  • Love working with NN Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

  • We had a night nanny in our family for our first baby and I don’t know what we would have done without her positive energy, tailored support, and kind guidance. As first time parents without family nearby, we were looking for someone who could help us catch up on sleep but who could also give us insights into our baby’s behaviour and development and, using her extensive experience, our night nanny was able to do just that. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Also we could ask them for advice on the general well-being of the babies, which has been very reassuring. Our agents, Katie and Sally are very nice and professional.   • We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

  • Claire is a fantastic nanny and has… Claire is a fantastic nanny and has been such a lifeline especially during Covid lockdown. She made us feel at ease straight away and really cares about our little boy. It’s a pleasure having her here each week as she is such a lovely, kind person and has been a great sounding board on all things baby related. She’s great with our baby and has really helped improve his sleep.

  • Happy baby, happy mom I wanna start saying that the sleep training was the best desicion i ever made, i was sceptical because i tought my baby was going to cry a lot and that gave a lot of anxiety, but im so glad it wasnt too bad, it went so well, our sleep trainer was a live saver, i was getting depresion from the lack of sleep, now both of us are in better mood, i already started recommending you, thank you so much for helping us.

  • We had our maternity nurse for three weeks after the birth of our newborn son. She was an absolute joy to have in our home and filled my husband and I with the confidence we needed to look after our son. I came home from hospital after a traumatic birth, followed by an extended stay, absolutely exhausted. Our maternity nurse got me back on my feet by making sure I got plenty of rest so that I could feel human again. She helped me with breastfeeding and got our son into a good sleeping and feeding routine by the time he reached 3 weeks. She also gave us tips as to how to adapt the routine as our son gets older. She is a tech wizard and set up all our baby equipment, including the steriliser and breast pump!

    Our maternity nurse took the greatest care to follow the Government’s guidance on Covid-19; she self-isolated before she came to us. She followed our lead and wore a face mask and gloves when she went to the shops and self-isolated on her days off. She was very responsible with making sure that our house was hygienic and ensured that we felt totally comfortable welcoming her to our home.

    We could not have managed to get through the first three weeks of our son's life without our maternity nurse and we will look back at what could have been a difficult time as a joyful one, filled with learning and fun thanks to her great sense of humour and unflappable nature. We cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough.

  • Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more
