Maura agreed to work 24 hours, for a period of 10 days in November 2017, as a maternity nurse to help my daughter Elena, who was 2 months and half old, to sleep better. Elena was always crying and wanted always to be in my arms while walking around in order for her to sleep. Within 2 to 3 days, Maura helped in setting a new routine and a new sleeping habit which made Elena calmer and a happier baby. Until today, I just put Elena (6 months old) to bed with a kiss and she would directly fall asleep and understand that it is “dodo” time. I am very happy with the routine that Maura established for my daughter Elena. She provided me with excellent tips in such a short time.Maura has a high professional standard, easy to have in the house and is a very knowledgeable person, interesting and fun to talk to.As a first time mum, I felt very comfortable having her and would definitely recommend her and ask her to work again for me when I get the second child:). By the way, I gave her number to 2 friends of mine already.

We don't have words to thank you Vera… We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

Amazing night nanny Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. We quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. We trusted her implicitly and out daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!

Kind, competent and knowledgeable night nanny The night nanny looked after our newborn son on several occasions during his first 6-8 weeks and was absolutely brilliant in allowing us to get some rest and in helping to establish a nighttime feeding routine in the early days. I felt completely comfortable leaving Louis with her and she was kind, competent, and knowledgeable. She arrived on time on every occasion and was always friendly. As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!

We had an excellent experience with the maternity nurse we found through night nannies. She worked with us in June and July 2019, starting when our son was 3 weeks old. We had planned to start with her a week after his expected due date but he was born 3 weeks earlier than expected and she was working with another family at the time. Nonetheless, she was able to make herself available to help us whenever she had free time on days off, and before that was always available for a call and on WhatsApp from as soon as we agreed to work together earlier in my pregnancy. She answered any questions we had about preparing for the baby, and gave great advice on what to buy and what was not essential at the time. She also helped us find the best deals and offers around. This was extremely helpful for us because we felt overwhelmed with preparations, especially when we knew he would arrive early, and were exhausted in the early days after the delivery. I don’t know what we would have done without her support and guidance in those early days.When she started full time with us she immediately brought structure and order. She advised us on how to better set up our son’s things, and gave us tons of other tips and tricks for managing everyday life with a baby. She was with us for events we were nervous about like his first bath, and came to hospital with us when he had to do a small surgical procedure. Having her with us in hospital was so comforting; she was supportive and reassuring, and kept us calm. She also spotted other issues early on, such as a thrush infection he had just as it was starting to appear, and always knew exactly what to do. If it were not for her his infection could gotten much worse.She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about caring for a newborn. She also introduced a routine early on which was essential in helping us get things on track and explained the idea behind the routine so we were able to adjust where necessary. We learned so much from her that we became so much more confident and comfortable.Breastfeeding was not easy for me and there were several points at which I felt I could not continue. Having her around helped in this challenging time. She helped me find the most comfortable positions for feeding and identify the reason for some issues we were having, such as incorrect latch.As a person, she is very considerate, calm, cheerful, positive and helpful. She is flexible and always trying to make things easier for us. My husband and I really enjoyed having her around. She was also easy to live with and very tidy.Most importantly, she was amazing with our baby. She was loving and warm, and had a great way with him; he absolutely loved her! We felt extremely confident in her ability to take care of him and comfortable leaving him alone with her from day 1. She still asks about him frequently and is always happy to answer any questions we have as he grows.Thanks to her, our first few weeks as parents were relaxed and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend her to any new parent.

Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.
