Everything we needed! NightNannies responded incredibly swiftly and helped us find the perfect super nanny within a day. After her arrival, our lives changed. Our 3 month old daughter now goes to bed quickly, does not need bouncing or nursing anymore, loved the bottle and plays tons during the day. All accomplished in three days, without much crying. We now have a solid routine that works well for us. The big test came right after our nanny left: one week by myself with our little one as my husband was travelling. Instead of a stressful week, I enjoyed it so much! What a difference! I cannot recommend highly enough.

The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. Our nanny joined us as a night nanny for three weeks after our little boy was born. As this was our third child we were keen to ensure we weren’t too tired during the first few weeks of his arrival so we could spend some quality time with our young daughters during the day.As soon as she walked through the door, we knew our little boy would be in safe hands. Her warm smile and her polite and professional nature immediately put us at ease. Throughout our time together she offered useful advice from the best swaddles to feeding with a bottle, which are very grateful for.I wish we had known our nanny for when our daughters arrived and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a night nanny.

I highly recommend Night Nannies, and in particular the Nanny we were fortunate enough to have.Night Nannies:I found the agency very responsive: I contacted them via email during a very low point if exhaustion (4w pp during lockdown) I definitely felt they understood what I needed & recommend two nannies who I spoke to- both were very nice and very capable. The fee structure is easy to understand and fair, and they make it easy to work with them.The Nanny:She is a calm and very capable nanny with an easy going personality and an unassuming presence. Nanny worked for us when our daughter was 5 weeks old and was struggling with feeding then expressing, particularly at night. Initially we booked her for 3 nights a week for 2 weeks, and we were delighted to book a 3rd week when her next "assignment" arrived a week late!Nanny helped both me and my husband with tips on feeding, calming & sleeping, she outlined a routine which we can loosely keep to, and she helped me get much needed sleep as well as continue to express when I was about to quit. I plan to have the same Nanny back to help us with sleep regression and help with routines as the baby grows - She is not just an extra pair of hands, a calm and confident nanny, she is a lovely person to be around.

We absolutely loved our night nurse. She took excellent care of our little one. Our son suffered from a few things early on and She was so attentive and caring - we always felt so much better knowing She was there. She helped us problem solve what was going on and also helped get our little guy into a routine. She was lovely, thoughtful & very knowledgeable - a safe and warm pair of hands to help him get through the nights!

An excellent agency! Having struggled with a couple of unpleasant and untrustworthy maternity nurses, I was given Julie's (of Night Nannies) number.
To my amazement she had filled the role in less than twelve hours. It soon became clear that finally, we had secured a trustworthy, loyal and sincere nurse for a newborn baby.
Julie provided a truly excellent service and more importantly a truly excellent nurse!

Night Nannies have been super efficient… Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me. I have found both Julie and Anastasia, open, honest & super fast at responding to all of my queries and also when I am applying for work. I would say that at least 80% of jobs which I have chosen to go for, I have been sucessful! Thank you ladies! X
