Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

I reached out to the agency that provided us with a selection of excellent nannies, and we ultimately chose Beatrice. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision. From the very beginning, Beatrice was calm, reassuring and incredibly capable. Her gentle and confident manner immediately put me at ease, which was invaluable during those early weeks as a new mother. I always felt completely comfortable knowing that my baby was in her care overnight. Beatrice was attentive, reliable and wonderfully nurturing. She seemed to instinctively understand what my baby needed and approached everything with patience and kindness. She was also a wonderful source of reassurance and support for me, sharing her experience without ever being overbearing and respecting the way we wanted to care for our baby. Having Beatrice with us made such a difference during those first weeks and allowed me to get the rest I needed, knowing my baby was safe and exceptionally well cared for. The night nannies nanny came to help me when my daughter was born. She was incredibly helpful, and made my first days and weeks of being a mother thoroughly enjoyable, she helped me so much. She has a very pleasant personality, a good sense of humour, lots of empathy.. she loved the baby and was very caring of me as a mother too. She took initiative at times in an intelligent way, and after making sure I wanted her to, and she would explain things to me, and if, at times, I had an idea that was novel to her, she would inform herself, if necessary read up about it, and listen and give intelligent opinions. I enjoyed our conversations about babies, different routines, breastfeeding etc… She was very helpful throughout breastfeeding, and she was also, when, at times, I needed the baby to be given a bottle. She is a very organised person, and that was wonderful, because at the best of times I am not, and just after my first baby I felt at times a little lost. She tailor made a routine that worked wonderfully! She has great social skills and was liked by everyone in the family, including the dog. The memories of when my daughter was a tiny baby are beautiful and it is a lot thanks to the nanny. She was patient, caring, intelligent, organised, entertaining, and dynamic. I am so happy she was there for us at that time!

We contacted Nightnannies when our son was 4.5months old as we wanted help getting him to take the bottle (he was exclusively breastfed) and he also kept waking up every hour at night. I wasn't looking for someone to just give me a goodnight's sleep, I wanted to understand why my son wasn't sleeping and how to change things at home so that he felt more comfortable with his reflux. The nanny spent 2 days with us first and then another 2 days when I got back from holiday and in this short space of time, there was a massive transformation in my son. My son now guzzles milk from the bottle AND sleeps very well at night. Our nanny was very professional, knowledgable, diligent, punctual, committed, kind and I would describe her as a true "baby whisperer". I am amazed that she managed to get him into a routine so quickly and I cannot recommend this agency enough!

I had an excellent experience using Night Nannies for two days while I was travelling to London. Communication was prompt and comprehensive throughout and they gave me several options to choose from at short notice.I was so worried about leaving my 3 month old with someone for the first time and thought I would need to give an extensive detailed handover and be closeby. From the moment Olivia walked in she filled me with confidence, she basically took over, recognized things about my baby I didnt even know (she wanted a comfort blanket and burping apparently, which proved true and I had no idea), managed to get her to sleep well, took her on outings and was so sweet with her. By the second day my baby was smiling as soon as she saw her, it was amazing.it was an excellent experience. Olivia is full of knowledge when it comes to babies and is also so sweet and caring, and sent me updates throughout the day too to put me at ease.

Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! I’d highly recommend the Night Nannies agency to anyone.

5 star agency As a first time mum I had no idea what to expect from a nanny service. The website and all correspondence was very detailed and I was able to ascertain easily what we needed (a night nanny). We were sent lots of CV’s of potential nanny’s and able to choose. Once we had finished with our first nanny, we decided we wanted more help and they were able to match us again. Payment was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the agency.
