Exceptional specialists We used Night Nannies to find a last minute, temporary maternity nurse and also to find a sleep trainer for our 6.5 month old baby. Both of the specialists who were sourced by the agency were brilliant; very professional, kind and caring. We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. There were multiple occasions where I requested a night nanny within 24 hours and they always got back to me promptly with great options. Thank you!

Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

Our maternity nurse was an angel! She brought an immense sense of calm to the chaos that was a toddler and 3 month old twins. Just with us a short time to give us a 2 week ‘holiday’ and in that time she managed to gently nudge our very unsettled babies into a solid routine and showed us how to get both babies bathed, fed and settled for the night within an hour or so. She left us in a very good place with the babies and gave us the space we needed to help our toddler into a better routine that works with the babies too. And she was personally a lovely lady too. I would certainly recommend her.

Amazing night nanny Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. We quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. We trusted her implicitly and out daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!
