Lauren came to stay with us a week… Lauren came to stay with us a week after our first baby was born and made such a difference in helping us settle in and understand how to look after our little one. Lauren is not only a safe pair of hands who we can trust with our baby all night, she is an expert in all things baby-related so is a fountain of knowledge and taught us invaluable lessons for the first two months that will stand to us for many more to come. Lauren was accommodating for when I wanted to breastfeed all night or when I needed a break for some extra sleep. She was also able to stretch our baby’s sleep for longer periods which helped a lot when she wasn’t with us. Lauren was generous with sharing her wisdom but never imposing or condescending. I would highly recommend Lauren to any new parents.

Our night nanny has been just the most wonderful and worthwhile investment in my second pregnancy/ postpartum journey. She is so kind, warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable about babies (she is also a paediatric nurse, which gave me such peace of mind!)and nothing was ever too much trouble. Extremely reliable, punctual and professional, she instantly bonded with my daughter and established a great routine, giving me some much needed time to myself and most importantly sleep! I could not recommend her more and just wish I had had her with my son!

spent 2 days with us for helping us to settle our son, especially at night. She is amazing. We learnt a lot from her. And after she left she sent all the notes to us, that's really help us. And she also recommended a lot useful information and books to us. I will definitely recommend Kathryn and your agency to my friends who will become new parents. I had the most wonderful nigh Nanny, not only was she gentle and caring but she was so professional and warm! She also helped me sleep train my daughter. My daughter had acid reflux and colic and the nanny knew exactly what to do, and how to wind her properly. She weened her off similac alimentum back onto normal milk again. She gently massaged her in ways I never knew. Never rocked her but gently got her to sleep easily. She recorded all the different cries on her phone in the night and talked me through her technique in calming the baby without picking her up. She soothed her and taught us not to rely on the dummy so much. I have three children but I learnt so much more this time round through the night nanny and only wish I knew all these amazing secrets with the other two. If I ever had another child I would hire again for the first 12 weeks. Thank you so much for all your support x

Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!

Excellent Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

Outstanding night nanny The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

An excellent agency! Having struggled with a couple of unpleasant and untrustworthy maternity nurses, I was given Julie's (of Night Nannies) number.
To my amazement she had filled the role in less than twelve hours. It soon became clear that finally, we had secured a trustworthy, loyal and sincere nurse for a newborn baby.
Julie provided a truly excellent service and more importantly a truly excellent nurse!
