I honestly do not know what we would have done without ***. Henry was 10 months old and had never slept for more than 2 hours without waking (save for one individual 7 hour stretch when he was 7 weeks old). We were a feeding-to-sleep, co-sleeping, nap-fighting family where Henry could wake up to 14 times a night for a feed between 21:00 and 07:00. We now have Henry on two solid naps and 19:00 to 07:00 every night. This is SOLELY due to ***.She was so calm at all times. Henry clearly loved being with her. She looked at the whole picture and gave us SO much help with Henry’s diet, with lots of ideas to get him to eat more. His routine is now excellent. Previously I had worried about being “tied to the cot” but actually I now feel like I have more time to do things because his sleep is so much more predictable.If you are in two minds about using ***, please don’t be. I had always been concerned / scare mongered about sleep training methods, but this led me to reaching breaking point with Henry’s needs being unsustainable. *** is so so gentle, never leaving the baby for the first two nights whilst they learn other ways to fall asleep other than the breast. It’s a cliché, but I wish I had used *** sooner. THANK YOU.

Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

Night Nannies have been super efficient… Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me. I have found both Julie and Anastasia, open, honest & super fast at responding to all of my queries and also when I am applying for work. Everyone needs a Mel when they have a new baby! From the moment Mel arrived she put our mind at ease that our little one would be in safe hands. She has a fountain of knowledge and experience. She helped us with a colic and reflux baby and also helped us get rid of the dummy. Our little one was not a good sleeper at first, but with Mels advice (which she’s happy to give or not give, depending on what you’re after) by 3 months she was sleeping through intermittently and by 4 months consistently! Mel is always punctual and flexible with timings and on the odd occasion she came earlier so we could have the evening off. I was sad to say goodbye to Mel and she will always be a blessing in our lives!

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.
