When we engaged night nannies to help us at our lowest point with our newborn son who had very bad colic, they literally came to our rescue. Our night nanny was always punctual, professional and in these times of COVID-19 was always wearing the proper PPE and observed all the required social distancing rules etc. More than this she was a complete delight and handled every moment with us with ease and kindness. She also provided us with some great tips from her wealth of experience that with her calmness and some tweaks we implemented and got my son sleeping much better at night just from the few nights she was with us. We cant recommend night nannies highly enough from our experience.

Sleep Trainer I used Night Nannies to help find a sleep trainer for my baby girl. I have a 10 month old who sometimes sleeps through and other times will wake 4-5x / night. There was no explanation for her waking except either a habit or wanting a cuddle. The sleep trainer came to help sleep train / trouble shooting for my baby girl. She was incredibly helpful and kind. Her energy is fantastic. She is so calm and caring. She took a look at my daughter’s routine and made some changes which were hugely helpful. She also changed what she was sleeping in to make sure she was warmer. My daughter suffers from reflux and food allergies and she was clearly experienced with babies with the same which gave me a lot of confidence that we had the right person for the job. From the moment she stepped foot in our house, we felt we were in good hands. Since the first time my daughter wakes is earlier in the evening, she started earlier the first couple of nights without issue. The third night my daughter woke up screaming when she wasn’t there yet (at 8pm) and I messaged her and she immediately came over to help us, which was truly outstanding. She gave me and my husband the confidence to deal with our daughter’s waking / crying in a safe way. She was also so kind and caring to my 4 year old son. He really liked her and would continue to ask when she was coming over as he liked having her around. She continued to support us on Whatsapp and would check in continuously to see how my baby was doing. I would highly recommend her for sleep training and if we ever had any hiccups again she would be my first call!

Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! I’d highly recommend the Night Nannies agency to anyone.

Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. Kathryn came to us at a time when I had reached rock bottom with my health. I went to a doctor concerned I was having a stroke. I could barely function and felt awful. I learned that I was experiencing extreme sleep deprivation.My daughter was 13 months old, waking every 45 minutes overnight, constantly feeding and demanding attention. Sometimes she remained awake for two hour stretches. My husband and I were simply exhausted.A business associate suggested hiring a sleep trainer. We asked the agency to put forward their best sleep trainer and they promptly put us in touch with Kathryn.Upon Kathryn flying out to us in France, I was sure that Suzie was special and could not be sleep trained. We had tried everything including various approaches, techniques and tricks we picked up in books on sleep training, online sleep training specialists, white noise, cry it out. Nothing worked.Kathryn calmly and confidently assured us that her approach would help Suzy, all of us in fact. I was worried that my sleep pattern was so broken I would not be able to restore it. Kathryn gave me detailed, tailored and easy to follow advice. By the third night I was able to sleep properly again.And my daughter, within five nights Kathryn not only had her sleeping through the night but took away her sleep props including the sound machine. It gets very noisy outside of her room at 5-6 in the morning.I still cannot believe that she sleeps without her sound machine.Kathryn has taught her to reach and sustain deep sleep. We no longer need to creep around or whisper. We were walking on eggshells in our own home, terrified of waking her.At bedtime Suzie asks to be put to bed while we are putting on her pajamas, and she self settles too. It’s amazing.Everything has changed for the better. Kathryn weaned her off breastfeeding, she eats properly and well. She was not eating, she was underweight - we had sought out medical advice. Now she is the correct weight for her age and stage of development.Our daughter took to Kathryn immediately and Suzie is not the easiest customer! She is thriving: sleeping through the night, eating well three times a day and her development has skyrocketed. She is happy, calm and altogether a different child.We were so impressed that we hired Kathryn to accompany us overseas.We were concerned about maintaining the sleep training whilst away and wanted our daughter to nap during the day. She naps at nursery but we could not get her to nap at home. Kathryn managed to get her to sleep during the day. We have now hired Kathryn for our next London trip and an overseas trip at Christmas.I cannot thank or recommend Kathryn highly enough. She has transformed our lives. Highly professional and skilled, Kathryn is a font of information and a joy to be around. I only wish that we’d found her sooner.

Excellent! “Our nanny came to my home to help me with my sons sleep. He was 10 months old and hadn’t slept once through the night, waking up every few hours to breastfeed and was co-sleeping. Needless to say, I was exhausted and at breaking point and realised that I needed to do something; that’s when I decided to seek help and Vera arrived. Following her help, my baby was sleeping in his own cot, his feeds went from ‘on demand’ to just 3 a day ( and most importantly no night feeds!). I went on holiday a week later and actually had a fantastic time as my Son slept in his cot every night and I could relax and catch up finally on months of lost sleep. I now look forward to going to bed at night! Our Nanny is so kind, has a heart of gold, extremely knowledgeable and so brilliant with babies. Without her help I don’t know what we’d be doing now! I can’t recommend her enough, she’s the best sleep fairy there is, the best of the very best! “

Our nanny was perfect! I was exhausted and needed help... She was warm, trustworthy and very knowledgable not only with sleeping but helped alter my routine to better suit my baby boy. In particular with feeding him more in the day so he slept at night! I am already keeping her in mind for my next baby as a mat nurse :)

“Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.
