Andrea was a wonderful help and a lovely person to have in the house. She was brilliant with our baby and very calming in general. She always left the room spotless and the bottles washed in the morning which was a great help. I would highly recommend her and the night nannies agency as they sort you out immediately!

She helped us as a maternity nurse for six weeks following the birth of our daughter. She looked after her during the night as well as parts of the day, so we could spend time with our two-year old son. She had a very loving, calm, yet authoritative approach to our daughter's care which the little one loved and we really appreciated! She softly taught the baby a reassuring routine while giving her lots of cuddles and attention. As a result, our daughter has wonderful sleeping habits and is a very contented baby.

Night Nannies were quick and responsive to work with and found us an extremely experienced night nanny who took great care of our newborn daughter, letting us get some rest. She was warm and professional, with a wealth of advice if you asked for it. We felt totally comfortable and reassured having her with us and she was supportive through breast feeding and digestive issues. We also had the opportunity to meet her daughter at the interview and observed the mother-daughter dynamic. She is a firm but approachable parent. Our night nanny was absolutely incredible. I quite possibly could not have got though those first few months without her. She is the most calm, kind and reassuring presence to have around. I trusted her implicitly and my daughter adored her from the first day they met. She would come in at 9pm like an oasis of calm and it meant I could relax and get some sleep for those blissful hours we had her. Those early weeks of motherhood are so hard but she made them feel so much easier to have her supporting us though them. They are also full of so much unsolicited advice which she never ever did. She would be a fountain of amazing knowledge and experience if you asked her but would also empower and reassure you to make decisions and suggest how you might want to do things. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. I only wish she never had to leave!

I highly recommend the services of Night Nannies. Out of desperation one Friday night, I contacted 4 night nanny agencies via their websites. Night Nannies was the only one to respond by Saturday morning (only one more responded by Monday morning, and one responded a whole week later). Night Nannies gave us 2 CVs of highly experienced nannies to review. We interviewed and selected one, who turned out to be excellent. Not only was she skilled at caring for infants, she was warm and kind, and we felt that she genuinely cared about and took delight in our baby. By putting our trust in her and Night Nannies, we were rewarded with excellent care for the baby and several nights of badly-needed sleep for the parents.

Highly recommend We werent sure what the process was in respect of hiring a night nanny but fortunately, Sally made the process easy. The quality of candidates was really high and we are super happy with Cate. Sleeping well on selected nights of the week makes for having a happier family life.
