Night nannies have come to my rescue so much over the passed 4 years with both my kids. They really do have the best calibre nannies and seem to always find a perfect match for your needs.The night nanny they recently sent me is just the most wonderfully warm, kind-hearted and competent person you could ever hope to meet. She is an absolute pleasure and joy to have in the house and she brings calm and happiness to every room she walks into. We are all going to miss her dearly. From the moment she walked into our house, dropped her bags and scooped up my son (who was crying at the time), she has soothed and calmed us all. She is unwaveringly confident and caring with babies and she does her utmost to build up your confidence as a parent. I will be eternally grateful to her and all she has done for my family. My son was suffering from allergies, reflux and sleeping issues at 2months old and after 10 weeks our night nanny will be leaving us with a chubby, happy healthy little boy who sleeps and eats well. My 4 year old daughter is so fond of her too and has so enjoyed having her with us. I wish every mother could be lucky enough to have her in their life.

Given our daughter was born premature, we were looking for a night maternity nurse knowing how critical yet difficult the feeding was likely to be. After interviewing a few candidates we decided to go with one of your nannies. It can be difficult to make a decision on the basis of a relatively short meeting, but thankfully we made the right choice – she has been amazing.
Our nanny initially spent a week with us as a day nurse the very first week we were back from hospital. She truly was a life-saver since we had no idea how challenging it would be with a premature baby, when we were effectively having to re-learn the basics of feeding, changing, etc. from scratch. She went on a mission to ensure that she was feeding well and putting on weight as desired. I’ve never seen anyone get quite so excited when our daughter met her target weight during her check-up with the health visitor! She also provided a lot of reassurance and stability to our home – much needed in those early days.
A few weeks later our nanny returned to help us with the nights. Thankfully she was already familiar with our daughter and was able to completely put us at ease, ensuring that we were able to get a few hours of much needed sleep! Perhaps most importantly, she developed an immediate and special bond with our daughter. In addition she is a pleasure to be around and we had a lot of laughs. She was also able to provide some useful tips/advice for our 20 month old, who can be quite a handful at times!
In sum she is a great maternity nurse and we have no reservation in recommending her – any family would be fortunate to be able to secure her for a position.

Our nanny was amazing! Our nanny was amazing!! She helped us when our baby was so little and was on a feeding plan, she helped take care of him for us to get some rest at night but also gave me lots of advice on my breastfeeding and tips on how to take care of baby.. this really was invaluable help to me! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

When we engaged night nannies to help us at our lowest point with our newborn son who had very bad colic, they literally came to our rescue. Our night nanny was always punctual, professional and in these times of COVID-19 was always wearing the proper PPE and observed all the required social distancing rules etc. More than this she was a complete delight and handled every moment with us with ease and kindness. She also provided us with some great tips from her wealth of experience that with her calmness and some tweaks we implemented and got my son sleeping much better at night just from the few nights she was with us. We cant recommend night nannies highly enough from our experience.

Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

Our nanny worked for us for four and half months, six days a week. She started when we bought our son Oscar hone from hospital at four days old until he was four and a half months old. Her tasks were feeding, changing, re settling and assisting with breastfeeding.Our nanny very quickly got Oscar sleeping very well. While my husband and I struggled to get him to sleep at first, as soon as she arrived at our home he was asleep within minutes using her expertise and sleep techniques. She taught us her techniques and gently led Oscar into a routine and soon we were able to get him to sleep ourselves. Oscar was able to self settle early on owing to her sleep training methods which meant my husband and I were able to have nights to ourselves as he slept soundly from 7pm.On her nights off when we looked after Oscar we found him very easy to settle in the middle of the night, waking up for feeds and then settling immediately again meaning our sleep had very little disturbance.Our nanny assisted with breastfeeding and night feeding both bringing Oscar to me for a breast feed and preparing bottles of expressed milk to give him through the night. She offered lots of assistance and advice with breastfeeding, particularly aiding when I had blocked milk ducts (making hot water bottles etc) and messaging me during the day to see if Oscar and I were ok. She also showed us how to use all the feeding equipment such as the breast pump and steriliser and washed and sterilised equipment for us.Before she started with us she sent lists of her recommended baby products and throughout her time with us always recommended what to buy and gave helpful advice on feeding, sleeping and washing items that we might need. When Oscar had vaccinations, conjunctivitis and cradle cap she offered advice on how to administer treatments and helped us in doing so. She also showed us how to bathe him the first time.As well as these duties, she frequently sent us text messages to ask how Oscar was especially if he’d been having issues (eg for a few weeks he hadn’t put on enough weight) and we very much appreciated her out-of-hours care. She was also flexible in staying late in the morning to help us feed and change Oscar when we were going away on holiday.Our nanny has a kind and calm attitude. We very much trusted her and had no worries about leaving him for the first time in her care while we went to the cinema.Oscar is a very happy and settled baby and it’s partly owing to his sleep routine.

Lea is a professional and very knowledgeable nanny. She helped us taking care of our baby boy for two months, from his two months until almost four and we fell straight away at ease with her. It was difficult for me to leave him as he is my first child, but she completely understood and made it easier for me as I knew he was in good and caring hands. If the circumstances were different and have to go back to work away from home, we would have continued to have her with us, and we hope that situation will change and call her back to take care of our baby.

Wonderful agency providing the best service I can’t say enough wonderful things about Night Nannies! They were able to find us a wonderful nannie who was with us when my partner and the kids had to unexpectedly come to the states while I was caring for my father before he passed away. She was so compassionate and understanding of our situation. It was a very emotional time and she was a wonderful support for my family. She was so flexible with our needs and really went above and beyond. Night Nannies found us someone who was wonderful making us feel at ease and we completely trusted her with the children.
