Miraculous When our night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldn’t get out of. I can’t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. He’ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous.

Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasn’t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.

It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my baby’s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.

NightNannies found us a wonderful maternity nurse. We wanted someone with lots of experience with multiples and they managed to find a nanny who had looked after more than 20 sets of twins and knew how the handle the specific challenges that come with premature multiples. She joined us for three weeks in February 2023 when our twin sons were newborns. She took on night feeds so that I could get some rest after a difficult time in hospital, and then during the day really focused on getting us set up for success at home - with everything from recommending the best bottles and swaddles, to setting a routine and demonstrating different feeding, burping and soothing techniques. This was particularly important for us as we had twins and wanted to feel confident that we could cope on our own after her departure. She was a joy to have in the house and was wonderful with babies and small children (we also have a 3 year old), but also with adults. She was very respectful of our privacy in the evenings, but was also happy to chat and was great company for me during the day. She is a warm and kind person. She is also an excellent reader of babies. She knows exactly what they need, when. I felt that our boys were not only safe in her hands, but were loved and cherished. She also recognised very quickly when one of our twins was becoming unwell and pushed me to take him straight to A&E - something which saved his life. We will be forever in her debt for this. I can wholeheartedly recommend our NightNannies Nanny to any parent with multiples or a single baby. We will be asking her to come back to help with some of the twins' future transitions and look forward to having her back with our family.

Our maternity nurse was fantastic and we loved having her. She was really good in setting up routines with our twin baby girls which we are now following, and in helping my wife establish breastfeeding with them. She was great in encouraging us to take the babies out for local walks from the start, and we managed a trip to our nearest shopping centre and tea at M&S cafe, all of which gave us a lot of confidence in taking them out and about. She has a great relationship with our babies and they are missing her already!

Completely delighted with the service Completely delighted with the service from Night Nannies. I called at my wits' end when our baby girl was four months old and I was suffering from acute postpartum insomnia. They were warm and empathetic and quickly found us a lovely nanny. I felt at ease from the moment she arrived at our house and quickly looked forward to seeing her on the evenings she was coming over to help. She was not only loving and confident with our baby – I immediately felt entirely happy to leave her to look after her, which is not always easy for a first-time mum! – but also helped us implement invaluable changes to our routine and approach to sleep that took us from broken nights to everyone sleeping through the night in only a few weeks! In summary, our nanny was phenomenal! As two new parents, we were naturally nervous and incredibly sleep deprived. We got our nanny in solely to get some sleep. We got a lot more. Our nanny was so kind, gentle and caring with our baby girl. We were instantly calmed by her nature. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (she even accurately diagnosed our daughter with severe acid reflux and eczema and connected us with a wonderful specialist to get us help). Needless to say, the specialist sorted the reflux and eczema; we now have a happy and comfortable baby who is sleeping far better - all to the credit of our nanny. Highly recommended.

Excellent Excellent - I needed a night nanny 2 x per week for 2 months to catch up on sleep. sometimes i needed them very last minute. Night nannies were always available to help me whether i made an enquiry in the day or close to the evening or on a weekend - they were very quick to reply with suggested nannies. All of our night nannies were really professional, kind, punctual and great with our baby. Would highly recommend night nannies and will use them again for sure.
