  • Heather stayed with us for 4 weeks 24/6 through June 7 โ€“ July 5 2019. Our first baby girl, Palma had arrived at 35 weeks, a month earlier than expected. It was an emergency c-section so it was such a relief to have Heather staying with us as my wife Esra and I were quite exhausted and shaken from the whole experience.Our main goal was to get her to catch up so we were on a very strict feeding routine every 3 hours. Heather was very loving and caring with Palma. Even though she was bottle feeding on expressed milk, Heather helped us to stimulate her to get her used to breast feeding and eventually Palma got much better at latching on and staying on the breast on her last week.Basically we did everything with Heather and she was very hands on and involved at every stage from Palmaโ€™s first baths to her pediatrician visits. She also offered valuable advice and guidance on many aspects like sleeping routines, Palmaโ€™s sticky eye, winding, bathing, vitamins. We were also in touch with her even before Palma had arrived and she was very responsive over emails helping us with the babyโ€™s shopping lists and getting us ready in that respect.Heather has a very warm and friendly personality. She got on very well with our housekeeper and was a pleasure to have at home. Weโ€™d highly recommend Heather as she made what at first seemed a very difficult 4 weeks a breeze for us.

  • Amazing agency! Amazing agency and so friendly. Julie catered for our bespoke needs in uncertain covid times. Our needs and plans changed on a month by month basis, and the flexibility and customer-focus attitude of Night Nannies enabled us to get all the support that we needed. The candidate nannies all had outstanding records and experience and the night nannies we selected were outstanding.We highly recommend Night Nannies to any families considering the extra support.

  • Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. We will miss Ritah as she helped us immensely through the first crazy weeks of parenthood.

  • Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.

  • When the night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldnโ€™t get out of. I canโ€™t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. Heโ€™ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous.Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasnโ€™t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my babyโ€™s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.

  • Outstanding night nanny The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

  • We don't have words to thank you Veraโ€ฆ We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

  • Our nanny joined us as a night nanny for three weeks after our little boy was born. As this was our third child we were keen to ensure we werenโ€™t too tired during the first few weeks of his arrival so we could spend some quality time with our young daughters during the day.As soon as she walked through the door, we knew our little boy would be in safe hands. Her warm smile and her polite and professional nature immediately put us at ease. Throughout our time together she offered useful advice from the best swaddles to feeding with a bottle, which are very grateful for.I wish we had known our nanny for when our daughters arrived and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a night nanny.
