  • Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

  • Julia worked with our family every week for over a month. From start to finish, Julia was a pillar of strength for me. Our whole family will miss her lots. The great thing about Julia is that she looks after the mum and well as the baby. She knows that the only way for a baby to thrive is for a mum to thrive too. Julia has been like a mother to me. I don’t know how we could have progressed without her.Julia entered our lives when our baby daughter, Amina was sick. She knew what to do and offered reassurance to my husband and I. Julia also taught Amina how to use the bottle (amina always refused with us, so we never tried again). There are so many small things that Julia did for me that make her to special. From checking in most days with me to see how I was, to suggesting sleep spray to help me sleep, Julia cares for the whole family. She was also beyond perfect with Amina. Amina only tends to nap for 30 mins at a time and Julia was already more than happy to entertain Amina when she didn’t want to sleep. She also tried lots of different things to see if we could get Amina to sleep for longer. I’m so sad that Julia has got a new family to look after. They are very fortunate to have her. If any mums are lucky enough to work with Julia, try and keep her for as long as possible!!!

  • I was at close to breaking point of exhaustion- 4 month sleep regression that wasn’t going away. We had a fabulous Night Nanny who allowed me to get some much needed rest at a critical point staying 5 nights over a 2.5 week period. Our daughter was easily settled by her and we felt entirely comfortable having the Night Nanny with us - she slotted in so easily. I genuinely am not sure I would have made it to the point where we could do some sleep training without her!

  • We had a couple of nannies from Night Nannies and both were incredible. We absolutely loved having the support and respite that is so needed in those early months. They were so lovely to have in our home, and gave us a lot of reassurance and amazing support. Our baby had reflux and gave us great ideas on how to handle him (from 2 to 5 months). I would definitely recommend Night Nannies for a regular or even one off service. Treat yourself to some well earned sleep!

  • Excellent agency I used night nannies for a period of 3 months to help with our 4 month old son. They were excellent. They have great nannies on their books and the agency itself is so helpful - communication is great and swift, they listen to your childcare concerns and match you up with a nanny that can meet them, and their invoicing is clear, punctual and fair. Highly highly recommended.

  • Excellent experience We've had an excellent experience using Night Nannies. They quickly provided us with three highly relevant profiles for our specific needs - newborn twins! We interviewed two of them who both seemed excellent and within a week we had booked a night nanny. Our night nanny was just superb, she immediately put us at ease, took great care of our twins and allowed us to get some much needed sleep! We thought we'd use her for 2 weeks but it ended up being 2 months. I would highly recommend using Night Nannies if you want to find the best nanny for what you're looking for.

  • Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy! From moment she walked in my son fell in love with her and was excited to see her the next day!

We had previously sleep trained my 27 month old son but he ‘untrained’ himself after several house moves and getting used to us sleeping in the same room as us. He would scream in his cot, not go to sleep until 10.30pm and wake several times in the middle of night. Winnie identified the fact that he still had the ability to get to sleep on his own and on her second night with us he was asleep in four minutes just after 8pm, our desired sleep time. From there she very gently reminded him of his training and there were very few tears especially as he was now happy to be in his cot.

Winnie realised that our son was waking in the night due to genuine hunger as he was drinking milk very quickly when offered and not eating enough food in the day. However, with her help we got him taking the milk and falling back to sleep immediately whereas previously it was taking up to two hours to get him back to sleep and he would only fall asleep with me on the floor next to him.

Though he is not back to going through the night we have him falling asleep quickly at 8pm with only a brief wake up for milk and then sleeping until about 8am. Big thank you Winnie who has saved our night’s sleep!

  • Irene K helped us from the day we came home from the hospital in mid-January until the end of May (4.5 months). In the absence of my mum and sisters, Irene's support was invaluable and Night Nannies made the process smooth and straightforward. She helped with breastfeeding, bottle cleaning and sterilising, doing baby's laundry from washing to folding and putting away, organising baby's clothes for storage as he grew, and advice on nappies, bottles, routines, and support after vaccinations.Irene was professional, punctual, calm, quiet, understated and easy to have around. She looked after my son with tremendous care. Her support gave me the time and space to sleep, get myself back on track, and build my confidence with my first newborn. I also appreciated her significant experience as a nurse which was useful when I had questions or concerns, and particularly after his vaccinations. It was extremely expensive but I made peace with it as an investment in my mental and physical health, and that of my baby. And it really was worth it. When I met up with my antenatal class friends over those first weeks and even at 4-5 months it was obvious to all that I was much more relaxed, well-slept and confident than them, and the baby was calm and settled, all entirely because of Irene's help. If it's an option, I cannot recommend having someone from Night Nannies enough. Even if for 1-2 nights a week, any support they can offer will make a positive difference.

  • Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

  • We were very grateful for the support we received from our night nanny. It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. Both my wife and I would not hesitate in recommending our night nanny to anyone looking for a night nanny. After the first night our night nanny already had a handle on our new baby and we were confident leaving her with our daughter so that we could get some much needed rest.In particular, our night nanny was very good at making suggestions to improve our daughter’s routine and help her sleep better. Unlike other carers we’ve had in the past, our night nanny never judged, and never pushed any of her suggestions onto us. Our night nanny truly understood that every child (and every parent) is different - and that there is no one ‘right’ way of caring for children."
