The night nanny came to work with us when our daughter was 14 weeks old, we had a night nanny prior to this but she had moved on to a new job. My daughter seemed to have become much more unsettled. We knew she had silent reflux, but the night nanny helped up understand it was the reflux, which was getting worse and unsettling our daughter. She suggested we see a specialist she knew and gave us some small things to help her immediately. Thanks to the night nanny we now havea much calmer, cheerier daughter. The night nanny was great with her from the start and got her to go down at night and stay down, which led to better day time naps. She is warm and friendly, offering a wealth of knowledge and advice, butnever interfering with our chosen ways. I believe she could handle any baby situation and would not be phased by anything. She was super promt and always extremely professional. Overall a great experience

Our nanny worked for us for four and half months, six days a week. She started when we bought our son Oscar hone from hospital at four days old until he was four and a half months old. Her tasks were feeding, changing, re settling and assisting with breastfeeding.Our nanny very quickly got Oscar sleeping very well. While my husband and I struggled to get him to sleep at first, as soon as she arrived at our home he was asleep within minutes using her expertise and sleep techniques. She taught us her techniques and gently led Oscar into a routine and soon we were able to get him to sleep ourselves. Oscar was able to self settle early on owing to her sleep training methods which meant my husband and I were able to have nights to ourselves as he slept soundly from 7pm.On her nights off when we looked after Oscar we found him very easy to settle in the middle of the night, waking up for feeds and then settling immediately again meaning our sleep had very little disturbance.Our nanny assisted with breastfeeding and night feeding both bringing Oscar to me for a breast feed and preparing bottles of expressed milk to give him through the night. She offered lots of assistance and advice with breastfeeding, particularly aiding when I had blocked milk ducts (making hot water bottles etc) and messaging me during the day to see if Oscar and I were ok. She also showed us how to use all the feeding equipment such as the breast pump and steriliser and washed and sterilised equipment for us.Before she started with us she sent lists of her recommended baby products and throughout her time with us always recommended what to buy and gave helpful advice on feeding, sleeping and washing items that we might need. When Oscar had vaccinations, conjunctivitis and cradle cap she offered advice on how to administer treatments and helped us in doing so. She also showed us how to bathe him the first time.As well as these duties, she frequently sent us text messages to ask how Oscar was especially if he’d been having issues (eg for a few weeks he hadn’t put on enough weight) and we very much appreciated her out-of-hours care. She was also flexible in staying late in the morning to help us feed and change Oscar when we were going away on holiday.Our nanny has a kind and calm attitude. We very much trusted her and had no worries about leaving him for the first time in her care while we went to the cinema.Oscar is a very happy and settled baby and it’s partly owing to his sleep routine.

Night Nannies have been super efficient… Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me. I have found both Julie and Anastasia, open, honest & super fast at responding to all of my queries and also when I am applying for work. I would say that at least 80% of jobs which I have chosen to go for, I have been sucessful! Thank you ladies! X

My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her.

I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

Our night nanny came to us when our baby was 4 weeks old and was with us for three nights a week for 6 weeks, followed by a few weeks of two nights as my husband‘a work became very demanding. From the outset she was incredibly warm and immediately formed a bond with the baby. From her first week with us she was able to put the baby into a regular sleeping and feeding pattern overnight, which was a huge help for the nights when we were alone. We have as a result been able to get to a point at three months where he sleeps well and is only waking once a night to feed.

In addition to her skills with the baby, our nanny clearly cares very deeply about everyone she works with and has been an invaluable sounding board for me when I have any questions about day or night routines, colds, niggles or advice about how to work towards sleeping through the night and onwards. There is no doubt that I am a calmer mother as a result of having had her helping me (not only because I am better rested).

Night nannies have come to my rescue so much over the passed 4 years with both my kids. They really do have the best calibre nannies and seem to always find a perfect match for your needs.The night nanny they recently sent me is just the most wonderfully warm, kind-hearted and competent person you could ever hope to meet. She is an absolute pleasure and joy to have in the house and she brings calm and happiness to every room she walks into. We are all going to miss her dearly. From the moment she walked into our house, dropped her bags and scooped up my son (who was crying at the time), she has soothed and calmed us all. She is unwaveringly confident and caring with babies and she does her utmost to build up your confidence as a parent. I will be eternally grateful to her and all she has done for my family. My son was suffering from allergies, reflux and sleeping issues at 2months old and after 10 weeks our night nanny will be leaving us with a chubby, happy healthy little boy who sleeps and eats well. My 4 year old daughter is so fond of her too and has so enjoyed having her with us. I wish every mother could be lucky enough to have her in their life.

Our nanny was amazing! Our nanny was amazing!! She helped us when our baby was so little and was on a feeding plan, she helped take care of him for us to get some rest at night but also gave me lots of advice on my breastfeeding and tips on how to take care of baby.. this really was invaluable help to me! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Our maternity nurse was an angel! She brought an immense sense of calm to the chaos that was a toddler and 3 month old twins. Just with us a short time to give us a 2 week ‘holiday’ and in that time she managed to gently nudge our very unsettled babies into a solid routine and showed us how to get both babies bathed, fed and settled for the night within an hour or so. She left us in a very good place with the babies and gave us the space we needed to help our toddler into a better routine that works with the babies too. And she was personally a lovely lady too. I would certainly recommend her.

Maura agreed to work 24 hours, for a period of 10 days in November 2017, as a maternity nurse to help my daughter Elena, who was 2 months and half old, to sleep better. Elena was always crying and wanted always to be in my arms while walking around in order for her to sleep. Within 2 to 3 days, Maura helped in setting a new routine and a new sleeping habit which made Elena calmer and a happier baby. Until today, I just put Elena (6 months old) to bed with a kiss and she would directly fall asleep and understand that it is “dodo” time. I am very happy with the routine that Maura established for my daughter Elena. She provided me with excellent tips in such a short time.Maura has a high professional standard, easy to have in the house and is a very knowledgeable person, interesting and fun to talk to.As a first time mum, I felt very comfortable having her and would definitely recommend her and ask her to work again for me when I get the second child:). By the way, I gave her number to 2 friends of mine already.
