Irene was so fantastic, especially as a new mum having her experience, knowledge and reassurance was a real help. She’s such a loving and caring person and our daughter (Lily) loved her. We felt Lily was in very safe hands and were very comfortable leaving her with her at such a young age. We were able to enjoy every minute of becoming new parents because we weren’t sleep deprived. I would hire Irene again in heartbeat but sadly we no longer leave in London!

I found my night nannie through the agency Night Nannies, I needed some help getting my four year old daughter back into the routine of going to sleep on her own. She arrived on a Monday evening and she spent the weekday evenings helping my daughter and I gently re-organise how the new bedtime routine would go. From the moment we met I realised she was an extremely empathetic, kind and understanding person, she listened carefully to my explanations as to why we had slipped into such bad habits, she understood how and why things had gone wrong and carefully planned out how we would go about implementing the changes. When things got difficult, as I knew they would, calmly Winnie coached me through the worst part, she instinctively knew when I needed a break and she kept my confidence at the right level so I could see the evening out and finally get my daughter to sleep by herself. Within one week we did it, I was so nervous about it working but I just couldn't believe how fast things got back to normality. My daughter responded so well to her method and I now have my evenings back. She packed the week full of good advice, kind words of support and she gave me strength on those first two difficult evenings, she clearly has so much experience in sleep training which gives her the knowledge and confidence to help families like us. I won't ever forget her and I will be forever grateful for the help she gave me getting our daughter back into a good bedtime routine. She is extremely good at what she does, she is a wonderfully kind woman but added to her expertise is a woman who really wants to help people, this is not just a job to her, she genuinely cares about her clients”.

We absolutely loved working with our night nanny. She brought such a warm, reassuring presence to our home after the arrival of our baby boy in May. Her childcare was exceptional, we trusted her from the very beginning, and she consistently approached everything in a collaborative way with both myself and my husband, which we really valued for maintaining balance and trust. She was incredibly reliable and was always accommodating if we needed to adjust our schedule. She supported us for nine weeks, from May to July 2025, and we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made after having our baby. She has a wonderful sense of humour, cared deeply for our son, and became such a special part of our home.

Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. Fantastic night nanny We had a night nanny from you for our newborn son from 3 weeks old from March- May 2022 and it was fantastic. She had a calming effect on our son when he was upset or screaming and our son was always happy to see her . I was a first time mum and she was very knowledgable about looking after young babies which was so useful . She was always punctual and reliable . She is a kind and lovely person and I could always trust her with our baby . I highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future .

Excellent portfolio of Nannies Night nanny has been able to help us with great night Nannie’s who took care of our twin babies from birth to 5 months old. Professional, punctual, caring and loving Nannies who took great care of our babies and help maintain a synchronized routine at night via feeding them in tandem all the time. The agency was able to provide great references, in a speedy time. we had two different night nanny and were pleased with both of them. I would definitely recommande night nanny as a night care agency !
