  • As new parents of week-old twins, I have to admit we were very apprehensive about leaving our little ones alone with anyone for the first time (they had been in our constant care in the hospital and at home since they were born). We could not have found anyone better for the job than our Night Nanny. Upon (quietly) walking through the door, she immediately engendered our trust and confidence by orienting herself quickly and efficiently in our home, identifying everything she needed to care for the children with the precision and calm of an individual who has the confidence and experience to look after newborns. We took note when she turned off the television and lowered the lighting so she could focus on our little girls. She was cheerful and very warm with our children and created a relaxing environment for them (and us), ensuring we were able to go to dinner in peace and get our first night of “real” sleep after the hospital stay. She recorded feeds and nappy changes in accordance with the precedent we had established and managed to set new feeding records for them overnight, all the while maximizing their sleep time. She even offered us some tips for settling them, which proved helpful as my wife and I are both learning the tricks of the trade at this stage.We would certainly seek Night Nannies out in the future whenever we need care for the twins – the peace of mind they provide has been invaluable during the first days of our early parenthood.

  • I honestly do not know what we would have done without ***. Henry was 10 months old and had never slept for more than 2 hours without waking (save for one individual 7 hour stretch when he was 7 weeks old). We were a feeding-to-sleep, co-sleeping, nap-fighting family where Henry could wake up to 14 times a night for a feed between 21:00 and 07:00. We now have Henry on two solid naps and 19:00 to 07:00 every night. This is SOLELY due to ***.She was so calm at all times. Henry clearly loved being with her. She looked at the whole picture and gave us SO much help with Henry’s diet, with lots of ideas to get him to eat more. His routine is now excellent. Previously I had worried about being “tied to the cot” but actually I now feel like I have more time to do things because his sleep is so much more predictable.If you are in two minds about using ***, please don’t be. I had always been concerned / scare mongered about sleep training methods, but this led me to reaching breaking point with Henry’s needs being unsustainable. *** is so so gentle, never leaving the baby for the first two nights whilst they learn other ways to fall asleep other than the breast. It’s a cliché, but I wish I had used *** sooner. THANK YOU.

  • Fantastic night nanny We had a night nanny from you for our newborn son from 3 weeks old from March- May 2022 and it was fantastic. She had a calming effect on our son when he was upset or screaming and our son was always happy to see her . I was a first time mum and she was very knowledgable about looking after young babies which was so useful . She was always punctual and reliable . She is a kind and lovely person and I could always trust her with our baby . I highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future .

  • Julia worked with our family every week for over a month. From start to finish, Julia was a pillar of strength for me. Our whole family will miss her lots. The great thing about Julia is that she looks after the mum and well as the baby. She knows that the only way for a baby to thrive is for a mum to thrive too. Julia has been like a mother to me. I don’t know how we could have progressed without her.Julia entered our lives when our baby daughter, Amina was sick. She knew what to do and offered reassurance to my husband and I. Julia also taught Amina how to use the bottle (amina always refused with us, so we never tried again).There are so many small things that Julia did for me that make her to special. From checking in most days with me to see how I was, to suggesting sleep spray to help me sleep, Julia cares for the whole family. She was also beyond perfect with Amina. Amina only tends to nap for 30 mins at a time and Julia was already more than happy to entertain Amina when she didn’t want to sleep. She also tried lots of different things to see if we could get Amina to sleep for longer. I’m so sad that Julia has got a new family to look after. They are very fortunate to have her. If any mums are lucky enough to work with Julia, try and keep her for as long as possible!!!

  • Our maternity nurse was an angel! She brought an immense sense of calm to the chaos that was a toddler and 3 month old twins. Just with us a short time to give us a 2 week ‘holiday’ and in that time she managed to gently nudge our very unsettled babies into a solid routine and showed us how to get both babies bathed, fed and settled for the night within an hour or so. She left us in a very good place with the babies and gave us the space we needed to help our toddler into a better routine that works with the babies too. And she was personally a lovely lady too. I would certainly recommend her.

  • Our sleep trainer exceeded all expectations with her professionalism, and genuine care for our family. From the moment she arrived, she put us at ease with her expertise in child care and sleep training, but also calm and compassionate nature. She guided us through implementing a gentle yet effective day and evening routine for our baby. Thanks to her invaluable support, our son is now sleeping through the night(!), when he used to have to sleep in our bed and woke up 4 times a night - so we couldn't be happier. What truly impressed us was her dedication to our family's well-being. She followed up with us during the day to ensure the routine was implemented smoothly and provided practical advice and encouragement. She even reached out after the five nights to see how our baby was doing, which was incredibly helpful. Above all she demonstrated a genuine love and affection for our son, treating him with the same care and tenderness as if he were her own. I would highly recommend Night Nannies service to anyone who needs them.

  • We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.

    She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.

    We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!

    We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

  • Our night nanny started working with us when our daughter—our first baby—was a few days old, for around eight weeks. It is impossible to overstate what a game-changer she was for us. Without family nearby, she came into our home and provided the insight, assurance and support that we needed. Our daughter is a great sleeper as a result of our night nanny’s work with her in those early days and weeks – she taught us the basics of a night sleep routine, how to use sleep aids like swaddling and white noise, and how to settle to sleep. In addition to her sympathetic and professional demeanor, we greatly appreciate her genuine interest in our daughter—she follows up for updates on how both she and we are doing to this day. We would recommend Night Nannies without any hesitation.

  • Excellent portfolio of Nannies Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them. I would definitely recommande night nanny as a night care agency !

  • In summary, our nanny was phenomenal! As two new parents, we were naturally nervous and incredibly sleep deprived. We got our nanny in solely to get some sleep. We got a lot more. Our nanny was so kind, gentle and caring with our baby girl. We were instantly calmed by her nature. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (she even accurately diagnosed our daughter with severe acid reflux and eczema and connected us with a wonderful specialist to get us help). Needless to say, the specialist sorted the reflux and eczema; we now have a happy and comfortable baby who is sleeping far better - all to the credit of our nanny. Highly recommended.
