  • I initally contacted Night Nannies for help and Jennie came back to me the same day, spoke to me about what I was looking for and then sent me through suitable details for the Sleep Consultants in my area. She was so helpful and informative. It was close to Christmas and she went above and beyond to get the availability of both the Nannies gor me to look at before going ahead with anything else. Within a week we had the amazing Jo doing 5 in house nights and completely turned our lives around!!! We now have a very contented 21 month old that went from practically no sleep to sleeping through the night and sometimes til 7.45am!! Thank you so much Jennie and Jo!!

  • Amazing newborn support Alina jumped in to support us on short notice. She was absolutely wonderful. For almost a week, Alina provided day+night support for our newborn. She provided thoughtful, compassionate, expert care. She was also a pleasure to have around the house, with zero fuss and zero mess. If ever needed again, we'd call her immediately.

  • Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

  • NN helped us find a night nanny for our second baby, 4 nights / week for 2 months, from about 2-10w. The agency was extremely efficient and prompt, providing a list of names and references on the day I enquired, filling our needs very quickly. Like all the other families who provided references, as soon as we met our nanny, we never wanted her to leave! Our NN was very kind, supportive, relaxed and easy to be around. When she arrived a calm descended - just what you need when overtired, adjusting to a new reality as a parent, and when sharing space in your home with someone you don’t yet know well. She brought a wealth of knowledge from all the babies she’s worked with - so we felt we benefited not just from the support in the night (enabling us to get some much needed rest) but from her guidance on routines, reflux, bottle issues, breastfeeding, health problems (our daughter was diagnosed with cows milk allergy) and much more. We wished we had met her earlier and had the benefit of her guidance with our first child, as her gentle and supportive approach would have helped us with new parent challenges and anxieties, and given us an easier journey first time. I’d recommend NN to anyone looking for support with their childcare, and will definitely be booking in the future if we need more support further down the line.

  • As a father trying to navigate the sleepless nights with our newborn, finding the right help was a top priority for our family. Night Nannies came to our rescue in ways we couldn't have imagined. From the outset, Night Nannies brought a sense of calm and expertise into our home. Their professionalism and genuine care for our baby's well-being were evident from the start. Thanks to Night Nannies' dedication and guidance, our baby now sleeps through the night consistently, allowing my partner and me to get the rest we desperately need. It's hard to put into words just how much of a difference this has made in our lives. We are incredibly grateful to Night Nannies for their exceptional service and unwavering support. If you're a parent in need of some much-needed rest and expert care for your little one, Night Nannies is the agency to turn to. Trust me, they're worth their weight in gold!

  • Our night nanny was absolutely… Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. She went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. I would recommend the night nanny service without hesitation.

  • We were really in a bind when we first were introduced to our nanny through Night Nannies. Our daughter was 4-weeks old, and my wife had been having trouble breastfeeding and had just contracted mastitis. I knew I would be on my own for a few nights with our baby as my wife got better, so I reached out to Night Nannies for support. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful when I reached out, and within an hour of speaking with their team I had received detailed references for our nanny, and she came over that evening to help care for the baby for the night. Our nanny was so friendly, warm, and caring, and immediately gave us actionable advice to get our baby sleeping longer and on a more regular schedule. After she left, she would follow-up via text to check-in, and you could tell she truly cared about our wellbeing and our daughter's. I am so grateful to our nanny, for being such a wonderful resource in a stressful time, and also for helping to set us up on a successful routine. We'll definitely be reaching back out to her for some additional support as we dive into sleep training!
