I called at my wits' end when our baby girl was four months old and I was suffering from acute postpartum insomnia. They were warm and empathetic and quickly found us a lovely nanny. I felt at ease from the moment she arrived at our house and quickly looked forward to seeing her on the evenings she was coming over to help. She was not only loving and confident with our baby – I immediately felt entirely happy to leave her to look after her, which is not always easy for a first-time mum! – but also helped us implement invaluable changes to our routine and approach to sleep that took us from broken nights to everyone sleeping through the night in only a few weeks! We can’t recommend them enough.

  • Thank you!! Thank you so much Night Nannies! My experience of working with the agency was very smooth throughout the whole process. We worked with sleep trainer Margarita over five consecutive nights to help sleep train our 11-month-old baby, and the experience was genuinely transformative. Margarita not only helped our (jet lagged!) baby become a better sleeper, but also supported her in feeling comfortable in her own room and cot, while gently helping us move away from contact napping, rocking and shushing. Her approach was calm, reassuring and always respectful of our baby. What stood out most was Margarita’s exceptional 24/7 support throughout the five days and beyond — not just for night sleep, but also for naps and meal times. As I was trying to transition my baby towards eating more solids rather than relying on milk, Margarita offered thoughtful, practical advice, including meal ideas and simple recipes to support this shift. With years of experience, Margarita shared anecdotes and insights from working with all kinds of babies, which I found incredibly comforting. As a result of this process, my husband and I have our evenings back, and most importantly our baby is sleeping well and continuing to develop confidently and happily. She even started walking a week after! The positive impact has been felt across our whole family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Night Nannies and Margarita to any family looking for a gentle, experienced and deeply supportive sleep trainer.

  • A friend told me about Night Nannies ‘super nanny’ trouble-shooters so got in touch to get help as we were struggling with some really difficult behaviours with our 3yo son that were affecting us very negatively as a family. Our ‘super nanny’ came and observed us for an afternoon through to bedtime and talked us through her detailed observations and recommendations. 6 weeks later, his behaviour is transformed, the power struggles much reduced, the scary meltdowns have disappeared are and we are a much happier family.

She spent a night with us as a night nanny to help settle our three week old son, She did a fantastic job calming him down and getting him to sleep, and she also did a great job calming my anxiety and giving me some great advice, which was greatly needed and appreciated.   • Our nanny’s experience speaks for itself, she is so calm and really knows babies. Her advice is so helpful without being overbearing (as I had found with some other experts I had spoken too). I was hesitant to have a night nanny for a long time but I was a bit unwell and my son had been falling out of our normal routine. We had had a month of sleep regression behaviour, when he had been sleeping really well before. He was refusing the cot, only sleeping for 40 mins at a time and being fussy with the bottle. My son (who was 18weeks) immediately warmed to her. After just a few hours she suggested some small tweaks to our daily and nightly routine that changed everything. He was suddenly back in the cot with 3 night feeds and sleeping so well during the day. By the end of just a week our nanny had dropped a feed at night, I hope to keep on the same track without her.The thing I loved most about our nanny was her soft approach, we only had to make small changes a little at a time to see really great results. She also gave me so much advice for the future too as we start weaning. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to having her in our home for support if we are lucky enough to have another child.

  • Just excellent I honestly do not know what we would have done without ***. Henry was 10 months old and had never slept for more than 2 hours without waking (save for one individual 7 hour stretch when he was 7 weeks old). We were a feeding-to-sleep, co-sleeping, nap-fighting family where Henry could wake up to 14 times a night for a feed between 21:00 and 07:00. We now have Henry on two solid naps and 19:00 to 07:00 every night. This is SOLELY due to ***.

    She was so calm at all times. Henry clearly loved being with her. She looked at the whole picture and gave us SO much help with Henry’s diet, with lots of ideas to get him to eat more. His routine is now excellent. Previously I had worried about being “tied to the cot” but actually I now feel like I have more time to do things because his sleep is so much more predictable.

    If you are in two minds about using ***, please don’t be. I had always been concerned / scare mongered about sleep training methods, but this led me to reaching breaking point with Henry’s needs being unsustainable. *** is so so gentle, never leaving the baby for the first two nights whilst they learn other ways to fall asleep other than the breast. It’s a cliché, but I wish I had used *** sooner. THANK YOU.

  • My daughter was still sleeping in my bed at the age of 18 months. I had tried several times to get her into her own room and in a cot. I failed every time and would sometimes spend 2.5 hours a night of trying to get a baby into a cot that she was having none of. Many months of no evenings to myself, being woken up several times in the night as the baby was in my bed and being back at work, there was no chance I was going to get the baby into a routine by myself. This just had to change. Vera came to my rescue and my life has completely changed in just a few days. I couldn’t believe how easily Vera got my daughter in her own room, in a cot and asleep within 5 mins so effortlessly on the first try. Amazing. Vera's calm and thoughtful approach for sleep training (after seeing how my daughters personality was) simply just worked. I cannot thank her enough. I have a happy baby who actually gets excited to get into her cot and sleeps right through till the morning, I have my evenings back and my bed!!!I would recommend Vera to anyone that has problems with their little ones sleep habits.
