  • I can’t say enough wonderful things about Irene! As you know she was with us when mathew and the kids had to unexpectedly come to the states while I was caring for my father before he passed away. She was so compassionate and understanding of our situation. It was a very emotional time and she was a wonderful support for mathew, myself and especially the children. She was so flexible with our needs and really went above and beyond. She was wonderfully making us feel at ease and we completely trusted her with the children. They absolutely adored her. We are so grateful that you were able to find her for us especially with the little notice we gave. Working with your agency was a pleasure.

  • Exceptional specialists We used Night Nannies to find a last minute, temporary maternity nurse and also to find a sleep trainer for our 6.5 month old baby. Both of the specialists who were sourced by the agency were brilliant; very professional, kind and caring. We felt totally comfortable with both women and would have them both back in a heartbeat, should we have another baby. I would highly reccomend the agency.

  • spent 2 days with us for helping us to settle our son, especially at night. She is amazing. We learnt a lot from her. And after she left she sent all the notes to us, that's really help us. And she also recommended a lot useful information and books to us. I will definitely recommend Kathryn and your agency to my friends who will become new parents. Please find the attachment is the photo of Kathryn with my son.

  • I highly recommend Night Nannies, and in particular the Nanny we were fortunate enough to have.Night Nannies:I found the agency very responsive: I contacted them via email during a very low point if exhaustion (4w pp during lockdown) I definitely felt they understood what I needed & recommend two nannies who I spoke to- both were very nice and very capable. The fee structure is easy to understand and fair, and they make it easy to work with them. The Nanny:She is a calm and very capable nanny with an easy going personality and an unassuming presence. Nanny worked for us when our daughter was 5 weeks old and was struggling with feeding then expressing, particularly at night. Initially we booked her for 3 nights a week for 2 weeks, and we were delighted to book a 3rd week when her next "assignment" arrived a week late!Nanny helped both me and my husband with tips on feeding, calming & sleeping, she outlined a routine which we can loosely keep to, and she helped me get much needed sleep as well as continue to express when I was about to quit. I plan to have the same Nanny back to help us with sleep regression and help with routines as the baby grows - She is not just an extra pair of hands, a calm and confident nanny, she is a lovely person to be around.

  • Given our daughter was born premature, we were looking for a night maternity nurse knowing how critical yet difficult the feeding was likely to be. After interviewing a few candidates we decided to go with one of your nannies. It can be difficult to make a decision on the basis of a relatively short meeting, but thankfully we made the right choice – she has been amazing. Our nanny initially spent a week with us as a day nurse the very first week we were back from hospital. She truly was a life-saver since we had no idea how challenging it would be with a premature baby, when we were effectively having to re-learn the basics of feeding, changing, etc. from scratch. She went on a mission to ensure that she was feeding well and putting on weight as desired. I’ve never seen anyone get quite so excited when our daughter met her target weight during her check-up with the health visitor! She also provided a lot of reassurance and stability to our home – much needed in those early days.A few weeks later our nanny returned to help us with the nights. Thankfully she was already familiar with our daughter and was able to completely put us at ease, ensuring that we were able to get a few hours of much needed sleep! Perhaps most importantly, she developed an immediate and special bond with our daughter. In addition she is a pleasure to be around and we had a lot of laughs. She was also able to provide some useful tips/advice for our 20 month old, who can be quite a handful at times! In sum she is a great maternity nurse and we have no reservation in recommending her – any family would be fortunate to be able to secure her for a position.

  • Your night nanny was a wonder. She has an incredible intuitive sense with people but most importantly with babies too. She really observed our 9 month old Remy and within 24 hours had understood him acutely, which made me feel very relaxed in her hands. She also really listened to my needs as a mother, the fact that I struggle to listen to Remy cry and so did things in the way that worked for both Remy and I. His sleeping didn't finish perfectly (but I expressly said that I didn't need a 7am-7pm result out of it) but she got us to stop co sleeping with him. And she got him to sleep far better than he had been previously, and importantly gave us the tools and support to continue to improve his sleep. We may actually be getting her back, not because she wasn't brilliant but because we had to go away the day she left us which meant Remy regressed (do try and be at home for at least 2 weeks after training I'd say), and frankly also because I think having your night nanny around is good for our family! I cannot recommend night nannies enough.

  • Julia worked with our family every week for over a month. From start to finish, Julia was a pillar of strength for me. Our whole family will miss her lots. The great thing about Julia is that she looks after the mum and well as the baby. She knows that the only way for a baby to thrive is for a mum to thrive too. Julia has been like a mother to me. I don’t know how we could have progressed without her.Julia entered our lives when our baby daughter, Amina was sick. She knew what to do and offered reassurance to my husband and I. Julia also taught Amina how to use the bottle (amina always refused with us, so we never tried again). There are so many small things that Julia did for me that make her to special. From checking in most days with me to see how I was, to suggesting sleep spray to help me sleep, Julia cares for the whole family. She was also beyond perfect with Amina. Amina only tends to nap for 30 mins at a time and Julia was already more than happy to entertain Amina when she didn’t want to sleep. She also tried lots of different things to see if we could get Amina to sleep for longer. I’m so sad that Julia has got a new family to look after. They are very fortunate to have her. If any mums are lucky enough to work with Julia, try and keep her for as long as possible!!!
