Second time using night nannies to find… Second time using night nannies to find me a maternity nurse for my newborn. Excellent service and they matched me with an incredible nanny who not only took good care of my son, putting him in an excellent routine early doors, but also took great care of me, allowing me to recover physically and mentally quicker than I otherwise would.

The person who came to help me with my newborn was so caring and so efficient and such an overall nice and intelligent and entertaining person, that those first days or rather weeks were some of the best in my life. In summary, our nanny was phenomenal! As two new parents, we were naturally nervous and incredibly sleep deprived. We got our nanny in solely to get some sleep. We got a lot more. Our nanny was so kind, gentle and caring with our baby girl. We were instantly calmed by her nature. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (she even accurately diagnosed our daughter with severe acid reflux and eczema and connected us with a wonderful specialist to get us help). Needless to say, the specialist sorted the reflux and eczema; we now have a happy and comfortable baby who is sleeping far better - all to the credit of our nanny. Highly recommended.

My daughter was still sleeping in my bed at the age of 18 months. I had tried several times to get her into her own room and in a cot. I failed every time and would sometimes spend 2.5 hours a night of trying to get a baby into a cot that she was having none of. Many months of no evenings to myself, being woken up several times in the night as the baby was in my bed and being back at work, there was no chance I was going to get the baby into a routine by myself. This just had to change. Vera came to my rescue and my life has completely changed in just a few days. I couldn’t believe how easily Vera got my daughter in her own room, in a cot and asleep within 5 mins so effortlessly on the first try. Amazing. Vera's calm and thoughtful approach for sleep training (after seeing how my daughters personality was) simply just worked. I cannot thank her enough. I have a happy baby who actually gets excited to get into her cot and sleeps right through till the morning, I have my evenings back and my bed!!!I would recommend Vera to anyone that has problems with their little ones sleep habits.
