  • We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.

  • ChXXXX came to help us when our son was only one week old and she was fantastic at educating us about what we needed to do in order to create a good night time schedule for him. Additionally, she has a huge number of sleep tricks that enabled our son to sleep and also allowed us to get a decent night of sleep and not worry about him. She is hugely experienced and we greatly appreciated how professional she was. She has a wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with babies, and we found this invaluable. We liked her so much that we took her to Norway over the festive period to continue to help us. ChXXXX is a great character and we liked her instantly. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone with a new born who needs help and advice. We would have liked to keep ChXXXX for 3 months, but all the complications with covid and traveling meant that we were not able to do this. In the end we used her for about 3 weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough. We used ChrXXXX on two occasions and were struck by how calm and helpful she was. She has many years of experience and we felt very comfortable leaving our son with her. One major advantage with ChrXXXX is that she has her own car and can drive to and from night nannying. This is a significant differentiator during the covid period and we felt very comfortable having someone who did not need to take public transport to get to us. The vast majority of Nightnannies do not have their own car or do not live in central London meaning that the fact ChrXXXX does live fairly centrally in London and does have her own car is of note.

  • I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule. She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

  • We had an excellent experience with the maternity nurse we found through night nannies. She worked with us in June and July 2019, starting when our son was 3 weeks old. We had planned to start with her a week after his expected due date but he was born 3 weeks earlier than expected and she was working with another family at the time. Nonetheless, she was able to make herself available to help us whenever she had free time on days off, and before that was always available for a call and on WhatsApp from as soon as we agreed to work together earlier in my pregnancy. She answered any questions we had about preparing for the baby, and gave great advice on what to buy and what was not essential at the time. She also helped us find the best deals and offers around. This was extremely helpful for us because we felt overwhelmed with preparations, especially when we knew he would arrive early, and were exhausted in the early days after the delivery. I don’t know what we would have done without her support and guidance in those early days.

When she started full time with us she immediately brought structure and order. She advised us on how to better set up our son’s things, and gave us tons of other tips and tricks for managing everyday life with a baby. She was with us for events we were nervous about like his first bath, and came to hospital with us when he had to do a small surgical procedure. Having her with us in hospital was so comforting; she was supportive and reassuring, and kept us calm. She also spotted other issues early on, such as a thrush infection he had just as it was starting to appear, and always knew exactly what to do. If it were not for her his infection could gotten much worse.

She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about caring for a newborn. She also introduced a routine early on which was essential in helping us get things on track and explained the idea behind the routine so we were able to adjust where necessary. We learned so much from her that we became so much more confident and comfortable.

Breastfeeding was not easy for me and there were several points at which I felt I could not continue. Having her around helped in this challenging time. She helped me find the most comfortable positions for feeding and identify the reason for some issues we were having, such as incorrect latch.

As a person, she is very considerate, calm, cheerful, positive and helpful. She is flexible and always trying to make things easier for us. My husband and I really enjoyed having her around. She was also easy to live with and very tidy.

Most importantly, she was amazing with our baby. She was loving and warm, and had a great way with him; he absolutely loved her! We felt extremely confident in her ability to take care of him and comfortable leaving him alone with her from day 1. She still asks about him frequently and is always happy to answer any questions we have as he grows.

Thanks to her, our first few weeks as parents were relaxed and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend her to any new parent.

  • 5 star agency As a first time mum I had no idea what to expect from a nanny service. The website and all correspondence was very detailed and I was able to ascertain easily what we needed (a night nanny). We were sent lots of CV’s of potential nanny’s and able to choose. Once we had finished with our first nanny, we decided we wanted more help and they were able to match us again. Payment was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the agency.

  • I had the most wonderful nigh Nanny, not only was she gentle and caring but she was so professional and warm! She also helped me sleep train my daughter. My daughter had acid reflux and colic and the nanny knew exactly what to do, and how to wind her properly. She weened her off similac alimentum back onto normal milk again. She gently massaged her in ways I never knew. Never rocked her but gently got her to sleep easily. She recorded all the different cries on her phone in the night and talked me through her technique in calming the baby without picking her up. She soothed her and taught us not to rely on the dummy so much. I have three children but I learnt so much more this time round through the night nanny and only wish I knew all these amazing secrets with the other two. If I ever had another child I would hire again for the first 12 weeks. Thank you so much for all your support x

  • Second time using night nannies to find… Second time using night nannies to find me a maternity nurse for my newborn. Excellent service and they matched me with an incredible nanny who not only took good care of my son, putting him in an excellent routine early doors, but also took great care of me, allowing me to recover physically and mentally quicker than I otherwise would.

  • When the night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldn’t get out of. I can’t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. He’ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous. Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasn’t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my baby’s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.

  • Fernanda was really excellent and even better than I could have hoped. She balanced both professionalism whilst still being very personable and incredibly sweet and caring with baby Peri. She helped me to find a routine which fit both by breastfeeding capabilities and the baby’s needs. I really valued her showing me the ropes with bathing, burping, playtime and bath time. Her help was invaluable and she is much missed.
