Our Supernanny was absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend her. She is very calm, gentle and kind and clearly highly experienced with babies. She came to us for four days to help us establish a better routine for our 4 month old who would only take 25 minute naps and woke hourly all night long. She had lots of great advice and ideas about how to improve this and implemented a new routine which is working really well for us. Our baby is now napping for up to an hour at a time and going much longer stretches at night and it is continuing to improve day by day as we follow the new routine.

Our night nanny came to help us with our daughter two/three nights a week for five weeks. Having her join our new family was one of the best decisions we could have taken – helping us get some much-needed rest was certainly a plus, but it was more her guidance and insight which became invaluable to us. She supported us with giving our daughter her first bath, put me on a feeding schedule to make sure our baby was gaining enough weight (as she was born on the small side) and helped me get set up with the expressing machine (amongst other things). Our night nanny was always on time and very discreet. Most importantly, she was incredible with our daughter – so kind and caring, and always managed to soothe her instantly. We felt that we could completely trust her from the get-go and would certainly love to have her back should there ever be a baby number two.

Night Nannies were quick and responsive to work with and found us an extremely experienced night nanny who took great care of our newborn daughter, letting us get some rest. She was warm and professional, with a wealth of advice if you asked for it. We felt totally comfortable and reassured having her with us and she was supportive through breast feeding and digestive issues. Our daughter loved being with our night nanny and found her very calming and soothing. I credit us having a baby who sleeps well at night with the good practices that she helped us put in place. In summary, our nanny was phenomenal! As two new parents, we were naturally nervous and incredibly sleep deprived. We got our nanny in solely to get some sleep. We got a lot more. Our nanny was so kind, gentle and caring with our baby girl. We were instantly calmed by her nature. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (she even accurately diagnosed our daughter with severe acid reflux and eczema and connected us with a wonderful specialist to get us help). Needless to say, the specialist sorted the reflux and eczema; we now have a happy and comfortable baby who is sleeping far better - all to the credit of our nanny. Highly recommended.

Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator.
