My 9-month-old baby boy had some problems with sleeping so I ended up calling to Night Nannies in order to get a good sleep trainer. Before the training we co-slept with the baby and he woke up every 3-2 hours and only way to put him back to sleep was to nurse him. I was so tired and needed some help to make him sleep better. In 5 nights the sleep trainer managed to make him sleep through the night in his own cot. If he wakes up, he can go back to sleep alone in couple of minutes if he is not hungry. But I have to feed him maximum once in the night (12 hours) which is amazing! The nanny stayed with him during the first nights and did not leave him to cry it out. She stroke his head and made sure everything is ok. I would definitely ask the nanny come again if I needed help with my baby.

Really pleased with the service from… Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

Amazing!! We contacted night nannies when we were at our wits end. 2 days after calling, someone came out and stayed with us for 3 nights. We didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly but so grateful they did!

Our 5 month old needed to be held to sleep and would not be put down. Night nannies changed that completely! The level of service and commitment is commendable and we cannot express our gratitude.

All email exchanges, phone calls and the sleep consultant herself were professional, trustworthy and realisable. What more could you want!

When we engaged night nannies to help us at our lowest point with our newborn son who had very bad colic, they literally came to our rescue. Our night nanny was always punctual, professional and in these times of COVID-19 was always wearing the proper PPE and observed all the required social distancing rules etc. More than this she was a complete delight and handled every moment with us with ease and kindness. She also provided us with some great tips from her wealth of experience that with her calmness and some tweaks we implemented and got my son sleeping much better at night just from the few nights she was with us. We cant recommend night nannies highly enough from our experience.

From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. I found my night nannie through the agency Night Nannies, I needed some help getting my four year old daughter back into the routine of going to sleep on her own. She arrived on a Monday evening and she spent the weekday evenings helping my daughter and I gently re-organise how the new bedtime routine would go. From the moment we met I realised she was an extremely empathetic, kind and understanding person, she listened carefully to my explanations as to why we had slipped into such bad habits, she understood how and why things had gone wrong and carefully planned out how we would go about implementing the changes. When things got difficult, as I knew they would, calmly Winnie coached me through the worst part, she instinctively knew when I needed a break and she kept my confidence at the right level so I could see the evening out and finally get my daughter to sleep by herself. Within one week we did it, I was so nervous about it working but I just couldn't believe how fast things got back to normality. My daughter responded so well to her method and I now have my evenings back. She packed the week full of good advice, kind words of support and she gave me strength on those first two difficult evenings, she clearly has so much experience in sleep training which gives her the knowledge and confidence to help families like us. Our night nanny was fantastic with our… Our night nanny was fantastic with our newborn Zachary. She was always very punctual, extremely kind, and conscientious. She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.
