Our nanny came to help us with our 15-month-old daughter, who was waking between 6 and 8 times a night, was often wide awake between midnight and 2am, could only be resettled with milk, and was ending up in bed with us every night.The process was very gentle but had a clear effect as early as the second night, and, a week later, we have had our first experience of sleeping through the night – 11 hours without so much as a whimper!! We really wouldn’t have believed it possible! Not only that but we have entirely eliminated the need for a dummy, without which she hadn’t been able to sleep since about 4 months of age.Our nanny was incredibly kind, empathetic and reassuring, but above all it is the results that have been truly amazing! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is struggling with their nights.

Our night nanny was absolutely fabulous. She came in as a emergency back up and fit in easily from day 1. She was sweet considerate and easy to introduce to my son and our routine. She picked fit up straight away and he was great with her. She was lovely also in morning making sure he was all set but also us for the day not only cleaning bottles but also preparing the morning feed. On top of that she is just a lovely person and easy to get along with and fits right in unobtrusively

I initally contacted Night Nannies for help and Jennie came back to me the same day, spoke to me about what I was looking for and then sent me through suitable details for the Sleep Consultants in my area. She was so helpful and informative. It was close to Christmas and she went above and beyond to get the availability of both the Nannies gor me to look at before going ahead with anything else. Within a week we had the amazing Jo doing 5 in house nights and completely turned our lives around!!! We now have a very contented 21 month old that went from practically no sleep to sleeping through the night and sometimes til 7.45am!! Thank you so much Jennie and Jo!!

Fantastic Experience Using nightnannies.com has been a great experience from beginning to end. The team are helpful, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Our night nanny started in January 2024 and our initial two month placement turned into six months. Our son was 3 months old when she started. She has patiently listened to all my concerns and gently sleep trained our son so he is now sleeping solidly for 11 hours and then happy to play in his cot until we are ready to get him up. Our nanny was a fountain of knowledge and has helped us with teething, feeding, bedtime routine, weaning and many other concerns I've raised! There is nothing she doesn't know or hasn't experienced before. She is a positive, happy, calm, tidy lady to have in our home and both our children love her dearly. I trust her and she has become a friend to us all. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Kathryn came to us at a time when I had reached rock bottom with my health. I went to a doctor concerned I was having a stroke. I could barely function and felt awful. I learned that I was experiencing extreme sleep deprivation.My daughter was 13 months old, waking every 45 minutes overnight, constantly feeding and demanding attention. Sometimes she remained awake for two hour stretches. My husband and I were simply exhausted.A business associate suggested hiring a sleep trainer. We asked the agency to put forward their best sleep trainer and they promptly put us in touch with Kathryn.Upon Kathryn flying out to us in France, I was sure that Suzie was special and could not be sleep trained. We had tried everything including various approaches, techniques and tricks we picked up in books on sleep training, online sleep training specialists, white noise, cry it out. Nothing worked.Kathryn calmly and confidently assured us that her approach would help Suzy, all of us in fact. I was worried that my sleep pattern was so broken I would not be able to restore it. Kathryn gave me detailed, tailored and easy to follow advice. By the third night I was able to sleep properly again.And my daughter, within five nights Kathryn not only had her sleeping through the night but took away her sleep props including the sound machine. It gets very noisy outside of her room at 5-6 in the morning.I still cannot believe that she sleeps without her sound machine.Kathryn has taught her to reach and sustain deep sleep. We no longer need to creep around or whisper. We were walking on eggshells in our own home, terrified of waking her.At bedtime Suzie asks to be put to bed while we are putting on her pajamas, and she self settles too. It’s amazing.Everything has changed for the better. Kathryn weaned her off breastfeeding, she eats properly and well. She was not eating, she was underweight - we had sought out medical advice. Now she is the correct weight for her age and stage of development.Our daughter took to Kathryn immediately and Suzie is not the easiest customer! She is thriving: sleeping through the night, eating well three times a day and her development has skyrocketed. She is happy, calm and altogether a different child.We were so impressed that we hired Kathryn to accompany us overseas.We were concerned about maintaining the sleep training whilst away and wanted our daughter to nap during the day. She naps at nursery but we could not get her to nap at home. Kathryn managed to get her to sleep during the day. We have now hired Kathryn for our next London trip and an overseas trip at Christmas.I cannot thank or recommend Kathryn highly enough. She has transformed our lives. Highly professional and skilled, Kathryn is a font of information and a joy to be around. I only wish that we’d found her sooner.

In summary, our nanny was phenomenal! As two new parents, we were naturally nervous and incredibly sleep deprived. We got our nanny in solely to get some sleep. We got a lot more. Our nanny was so kind, gentle and caring with our baby girl. We were instantly calmed by her nature. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (she even accurately diagnosed our daughter with severe acid reflux and eczema and connected us with a wonderful specialist to get us help). Needless to say, the specialist sorted the reflux and eczema; we now have a happy and comfortable baby who is sleeping far better - all to the credit of our nanny. Highly recommended.
