isn’t helping) and his lunchtime nap is mostly back to 2 hours (again with one occasional interruption which he is learning to deal with).
We follow Vera’s routine religiously during the day and it has also helped a lot with progressing with our weaning process.
Vera’s advice has been extremely helpful and holistic about all aspects of baby care, not just sleeping. She had tons of experience, a natural love for babies and a great connection with them!
