The night nannies nanny came to help me when my daughter was born. She was incredibly helpful, and made my first days and weeks of being a mother thoroughly enjoyable, she helped me so much. She has a very pleasant personality, a good sense of humour, lots of empathy.. she loved the baby and was very caring of me as a mother too. She took initiative at times in an intelligent way, and after making sure I wanted her to, and she would explain things to me, and if, at times, I had an idea that was novel to her, she would inform herself, if necessary read up about it, and listen and give intelligent opinions. I enjoyed our conversations about babies, different routines, breastfeeding etc… She was very helpful throughout breastfeeding, and she was also, when, at times, I needed the baby to be given a bottle. She is a very organised person, and that was wonderful, because at the best of times I am not, and just after my first baby I felt at times a little lost. She tailor made a routine that worked wonderfully! She has great social skills and was liked by everyone in the family, including the dog. The memories of when my daughter was a tiny baby are beautiful and it is a lot thanks to the nanny. She was patient, caring, intelligent, organised, entertaining, and dynamic. I am so happy she was there for us at that time!

‘Our little boy, almost 10months, started waking up during the night almost every 1,5h crying for milk, while before he was waking every 3-4h before. We were desperate, not knowing what caused that, instead of sleeping more while growing, be worse than a newborn. So, I searched through the internet and found out about a new term ‘sleep trainer ‘ I couldn’t believe that existed. Being a bit hesitant since I didn’t know how this worked or how it would work for me since I live far away from London /Uk , I called the agency and they suggested one girl for us! At first, we were planning for her to fly to us but then we realized that this couldn’t work since the baby didn’t have its own bedroom in the house and he was sleeping with us, so we asked her if she could consult us from distant. She accepted and we started. I was really stressed about how this could even work, but from the first night the baby started changing, something I could never believe it was possible. She strategically set up a new schedule for him from day to night which was mandatory for him to change habits and start sleeping. She was there on her phone during the night to advise me in case I needed her and also during the day. I was constantly asking questions since there were so many things and changes for us and the baby but she was there insisting to her technics, since I was so stressed and scared. In a week time, baby finally learned how to soothe himself when waking up during the night or day naps, he eats more, he plays more and he is happier. We also know what to do with him and what to expect from him during the day. I would definitely recommend her for a life changing experience for the baby and the parents! ‘Adriana P.

Our maternity nurse was fantastic and we loved having her. She was really good in setting up routines with our twin baby girls which we are now following, and in helping my wife establish breastfeeding with them. She was great in encouraging us to take the babies out for local walks from the start, and we managed a trip to our nearest shopping centre and tea at M&S cafe, all of which gave us a lot of confidence in taking them out and about. She has a great relationship with our babies and they are missing her already!

Night Nannies found us 2 great maternity nurses at different times when we’d had a really tricky time with our newborn son. They were both lovely to have in our home, helped with everything they could, but most importantly were amazing with our son. I felt completely comfortable and safe leaving him with both of them. They made sure he went out for walks and chatted and sang to him. It was really touching to see their relationship. Night Nannies was so helpful to us at a really difficult time, and I’ll always be grateful to both our maternity nurses.

Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

Amazing night nanny Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. We quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. We trusted her implicitly and out daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!

Amazing!! We contacted night nannies when we were at our wits end. 2 days after calling, someone came out and stayed with us for 3 nights. We didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly but so grateful they did!

Our 5 month old needed to be held to sleep and would not be put down. Night nannies changed that completely! The level of service and commitment is commendable and we cannot express our gratitude.

All email exchanges, phone calls and the sleep consultant herself were professional, trustworthy and realisable. What more could you want!

Your night nanny was a wonder. She has an incredible intuitive sense with people but most importantly with babies too. She really observed our 9 month old Remy and within 24 hours had understood him acutely, which made me feel very relaxed in her hands. She also really listened to my needs as a mother, the fact that I struggle to listen to Remy cry and so did things in the way that worked for both Remy and I. His sleeping didn't finish perfectly (but I expressly said that I didn't need a 7am-7pm result out of it) but she got us to stop co sleeping with him. And she got him to sleep far better than he had been previously, and importantly gave us the tools and support to continue to improve his sleep. We may actually be getting her back, not because she wasn't brilliant but because we had to go away the day she left us which meant Remy regressed (do try and be at home for at least 2 weeks after training I'd say), and frankly also because I think having your night nanny around is good for our family! I cannot recommend night nannies enough.
