As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!

My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her.

I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

Our night nanny was absolutely… Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. She went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. I would recommend the night nanny service without hesitation.

Don’t even think about it, just book! Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.

I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!
