  • Vera came to us for two nights when our little girl had just turned 8 months old and had been going through a rough few weeks of sleep. Try as we might my husband and I couldn’t get to the bottom of what was going wrong - she had been a good sleeper from 5 to 7 months and then almost overnight she started to refuse to go down for her daytime naps and started waking and crying every ten to twenty minutes after we had put her down at 7pm, eventually settling at about 11pm. It felt like we were back with a new-born. I was lost without our routine and felt like our baby was asking for something different - but I didn’t know what! And then Vera arrived… and she was amazing! I was initially a little apprehensive about some of the suggestions Vera made but quickly realised that if I wasn’t committed to her advice then I would never know if it would work. Needless to say after following her suggested daytime routine within one night our daughter had dropped her dream feed, within two nights she slept soundly from 7pm to 6.30am, and by day three she was starting to self settle for her daytime naps. What a dramatic change in such a short space of time!Vera helped me to understand that our daughter no longer needed so much sleep during the day and so we cut down her day time naps, we have been giving her more water to quench her thirst and cutting down on her bottle feeds so that she is hungrier at mealtimes. Vera encouraged me to stay strong and remember that our daughter would be much more settled when I was clear with her about when she was going to sleep, when she was eating etc and making sure to stick with the routine for at least a couple of weeks until it had become second nature to our baby. We are just a week in but there is a great difference already to our family dynamic and my confidence as a Mum has returned.I would highly recommend Vera if you need any help with your baby’s sleep. She has a plethora of knowledge, is passionate about her work and looked after us and our baby incredibly well. She is a rare find!

  • Everything we needed! NightNannies responded incredibly swiftly and helped us find the perfect super nanny within a day. After her arrival, our lives changed. Our 3 month old daughter now goes to bed quickly, does not need bouncing or nursing anymore, loved the bottle and plays tons during the day. All accomplished in three days, without much crying. We now have a solid routine that works well for us. The big test came right after our nanny left: one week by myself with our little one as my husband was travelling. Instead of a stressful week, I enjoyed it so much! What a difference! I cannot recommend highly enough.

  • Excellent Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!

  • Your night nanny was a wonder. She has an incredible intuitive sense with people but most importantly with babies too. She really observed our 9 month old Remy and within 24 hours had understood him acutely, which made me feel very relaxed in her hands. She also really listened to my needs as a mother, the fact that I struggle to listen to Remy cry and so did things in the way that worked for both Remy and I. His sleeping didn't finish perfectly (but I expressly said that I didn't need a 7am-7pm result out of it) but she got us to stop co sleeping with him. And she got him to sleep far better than he had been previously, and importantly gave us the tools and support to continue to improve his sleep. We may actually be getting her back, not because she wasn't brilliant but because we had to go away the day she left us which meant Remy regressed (do try and be at home for at least 2 weeks after training I'd say), and frankly also because I think having your night nanny around is good for our family! I cannot recommend night nannies enough.

  • We absolutely loved our night nurse. She took excellent care of our little one. Our son suffered from a few things early on and She was so attentive and caring - we always felt so much better knowing She was there. She helped us problem solve what was going on and also helped get our little guy into a routine. She was lovely, thoughtful & very knowledgeable - a safe and warm pair of hands to help him get through the nights!

  • Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator. I would recommend her without hesitation.

  • Our night nanny was a true baby whisperer - I witnessed my newborn’s first smiles after her first night with us. Such a special treat! She helped my husband and I really relax by answering all of our questions and imparting her wisdom on us, as well as of course giving us the wonderful gift of sleep!!

  • Happy baby, happy mom I wanna start saying that the sleep training was the best desicion i ever made, i was sceptical because i tought my baby was going to cry a lot and that gave a lot of anxiety, but im so glad it wasnt too bad, it went so well, our sleep trainer was a live saver, i was getting depresion from the lack of sleep, now both of us are in better mood, i already started recommending you, thank you so much for helping us.
