Through Night Nannies we found an incredible maternity night nurse who supported our family a few nights a week for 5 months after the birth of our baby. From the very first night, she brought such a calming, reassuring presence into our home, and I can’t imagine those early months without her. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and compassionate with both my baby but also to us as parents. She had a natural ease and warmth that instantly made us feel comfortable and confident in her care. She was always prompt, reliable, and consistently professional, arriving each night with a smile and a positive, helpful attitude. She worked efficiently and quietly, keeping everything tidy and organised, and ensured our baby’s needs were fully met while allowing us to rest. She also supported us in establishing a gentle day and evening routine, helping guide our little one to start stretching a bit further at night in a way that felt natural and responsive. Her experience and thoughtful guidance made a huge difference in building confidence and setting a rhythm that worked for us. We also went through a difficult period with feeding, as our baby was diagnosed with reflux and a tongue tie. She was an incredible support during that time - helping us troubleshoot feeds, suggesting practical ways to make things more comfortable for the baby, and reassuring us through what was an emotional and tiring phase. Night Nannies are brilliant at understanding what you're looking for in a person and suggesting the right profiles for you to review. Couldn't recommend them more!

We cannot recommend our nanny highly enough. Our boy adored our nanny from the beginning and would settle as soon as she held him. Our nanny was kind, considerate and very punctual. In addition to giving us much needed sleep, our nanny helped with advice on routine and better sleep for the baby and gave detailed notes the next day on the baby’s night. Putting this guidance into practice, our baby began sleeping much better at night and even through on some occasions - seeming like a miracle! I only wish we had used night nannies earlier.

She also has such a relaxed and calmed personality making it so easy to trust her and feel comfortable around her. Our night nanny has helped us with both of our babies, she is wonderful. She is polite, punctual and extremely professional. She has a very discreet, gentle and unobtrusive manner which we appreciate enormously. She doesn't come in and start bossing everyone around, but gets on with her job and gives excellent advice when asked, making suggestions when necessary. Her love for babies is palpable, I trusted her immediately. She settled both babies into a very predictable sleeping routine at night and left us with them sleeping long stretches, easy to settle back to sleep after waking up to feed once, and happy during the day. We learned so much from her and envy anyone who has the chance to welcome our night nanny into their home.

Night Nannies Margarita was so lovely and helpful. I can highly recommend her. I was amazed at how quickly Autumn started sleeping better. Margarita really helped get Autumn sleeping through the night again and had so much advice on changing her routine to one nap and feeding, etc. I could ask her any question and she was able to give me great advice.

Her childcare was exceptional, we trusted her from the very beginning, and she consistently approached everything in a collaborative way with both myself and my husband, which we really valued for maintaining balance and trust. She was incredibly reliable and was always accommodating if we needed to adjust our schedule. She supported us for nine weeks, from May to July 2025, and we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made after having our baby. Fantastic help from start to finish Fantastic help from start to finish. The office staff were so helpful and efficient and provided us with two outstanding nannies. One was with us every week and one covered when our usual nanny was on holiday. They gave us such valuable advice and helped us navigate a challenging time after a difficult birth. Our son is happy, thriving and sleeps well and I put a lot of this down to the help our night nannies gave us.
