Second time using night nannies to find… Second time using night nannies to find me a maternity nurse for my newborn. Excellent service and they matched me with an incredible nanny who not only took good care of my son, putting him in an excellent routine early doors, but also took great care of me, allowing me to recover physically and mentally quicker than I otherwise would.

Our maternity nurse was an angel! She brought an immense sense of calm to the chaos that was a toddler and 3 month old twins. Just with us a short time to give us a 2 week ‘holiday’ and in that time she managed to gently nudge our very unsettled babies into a solid routine and showed us how to get both babies bathed, fed and settled for the night within an hour or so. She left us in a very good place with the babies and gave us the space we needed to help our toddler into a better routine that works with the babies too. And she was personally a lovely lady too. I would certainly recommend her.

We cannot recommend Sonia highly enough! She came to help our family with sleep training and completely transformed our lives in just two nights. Sonia worked her magic with our little Ophelia, helping her learn to sleep peacefully in her own bed in the nursery and nap during the day without tears. Thanks to her gentle guidance, we now have a calm, consistent routine and, most importantly, our confidence as parents has soared. Sonia was an absolute delight to have in our home—warm, professional, and reassuring. In fact, she told us after the first night that the second night wasn’t even necessary because things were going so well, which shows her genuine care and integrity. We’re so grateful for her support and the gift of restful nights she’s given us. If you’re considering working with a sleep trainer, Sonia is simply exceptional!

We were really in a bind when we first were introduced to our nanny through Night Nannies. Our daughter was 4-weeks old, and my wife had been having trouble breastfeeding and had just contracted mastitis. I knew I would be on my own for a few nights with our baby as my wife got better, so I reached out to Night Nannies for support. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful when I reached out, and within an hour of speaking with their team I had received detailed references for our nanny, and she came over that evening to help care for the baby for the night. Our nanny was so friendly, warm, and caring, and immediately gave us actionable advice to get our baby sleeping longer and on a more regular schedule. After she left, she would follow-up via text to check-in, and you could tell she truly cared about our wellbeing and our daughter's. I am so grateful to our nanny, for being such a wonderful resource in a stressful time, and also for helping to set us up on a successful routine. We'll definitely be reaching back out to her for some additional support as we dive into sleep training!

Our nanny, used for two nights, was so lovely. She had a really calming presence, and was so tender with my baby. She helped us during the heatwave, and was very gracious about staying in our living room which was cooler than our nursery upstairs. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and to keep track of feeding timings and amounts. I would absolutely work with her again!

Really pleased with the service from… Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!
