We instantly felt relaxed with her and she was incredible with our daughter. She was incredibly accommodating, patient and generous. We would recommend Charise as a night nanny very highly. We found that Charise was extremely professional, capable and experienced.She was very reliable, and always a reassuring presence. She looked after both of our children so well in their first months and we couldn't imagine a night nanny who we would trust more. We learnt so much from her, and she made a huge difference to our lives during those challenging times. We also think that her help in establishing sleep routines for our babies contributed hugely to the healthy sleep patterns they now have. We are very grateful to have had Charise as our night nanny.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Irene! As you know she was with us when mathew and the kids had to unexpectedly come to the states while I was caring for my father before he passed away. She was so compassionate and understanding of our situation. It was a very emotional time and she was a wonderful support for mathew, myself and especially the children. She was so flexible with our needs and really went above and beyond.She was wonderfully making us feel at ease and we completely trusted her with the children. They absolutely adored her. We can’t recommend our maternity nurse enough. After a difficult labour we couldn’t have got through the next few weeks without her. Having her help gave me time to recover and she got our son William into a fantastic routine that meant he was quickly above his birth weight and sleeping well. She was great with breastfeeding and bathing advice and the all-important burping techniques! I honestly don’t know how we would have coped with out her. It is invaluable having someone that can help settle him in the night so we can get as much as sleep possible while recovering. Our maternity nurse also goes above and beyond with advice about pumping and would help put laundry on and sorting out his clothes. I would definitely use her again.

Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. We will miss Ritah as she helped us immensely through the first crazy weeks of parenthood.

ChXXXX came to help us when our son was only one week old and she was fantastic at educating us about what we needed to do in order to create a good night time schedule for him. Additionally, she has a huge number of sleep tricks that enabled our son to sleep and also allowed us to get a decent night of sleep and not worry about him. She is hugely experienced and we greatly appreciated how professional she was. She has a wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with babies, and we found this invaluable. We liked her so much that we took her to Norway over the festive period to continue to help us. ChXXXX is a great character and we liked her instantly. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone with a new born who needs help and advice. We would have liked to keep ChXXXX for 3 months, but all the complications with covid and traveling meant that we were not able to do this. In the end we used her for about 3 weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough.We used ChrXXXX on two occasions and were struck by how calm and helpful she was. She has many years of experience and we felt very comfortable leaving our son with her. One major advantage with ChrXXXX is that she has her own car and can drive to and from night nannying. This is a significant differentiator during the covid period and we felt very comfortable having someone who did not need to take public transport to get to us. The vast majority of Nightnannies do not have their own car or do not live in central London meaning that the fact ChrXXXX does live fairly centrally in London and does have her own car is of note.

Our nanny via night nannies Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.
