We found our nanny through Jennie at our local branch of Night Nannies. Jennie listened to our needs and was exceptionally helpful- quickly and carefully matching us with the wonderful Sarah.Sarah was everything we needed and more. She was very calm and from the moment she came into our home we felt at ease.Our daughter (aged 2) loved her and enjoyed every second in her company. She always kept her entertained with a range of tasks that were suited to her likes and needs.Sarah was excellent in all ways, and kept us updated during her time with our daughter with messages and our minds were always put at rest.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

We had L twice a week when our premature baby came home from hospital for about 6 weeks. The minute she arrived I knew it was all going to work brilliantly. Both our baby and our dachshund took to her immediately and when she'd arrive, I'd breathe a sigh of relief and they'd all go and get cosy in the nursery together, including the dog who would curl up next to her all night. L is an extremely calm and reassuring presence, with such positivity and gives you the impression she adores your baby!! She helped advise me on how to get into a routine and helped to get him sleeping through the night in a very short space of time. She would send me links to things she recommended, like which bottles to use, and would always answer any questions I had by text even when she wasn't with us.I always enjoyed hearing the update in the morning and she was so quiet and self sufficient when she was with us! I miss her! I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an absolute angel.

We had an amazing maternity nurse for 16 weeks. She arrived when I got home from the hospital after an unplanned C section and taught us everything. Night Nannies recommended her as their first choice and they were absolutely right!

She is a very caring person, attentive and affectionate. She was very helpful at home, giving useful tips as he is our first child, and asking about his well being even after working hours. Night Nannies found us 2 great maternity nurses at different times when we’d had a really tricky time with our newborn son. They were both lovely to have in our home, helped with everything they could, but most importantly were amazing with our son. I felt completely comfortable and safe leaving him with both of them. They made sure he went out for walks and chatted and sang to him. It was really touching to see their relationship. Night Nannies was so helpful to us at a really difficult time, and I’ll always be grateful to both our maternity nurses.

NN helped us find a night nanny for our second baby, 4 nights / week for 2 months, from about 2-10w. The agency was extremely efficient and prompt, providing a list of names and references on the day I enquired, filling our needs very quickly. Like all the other families who provided references, as soon as we met our nanny, we never wanted her to leave! Our NN was very kind, supportive, relaxed and easy to be around. When she arrived a calm descended - just what you need when overtired, adjusting to a new reality as a parent, and when sharing space in your home with someone you don’t yet know well. She brought a wealth of knowledge from all the babies she’s worked with - so we felt we benefited not just from the support in the night (enabling us to get some much needed rest) but from her guidance on routines, reflux, bottle issues, breastfeeding, health problems (our daughter was diagnosed with cows milk allergy) and much more. We wished we had met her earlier and had the benefit of her guidance with our first child, as her gentle and supportive approach would have helped us with new parent challenges and anxieties, and given us an easier journey first time. I’d recommend NN to anyone looking for support with their childcare, and will definitely be booking in the future if we need more support further down the line.

The team is efficient, responsive, and well-informed.We welcomed our night nanny in January 2024. What began as a two-month engagement extended to six months. Our son, then 3 months old, benefitted immensely from her expertise. She attentively addressed my concerns and expertly guided our son through sleep training. Now, he enjoys 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and contentedly stays in his crib until we’re ready to greet the day. Our nanny’s vast knowledge has been invaluable in areas like teething, feeding, establishing bedtime routines, weaning, and addressing various parenting challenges. Her understanding is unparalleled. Great night nanny Our nanny worked for us for 3 weeks as a night time maternity nurse for our 3 month old. She was very respectful and discreet, very experienced with babies and their cues and has an overall warm and caring presence. She was very proactive and always eager to help. Our baby was sleeping through the night during her time with us. We would not hesitate to hire her again and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Sleep training was a really big decision for us. There's a lot of noise about it on Facebook and such, so we were really scared about the process. Margarita was warm, clear and firm - which seems to be the ideal combination in a sleep trainer. Our 7 month old has turned the corner as regards sleep, but is still a very happy, smiley baby.

Fantastic night nanny We had a night nanny from you for our newborn son from 3 weeks old from March- May 2022 and it was fantastic. She had a calming effect on our son when he was upset or screaming and our son was always happy to see her . I was a first time mum and she was very knowledgable about looking after young babies which was so useful . She was always punctual and reliable . She is a kind and lovely person and I could always trust her with our baby . I highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future .
