We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. There were multiple occasions where I requested a night nanny within 24 hours and they always got back to me promptly with great options. Thank you!

Maura agreed to work 24 hours, for a period of 10 days in November 2017, as a maternity nurse to help my daughter Elena, who was 2 months and half old, to sleep better. Elena was always crying and wanted always to be in my arms while walking around in order for her to sleep. Within 2 to 3 days, Maura helped in setting a new routine and a new sleeping habit which made Elena calmer and a happier baby. Until today, I just put Elena (6 months old) to bed with a kiss and she would directly fall asleep and understand that it is “dodo” time. I am very happy with the routine that Maura established for my daughter Elena. She provided me with excellent tips in such a short time.Maura has a high professional standard, easy to have in the house and is a very knowledgeable person, interesting and fun to talk to.As a first time mum, I felt very comfortable having her and would definitely recommend her and ask her to work again for me when I get the second child:). By the way, I gave her number to 2 friends of mine already.

Our Nanny helped us with our son from a week old - I would highly recommend her. She was excellent with our baby and he was very peaceful with her. Night Nannies Saved Us I cannot recommend Night Nannies highly enough. We initially tried to look after our new born son without any help at all. After 6 sleepless nights we were broken and called Night Nannies in the morning to beg for help. They arranged someone the same day who was brilliant and took control of the night time sleeping situation. She advised us on all matters to do with getting our son to sleep. Most of all, the fact that we could hand over our baby for 10 hours without worry to a specialist with over 17 years of experience was a huge bonus and allowed us to sleep properly.

The staff of Night Nannies were very understanding and accommodated to all our requests. They were always available (even on a Sunday) and always understanding of what we required. Worth every penny.

NightNannies found us a wonderful maternity nurse. We wanted someone with lots of experience with multiples and they managed to find a nanny who had looked after more than 20 sets of twins and knew how the handle the specific challenges that come with premature multiples. She joined us for three weeks in February 2023 when our twin sons were newborns. She took on night feeds so that I could get some rest after a difficult time in hospital, and then during the day really focused on getting us set up for success at home - with everything from recommending the best bottles and swaddles, to setting a routine and demonstrating different feeding, burping and soothing techniques. This was particularly important for us as we had twins and wanted to feel confident that we could cope on our own after her departure. She was a joy to have in the house and was wonderful with babies and small children (we also have a 3 year old), but also with adults. She was very respectful of our privacy in the evenings, but was also happy to chat and was great company for me during the day. She is a warm and kind person. She is also an excellent reader of babies. She knows exactly what they need, when. I felt that our boys were not only safe in her hands, but were loved and cherished. She also recognised very quickly when one of our twins was becoming unwell and pushed me to take him straight to A&E - something which saved his life. We will be forever in her debt for this. I can wholeheartedly recommend our NightNannies Nanny to any parent with multiples or a single baby. We will be asking her to come back to help with some of the twins' future transitions and look forward to having her back with our family.

Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.
