Annie the Nannie came to stay with us in Hampshire for five nights. We have two children, 14 months apart, and the oldest one had just turned 2 when Annie came and saved us. She helped me plan a daily routine and nap schedule for both children and by the third day our life had completely changed. We'd gone from being awake regularly through the night from one or other child (who would then wake/keep the other awake), and our bedtime routine was taking us nearly 2.5 hours every night, to then having both children sleeping through and very quickly with simple changes our bedtime routine took a maximum 45 minutes including bathtime and by night 5, they were sleeping for over 11 hours. It's been over 4 months now and they are both still consistently sleeping. Anyone that asks, I tell them Annie the Nannie saved us. From that initial phone consultation with her I knew (after months and months of deliberation) that I had made the right decision.

I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.

She spent a night with us as a night nanny to help settle our three week old son, She did a fantastic job calming him down and getting him to sleep, and she also did a great job calming my anxiety and giving me some great advice, which was greatly needed and appreciated. I was at close to breaking point of exhaustion- 4 month sleep regression that wasn’t going away. We had a fabulous Night Nanny who allowed me to get some much needed rest at a critical point staying 5 nights over a 2.5 week period. Our daughter was easily settled by her and we felt entirely comfortable having the Night Nanny with us - she slotted in so easily. I genuinely am not sure I would have made it to the point where we could do some sleep training without her!

We would recommend Charise as a night nanny very highly. We found that Charise was extremely professional, capable and experienced.She was very reliable, and always a reassuring presence. She looked after both of our children so well in their first months and we couldn't imagine a night nanny who we would trust more. I contacted Night Nannies recently when… I contacted Night Nannies recently when my daughter needed overnight help at short notice. My son in law was away unexpected, and she was trying to cope with two badly sleeping children on her own. I spoke to Sally, the local area administrator, at once (so much easier than filling in a form and waiting for some-one to call you back) who was understanding, sympathetic and extremely helpful. I had the references of an excellent sounding Nanny within an hour, and the nanny (whom my daughter said was lovely) started work three days later. The whole business was amazingly easy, and an outstanding success.

I would use them again without hesitation.

Fernanda was really excellent and even better than I could have hoped. She balanced both professionalism whilst still being very personable and incredibly sweet and caring with baby Peri. She helped me to find a routine which fit both by breastfeeding capabilities and the baby’s needs. I really valued her showing me the ropes with bathing, burping, playtime and bath time. Her help was invaluable and she is much missed.
