Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

Thank you Night Nannies Our nannies (Jennie and Laura) have been very helpful, giving us the much needed sleep at night time. We knew straight away that our babies are in safe hands. Also we could ask them for advice on the general well-being of the babies, which has been very reassuring. Our agents, Katie and Sally are very nice and professional. Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

She made me feel a lot more confident in my role as a new mum and gave me super helpful tips. She helped us to find a routine with our little one. Highly recommend her, she truly is amazing.

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We cannot recommend our nanny highly enough. Our boy adored our nanny from the beginning and would settle as soon as she held him. Our nanny was kind, considerate and very punctual. In addition to giving us much needed sleep, our nanny helped with advice on routine and better sleep for the baby and gave detailed notes the next day on the baby’s night. Putting this guidance into practice, our baby began sleeping much better at night and even through on some occasions - seeming like a miracle! I only wish we had used night nannies earlier.

Our nanny was a breath of fresh air and incredibly generous with her time and advice. I had gotten my 7 month into bad nighttime habits of feeding and in the space of a few days she had worked her magic in an incredibly gentle manner and gotten my little one well on the way to sleeping through. Our nanny's bubbly energy was infectious and she made the entire household happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
