  • Genuine advice to clients Contacted nightnannies needing a night nanny help for one for our 8 months old daughter who was waking up every two hours, and we just need a break for a week. They recommended against using a nightnanny at this age and instead try to establish a better routine. Indeed trying harder to have a routine with her helped us and the baby so much and let her have full night sleeps. They basically lost a potential client and revenues and have advice tailored to the situation. If we have another kid we will def come earlier for support if we need. Thank you.

  • I don’t know where to begin to thank our Sleeptrainer for everything she did for our family. I am heavily pregnant, and was co-sleeping with our one year old son who was still waking up in the night and drinking bottles of milk. With the new baby looming, I knew I had to sort out this arrangement ASAP! Thank goodness for our Sleeptrainer. She asked for a detailed agenda of what our day looked like, she then went through all the things we should and shouldn’t be doing. From which probiotics to take to food, nap times, toys and more. Incredibly helpful for a first time mother to have this guidance! She wrote us a plan hour by hour- that was realistic and easy to follow. She was there every step of the way, constantly checking in when she wasn’t at our home. Our son dropped his morning nap, moved to his cot and dropped waking in the night for bottle feeds all within a few days. He slept through the night almost instantly. He was ready for all the changes that she made, which was very reassuring as I was nervous about the idea of the crying out technique. He now sleeps from 7pm until 7am and is so much happier! He’s eating more and has adapted so well to the changes. our Sleeptrainer sits down with you every night and gives you a chance to ask any questions- no matter how stupid! She’s incredibly professional, kind and caring. Thank you for turning our life around and making sure I’m ready for the newborn! Thank you for all the help and advice. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Worth every penny and more! Since She left she’s been in touch to check in and make sure our son is still doing well. It’s really lovely to know I have the support if I need it ongoing. I’ll use her again if I have any problems breast feeding or with sleeping for my next son. Thank you and we miss her already!

  • We had Chloe from NightNannies and she… We had Chloe from NightNannies and she was absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for better help during a really stressful time. We had been exclusively pumping but she helped us establish breastfeeding in one day and was very encouraging. She was kind, caring, professional and very knowledgable. We felt totally safe and comfortable leaving our newborn with her overnight and will really miss her!

  • We cannot recommend night nannies… We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

  • Julia was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time away from our 4 month old baby and her experience, calm demeanour and her caring nature gave us great confidence. Julia was absolutely wonderful and we would recommend her to anyone.

  • Our maternity nurse was an angel! She brought an immense sense of calm to the chaos that was a toddler and 3 month old twins. Just with us a short time to give us a 2 week ‘holiday’ and in that time she managed to gently nudge our very unsettled babies into a solid routine and showed us how to get both babies bathed, fed and settled for the night within an hour or so. She left us in a very good place with the babies and gave us the space we needed to help our toddler into a better routine that works with the babies too. And she was personally a lovely lady too. I would certainly recommend her.

  • We don't have words to thank you Vera for everything she has done with our little one and the GAME CHANGER that represents in our family!! Our little one is 1 year old and during his first year we barely could sleep for a window of 2/3 max 4 hours straight as he was waking up constantly...a lot of rocking during the night to put him back to sleep (sometimes 1 hour rocking him!!), lots of breastfeeding, lots of sleeping in our bed...in a nutshell we were doing everything wrong. Of course, the bad nights impacted on a non-routine during the day. We were not able to know when our little one have to wake up, a clear an definided play time, lunch, naps , etc etc etc. but Everything changed 180 degrees with you Vera! Now our little one is almost sleeping from 7pm to 7am!!! something that was totally unthinkable for us! of course now we have a clear routine to follow during the day, much more happy (much more less fussy and cranky during the day) has lots of energy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH VERA!!! we will be always grateful and in debt with you! Cheers!

  • The wonderful night nanny worked for us for 11 weeks in spring 2022. We loved her so much that it was difficult to let her go (but she trained our baby son to sleep from 7pm - 7am so we no longer needed her!). She is the ultimate professional: punctual, organized, neat and clean, detail oriented, hard working and efficient. She is also a very sweet person who cared for our baby as though he were her own son. We learned so much from her and we will miss her reassuring presence. I have already told her she MUST come back when we have a second child!
