  • “Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

  • Really happy with the nanny we… Really happy with the nanny we received. She was very knowledgeable, proactive and advised me on how to pump, how often to feed and how we could set up a bedtime routine for our son. Don’t know what we were doing before her! 😅

  • Your night nanny was a wonder. She has an incredible intuitive sense with people but most importantly with babies too. She really observed our 9 month old Remy and within 24 hours had understood him acutely, which made me feel very relaxed in her hands. She also really listened to my needs as a mother, the fact that I struggle to listen to Remy cry and so did things in the way that worked for both Remy and I. His sleeping didn't finish perfectly (but I expressly said that I didn't need a 7am-7pm result out of it) but she got us to stop co sleeping with him. And she got him to sleep far better than he had been previously, and importantly gave us the tools and support to continue to improve his sleep. We may actually be getting her back, not because she wasn't brilliant but because we had to go away the day she left us which meant Remy regressed (do try and be at home for at least 2 weeks after training I'd say), and frankly also because I think having your night nanny around is good for our family! I cannot recommend night nannies enough.

  • I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

  • Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy! From moment she walked in my son fell in love with her and was excited to see her the next day!

    We had previously sleep trained my 27 month old son but he ‘untrained’ himself after several house moves and getting used to us sleeping in the same room as us. He would scream in his cot, not go to sleep until 10.30pm and wake several times in the middle of night. Winnie identified the fact that he still had the ability to get to sleep on his own and on her second night with us he was asleep in four minutes just after 8pm, our desired sleep time. From there she very gently reminded him of his training and there were very few tears especially as he was now happy to be in his cot.

    Winnie realised that our son was waking in the night due to genuine hunger as he was drinking milk very quickly when offered and not eating enough food in the day. However, with her help we got him taking the milk and falling back to sleep immediately whereas previously it was taking up to two hours to get him back to sleep and he would only fall asleep with me on the floor next to him.

    Though he is not back to going through the night we have him falling asleep quickly at 8pm with only a brief wake up for milk and then sleeping until about 8am. Big thank you Winnie who has saved our night’s sleep!

  • My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her.

    I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

The team is efficient, responsive, and well-informed.We welcomed our night nanny in January 2024. What began as a two-month engagement extended to six months. Our son, then 3 months old, benefitted immensely from her expertise. She attentively addressed my concerns and expertly guided our son through sleep training. Now, he enjoys 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and contentedly stays in his crib until we’re ready to greet the day. Our nanny’s vast knowledge has been invaluable in areas like teething, feeding, establishing bedtime routines, weaning, and addressing various parenting challenges. Her understanding is unparalleled.   • We had a fantastic experience with Night Nannies. We used the service from the time our second son was 6 weeks old. Our nanny had more knowledge about newborns than anyone we have come across in the childcare profession providing us the comfort to get a good night sleep. She gave us invaluable advice that helped to improve our son's sleep and establish a schedule that worked for our family, and was even a hit with our 2 year old who loved running to see her in the mornings. It was such a relief to know we could call you when we were struggling with the seemingly endless hours of the morning, and to have an experienced new born nanny arrive to help out was a blessing.
