  • Our nanny was a very calming influence and our son felt safe with her. She looked after him during the night and a few hours in the morning too - our little boy looked both well rested and well played ! She was discrete and quietly confident, exactly what we were looking for in a night nanny! Would definitely recommend.

The service we’ve had from night nannies has been a really big help for us during the first year of having our son. They always have someone great to recommend, even at less than a couple of hours notice. It was a huge comfort to know we could call on them when we had a really tough night or needed to be well rested the day after. The nannies also have great advice for all the problems & concerns I had. A big thumbs up from us :)

  • A friend told me about Night Nannies ‘super nanny’ trouble-shooters so got in touch to get help as we were struggling with some really difficult behaviours with our 3yo son that were affecting us very negatively as a family. Our ‘super nanny’ came and observed us for an afternoon through to bedtime and talked us through her detailed observations and recommendations. 6 weeks later, his behaviour is transformed, the power struggles much reduced, the scary meltdowns have disappeared are and we are a much happier family.

  • I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.
She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

  • Our night nanny was an incredible help for our second child. She was very knowledgable and experienced as I'd assume a night nanny would be. But she was also just very wonderful to work with - a combination of real professionalism and clarity with humor and kindness. So I could enjoy the adult interaction while feeling that she was completely in control of the task. She has a clear sense of how to get a baby to sleep through the night, while making sure to ask what the mother wants along the way and making adjustments. Our son was sleeping through the night by the time she left at about nine weeks and has been doing so ever since. Thank you!

  • My review: I contacted night nannys after my second baby turned out not to be the best sleeper. Four months of broken sleep (and a busy toddler!) had left me on my knees with anxiety and insomnia. I needed help! A friend recommended the agency and when I spoke with Anastasia she was so kind and helpful and instead of providing me with a night nanny, she instead gave me expert advice on what my baby might need - a shorter term hire who would sort the problem of my daughter’s sleep permanently. She gave me my Guardian Angel - Vera Valtcheva. Vera joined us for four days to fix my daughter’s schedule. From day one I could have cried for joy. She got her from sleeping in our Snoo cot by my bed to sleeping in her own cot in her own room. After careful and expert observation of my little girl’s personality and development, Vera implemented a plan for her that meant she went from waking every two hours from 1am and using me as a human dummy to sleeping on her own and self-settling in her cot after two days. Vera brought the joy back in to our home by helping my little girl and getting me some more sleep. After day one my husband and I enjoyed cooking together and a whole evening together again for the first time in four months. She is with us until the end of the week and I don’t want her to go! She also teaches you how to enjoy the amazing time with your baby, giving you tips on toys and interactive play to help their development which in turn helps their sleep. But has the beautiful side effect of giving back to you the joy of a new baby - as the fog of tiredness clears and you can enjoy the glow of new motherhood confident you are doing the right thing for your child. No more insomnia for me! And looking forward to 8 hours unbroken sleep in the future! Vera is an expert, kind, patient and truly loves her job and the children she cares for. I couldn’t have asked for better help for me and my family.

  • Our nanny came to stay with me for two weeks straight after the birth of my son. I’m so glad I arranged for her to come and stay. I had my son on my own and was also completely scared and clueless about how to look after a baby. She showed me how to do everything and took care of both of us so that I could recover from my Caesarian. She came with me to my mid wife appointments and also to visit my mum in the nursing home. Honestly, I would have been lost without her and I can’t thank her enough! And my son absolutely loves her.

  • Our 5.5 months old baby woke up multiple times during the night before our super nanny came to our place. Our baby is a fully breastfeeding and while he was sleeping in a different room, we needed to go multiple times either to put back the dummy or if it didn't help, breastfeed him. With our super nanny's guidance, he only wakes once in the night after one week of training, and our life got more predictable. Following a routine during the day is not only good for the baby, but for the mum as well. Our super nanny was very supportive, and listened to our needs, guided us over the phone for a few more days so that we get the best routine. I can warmly recommend her to parents who struggle with non-sleeping babies, however must highlight that training the baby is not easy and you need to follow the schedule in order to see results. With lots of patience, it is possible to have a good night sleep, and she has been a huge help to our success. We will come back to her in future stages, such as weaning or transitioning from 2 naps to 1!

  • Our Supernanny was absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend her. She is very calm, gentle and kind and clearly highly experienced with babies. She came to us for four days to help us establish a better routine for our 4 month old who would only take 25 minute naps and woke hourly all night long. She had lots of great advice and ideas about how to improve this and implemented a new routine which is working really well for us. Our baby is now napping for up to an hour at a time and going much longer stretches at night and it is continuing to improve day by day as we follow the new routine.
