Our experience with nightnannies.com… Our experience with nightnannies.com has been exceptional from start to finish. The team is efficient, responsive, and well-informed.We welcomed our night nanny in January 2024. What began as a two-month engagement extended to six months. Our son, then 3 months old, benefitted immensely from her expertise. She attentively addressed my concerns and expertly guided our son through sleep training. Now, he enjoys 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and contentedly stays in his crib until we’re ready to greet the day. Our nanny’s vast knowledge has been invaluable in areas like teething, feeding, establishing bedtime routines, weaning, and addressing various parenting challenges. Her understanding is unparalleled. She is a cheerful, calm, and organized presence in our household, and both of our children adore her. Her trustworthiness has made her not just a nanny, but also a dear friend. I wholeheartedly recommend her to others without reservation.

Night nannies have come to my rescue so much over the passed 4 years with both my kids. They really do have the best calibre nannies and seem to always find a perfect match for your needs.The night nanny they recently sent me is just the most wonderfully warm, kind-hearted and competent person you could ever hope to meet. She is an absolute pleasure and joy to have in the house and she brings calm and happiness to every room she walks into. We are all going to miss her dearly. From the moment she walked into our house, dropped her bags and scooped up my son (who was crying at the time), she has soothed and calmed us all. She is unwaveringly confident and caring with babies and she does her utmost to build up your confidence as a parent. I will be eternally grateful to her and all she has done for my family. My son was suffering from allergies, reflux and sleeping issues at 2months old and after 10 weeks our night nanny will be leaving us with a chubby, happy healthy little boy who sleeps and eats well. My 4 year old daughter is so fond of her too and has so enjoyed having her with us. I wish every mother could be lucky enough to have her in their life.

We don't have words to thank you Vera… We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

Our night nanny was absolutely fabulous. She came in as a emergency back up and fit in easily from day 1. She was sweet considerate and easy to introduce to my son and our routine. She picked fit up straight away and he was great with her. She was lovely also in morning making sure he was all set but also us for the day not only cleaning bottles but also preparing the morning feed. On top of that she is just a lovely person and easy to get along with and fits right in unobtrusively

We had our maternity nurse for three weeks after the birth of our newborn son. She was an absolute joy to have in our home and filled my husband and I with the confidence we needed to look after our son. I came home from hospital after a traumatic birth, followed by an extended stay, absolutely exhausted. Our maternity nurse got me back on my feet by making sure I got plenty of rest so that I could feel human again. She helped me with breastfeeding and got our son into a good sleeping and feeding routine by the time he reached 3 weeks. She also gave us tips as to how to adapt the routine as our son gets older. She is a tech wizard and set up all our baby equipment, including the steriliser and breast pump!Our maternity nurse took the greatest care to follow the Government’s guidance on Covid-19; she self-isolated before she came to us. She followed our lead and wore a face mask and gloves when she went to the shops and self-isolated on her days off. She was very responsible with making sure that our house was hygienic and ensured that we felt totally comfortable welcoming her to our home.We could not have managed to get through the first three weeks of our son's life without our maternity nurse and we will look back at what could have been a difficult time as a joyful one, filled with learning and fun thanks to her great sense of humour and unflappable nature. We cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough.

I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

NN helped us find a night nanny for our second baby, 4 nights / week for 2 months, from about 2-10w. The agency was extremely efficient and prompt, providing a list of names and references on the day I enquired, filling our needs very quickly. Like all the other families who provided references, as soon as we met our nanny, we never wanted her to leave! Our NN was very kind, supportive, relaxed and easy to be around. When she arrived a calm descended - just what you need when overtired, adjusting to a new reality as a parent, and when sharing space in your home with someone you don’t yet know well. She brought a wealth of knowledge from all the babies she’s worked with - so we felt we benefited not just from the support in the night (enabling us to get some much needed rest) but from her guidance on routines, reflux, bottle issues, breastfeeding, health problems (our daughter was diagnosed with cows milk allergy) and much more. We wished we had met her earlier and had the benefit of her guidance with our first child, as her gentle and supportive approach would have helped us with new parent challenges and anxieties, and given us an easier journey first time. I’d recommend NN to anyone looking for support with their childcare, and will definitely be booking in the future if we need more support further down the line.

Great Service! Sally - our local rep for East Sussex - was very responsive, following up immediately and finding us someone local. Her recommendation ended up being perfect for us. I don't know how we would have survived those first few weeks without her. Highly recommend the service and our night nanny.
