  • We would certainly recommend to anyone who is struggling with their babies sleep or feeding habits.
Prior to our nanny's visit our 11 month old son would wake 2-4 times a night and usually take up to an hour to resettle.
We knew that he knew how to sleep as we had previously had some periods of very good sleep ad he was settling himself to sleep at nap/bed times.
Our nanny arrived and straight away identified that he was not eating enough solid food during the day and was therefore waking out of hunger. We knew that his food intake was very low and we were actually due to see a pediatrician to investigate his eating habits.
Our nanny developed a new eating and napping schedule for him and instructed us to follow it for a few days to establish if his eating would improve, we stopped all night feeds and followed the schedule. Within 3 days he was eating ten times more than he had ever eaten and was even using a spoon, something up until then he had always refused. The change in eating habits was also reflected in his sleep and he stopped waking in the night. He now goes for his naps and bedtime without any fuss, he will drink a full bottle of milk and has 3 large meals a day. He sleeps for 12 hours a night and if he does wake he will settle himself within seconds.
For us, this makes a huge difference to our lives. We no longer go to bed each night in fear and we have even been able to leave him with a babysitter as we can be sure he will sleep.
Our nanny was a lovely lady, she was very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.
She gave us great advice and support while she was here and maintained contact throughout each day to support us in implementing the new routine.
If we have another baby we will definitely be in touch!

  • our night nanny was punctual and even early on one occasion when looking after my daughter. She was very polite, calm and warm in her manner. She kept me updated after she had left the house by sending my a message with the baby’s night activities including when she fed, how much etc. She was happy to do a dream feed which I requested as we introduced it recently. She left the baby’s room tidy and washed the bottles up before leaving. I would certainly recommend night nannies as a company to find kind, punctual, professional night nannies

  • We had a night nannies maternity nurse for four weeks from 29 April to 30 June 2022. She helped us with our second son and arrived with us the day I was discharged from hospital after a planned c-section. She is such a calming presence, so patient and incredibly hard working. She always has a smile on her face and we have been so lucky to have her as part of our family. Our two-year old adored her and she made the first few weeks as a family of four really enjoyable. She would give my husband and I some time alone together after our toddler went to bed but was always on hand to help when we needed it.She is always on time and is incredibly tidy - she would refuse to have her dinner until all the bottles were sterilised! She kindly had sole charge of our baby when we attended a christening and came with us to a family wedding where she expertly packed everything our baby needed and looked after him so well in a very busy house hosting the wedding.I cannot recommend our maternity nurse enough - I wish she could stay with us forever and any family would be very lucky to have her help and expertise.

  • I can not recommend night Nannies (and particularly the nanny that helped me) highly enough. She helped me for 3 months with my newborn. She is very knowledgable and provided invaluable advice on many topics ranging from breastfeeding to how to help the baby when he has a cold. I also liked that I didn’t feel she was ‘clock watching’ and would always make sure the baby was ok and fed before leaving in the mornings. I don’t know what we would have done without her. We miss her - thank you Night Nannies!

  • Our 10-month-old baby has never been a good sleeper, waking up 2 to 4 times a night and needing to fall asleep in our arms. Nap time was a constant struggle, with him barely sleeping for 30 minutes at a time. Frustrated and sleep-deprived, we decided to seek help from a sleep trainer, and luckily, we found Night Nannies. The night before the sleep trainer's arrival, my wife was filled with anxiety and even considered cancelling. However, her presence immediately put us at ease, exuding professionalism and confidence. After just two nights of guidance, we began to witness a remarkable transformation. Today, our baby sleeps soundly from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.! We diligently follow the routine that was recommended, and it's been a game-changer for us. But the sleep trainer's expertise goes beyond fixing sleep schedules. She provided valuable advice on our baby's feeding and activities. Her extensive experience with infants shines through in her thoughtful recommendations. We wholeheartedly recommend her services to any parents facing sleep challenges with their little ones. Night Nannies has truly been a lifesaver for our family.

  • Night Nannies were quick and responsive to work with and found us an extremely experienced night nanny who took great care of our newborn daughter, letting us get some rest. She was warm and professional, with a wealth of advice if you asked for it. We felt totally comfortable and reassured having her with us and she was supportive through breast feeding and digestive issues. Our daughter loved being with our night nanny and found her very calming and soothing. I credit us having a baby who sleeps well at night with the good practices that she helped us put in place. Thank you!

  • Amazing newborn support Alina jumped in to support us on short notice. She was absolutely wonderful. For almost a week, Alina provided day+night support for our newborn. She provided thoughtful, compassionate, expert care. She was also a pleasure to have around the house, with zero fuss and zero mess. If ever needed again, we'd call her immediately.

  • Our nanny came to help us with our 15-month-old daughter, who was waking between 6 and 8 times a night, was often wide awake between midnight and 2am, could only be resettled with milk, and was ending up in bed with us every night. The process was very gentle but had a clear effect as early as the second night, and, a week later, we have had our first experience of sleeping through the night – 11 hours without so much as a whimper!! We really wouldn’t have believed it possible! Not only that but we have entirely eliminated the need for a dummy, without which she hadn’t been able to sleep since about 4 months of age.Our nanny was incredibly kind, empathetic and reassuring, but above all it is the results that have been truly amazing! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is struggling with their nights.

  • We had a great experience with Night Nannies. The individual recommended by the agency, Jessica Bisaso, was an incredible caregiver on whose advice and sound judgment I constantly relied. We felt incredibly privileged to have Jessica's support during the first few weeks with our newborn son, and I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Night Nannies agency to any family looking for a nanny for an infant or small child.
