  • I contacted Night Nannies recently when… I contacted Night Nannies recently when my daughter needed overnight help at short notice. My son in law was away unexpected, and she was trying to cope with two badly sleeping children on her own. I spoke to Sally, the local area administrator, at once (so much easier than filling in a form and waiting for some-one to call you back) who was understanding, sympathetic and extremely helpful. I had the references of an excellent sounding Nanny within an hour, and the nanny (whom my daughter said was lovely) started work three days later. The whole business was amazingly easy, and an outstanding success.

    I would use them again without hesitation.

  • Our night nanny came to help us with maternity cover for our 3.5 month old baby girl for 3 days. She was very friendly, calm and professional and was a delight to have around. She is clearly very experienced and provided some valuable advice on sleeping and feeding and I would highly recommend her.

  • We had Faye join us for six weeks to help with our firstborn when she was just four weeks old. From the start, Faye was brilliant with both us and our daughter. She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and Faye was always reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. We would highly recommend Faye to any family and are already looking forward to having her back with us when our next child arrives. The entire booking process through Night Nannies was also very straightforward and easy to manage.

She really helped establish a great pattern through the night which has continued ever since. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had some really useful tips for us.   • Julia worked with our family every week for over a month. From start to finish, Julia was a pillar of strength for me. Our whole family will miss her lots. The great thing about Julia is that she looks after the mum and well as the baby. She knows that the only way for a baby to thrive is for a mum to thrive too. Julia has been like a mother to me. I don’t know how we could have progressed without her.Julia entered our lives when our baby daughter, Amina was sick. She knew what to do and offered reassurance to my husband and I. Julia also taught Amina how to use the bottle (amina always refused with us, so we never tried again).There are so many small things that Julia did for me that make her to special. From checking in most days with me to see how I was, to suggesting sleep spray to help me sleep, Julia cares for the whole family. She was also beyond perfect with Amina. Amina only tends to nap for 30 mins at a time and Julia was already more than happy to entertain Amina when she didn’t want to sleep. She also tried lots of different things to see if we could get Amina to sleep for longer. I’m so sad that Julia has got a new family to look after. They are very fortunate to have her. If any mums are lucky enough to work with Julia, try and keep her for as long as possible!!!

  • We absolutely loved working with our night nanny. She brought such a warm, reassuring presence to our home after the arrival of our baby boy in May. Her childcare was exceptional, we trusted her from the very beginning, and she consistently approached everything in a collaborative way with both myself and my husband, which we really valued for maintaining balance and trust. She was incredibly reliable and was always accommodating if we needed to adjust our schedule. She supported us for nine weeks, from May to July 2025, and we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made after having our baby. She has a wonderful sense of humour, cared deeply for our son, and became such a special part of our home.

  • I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.

  • I worked with Jennie who helped me to find a nanny for our 2 weeks stay in London and she saved my life. It was a very last minute request and I could not find anybody reliable until I’ve been recommended Jennie. She was so efficient and started her search right away and reassured me that even though it is very last minute she will do everything to help me to find the help I desperately needed. And so she did, she connected me with Karen and, boy, did she helped us ! Our daughter had a stranger/separation anxiety and it took her a lot of time to get used to new people, so I prepared Karen that it will take a few days of us working hard together, so I can eventually leave them and do my work but to my absolute surprise my daughter got used to her the very first day like she knew her. In fact she didn’t even noticed me leaving the room after just 20 minutes of introduction. Karen definitely has a magic touch with children and she was most helpful and did her best to accommodate all of my requests.it was easy to work with the agency and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

  • Our nanny has been with us for three months. I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with our four-month-old baby. She was a caring, patient, and knowledgeable nanny. She listened to parents’ concerns, advised on matters mindful of not being intrusive, and helped us solving problems when needed (difficulties with bottle feeding, sleep and nap time management, and so on). I work from home and I always felt comfortable with her and free to spend time with the baby when I wished to. The baby seemed very happy and satisfied when with her. I would highly recommend her as a nanny, especially to new moms like me.
