  • 5 star agency As a first time mum I had no idea what to expect from a nanny service. The website and all correspondence was very detailed and I was able to ascertain easily what we needed (a night nanny). We were sent lots of CV’s of potential nanny’s and able to choose. Once we had finished with our first nanny, we decided we wanted more help and they were able to match us again. Payment was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the agency.

  • Our nanny has been brilliant Our nanny has been brilliant. She’s been coming to us once or twice a week for a couple of months now since our baby was a month old and has helped us through a very tough time. We’ve loved how trustworthy and non judgemental she is. She immediately put us at ease and is really responsive to our preferences. Her care is excellent and I think has really helped our baby get into some good sleep habits such as settling in the SNOO. Occasionally transport issues has meant that she’s been delayed but most weeks she arrives early and has been incredibly reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. The agency has also been great, very efficient and found us a great cover nanny very quickly when our usual nanny couldn’t be with us because of a family emergency.

  • We cannot recommend Sonia highly enough! She came to help our family with sleep training and completely transformed our lives in just two nights. Sonia worked her magic with our little Ophelia, helping her learn to sleep peacefully in her own bed in the nursery and nap during the day without tears. Thanks to her gentle guidance, we now have a calm, consistent routine and, most importantly, our confidence as parents has soared. Sonia was an absolute delight to have in our home—warm, professional, and reassuring. In fact, she told us after the first night that the second night wasn’t even necessary because things were going so well, which shows her genuine care and integrity. We’re so grateful for her support and the gift of restful nights she’s given us. If you’re considering working with a sleep trainer, Sonia is simply exceptional!

  • The nanny we had is/was a life saver. She was so kind, so helpful, so gracious and most of all cared with a lot of experience and logical thinking.   • Our night nurse has been absolutely… Our night nurse has been absolutely amazing with our new born and she started when she was 2 days old. She is a real teacher and trainer and brought a lot of peace to her but also to the rest of the family. She has so many techniques and adapts herself very quickly.
    Will reemploy her again if we have another baby.

  • The nanny who worked with us is absolutely wonderful. She really cares about the babies and loves what she does. She is very calm as well which is very important dealing with a newborn and first time parents. She is confident, has knowledge and establish a beautiful connection with the baby. We loved the fact that she talks to the baby very often and properly interacts during the whole day.
