A Night Nanny has recently helped my daughter, who is just under 6 months, to sleep through the night. It is early days, however her gentle but confident approach appears to have worked. She was very clear about what we could achieve in the week if we stick to the routine and focus on moving our baby to solids. She was just as much help with sleep as she was with feeding our daughter. She has an incredibly soft nature and was very gentle and loving towards our daughter. It was so helpful having someone so experienced and knowledgable to talk to about our baby's development. I would highly recommend her and if I have any issues in the future I will be getting in touch with her again.

I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.
She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

We have (sadly) come to the end of our six weeks with Jackie Olara and wanted to let you know how utterly blown away we were by her. She is without a doubt one of the most professional, calming, funny and warm characters you can possibly hope to have around in the first few nights back from the hospital. She has implemented an outstanding routine which has been so effective in managing our son’s sleep and development. Her knowledge on what we should be doing and when was beyond extensive and there is no way I could be writing this email if and sitting on my laptop at 10.00pm at night if it wasn’t for the confidence she had given Jess in putting together the routine. You will without a doubt be getting a call from me about her when it’s time for our second and if anyone ever wants to contact me about her I’d be more than happy to chat through our brilliant experience. We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!

Our night nanny was very pleasant and easy to get along with. She was mindful that families have their own ways of doing things and was happy to adapt to our preferences, all the while giving tips, hints and suggestions. We also had the opportunity to meet her daughter at the interview and observed the mother-daughter dynamic. She is a firm but approachable parent. This reassured us that she would be a good fit for our family.

Our night nanny has helped us with both of our babies, she is wonderful. She is polite, punctual and extremely professional. She has a very discreet, gentle and unobtrusive manner which we appreciate enormously. She doesn't come in and start bossing everyone around, but gets on with her job and gives excellent advice when asked, making suggestions when necessary. Her love for babies is palpable, I trusted her immediately. She settled both babies into a very predictable sleeping routine at night and left us with them sleeping long stretches, easy to settle back to sleep after waking up to feed once, and happy during the day. We learned so much from her and envy anyone who has the chance to welcome our night nanny into their home.

Calypso
We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.

We absolutely loved working with our night nanny. She brought such a warm, reassuring presence to our home after the arrival of our baby boy in May. Her childcare was exceptional, we trusted her from the very beginning, and she consistently approached everything in a collaborative way with both myself and my husband, which we really valued for maintaining balance and trust. She was incredibly reliable and was always accommodating if we needed to adjust our schedule. She supported us for nine weeks, from May to July 2025, and we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made after having our baby. She has a wonderful sense of humour, cared deeply for our son, and became such a special part of our home.
