Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.

Wonderful agency providing the best service I can’t say enough wonderful things about Night Nannies! They were able to find us a wonderful nannie who was with us when my partner and the kids had to unexpectedly come to the states while I was caring for my father before he passed away. She was so compassionate and understanding of our situation. It was a very emotional time and she was a wonderful support for my family. She was so flexible with our needs and really went above and beyond. Night Nannies found us someone who was wonderful making us feel at ease and we completely trusted her with the children. We had L twice a week when our premature baby came home from hospital for about 6 weeks. The minute she arrived I knew it was all going to work brilliantly. Both our baby and our dachshund took to her immediately and when she'd arrive, I'd breathe a sigh of relief and they'd all go and get cosy in the nursery together, including the dog who would curl up next to her all night. L is an extremely calm and reassuring presence, with such positivity and gives you the impression she adores your baby!! She helped advise me on how to get into a routine and helped to get him sleeping through the night in a very short space of time. She would send me links to things she recommended, like which bottles to use, and would always answer any questions I had by text even when she wasn't with us.I always enjoyed hearing the update in the morning and she was so quiet and self sufficient when she was with us! I miss her! I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an absolute angel.

We would certainly recommend to anyone who is struggling with their babies sleep or feeding habits.Prior to our nanny's visit our 11 month old son would wake 2-4 times a night and usually take up to an hour to resettle.We knew that he knew how to sleep as we had previously had some periods of very good sleep ad he was settling himself to sleep at nap/bed times.Our nanny arrived and straight away identified that he was not eating enough solid food during the day and was therefore waking out of hunger. We knew that his food intake was very low and we were actually due to see a pediatrician to investigate his eating habits.Our nanny developed a new eating and napping schedule for him and instructed us to follow it for a few days to establish if his eating would improve, we stopped all night feeds and followed the schedule. Within 3 days he was eating ten times more than he had ever eaten and was even using a spoon, something up until then he had always refused. The change in eating habits was also reflected in his sleep and he stopped waking in the night. He now goes for his naps and bedtime without any fuss, he will drink a full bottle of milk and has 3 large meals a day. He sleeps for 12 hours a night and if he does wake he will settle himself within seconds.For us, this makes a huge difference to our lives. We no longer go to bed each night in fear and we have even been able to leave him with a babysitter as we can be sure he will sleep.Our nanny was a lovely lady, she was very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.She gave us great advice and support while she was here and maintained contact throughout each day to support us in implementing the new routine.If we have another baby we will definitely be in touch!
