Always have nannies available even at v short notice and all are excellent quality. Example - one of them was with us for 7 weeks as a night nanny looking after our four month old daughter. She was always punctual, professional and provided detailed notes after every night. She cemented our daughter’s nighttime routine from 7-7. She also proved invaluable when we both got Covid - she was taking care of our daughter monitoring her temperature, administering calpol and keeping me abreast of any development on her condition for us to take action. It allowed me to really rest at night.

We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. We had our maternity nurse for three weeks after the birth of our newborn son. She was an absolute joy to have in our home and filled my husband and I with the confidence we needed to look after our son. I came home from hospital after a traumatic birth, followed by an extended stay, absolutely exhausted. Our maternity nurse got me back on my feet by making sure I got plenty of rest so that I could feel human again. She helped me with breastfeeding and got our son into a good sleeping and feeding routine by the time he reached 3 weeks. She also gave us tips as to how to adapt the routine as our son gets older. She is a tech wizard and set up all our baby equipment, including the steriliser and breast pump!Our maternity nurse took the greatest care to follow the Government’s guidance on Covid-19; she self-isolated before she came to us. She followed our lead and wore a face mask and gloves when she went to the shops and self-isolated on her days off. She was very responsible with making sure that our house was hygienic and ensured that we felt totally comfortable welcoming her to our home.We could not have managed to get through the first three weeks of our son's life without our maternity nurse and we will look back at what could have been a difficult time as a joyful one, filled with learning and fun thanks to her great sense of humour and unflappable nature. We cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough.

I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.
