Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

    I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

  • Our night nanny was an incredible help for our second child. She was very knowledgable and experienced as I'd assume a night nanny would be. But she was also just very wonderful to work with - a combination of real professionalism and clarity with humor and kindness. So I could enjoy the adult interaction while feeling that she was completely in control of the task. She has a clear sense of how to get a baby to sleep through the night, while making sure to ask what the mother wants along the way and making adjustments. Our son was sleeping through the night by the time she left at about nine weeks and has been doing so ever since. Thank you!

The person who came to help me with my newborn was so caring and so efficient and such an overall nice and intelligent and entertaining person, that those first days or rather weeks were some of the best in my life.   • Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.

  • Friendly former hospital nurse & night nanny Our nanny through Night Nannies has a warm & friendly demeanor and was very easy to welcome into our home. She provided night nanny services for our 4 month old 6 nights a week for several weeks while our regular night nanny (also through your agency) took time off for a family emergency.

    Our son really enjoyed her care and attention. Her time spent as a hospital nurse was particularly reassuring to me as a first-time mum. In the mornings I could often hear her interacting playfully with our son - his laughter and squeals of delight showed me straight away that this nanny was a good fit for us. I also really liked her punctuality and her flexibility with coming in an hour or two early if needed. She always left everything very clean and supported me on my breastfeeding journey as well. We hope to work with her again in future.

  • As new parents of week-old twins, I have to admit we were very apprehensive about leaving our little ones alone with anyone for the first time (they had been in our constant care in the hospital and at home since they were born). We could not have found anyone better for the job than our Night Nanny. Upon (quietly) walking through the door, she immediately engendered our trust and confidence by orienting herself quickly and efficiently in our home, identifying everything she needed to care for the children with the precision and calm of an individual who has the confidence and experience to look after newborns. We took note when she turned off the television and lowered the lighting so she could focus on our little girls. She was cheerful and very warm with our children and created a relaxing environment for them (and us), ensuring we were able to go to dinner in peace and get our first night of “real” sleep after the hospital stay. She recorded feeds and nappy changes in accordance with the precedent we had established and managed to set new feeding records for them overnight, all the while maximizing their sleep time. She even offered us some tips for settling them, which proved helpful as my wife and I are both learning the tricks of the trade at this stage.We would certainly seek Night Nannies out in the future whenever we need care for the twins – the peace of mind they provide has been invaluable during the first days of our early parenthood.
