Our night nanny arrived into our lives on the first day our daughter came home and from the moment she walked in the door her professionalism, experience and warm nature shone through. Our minds were at ease whenever she was here to help and we cannot thank her enough for her guidance and friendship during her time with us. We would recommend her in a heartbeat and any family would be lucky to have her help. She became part of our family and we are extremely grateful to have had the chance to work with her. As a first time mum, she has given my wife the guidance and therefore confidence to look after our new baby. She did this with such kindness and it’s hard to describe how much this has meant for our family.

We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

Night Nannies found us 2 great maternity nurses at different times when we’d had a really tricky time with our newborn son. They were both lovely to have in our home, helped with everything they could, but most importantly were amazing with our son. I felt completely comfortable and safe leaving him with both of them. They made sure he went out for walks and chatted and sang to him. It was really touching to see their relationship. Night Nannies was so helpful to us at a really difficult time, and I’ll always be grateful to both our maternity nurses.

We have (sadly) come to the end of our six weeks with Jackie Olara and wanted to let you know how utterly blown away we were by her. She is without a doubt one of the most professional, calming, funny and warm characters you can possibly hope to have around in the first few nights back from the hospital. She has implemented an outstanding routine which has been so effective in managing our son’s sleep and development. Her knowledge on what we should be doing and when was beyond extensive and there is no way I could be writing this email if and sitting on my laptop at 10.00pm at night if it wasn’t for the confidence she had given Jess in putting together the routine.
