She has been amazing in every sense. She has great experience with babies which has helped me to better understand my baby boy. She also has such a relaxed and calmed personality making it so easy to trust her and feel comfortable around her. She also has a great attitude and is very positive which is definitely very helpful, especially for a tired mum. She has been a lifesaver and I can’t recommend her enough.

Wonderful agency providing the best service I can’t say enough wonderful things about Night Nannies! They were able to find us a wonderful nannie who was with us when my partner and the kids had to unexpectedly come to the states while I was caring for my father before he passed away. She was so compassionate and understanding of our situation. It was a very emotional time and she was a wonderful support for my family. She was so flexible with our needs and really went above and beyond. Night Nannies found us someone who was wonderful making us feel at ease and we completely trusted her with the children. They absolutely adored her. We are so grateful that Night Nannies were able to find her for us especially with the little notice we gave. Working with your agency was a pleasure. Our night nanny was absolutely… Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. She went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. I would recommend the night nanny service without hesitation.

A friend told me about Night Nannies ‘super nanny’ trouble-shooters so got in touch to get help as we were struggling with some really difficult behaviours with our 3yo son that were affecting us very negatively as a family. Our ‘super nanny’ came and observed us for an afternoon through to bedtime and talked us through her detailed observations and recommendations. 6 weeks later, his behaviour is transformed, the power struggles much reduced, the scary meltdowns have disappeared are and we are a much happier family.

We had a fantastic experience with Night Nannies. We used the service from the time our second son was 6 weeks old. Our nanny had more knowledge about newborns than anyone we have come across in the childcare profession providing us the comfort to get a good night sleep. She gave us invaluable advice that helped to improve our son's sleep and establish a schedule that worked for our family, and was even a hit with our 2 year old who loved running to see her in the mornings. Highly recommend!

Your night nanny was a wonder. She has an incredible intuitive sense with people but most importantly with babies too. She really observed our 9 month old Remy and within 24 hours had understood him acutely, which made me feel very relaxed in her hands. She also really listened to my needs as a mother, the fact that I struggle to listen to Remy cry and so did things in the way that worked for both Remy and I. His sleeping didn't finish perfectly (but I expressly said that I didn't need a 7am-7pm result out of it) but she got us to stop co sleeping with him. And she got him to sleep far better than he had been previously, and importantly gave us the tools and support to continue to improve his sleep. We may actually be getting her back, not because she wasn't brilliant but because we had to go away the day she left us which meant Remy regressed (do try and be at home for at least 2 weeks after training I'd say), and frankly also because I think having your night nanny around is good for our family! I cannot recommend night nannies enough.
