Night Nannies found us the most wonderful nanny to look after our 2 week old son for 7 weeks. She was professional, punctual and caring. Our toddler also adored her and she became part of our family. “Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

I worked with Jennie who helped me to find a nanny for our 2 weeks stay in London and she saved my life. It was a very last minute request and I could not find anybody reliable until I’ve been recommended Jennie. She was so efficient and started her search right away and reassured me that even though it is very last minute she will do everything to help me to find the help I desperately needed. And so she did, she connected me with Karen and, boy, did she helped us ! Our daughter had a stranger/separation anxiety and it took her a lot of time to get used to new people, so I prepared Karen that it will take a few days of us working hard together, so I can eventually leave them and do my work but to my absolute surprise my daughter got used to her the very first day like she knew her. In fact she didn’t even noticed me leaving the room after just 20 minutes of introduction. Karen definitely has a magic touch with children and she was most helpful and did her best to accommodate all of my requests.it was easy to work with the agency and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Outstanding night nanny The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

Agency review We have used the Night Nannies agency twice following the birth of our second and third sons. Both times they’ve supplied us with great night nannies, including extra cover when inevitably we decided we wanted support for longer than we had originally planned! One lady in particular helped us tremendously with our middle son - pointing us in the right direction to have him diagnose with a milk intolerance. Without her I can’t see that we would have got the medical help that eventually transformed him into a much happier baby! She returned to us with our third son when he was ten weeks old, feeding a couple of times a night with sleep stretches seeming to becoming shorter rather than longer. She immediately had us working towards 1 feed a night - giving us the confidence and techniques to wind him properly and to settle him without feeding. Totally transformative! With the right night nanny it’s possible to get not just some overnight rest but also sleep consultant type services thrown in.

We had our maternity nurse for three weeks after the birth of our newborn son. She was an absolute joy to have in our home and filled my husband and I with the confidence we needed to look after our son. I came home from hospital after a traumatic birth, followed by an extended stay, absolutely exhausted. Our maternity nurse got me back on my feet by making sure I got plenty of rest so that I could feel human again. She helped me with breastfeeding and got our son into a good sleeping and feeding routine by the time he reached 3 weeks. She also gave us tips as to how to adapt the routine as our son gets older. She is a tech wizard and set up all our baby equipment, including the steriliser and breast pump!

Our maternity nurse took the greatest care to follow the Government’s guidance on Covid-19; she self-isolated before she came to us. She followed our lead and wore a face mask and gloves when she went to the shops and self-isolated on her days off. She was very responsible with making sure that our house was hygienic and ensured that we felt totally comfortable welcoming her to our home.

We could not have managed to get through the first three weeks of our son's life without our maternity nurse and we will look back at what could have been a difficult time as a joyful one, filled with learning and fun thanks to her great sense of humour and unflappable nature. We cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough.
