Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! I’d highly recommend the Night Nannies agency to anyone.

We were really in a bind when we first were introduced to our nanny through Night Nannies. Our daughter was 4-weeks old, and my wife had been having trouble breastfeeding and had just contracted mastitis. I knew I would be on my own for a few nights with our baby as my wife got better, so I reached out to Night Nannies for support. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful when I reached out, and within an hour of speaking with their team I had received detailed references for our nanny, and she came over that evening to help care for the baby for the night. Our nanny was so friendly, warm, and caring, and immediately gave us actionable advice to get our baby sleeping longer and on a more regular schedule. After she left, she would follow-up via text to check-in, and you could tell she truly cared about our wellbeing and our daughter's. I am so grateful to our nanny, for being such a wonderful resource in a stressful time, and also for helping to set us up on a successful routine. We'll definitely be reaching back out to her for some additional support as we dive into sleep training!

Excellent Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

Excellent portfolio of Nannies Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them. Our night nanny started working with us when our daughter—our first baby—was a few days old, for around eight weeks. It is impossible to overstate what a game-changer she was for us. Without family nearby, she came into our home and provided the insight, assurance and support that we needed. Our daughter is a great sleeper as a result of our night nanny’s work with her in those early days and weeks – she taught us the basics of a night sleep routine, how to use sleep aids like swaddling and white noise, and how to settle to sleep. In addition to her sympathetic and professional demeanor, we greatly appreciate her genuine interest in our daughter—she follows up for updates on how both she and we are doing to this day. We would recommend Night Nannies without any hesitation.
