“Mary Poppins exists” “Mary Poppins exists and lived in our nanny from night nannies “ Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby. The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

Our nanny helped to sleep train my 20 month old son in July 2019. At the time, my son was being nursed to sleep and would wake up numerous times throughout the night, needing to be soothed back to sleep every time. Needless to say, it was tiring for us and him and I felt trapped into having to breastfeed or rock him just to get him to sleep. I was worried that this habit would continue for years if we didn’t put an end to it and that my son would have sleep issues if we didn’t sort it out soon. I just didn’t know how to do it myself.

When our nanny came to sleep train my son for 5 days she was absolutely wonderful. She came in and helped me to cut out the nighttime feed and instead replace it with a bedtime routine. She helped to train my son to go into his cot awake and sleep on his own. This, to me, has been a miracle and saviour that I thought we could never achieve. Not only is he going to sleep on his own, but he usually sleeps for 11 to 12 hours straight, and if he does wake up in the middle of the night, he cries for a few seconds or minutes and then is able to soothe himself and go back to sleep.

We are so grateful to our nanny who was so knowledgeable and kind in her approach, I highly, highly recommend her, she has really changed a huge part of our lives!

Ritah has looked after our newborn son from when he was two days until 3 months old. Ritah was great to work with. She is confident, calm and was lovely and affectionate towards our son. Ritah is professional, proactive with a great attitude, and she very clearly enjoys working with babies. My husband and I found her experience with newborns reassuring and often asked her for advise on feeding, sleeping routines and minor health issues. We can highly recommend her to any family who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and friendly night nanny for their newborn. We will miss Ritah as she helped us immensely through the first crazy weeks of parenthood.

The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. We had a fantastic experience with Night Nannies. We used the service from the time our second son was 6 weeks old. Our nanny had more knowledge about newborns than anyone we have come across in the childcare profession providing us the comfort to get a good night sleep. She gave us invaluable advice that helped to improve our son's sleep and establish a schedule that worked for our family, and was even a hit with our 2 year old who loved running to see her in the mornings. Highly recommend!

We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.
