  • Our night nanny was fantastic with our… Our night nanny was fantastic with our newborn Zachary. She was always very punctual, extremely kind, and conscientious. She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.

  • We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!

  • We had a very good experience working with a night nanny for our baby. She helped us establish a routine, and get some sleep so we had some energy to devote to our older child, too. We have recommended night nannies to many friends who have needed a break in those early days with a newborn.

  • I worked with Jennie who helped me to find a nanny for our 2 weeks stay in London and she saved my life. It was a very last minute request and I could not find anybody reliable until I’ve been recommended Jennie. She was so efficient and started her search right away and reassured me that even though it is very last minute she will do everything to help me to find the help I desperately needed. And so she did, she connected me with Karen and, boy, did she helped us ! Our daughter had a stranger/separation anxiety and it took her a lot of time to get used to new people, so I prepared Karen that it will take a few days of us working hard together, so I can eventually leave them and do my work but to my absolute surprise my daughter got used to her the very first day like she knew her. In fact she didn’t even noticed me leaving the room after just 20 minutes of introduction. Karen definitely has a magic touch with children and she was most helpful and did her best to accommodate all of my requests.it was easy to work with the agency and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

  • Our nanny helped to sleep train my 20 month old son in July 2019. At the time, my son was being nursed to sleep and would wake up numerous times throughout the night, needing to be soothed back to sleep every time. Needless to say, it was tiring for us and him and I felt trapped into having to breastfeed or rock him just to get him to sleep. I was worried that this habit would continue for years if we didn’t put an end to it and that my son would have sleep issues if we didn’t sort it out soon. I just didn’t know how to do it myself.

When our nanny came to sleep train my son for 5 days she was absolutely wonderful. She came in and helped me to cut out the nighttime feed and instead replace it with a bedtime routine. She helped to train my son to go into his cot awake and sleep on his own. This, to me, has been a miracle and saviour that I thought we could never achieve. Not only is he going to sleep on his own, but he usually sleeps for 11 to 12 hours straight, and if he does wake up in the middle of the night, he cries for a few seconds or minutes and then is able to soothe himself and go back to sleep.

We are so grateful to our nanny who was so knowledgeable and kind in her approach, I highly, highly recommend her, she has really changed a huge part of our lives!

  • Our night nanny was a true baby whisperer - I witnessed my newborn’s first smiles after her first night with us. Such a special treat! She helped my husband and I really relax by answering all of our questions and imparting her wisdom on us, as well as of course giving us the wonderful gift of sleep!!

  • Not only did our Night Nanny ensure that my husband and I had a blissful, uninterrupted night’s sleep but I was also so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and truly touched by the depth of care she showed towards my daughter - and, actually, to me and my own welfare.I have since told all my friends due to give birth that using Night Nannies is an absolute must. Honestly, why we waited till our daughter was six weeks old to use Night Nannies is not an error I will make next time round!

  • We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.

She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.

We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!

We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

  • I had been recommended NightNannies.com by two separate friends, both of whom found almost immediate improvement in their babies sleep after implementing the learnings of their specialist. My 9-month-old son was still having a dream feed, and then waking up anywhere between 2am – 5am. If he woke at 5, he thought that was the start of his day, and he was completely dependent on his dummy. As I was returning to work – and was shattered! – I thought I would invest in some help and support. Our NightNannies.com representative was Tina – she contacted me in advance of coming over and found out what our issues were, and we discussed a variety of strategies that could help. One of the tips Tina recommended had an immediate impact improving my son’s sleep even before she came over, which was fantastic.Tina was with us for two nights. The first night she arrived, met my son and we again discussed and agreed the strategy for the night ahead – cold turkey on both the dream feed and the dummy! Not long after my son went to bed, Tina settled into her room for the night. By the end of the second night my son was able to go to sleep without his dummy and stay asleep throughout the night. We are now regularly getting sleep 7pm – 7am!Tina has been in constant touch after visiting to ensure things are still going well and has been a fantastic source of support and knowledge if I have had any questions.Overall, I would absolutely recommend using NightNannies.co.uk in general, and Tina in particular. For two nights we spent the same as two nights in a hotel – however it is more restful, and this has improved my sons sleep – and therefore mine! – forever. Thank you, Tina!

  • I highly recommend the services of Night Nannies. Out of desperation one Friday night, I contacted 4 night nanny agencies via their websites. Night Nannies was the only one to respond by Saturday morning (only one more responded by Monday morning, and one responded a whole week later). Night Nannies gave us 2 CVs of highly experienced nannies to review. We interviewed and selected one, who turned out to be excellent. Not only was she skilled at caring for infants, she was warm and kind, and we felt that she genuinely cared about and took delight in our baby. By putting our trust in her and Night Nannies, we were rewarded with excellent care for the baby and several nights of badly-needed sleep for the parents.
