  • Our nanny helped to sleep train my 20 month old son in July 2019. At the time, my son was being nursed to sleep and would wake up numerous times throughout the night, needing to be soothed back to sleep every time. Needless to say, it was tiring for us and him and I felt trapped into having to breastfeed or rock him just to get him to sleep. I was worried that this habit would continue for years if we didn’t put an end to it and that my son would have sleep issues if we didn’t sort it out soon. I just didn’t know how to do it myself.

    When our nanny came to sleep train my son for 5 days she was absolutely wonderful. She came in and helped me to cut out the nighttime feed and instead replace it with a bedtime routine. She helped to train my son to go into his cot awake and sleep on his own. This, to me, has been a miracle and saviour that I thought we could never achieve. Not only is he going to sleep on his own, but he usually sleeps for 11 to 12 hours straight, and if he does wake up in the middle of the night, he cries for a few seconds or minutes and then is able to soothe himself and go back to sleep.

    We are so grateful to our nanny who was so knowledgeable and kind in her approach, I highly, highly recommend her, she has really changed a huge part of our lives!

The team is efficient, responsive, and well-informed.We welcomed our night nanny in January 2024. What began as a two-month engagement extended to six months. Our son, then 3 months old, benefitted immensely from her expertise. She attentively addressed my concerns and expertly guided our son through sleep training. Now, he enjoys 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and contentedly stays in his crib until we’re ready to greet the day. Our nanny’s vast knowledge has been invaluable in areas like teething, feeding, establishing bedtime routines, weaning, and addressing various parenting challenges. Her understanding is unparalleled. She is a cheerful, calm, and organized presence in our household, and both of our children adore her. Her trustworthiness has made her not just a nanny, but also a dear friend. I wholeheartedly recommend her to others without reservation.

  • We can’t recommend our maternity nurse enough. After a difficult labour we couldn’t have got through the next few weeks without her. Having her help gave me time to recover and she got our son William into a fantastic routine that meant he was quickly above his birth weight and sleeping well. She was great with breastfeeding and bathing advice and the all-important burping techniques! I honestly don’t know how we would have coped with out her. It is invaluable having someone that can help settle him in the night so we can get as much as sleep possible while recovering. Our maternity nurse also goes above and beyond with advice about pumping and would help put laundry on and sorting out his clothes. I would definitely use her again.

  • The nanny we had is/was a life saver. She was so kind, so helpful, so gracious and most of all cared with a lot of experience and logical thinking.   • We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. There were multiple occasions where I requested a night nanny within 24 hours and they always got back to me promptly with great options. Thank you!

  • ChXXXX came to help us when our son was only one week old and she was fantastic at educating us about what we needed to do in order to create a good night time schedule for him. Additionally, she has a huge number of sleep tricks that enabled our son to sleep and also allowed us to get a decent night of sleep and not worry about him. She is hugely experienced and we greatly appreciated how professional she was. She has a wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with babies, and we found this invaluable. We liked her so much that we took her to Norway over the festive period to continue to help us. ChXXXX is a great character and we liked her instantly. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone with a new born who needs help and advice. We would have liked to keep ChXXXX for 3 months, but all the complications with covid and traveling meant that we were not able to do this. In the end we used her for about 3 weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough.We used ChrXXXX on two occasions and were struck by how calm and helpful she was. She has many years of experience and we felt very comfortable leaving our son with her. One major advantage with ChrXXXX is that she has her own car and can drive to and from night nannying. This is a significant differentiator during the covid period and we felt very comfortable having someone who did not need to take public transport to get to us. The vast majority of Nightnannies do not have their own car or do not live in central London meaning that the fact ChrXXXX does live fairly centrally in London and does have her own car is of note.

  • Our nanny came to us shortly after our daughter was born. She was warm, funny and caring and immediately felt like part of the family. My 2 year old son adored her and she made a real effort to include him in everything. She loves babies and is extremely knowledgeable - we felt our daughter couldn’t have been in safer hands. She taught us many things about how to look after the baby and it was amazing to get some extra sleep in those first nights. I feel very lucky to have had her to help us and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I was also really impressed with Night Nannies who sent through a selection of candidates almost immediately, all of whom looked of a high standard.
