My daughter was still sleeping in my bed at the age of 18 months. I had tried several times to get her into her own room and in a cot. I failed every time and would sometimes spend 2.5 hours a night of trying to get a baby into a cot that she was having none of. Many months of no evenings to myself, being woken up several times in the night as the baby was in my bed and being back at work, there was no chance I was going to get the baby into a routine by myself. This just had to change. Vera came to my rescue and my life has completely changed in just a few days. I couldn’t believe how easily Vera got my daughter in her own room, in a cot and asleep within 5 mins so effortlessly on the first try. Amazing. Vera's calm and thoughtful approach for sleep training (after seeing how my daughters personality was) simply just worked. I cannot thank her enough. I have a happy baby who actually gets excited to get into her cot and sleeps right through till the morning, I have my evenings back and my bed!!!I would recommend Vera to anyone that has problems with their little ones sleep habits.

Excellent Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

Our nanny was a breath of fresh air and incredibly generous with her time and advice. I had gotten my 7 month into bad nighttime habits of feeding and in the space of a few days she had worked her magic in an incredibly gentle manner and gotten my little one well on the way to sleeping through. Our nanny's bubbly energy was infectious and she made the entire household happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We'd like to say that the service from Night Nannies was incredible – swift, sympathetic and made a huge difference. Our night nanny was absolutely amazing. We instantly felt relaxed with her and she was incredible with our daughter. She was incredibly accommodating, patient and generous. Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. I'm able to enjoy the experience of a newborn and get some rest- thanks so much Night Nannies xx

I initally contacted Night Nannies for help and Jennie came back to me the same day, spoke to me about what I was looking for and then sent me through suitable details for the Sleep Consultants in my area. She was so helpful and informative. It was close to Christmas and she went above and beyond to get the availability of both the Nannies gor me to look at before going ahead with anything else. Within a week we had the amazing Jo doing 5 in house nights and completely turned our lives around!!! We now have a very contented 21 month old that went from practically no sleep to sleeping through the night and sometimes til 7.45am!! Thank you so much Jennie and Jo!!

Fantastic service and very… Fantastic service and very professional. We hired two fantastic candidates from NN. One they were able to provide with 24 hours notice as our maternity nurse injured herself.
