  • Fantastic help from start to finish Fantastic help from start to finish. The office staff were so helpful and efficient and provided us with two outstanding nannies. One was with us every week and one covered when our usual nanny was on holiday. They gave us such valuable advice and helped us navigate a challenging time after a difficult birth. Our son is happy, thriving and sleeps well and I put a lot of this down to the help our night nannies gave us.

  • Sanyu has been absolutely fantastic. After quite a difficult postnatal operation, we needed a bit of help for a few days so I could recover but we ended up asking Sanyu to stay for three weeks and would have loved to do more! Despite thinking I was super organised, there were so many things that I didn't know and didn't have. Sanyu completely sorted me out in a very gentle way by advising on various things I needed and how to use them. She was also really helpful with advising me on issues I was having with breastfeeding as well as understanding routines. >> >> Sanyu is a natural with babies and has a lovely energy.   • Amazing!! We contacted night nannies when we were at our wits end. 2 days after calling, someone came out and stayed with us for 3 nights. We didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly but so grateful they did!

    Our 5 month old needed to be held to sleep and would not be put down. Night nannies changed that completely! The level of service and commitment is commendable and we cannot express our gratitude.

    All email exchanges, phone calls and the sleep consultant herself were professional, trustworthy and realisable. What more could you want!

  • We hired a night nanny this autumn and it was some of the best money we have ever spent. She came to our home when my daughter was one week old, and helped us 6 nights a week for two blissful months. As a second time mom I was smart enough this time to know, that you cannot put a price on good sleep. Our nanny helped me take care of my newborn at night, which gave me enough energy to take care of my newborn AND toddler during the day.I thought it would be weird having a stranger in our home, but after one night with our nanny I was completely at ease. She had a very calm demeanour and it was clear that she had my baby’s best interest in mind. My only regret is that I did not have the sense to book her for another month or two! My husband was especially grateful to her as he was only on the clock one night a week.Whether you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding, a night nanny will help you take great care of your child as well as yourself. Thank you Night Nannies for helping us find such a great person! I would happily recommend Night Nannies and would be lucky to have our nanny back in the future.

  • We had Faye join us for six weeks to help with our firstborn when she was just four weeks old. From the start, Faye was brilliant with both us and our daughter. She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and Faye was always reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. We would highly recommend Faye to any family and are already looking forward to having her back with us when our next child arrives.   • The wonderful night nanny worked for us for 11 weeks in spring 2022. We loved her so much that it was difficult to let her go (but she trained our baby son to sleep from 7pm - 7am so we no longer needed her!). She is the ultimate professional: punctual, organized, neat and clean, detail oriented, hard working and efficient. She is also a very sweet person who cared for our baby as though he were her own son. We learned so much from her and we will miss her reassuring presence.
