"Night Nanny our guardian angel"Our Night Nanny/Sleep trainer was amazing in every way. She taught our 18 months old son who suffered from reflux severely and would wake up sometimes every 45 minutes finally to sleep and settle himself.The moment our Sleep trainer came through our door we felt guided and supported. Wilbur would click instantly with her and we could feel her warmth and positive energy towards all of us. She just made us feel at ease. She stayed with us for 6 nights and it felt like having a guardian angel around. She motivated us constantly and progressed with Wilbur so rapidly it felt like a miracle and at the same time everything our Sleep trainer explained and advised us about Wilbur and our routine with him made total sense and explained all our issues we had with him previously.Wilbur is now managing to sleep through and even manages to settle himself back to sleep when he feels poorly. He seems so much more confident and we feel we can read him so much better now.Our Night Nanny/sleep trainer was truly the best decision we’ve made in a long time as she really fixed Wilbur’s bad sleeping habits and also made sure we can implement a routine suitable for us as a family.Johanna

Everything we needed! NightNannies responded incredibly swiftly and helped us find the perfect super nanny within a day. After her arrival, our lives changed. Our 3 month old daughter now goes to bed quickly, does not need bouncing or nursing anymore, loved the bottle and plays tons during the day. All accomplished in three days, without much crying. We now have a solid routine that works well for us. The big test came right after our nanny left: one week by myself with our little one as my husband was travelling. Instead of a stressful week, I enjoyed it so much! What a difference! I cannot recommend highly enough.

I contacted Night Nannies recently when… I contacted Night Nannies recently when my daughter needed overnight help at short notice. My son in law was away unexpected, and she was trying to cope with two badly sleeping children on her own. I spoke to Sally, the local area administrator, at once (so much easier than filling in a form and waiting for some-one to call you back) who was understanding, sympathetic and extremely helpful. I had the references of an excellent sounding Nanny within an hour, and the nanny (whom my daughter said was lovely) started work three days later. The whole business was amazingly easy, and an outstanding success.

I would use them again without hesitation.

Our nanny was perfect! I was exhausted and needed help... She was warm, trustworthy and very knowledgable not only with sleeping but helped alter my routine to better suit my baby boy. In particular with feeding him more in the day so he slept at night! I am already keeping her in mind for my next baby as a mat nurse :)

Our night nanny was absolutely… Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. She went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. Our night nanny started working with us when our daughter—our first baby—was a few days old, for around eight weeks. It is impossible to overstate what a game-changer she was for us. Without family nearby, she came into our home and provided the insight, assurance and support that we needed. Our daughter is a great sleeper as a result of our night nanny’s work with her in those early days and weeks – she taught us the basics of a night sleep routine, how to use sleep aids like swaddling and white noise, and how to settle to sleep. In addition to her sympathetic and professional demeanor, we greatly appreciate her genuine interest in our daughter—she follows up for updates on how both she and we are doing to this day. Sleep training was a really big decision for us. There's a lot of noise about it on Facebook and such, so we were really scared about the process. Margarita was warm, clear and firm - which seems to be the ideal combination in a sleep trainer. Our 7 month old has turned the corner as regards sleep, but is still a very happy, smiley baby.

Friendly former hospital nurse & night nanny Our nanny through Night Nannies has a warm & friendly demeanor and was very easy to welcome into our home. She provided night nanny services for our 4 month old 6 nights a week for several weeks while our regular night nanny (also through your agency) took time off for a family emergency.

Our son really enjoyed her care and attention. Her time spent as a hospital nurse was particularly reassuring to me as a first-time mum. In the mornings I could often hear her interacting playfully with our son - his laughter and squeals of delight showed me straight away that this nanny was a good fit for us. I also really liked her punctuality and her flexibility with coming in an hour or two early if needed. She always left everything very clean and supported me on my breastfeeding journey as well. We hope to work with her again in future.

Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. I'm able to enjoy the experience of a newborn and get some rest- thanks so much Night Nannies xx
