Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. I'm able to enjoy the experience of a newborn and get some rest- thanks so much Night Nannies xx

She is very calm as well which is very important dealing with a newborn and first time parents. She is confident, has knowledge and establish a beautiful connection with the baby. Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

‘Our little boy, almost 10months, started waking up during the night almost every 1,5h crying for milk, while before he was waking every 3-4h before. We were desperate, not knowing what caused that, instead of sleeping more while growing, be worse than a newborn. So, I searched through the internet and found out about a new term ‘sleep trainer ‘ I couldn’t believe that existed. Being a bit hesitant since I didn’t know how this worked or how it would work for me since I live far away from London /Uk , I called the agency and they suggested one girl for us! At first, we were planning for her to fly to us but then we realized that this couldn’t work since the baby didn’t have its own bedroom in the house and he was sleeping with us, so we asked her if she could consult us from distant. She accepted and we started. I was really stressed about how this could even work, but from the first night the baby started changing, something I could never believe it was possible. She strategically set up a new schedule for him from day to night which was mandatory for him to change habits and start sleeping. She was there on her phone during the night to advise me in case I needed her and also during the day. I was constantly asking questions since there were so many things and changes for us and the baby but she was there insisting to her technics, since I was so stressed and scared. In a week time, baby finally learned how to soothe himself when waking up during the night or day naps, he eats more, he plays more and he is happier. We also know what to do with him and what to expect from him during the day. I would definitely recommend her for a life changing experience for the baby and the parents! ‘Adriana P.

Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.
