She is very calm as well which is very important dealing with a newborn and first time parents. She is confident, has knowledge and establish a beautiful connection with the baby. The sleep trainer we found through Night Nannies was so wonderful with my 10 month old son. He wasn’t settling well for his naps and at bedtime (he would always cry and protest), he used to wake up a few times a night and too early in the morning. He was always very tired during the day and I didn’t know how to help him with his sleep. I had worked with a sleep trainer before but could not improve his sleep and sleeping habits. The sleep trainer knows what she’s doing. She’s calm, very professional, loving, and knows so much about babies and their sleep. She came in for five nights and managed to teach him how to fall asleep peacefully and to stay asleep for a full night. For two weeks after the training she continued to help us over messages, guiding us and giving us strength and advice when we needed. She’s truly wonderful, we are so grateful to have worked with her. I would highly and happily recommend her.

Exceptional specialists We used Night Nannies to find a last minute, temporary maternity nurse and also to find a sleep trainer for our 6.5 month old baby. Both of the specialists who were sourced by the agency were brilliant; very professional, kind and caring. We felt totally comfortable with both women and would have them both back in a heartbeat, should we have another baby. I would highly reccomend the agency.

We don't have words to thank you Vera… We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

Excellent! “Our nanny came to my home to help me with my sons sleep. He was 10 months old and hadn’t slept once through the night, waking up every few hours to breastfeed and was co-sleeping. Needless to say, I was exhausted and at breaking point and realised that I needed to do something; that’s when I decided to seek help and Vera arrived. Following her help, my baby was sleeping in his own cot, his feeds went from ‘on demand’ to just 3 a day ( and most importantly no night feeds!). I went on holiday a week later and actually had a fantastic time as my Son slept in his cot every night and I could relax and catch up finally on months of lost sleep. I now look forward to going to bed at night! Our Nanny is so kind, has a heart of gold, extremely knowledgeable and so brilliant with babies. Without her help I don’t know what we’d be doing now! I can’t recommend her enough, she’s the best sleep fairy there is, the best of the very best! “

We have (sadly) come to the end of our six weeks with Jackie Olara and wanted to let you know how utterly blown away we were by her. She is without a doubt one of the most professional, calming, funny and warm characters you can possibly hope to have around in the first few nights back from the hospital. She has implemented an outstanding routine which has been so effective in managing our son’s sleep and development. Her knowledge on what we should be doing and when was beyond extensive and there is no way I could be writing this email if and sitting on my laptop at 10.00pm at night if it wasn’t for the confidence she had given Jess in putting together the routine. You will without a doubt be getting a call from me about her when it’s time for our second and if anyone ever wants to contact me about her I’d be more than happy to chat through our brilliant experience.
