Our night nanny started working with us when our daughter—our first baby—was a few days old, for around eight weeks. It is impossible to overstate what a game-changer she was for us. Without family nearby, she came into our home and provided the insight, assurance and support that we needed. Our daughter is a great sleeper as a result of our night nanny’s work with her in those early days and weeks – she taught us the basics of a night sleep routine, how to use sleep aids like swaddling and white noise, and how to settle to sleep. In addition to her sympathetic and professional demeanor, we greatly appreciate her genuine interest in our daughter—she follows up for updates on how both she and we are doing to this day. Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. “Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.
