From the moment she arrived, she’s been a calm, reassuring presence, not just for our baby, who adores her, but for us as exhausted new parents. We don't have words to thank you Vera… We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

The Sleep Trainer and Supernanny came to help us for 3 nights when our son was four and a half months old. Before she came he was waking up often during the night and it was taking me a long time to rock him back to sleep. We were exhausted! She suggested changes to everything- toys, feeding and daytime naps and he immediately started eating more and tiring himself out. She also taught him to self settle so he now puts himself to sleep and I haven't had to rock him since! It is amazing to watch him fall asleep happily on his own. We are all getting lots more sleep and are much happier as a result. We are very thankful for her help.

The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

Don’t even think about it, just book! Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

Always have nannies available even at v short notice and all are excellent quality. Example - one of them was with us for 7 weeks as a night nanny looking after our four month old daughter. She was always punctual, professional and provided detailed notes after every night. She cemented our daughter’s nighttime routine from 7-7. She also proved invaluable when we both got Covid - she was taking care of our daughter monitoring her temperature, administering calpol and keeping me abreast of any development on her condition for us to take action. It allowed me to really rest at night.

Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.

The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

We cannot recommend our nanny highly enough. Our boy adored our nanny from the beginning and would settle as soon as she held him. Our nanny was kind, considerate and very punctual. In addition to giving us much needed sleep, our nanny helped with advice on routine and better sleep for the baby and gave detailed notes the next day on the baby’s night. Putting this guidance into practice, our baby began sleeping much better at night and even through on some occasions - seeming like a miracle! I only wish we had used night nannies earlier.
