When I was needing help with my son who was having difficulties with allergies / intolerances the agency sent me a brilliant nanny with experience in this area. I was looking for some support to watch over him during the day so that I could get some rest as he wasn't sleeping much while he was unwell, but with this nanny I got so much more than that.She was a wealth of knowledge on allergies and intolerances and without her guidance I don't think I would have made it through the weeks. She has a very big heart, she cared for my son as if he was her own, and was extremely dedicated and focused on helping us solve the mystery of his health issues. She made recommendations on formula, managing his most distressing moments, my diet, breastfeeding and specialists to see that proved correct each time. Without her by my side we would be a lot further behind in getting my son back to full health. His intolerances and reflux are now being managed so we can all start getting more sleep and have a happier baby.Im really grateful we were able to have The nanny we did the past few weeks and would certainly not hesitate to use her again in the future.We also use a regular night nanny from this agency and she is now very much part of the family. Her quality of care, experience and company is fantastic.

Don’t even think about it, just book! Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

We were very grateful for the support we received from our night nanny. It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. Both my wife and I would not hesitate in recommending our night nanny to anyone looking for a night nanny.After the first night our night nanny already had a handle on our new baby and we were confident leaving her with our daughter so that we could get some much needed rest.In particular, our night nanny was very good at making suggestions to improve our daughter’s routine and help her sleep better. Fantastic night nanny We had a night nanny from you for our newborn son from 3 weeks old from March- May 2022 and it was fantastic. She had a calming effect on our son when he was upset or screaming and our son was always happy to see her . I was a first time mum and she was very knowledgable about looking after young babies which was so useful . She was always punctual and reliable . She is a kind and lovely person and I could always trust her with our baby . I highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future .
