We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

I initally contacted Night Nannies for help and Jennie came back to me the same day, spoke to me about what I was looking for and then sent me through suitable details for the Sleep Consultants in my area. She was so helpful and informative. It was close to Christmas and she went above and beyond to get the availability of both the Nannies gor me to look at before going ahead with anything else. Within a week we had the amazing Jo doing 5 in house nights and completely turned our lives around!!! We now have a very contented 21 month old that went from practically no sleep to sleeping through the night and sometimes til 7.45am!! Thank you so much Jennie and Jo!!

Really pleased with the service from… Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

Excellent agency I used night nannies for a period of 3 months to help with our 4 month old son. They were excellent. They have great nannies on their books and the agency itself is so helpful - communication is great and swift, they listen to your childcare concerns and match you up with a nanny that can meet them, and their invoicing is clear, punctual and fair. Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy! From moment she walked in my son fell in love with her and was excited to see her the next day!

We had previously sleep trained my 27 month old son but he ‘untrained’ himself after several house moves and getting used to us sleeping in the same room as us. He would scream in his cot, not go to sleep until 10.30pm and wake several times in the middle of night. Winnie identified the fact that he still had the ability to get to sleep on his own and on her second night with us he was asleep in four minutes just after 8pm, our desired sleep time. From there she very gently reminded him of his training and there were very few tears especially as he was now happy to be in his cot.

Winnie realised that our son was waking in the night due to genuine hunger as he was drinking milk very quickly when offered and not eating enough food in the day. However, with her help we got him taking the milk and falling back to sleep immediately whereas previously it was taking up to two hours to get him back to sleep and he would only fall asleep with me on the floor next to him.

Though he is not back to going through the night we have him falling asleep quickly at 8pm with only a brief wake up for milk and then sleeping until about 8am. Big thank you Winnie who has saved our night’s sleep!

Amazing newborn support Alina jumped in to support us on short notice. She was absolutely wonderful. For almost a week, Alina provided day+night support for our newborn. She provided thoughtful, compassionate, expert care. She was also a pleasure to have around the house, with zero fuss and zero mess. If ever needed again, we'd call her immediately.
