  • Kind, competent and knowledgeable night nanny The night nanny looked after our newborn son on several occasions during his first 6-8 weeks and was absolutely brilliant in allowing us to get some rest and in helping to establish a nighttime feeding routine in the early days. I felt completely comfortable leaving Louis with her and she was kind, competent, and knowledgeable. She arrived on time on every occasion and was always friendly. I would have no hesitations in recommending her to another family, or in working with her again.

  • Maura agreed to work 24 hours, for a period of 10 days in November 2017, as a maternity nurse to help my daughter Elena, who was 2 months and half old, to sleep better. Elena was always crying and wanted always to be in my arms while walking around in order for her to sleep. Within 2 to 3 days, Maura helped in setting a new routine and a new sleeping habit which made Elena calmer and a happier baby. Until today, I just put Elena (6 months old) to bed with a kiss and she would directly fall asleep and understand that it is “dodo” time. I am very happy with the routine that Maura established for my daughter Elena. She provided me with excellent tips in such a short time.Maura has a high professional standard, easy to have in the house and is a very knowledgeable person, interesting and fun to talk to.As a first time mum, I felt very comfortable having her and would definitely recommend her and ask her to work again for me when I get the second child:). By the way, I gave her number to 2 friends of mine already.

  • My 9-month-old baby boy had some problems with sleeping so I ended up calling to Night Nannies in order to get a good sleep trainer. Before the training we co-slept with the baby and he woke up every 3-2 hours and only way to put him back to sleep was to nurse him. I was so tired and needed some help to make him sleep better. In 5 nights the sleep trainer managed to make him sleep through the night in his own cot. If he wakes up, he can go back to sleep alone in couple of minutes if he is not hungry. But I have to feed him maximum once in the night (12 hours) which is amazing! The nanny stayed with him during the first nights and did not leave him to cry it out. She stroke his head and made sure everything is ok. I would definitely ask the nanny come again if I needed help with my baby.

  • The night nanny joined us when our first daughter was 6 weeks old, suffering badly with reflux and not sleeping well. She immediately figured out what was wrong and in the few weeks that she was with us, completely changed our daughter's routine. Within a few weeks she was sleeping through the night and thanks to the work the nanny did, she still is. We have learnt so much, and she was always happy to answer additional questions outside of her working hours which has been most reassuring. Would have no hesitation in recommending her and she was a pleasure to have around. Regards, Tom & Lily

  • Excellent Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

  • NN helped us find a night nanny for our second baby, 4 nights / week for 2 months, from about 2-10w. The agency was extremely efficient and prompt, providing a list of names and references on the day I enquired, filling our needs very quickly. Like all the other families who provided references, as soon as we met our nanny, we never wanted her to leave! Our NN was very kind, supportive, relaxed and easy to be around. When she arrived a calm descended - just what you need when overtired, adjusting to a new reality as a parent, and when sharing space in your home with someone you don’t yet know well. She brought a wealth of knowledge from all the babies she’s worked with - so we felt we benefited not just from the support in the night (enabling us to get some much needed rest) but from her guidance on routines, reflux, bottle issues, breastfeeding, health problems (our daughter was diagnosed with cows milk allergy) and much more. We wished we had met her earlier and had the benefit of her guidance with our first child, as her gentle and supportive approach would have helped us with new parent challenges and anxieties, and given us an easier journey first time. I’d recommend NN to anyone looking for support with their childcare, and will definitely be booking in the future if we need more support further down the line.
