Our night nurse was fantastic and has a wonderful personality. From the get go, she came into our home with a big smile and self confidence, and we were comfortable and trusted her with our baby from week 1. She helped us get into a great nighttime routine and also gave us good recommendations about bathing, routines and feeding. We highly recommend night nannies and will definitely use them if we have the opportunity to in the future!

Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. I quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. I trusted her implicitly and my daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!

My partner and I were literally on our knees when Liz came along. Our 8 week old baby girl had severe silent reflux and screamed from 6pm to 11pm without pause every evening. This started extending in to the day and my partner was unable to go into work he was so exhausted. I called Liz who came around that night and brought reassurance, humour and sanity into our household. What I loved most about Liz was her calmness and experience without ever making either of us feel stupid or incompetent. She gently experimented with various things (revisiting swaddling was a key move!) and despite being in a fairly small flat, she very quickly became like a family member. We ended up having some very funny chats and even when Poppy was 100% improved we could hardly bring ourselves to stop using Liz. She is utterly brilliant and lovely and kind and funny.

The person who came to help me with my newborn was so caring and so efficient and such an overall nice and intelligent and entertaining person, that those first days or rather weeks were some of the best in my life. Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

Excellent Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.
