Amazing night nanny Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. We quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. We trusted her implicitly and out daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!

The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. We were really in a bind when we first were introduced to our nanny through Night Nannies. Our daughter was 4-weeks old, and my wife had been having trouble breastfeeding and had just contracted mastitis. I knew I would be on my own for a few nights with our baby as my wife got better, so I reached out to Night Nannies for support. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful when I reached out, and within an hour of speaking with their team I had received detailed references for our nanny, and she came over that evening to help care for the baby for the night. Our nanny was so friendly, warm, and caring, and immediately gave us actionable advice to get our baby sleeping longer and on a more regular schedule. After she left, she would follow-up via text to check-in, and you could tell she truly cared about our wellbeing and our daughter's. I am so grateful to our nanny, for being such a wonderful resource in a stressful time, and also for helping to set us up on a successful routine. We'll definitely be reaching back out to her for some additional support as we dive into sleep training!

Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

Night Nannies were quick and responsive to work with and found us an extremely experienced night nanny who took great care of our newborn daughter, letting us get some rest. She was warm and professional, with a wealth of advice if you asked for it. We felt totally comfortable and reassured having her with us and she was supportive through breast feeding and digestive issues. Our daughter loved being with our night nanny and found her very calming and soothing. I credit us having a baby who sleeps well at night with the good practices that she helped us put in place. We would recommend Charise as a night nanny very highly. We found that Charise was extremely professional, capable and experienced.She was very reliable, and always a reassuring presence. She looked after both of our children so well in their first months and we couldn't imagine a night nanny who we would trust more. We learnt so much from her, and she made a huge difference to our lives during those challenging times. We also think that her help in establishing sleep routines for our babies contributed hugely to the healthy sleep patterns they now have. We are very grateful to have had Charise as our night nanny.

We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.
