Our nanny via night nannies Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

Our nanny was perfect! I was exhausted and needed help... She was warm, trustworthy and very knowledgable not only with sleeping but helped alter my routine to better suit my baby boy. In particular with feeding him more in the day so he slept at night! I am already keeping her in mind for my next baby as a mat nurse :)

We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

The person who came to help me with my newborn was so caring and so efficient and such an overall nice and intelligent and entertaining person, that those first days or rather weeks were some of the best in my life. It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. I wanna start saying that the sleep training was the best desicion i ever made, i was sceptical because i tought my baby was going to cry a lot and that gave me a lot of anxiety, but im so glad it wasnt too bad, it went so well, our sleep trainer was a live saver i was getting depresion from the lack of sleep, now both of us are in better mood, i already started recommending you, thank you so much for helping us.

My partner and I were literally on our knees when Liz came along. Our 8 week old baby girl had severe silent reflux and screamed from 6pm to 11pm without pause every evening. This started extending in to the day and my partner was unable to go into work he was so exhausted. I called Liz who came around that night and brought reassurance, humour and sanity into our household. What I loved most about Liz was her calmness and experience without ever making either of us feel stupid or incompetent. She gently experimented with various things (revisiting swaddling was a key move!) and despite being in a fairly small flat, she very quickly became like a family member. We ended up having some very funny chats and even when Poppy was 100% improved we could hardly bring ourselves to stop using Liz. She is utterly brilliant and lovely and kind and funny.

Our nanny was amazing!! She helped us when our baby was so little and was on a feeding plan, she helped take care of him for us to get some rest at night but also gave me lots of advice on my breastfeeding and tips on how to take care of baby.. this really was invaluable help to me! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.
