  • Trusted, reliable and provided great care for our child Nighttime Nannies was an absolute lifesaver for us. We struggled with getting our little one set up in his cot when we returned home from hospital, as he wouldn’t be apart from us and had bad reflux. They were so helpful on the phone, reassuring a frazzled new mum that they would have someone there for me that very night! They also assured me that after a good night’s sleep we’d be refreshed and much more capable of handling all the pressures of having a one week old. Within a few hours, I had 3 fantastic CVs in my inbox, and after 1 phone call I knew I’d found the right person. The lady who came was a fantastic nanny and she clearly really cared for babies. She gave us pointers but respected our parenting style and always made me feel like the mother and that my view was the most important. The team at NN were responsive, always kind, and so supportive. I am so glad I chose Night Nannies. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again myself if I had another child.

  • Agency review We have used the Night Nannies agency twice following the birth of our second and third sons. Both times they’ve supplied us with great night nannies, including extra cover when inevitably we decided we wanted support for longer than we had originally planned! One lady in particular helped us tremendously with our middle son - pointing us in the right direction to have him diagnose with a milk intolerance. Without her I can’t see that we would have got the medical help that eventually transformed him into a much happier baby! She returned to us with our third son when he was ten weeks old, feeding a couple of times a night with sleep stretches seeming to becoming shorter rather than longer. She immediately had us working towards 1 feed a night - giving us the confidence and techniques to wind him properly and to settle him without feeding. Totally transformative! With the right night nanny it’s possible to get not just some overnight rest but also sleep consultant type services thrown in.

  • Excellent experience We've had an excellent experience using Night Nannies. They quickly provided us with three highly relevant profiles for our specific needs - newborn twins! We interviewed two of them who both seemed excellent and within a week we had booked a night nanny. Our night nanny was just superb, she immediately put us at ease, took great care of our twins and allowed us to get some much needed sleep! We thought we'd use her for 2 weeks but it ended up being 2 months. I would highly recommend using Night Nannies if you want to find the best nanny for what you're looking for.

Our minds were at ease whenever she was here to help and we cannot thank her enough for her guidance and friendship during her time with us.   • Our nanny has been brilliant Our nanny has been brilliant. She’s been coming to us once or twice a week for a couple of months now since our baby was a month old and has helped us through a very tough time. We’ve loved how trustworthy and non judgemental she is. She immediately put us at ease and is really responsive to our preferences. Her care is excellent and I think has really helped our baby get into some good sleep habits such as settling in the SNOO. Occasionally transport issues has meant that she’s been delayed but most weeks she arrives early and has been incredibly reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. The agency has also been great, very efficient and found us a great cover nanny very quickly when our usual nanny couldn’t be with us because of a family emergency.
