  • Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

  • My partner and I were literally on our knees when Liz came along. Our 8 week old baby girl had severe silent reflux and screamed from 6pm to 11pm without pause every evening. This started extending in to the day and my partner was unable to go into work he was so exhausted. I called Liz who came around that night and brought reassurance, humour and sanity into our household. What I loved most about Liz was her calmness and experience without ever making either of us feel stupid or incompetent. She gently experimented with various things (revisiting swaddling was a key move!) and despite being in a fairly small flat, she very quickly became like a family member. We ended up having some very funny chats and even when Poppy was 100% improved we could hardly bring ourselves to stop using Liz. She is utterly brilliant and lovely and kind and funny.

  • Our nanny via night nannies Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

  • I was at close to breaking point of exhaustion- 4 month sleep regression that wasn’t going away. We had a fabulous Night Nanny who allowed me to get some much needed rest at a critical point staying 5 nights over a 2.5 week period. Our daughter was easily settled by her and we felt entirely comfortable having the Night Nanny with us - she slotted in so easily. I genuinely am not sure I would have made it to the point where we could do some sleep training without her!

  • Our night nurse has been absolutely… Our night nurse has been absolutely amazing with our new born and she started when she was 2 days old. She is a real teacher and trainer and brought a lot of peace to her but also to the rest of the family. She has so many techniques and adapts herself very quickly.
    Will reemploy her again if we have another baby.

As first time parents without family nearby, we were looking for someone who could help us catch up on sleep but who could also give us insights into our baby’s behaviour and development and, using her extensive experience, our night nanny was able to do just that.   • Our nanny, used for two nights, was so lovely. She had a really calming presence, and was so tender with my baby. She helped us during the heatwave, and was very gracious about staying in our living room which was cooler than our nursery upstairs. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and to keep track of feeding timings and amounts. I would absolutely work with her again!
