I highly recommend the services of Night Nannies. Out of desperation one Friday night, I contacted 4 night nanny agencies via their websites. Night Nannies was the only one to respond by Saturday morning (only one more responded by Monday morning, and one responded a whole week later). Night Nannies gave us 2 CVs of highly experienced nannies to review. We interviewed and selected one, who turned out to be excellent. Not only was she skilled at caring for infants, she was warm and kind, and we felt that she genuinely cared about and took delight in our baby. By putting our trust in her and Night Nannies, we were rewarded with excellent care for the baby and several nights of badly-needed sleep for the parents.

The nanny who worked with us is absolutely wonderful. She really cares about the babies and loves what she does. She is very calm as well which is very important dealing with a newborn and first time parents. She is confident, has knowledge and establish a beautiful connection with the baby. We loved the fact that she talks to the baby very often and properly interacts during the whole day.

Our sleep trainer exceeded all expectations with her professionalism, and genuine care for our family. From the moment she arrived, she put us at ease with her expertise in child care and sleep training, but also calm and compassionate nature. She guided us through implementing a gentle yet effective day and evening routine for our baby. I am writing re Margaret Markara, and to let you know what a wonderful lady she is. Not only did she manage to get my 7 month old sleeping through the night, which saved me from insanity :))) she also gave me lots of invaluable tips about how to take care of my child. She was kind, non intrusive, and calm with a lovely manner. i cannot recommend her enough. It was so much more than I was hoping for, and I will not forget her. Fantastic help from start to finish Fantastic help from start to finish. The office staff were so helpful and efficient and provided us with two outstanding nannies. One was with us every week and one covered when our usual nanny was on holiday. They gave us such valuable advice and helped us navigate a challenging time after a difficult birth. Our son is happy, thriving and sleeps well and I put a lot of this down to the help our night nannies gave us.

Our night nanny was absolutely fabulous. She came in as a emergency back up and fit in easily from day 1. She was sweet considerate and easy to introduce to my son and our routine. She picked fit up straight away and he was great with her. She was lovely also in morning making sure he was all set but also us for the day not only cleaning bottles but also preparing the morning feed. On top of that she is just a lovely person and easy to get along with and fits right in unobtrusively

The wonderful night nanny worked for us for 11 weeks in spring 2022. We loved her so much that it was difficult to let her go (but she trained our baby son to sleep from 7pm - 7am so we no longer needed her!). She is the ultimate professional: punctual, organized, neat and clean, detail oriented, hard working and efficient. She is also a very sweet person who cared for our baby as though he were her own son. We learned so much from her and we will miss her reassuring presence. I have already told her she MUST come back when we have a second child!

Excellent service - gave us much needed sleep! Excellent service from nightnannies and I would have no hesitation recommending her to any parents. Our night nanny has a wonderful personality, as soon as I met her I instantly trusted her to look after my son - she is greatly experienced in childcare and was able to give us first time parents wonderful tips to assist us in so many areas - more effective breastfeeding, guidance for helping newborns sleep and various other life hacks which were so useful.
