My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her.

I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. Amazing Sleep Trainer Vera is extremely competent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She sleep-trained our 6-month-old baby whose sleep pattern has improved enormously since she helped us.
Before we engaged Vera, we had many issues to fix and quite a few bad habits to get rid of.
We had the wrong daytime routine (wrong times for naps and one too many nap) and our baby boy would wake up several times during the night and had started to have terrible and often short lunchtime naps. We were also using many accessories to get our baby to sleep such as the sleepyhead grand, dummies (sometimes up to 7 fixes per night), Ollie the owl for white noise, and loads of rocking (including the occasional sleeping in my arms the last hour before wake up time). Furthermore our baby didn’t know how to self-settle.
In 5 nights Vera managed to fix most of the issues and gradually took all bad habits away.
We just finished our 5 nights with Vera and our baby is now sleeping almost 12 hours in the night with perhaps one interruption but he is learning to go back by himself (he is also teething right now which isn’t helping) and his lunchtime nap is mostly back to 2 hours (again with one occasional interruption which he is learning to deal with).
We follow Vera’s routine religiously during the day and it has also helped a lot with progressing with our weaning process.
Vera’s advice has been extremely helpful and holistic about all aspects of baby care, not just sleeping. She had tons of experience, a natural love for babies and a great connection with them!

My review: I contacted night nannys after my second baby turned out not to be the best sleeper. Four months of broken sleep (and a busy toddler!) had left me on my knees with anxiety and insomnia. I needed help! A friend recommended the agency and when I spoke with Anastasia she was so kind and helpful and instead of providing me with a night nanny, she instead gave me expert advice on what my baby might need - a shorter term hire who would sort the problem of my daughter’s sleep permanently. She gave me my Guardian Angel - Vera Valtcheva. Vera joined us for four days to fix my daughter’s schedule. From day one I could have cried for joy. She got her from sleeping in our Snoo cot by my bed to sleeping in her own cot in her own room. After careful and expert observation of my little girl’s personality and development, Vera implemented a plan for her that meant she went from waking every two hours from 1am and using me as a human dummy to sleeping on her own and self-settling in her cot after two days. Vera brought the joy back in to our home by helping my little girl and getting me some more sleep. After day one my husband and I enjoyed cooking together and a whole evening together again for the first time in four months. She is with us until the end of the week and I don’t want her to go! She also teaches you how to enjoy the amazing time with your baby, giving you tips on toys and interactive play to help their development which in turn helps their sleep. But has the beautiful side effect of giving back to you the joy of a new baby - as the fog of tiredness clears and you can enjoy the glow of new motherhood confident you are doing the right thing for your child. No more insomnia for me! And looking forward to 8 hours unbroken sleep in the future! Vera is an expert, kind, patient and truly loves her job and the children she cares for. I couldn’t have asked for better help for me and my family.
