  • Thank you!! Thank you so much Night Nannies! My experience of working with the agency was very smooth throughout the whole process. We worked with sleep trainer Margarita over five consecutive nights to help sleep train our 11-month-old baby, and the experience was genuinely transformative. Margarita not only helped our (jet lagged!) baby become a better sleeper, but also supported her in feeling comfortable in her own room and cot, while gently helping us move away from contact napping, rocking and shushing. Her approach was calm, reassuring and always respectful of our baby. What stood out most was Margarita’s exceptional 24/7 support throughout the five days and beyond — not just for night sleep, but also for naps and meal times. As I was trying to transition my baby towards eating more solids rather than relying on milk, Margarita offered thoughtful, practical advice, including meal ideas and simple recipes to support this shift. With years of experience, Margarita shared anecdotes and insights from working with all kinds of babies, which I found incredibly comforting. As a result of this process, my husband and I have our evenings back, and most importantly our baby is sleeping well and continuing to develop confidently and happily. She even started walking a week after! The positive impact has been felt across our whole family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Night Nannies and Margarita to any family looking for a gentle, experienced and deeply supportive sleep trainer.

  • Our night nanny was a God sent. Within four nights she helped our daughter, who’s two years and seven months, sleep through with no crying method whatsoever. It was great to have Margarita around. She was very supportive, kind and incredibly professional. I would highly recommend her to other parents and I would definitely not hesitate to have her back.

  • Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

  • Night Nannies were a lifeline for me… Night Nannies were a lifeline for me after the birth of my baby. My maternity nurse was the most amazing reliable and experienced presence in our lives and a source of endless information and kindness during those first wild weeks. Thank you Night Nannies!

  • Nana came to us as a night nanny when our baby was 10 days old. Initially doing 3 nights a week for 3 weeks but we ended up keeping her for 12 weeks she was so wonderful! Above everything she evidently loves babies and that as well as being a midwife and her calm confidence meant we felt entirely happy to leave our baby with her from the start to get precious sleep, and later on also if we wanted to go out for dinner etc first. She was so reassuring especially for a first time mum and has a lot of experience from other midwifery and nannying - our baby had very bad colic and she never stopped smiling even when he had been a terror! If we have another baby, Nana will be first on my list to call to see if she can come help again! Thank you nightnannies

  • Our night nanny was absolutely… Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. She went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice. I would recommend the night nanny service without hesitation.

  • Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

  • Our nanny worked for us for four and half months, six days a week. She started when we bought our son Oscar hone from hospital at four days old until he was four and a half months old. Her tasks were feeding, changing, re settling and assisting with breastfeeding. Our nanny very quickly got Oscar sleeping very well. While my husband and I struggled to get him to sleep at first, as soon as she arrived at our home he was asleep within minutes using her expertise and sleep techniques. She taught us her techniques and gently led Oscar into a routine and soon we were able to get him to sleep ourselves. Oscar was able to self settle early on owing to her sleep training methods which meant my husband and I were able to have nights to ourselves as he slept soundly from 7pm.On her nights off when we looked after Oscar we found him very easy to settle in the middle of the night, waking up for feeds and then settling immediately again meaning our sleep had very little disturbance. Our nanny assisted with breastfeeding and night feeding both bringing Oscar to me for a breast feed and preparing bottles of expressed milk to give him through the night. She offered lots of assistance and advice with breastfeeding, particularly aiding when I had blocked milk ducts (making hot water bottles etc) and messaging me during the day to see if Oscar and I were ok. She also showed us how to use all the feeding equipment such as the breast pump and steriliser and washed and sterilised equipment for us.Before she started with us she sent lists of her recommended baby products and throughout her time with us always recommended what to buy and gave helpful advice on feeding, sleeping and washing items that we might need. When Oscar had vaccinations, conjunctivitis and cradle cap she offered advice on how to administer treatments and helped us in doing so. She also showed us how to bathe him the first time.As well as these duties, she frequently sent us text messages to ask how Oscar was especially if he’d been having issues (eg for a few weeks he hadn’t put on enough weight) and we very much appreciated her out-of-hours care. She was also flexible in staying late in the morning to help us feed and change Oscar when we were going away on holiday. Our nanny has a kind and calm attitude. We very much trusted her and had no worries about leaving him for the first time in her care while we went to the cinema.Oscar is a very happy and settled baby and it’s partly owing to his sleep routine.

  • Our night nanny has helped us with both of our babies, she is wonderful. She is polite, punctual and extremely professional. She has a very discreet, gentle and unobtrusive manner which we appreciate enormously. She doesn't come in and start bossing everyone around, but gets on with her job and gives excellent advice when asked, making suggestions when necessary. Her love for babies is palpable, I trusted her immediately. She settled both babies into a very predictable sleeping routine at night and left us with them sleeping long stretches, easy to settle back to sleep after waking up to feed once, and happy during the day. We learned so much from her and envy anyone who has the chance to welcome our night nanny into their home.
