We cannot recommend our nanny highly enough. Our boy adored our nanny from the beginning and would settle as soon as she held him. Our nanny was kind, considerate and very punctual. In addition to giving us much needed sleep, our nanny helped with advice on routine and better sleep for the baby and gave detailed notes the next day on the baby’s night. Putting this guidance into practice, our baby began sleeping much better at night and even through on some occasions - seeming like a miracle! I only wish we had used night nannies earlier.

Our night nanny has been just the most wonderful and worthwhile investment in my second pregnancy/ postpartum journey. She is so kind, warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable about babies (she is also a paediatric nurse, which gave me such peace of mind!)and nothing was ever too much trouble. Extremely reliable, punctual and professional, she instantly bonded with my daughter and established a great routine, giving me some much needed time to myself and most importantly sleep! I could not recommend her more and just wish I had had her with my son!

Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. The team is efficient, responsive, and well-informed.We welcomed our night nanny in January 2024. What began as a two-month engagement extended to six months. Our son, then 3 months old, benefitted immensely from her expertise. She attentively addressed my concerns and expertly guided our son through sleep training. Now, he enjoys 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and contentedly stays in his crib until we’re ready to greet the day. Our nanny’s vast knowledge has been invaluable in areas like teething, feeding, establishing bedtime routines, weaning, and addressing various parenting challenges. Her understanding is unparalleled. Given our daughter was born premature, we were looking for a night maternity nurse knowing how critical yet difficult the feeding was likely to be. After interviewing a few candidates we decided to go with one of your nannies. It can be difficult to make a decision on the basis of a relatively short meeting, but thankfully we made the right choice – she has been amazing.
Our nanny initially spent a week with us as a day nurse the very first week we were back from hospital. She truly was a life-saver since we had no idea how challenging it would be with a premature baby, when we were effectively having to re-learn the basics of feeding, changing, etc. from scratch. She went on a mission to ensure that she was feeding well and putting on weight as desired. I’ve never seen anyone get quite so excited when our daughter met her target weight during her check-up with the health visitor! She also provided a lot of reassurance and stability to our home – much needed in those early days.
A few weeks later our nanny returned to help us with the nights. Thankfully she was already familiar with our daughter and was able to completely put us at ease, ensuring that we were able to get a few hours of much needed sleep! Perhaps most importantly, she developed an immediate and special bond with our daughter. In addition she is a pleasure to be around and we had a lot of laughs. She was also able to provide some useful tips/advice for our 20 month old, who can be quite a handful at times!
In sum she is a great maternity nurse and we have no reservation in recommending her – any family would be fortunate to be able to secure her for a position.

I had the most wonderful nigh Nanny, not only was she gentle and caring but she was so professional and warm! She also helped me sleep train my daughter. My daughter had acid reflux and colic and the nanny knew exactly what to do, and how to wind her properly. She weened her off similac alimentum back onto normal milk again. She gently massaged her in ways I never knew. Never rocked her but gently got her to sleep easily. She recorded all the different cries on her phone in the night and talked me through her technique in calming the baby without picking her up. She soothed her and taught us not to rely on the dummy so much. I have three children but I learnt so much more this time round through the night nanny and only wish I knew all these amazing secrets with the other two. If I ever had another child I would hire again for the first 12 weeks. Thank you so much for all your support x

As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!
