Our maternity nurse was an angel! She brought an immense sense of calm to the chaos that was a toddler and 3 month old twins. Just with us a short time to give us a 2 week ‘holiday’ and in that time she managed to gently nudge our very unsettled babies into a solid routine and showed us how to get both babies bathed, fed and settled for the night within an hour or so. She left us in a very good place with the babies and gave us the space we needed to help our toddler into a better routine that works with the babies too. And she was personally a lovely lady too. I would certainly recommend her.

A friend told me about Night Nannies ‘super nanny’ trouble-shooters so got in touch to get help as we were struggling with some really difficult behaviours with our 3yo son that were affecting us very negatively as a family. Our ‘super nanny’ came and observed us for an afternoon through to bedtime and talked us through her detailed observations and recommendations. 6 weeks later, his behaviour is transformed, the power struggles much reduced, the scary meltdowns have disappeared are and we are a much happier family.

Excellent Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!

Our sleep trainer exceeded all expectations with her professionalism, and genuine care for our family. From the moment she arrived, she put us at ease with her expertise in child care and sleep training, but also calm and compassionate nature. She guided us through implementing a gentle yet effective day and evening routine for our baby. Thanks to her invaluable support, our son is now sleeping through the night(!), when he used to have to sleep in our bed and woke up 4 times a night - so we couldn't be happier. What truly impressed us was her dedication to our family's well-being. She followed up with us during the day to ensure the routine was implemented smoothly and provided practical advice and encouragement. She even reached out after the five nights to see how our baby was doing, which was incredibly helpful. When I was needing help with my son who was having difficulties with allergies / intolerances the agency sent me a brilliant nanny with experience in this area. I was looking for some support to watch over him during the day so that I could get some rest as he wasn't sleeping much while he was unwell, but with this nanny I got so much more than that.She was a wealth of knowledge on allergies and intolerances and without her guidance I don't think I would have made it through the weeks. She has a very big heart, she cared for my son as if he was her own, and was extremely dedicated and focused on helping us solve the mystery of his health issues. She made recommendations on formula, managing his most distressing moments, my diet, breastfeeding and specialists to see that proved correct each time. Without her by my side we would be a lot further behind in getting my son back to full health. His intolerances and reflux are now being managed so we can all start getting more sleep and have a happier baby.Im really grateful we were able to have The nanny we did the past few weeks and would certainly not hesitate to use her again in the future.We also use a regular night nanny from this agency and she is now very much part of the family. Her quality of care, experience and company is fantastic.

5 star agency As a first time mum I had no idea what to expect from a nanny service. The website and all correspondence was very detailed and I was able to ascertain easily what we needed (a night nanny). We were sent lots of CV’s of potential nanny’s and able to choose. Once we had finished with our first nanny, we decided we wanted more help and they were able to match us again. Payment was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the agency.
