  • Miraculous When our night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldn’t get out of. I can’t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. He’ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous.

    Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasn’t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.

    It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my baby’s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.

  • As a first-time mother As a first-time mother, finding someone I could completely trust to care for my newborn at night was incredibly important to me. I reached out to the agency that provided us with a selection of excellent nannies, and we ultimately chose Beatrice. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision. From the very beginning, Beatrice was calm, reassuring and incredibly capable. Her gentle and confident manner immediately put me at ease, which was invaluable during those early weeks as a new mother. I always felt completely comfortable knowing that my baby was in her care overnight. Beatrice was attentive, reliable and wonderfully nurturing. She seemed to instinctively understand what my baby needed and approached everything with patience and kindness. She was also a wonderful source of reassurance and support for me, sharing her experience without ever being overbearing and respecting the way we wanted to care for our baby. Having Beatrice with us made such a difference during those first weeks and allowed me to get the rest I needed, knowing my baby was safe and exceptionally well cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Beatrice to any family looking for a night nanny. She is trustworthy, experienced, warm and professional, and I would not hesitate to have her care for my child again. Any family would be very fortunate to have her.

  • Our night nurse has been absolutely… Our night nurse has been absolutely amazing with our new born and she started when she was 2 days old. She is a real teacher and trainer and brought a lot of peace to her but also to the rest of the family. She has so many techniques and adapts herself very quickly.
    Will reemploy her again if we have another baby.

  • As new parents of week-old twins, I have to admit we were very apprehensive about leaving our little ones alone with anyone for the first time (they had been in our constant care in the hospital and at home since they were born). We could not have found anyone better for the job than our Night Nanny. Upon (quietly) walking through the door, she immediately engendered our trust and confidence by orienting herself quickly and efficiently in our home, identifying everything she needed to care for the children with the precision and calm of an individual who has the confidence and experience to look after newborns. We took note when she turned off the television and lowered the lighting so she could focus on our little girls. She was cheerful and very warm with our children and created a relaxing environment for them (and us), ensuring we were able to go to dinner in peace and get our first night of “real” sleep after the hospital stay. She recorded feeds and nappy changes in accordance with the precedent we had established and managed to set new feeding records for them overnight, all the while maximizing their sleep time. She even offered us some tips for settling them, which proved helpful as my wife and I are both learning the tricks of the trade at this stage.We would certainly seek Night Nannies out in the future whenever we need care for the twins – the peace of mind they provide has been invaluable during the first days of our early parenthood.

  • Wedding nanny The agency provided a last minute nanny to help us look after our 10 week old son at our wedding. She was just fantastic, from the moment she arrived I felt at ease and so did our son. She was super organised and looked after our son throughout the wedding, but brought him to us for photos etc but didn’t let him get too overstimulated. He even slept throughout the entire meal! I cannot praise her enough, she made me feel at ease that he was in good hands allowing us to really enjoy our wedding. She has such a calm and organised approach.

  • I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

  • Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. We will miss Ritah as she helped us immensely through the first crazy weeks of parenthood.
