At 3 years:Summary: a godsend - would hire this night nanny again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyoneM came to us for 3 nights to re-sleep train our 3 year old as we had slipped out of routine and he had lost the ability to settle himself.As always, M was highly effective and we sorted it within 3 days, going from a place where our son would only sleep with a parent sitting next to him on the floor and the room well-lit, to us being able to leave the room with light off, without fuss, toddler sleeping through from 7-7.M has a gentle, empathetic, kind and sweet demeanour and made sure to play with and befriend our son ahead of bedtime. This also made us parents feel very good that he was in excellent hands.In addition to the time M spent at our house, she was communicative via phone and text to help us build a good daytime routine and set-up ahead of bedtime - including advice around diet, exercise, naps, outdoor time, bedroom lighting and sounds, sleepwear, etc. After her 3 night stint with us, M checked in several times to make sure all was going well, remind us of the plan, answer questions and reassure us.As with the previous occasions that we have had this night nanny’s help, we are extremely grateful and impressed!At 5 months:Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! I’d highly recommend the Night Nannies agency to anyone.

Excellent portfolio of Nannies Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them. I would definitely recommande night nanny as a night care agency !

The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!

Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

We would recommend Charise as a night nanny very highly. We found that Charise was extremely professional, capable and experienced.She was very reliable, and always a reassuring presence. She looked after both of our children so well in their first months and we couldn't imagine a night nanny who we would trust more. We learnt so much from her, and she made a huge difference to our lives during those challenging times. We also think that her help in establishing sleep routines for our babies contributed hugely to the healthy sleep patterns they now have. We are very grateful to have had Charise as our night nanny.
