Irene was so fantastic, especially as a new mum having her experience, knowledge and reassurance was a real help. She’s such a loving and caring person and our daughter (Lily) loved her. We felt Lily was in very safe hands and were very comfortable leaving her with her at such a young age. We were able to enjoy every minute of becoming new parents because we weren’t sleep deprived. I would hire Irene again in heartbeat but sadly we no longer leave in London!

I highly recommend the services of Night Nannies. Out of desperation one Friday night, I contacted 4 night nanny agencies via their websites. Night Nannies was the only one to respond by Saturday morning (only one more responded by Monday morning, and one responded a whole week later). Night Nannies gave us 2 CVs of highly experienced nannies to review. We interviewed and selected one, who turned out to be excellent. Not only was she skilled at caring for infants, she was warm and kind, and we felt that she genuinely cared about and took delight in our baby. By putting our trust in her and Night Nannies, we were rewarded with excellent care for the baby and several nights of badly-needed sleep for the parents.

We absolutely loved working with our night nanny. She brought such a warm, reassuring presence to our home after the arrival of our baby boy in May. Her childcare was exceptional, we trusted her from the very beginning, and she consistently approached everything in a collaborative way with both myself and my husband, which we really valued for maintaining balance and trust. She was incredibly reliable and was always accommodating if we needed to adjust our schedule. She supported us for nine weeks, from May to July 2025, and we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made after having our baby. She has a wonderful sense of humour, cared deeply for our son, and became such a special part of our home.

NN helped us find a night nanny for our second baby, 4 nights / week for 2 months, from about 2-10w. The agency was extremely efficient and prompt, providing a list of names and references on the day I enquired, filling our needs very quickly. Like all the other families who provided references, as soon as we met our nanny, we never wanted her to leave! Our NN was very kind, supportive, relaxed and easy to be around. When she arrived a calm descended - just what you need when overtired, adjusting to a new reality as a parent, and when sharing space in your home with someone you don’t yet know well. She brought a wealth of knowledge from all the babies she’s worked with - so we felt we benefited not just from the support in the night (enabling us to get some much needed rest) but from her guidance on routines, reflux, bottle issues, breastfeeding, health problems (our daughter was diagnosed with cows milk allergy) and much more. We wished we had met her earlier and had the benefit of her guidance with our first child, as her gentle and supportive approach would have helped us with new parent challenges and anxieties, and given us an easier journey first time. I’d recommend NN to anyone looking for support with their childcare, and will definitely be booking in the future if we need more support further down the line.

Night Nannies came to our rescue and at very short notice and sent us someone wonderful. We are so grateful for the nights that their Night Nanny took care of our one month old baby. She was kind and gentle in nature and incredibly experienced. We were able to get some much needed sleep, knowing our baby girl was being beautifully taken care of. She also gave us valuable advice and reassurance, helping us navigate those early weeks of parenthood. We would absolutely recommend Night Nannies and their team.

The night nannies nanny came to help me when my daughter was born. She was incredibly helpful, and made my first days and weeks of being a mother thoroughly enjoyable, she helped me so much. She has a very pleasant personality, a good sense of humour, lots of empathy.. she loved the baby and was very caring of me as a mother too. She took initiative at times in an intelligent way, and after making sure I wanted her to, and she would explain things to me, and if, at times, I had an idea that was novel to her, she would inform herself, if necessary read up about it, and listen and give intelligent opinions. I enjoyed our conversations about babies, different routines, breastfeeding etc… She was very helpful throughout breastfeeding, and she was also, when, at times, I needed the baby to be given a bottle. She is a very organised person, and that was wonderful, because at the best of times I am not, and just after my first baby I felt at times a little lost. She tailor made a routine that worked wonderfully! She has great social skills and was liked by everyone in the family, including the dog. The memories of when my daughter was a tiny baby are beautiful and it is a lot thanks to the nanny. She was patient, caring, intelligent, organised, entertaining, and dynamic. I am so happy she was there for us at that time!

Outstanding night nanny The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough
