  • Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

  • Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.

It’s daunting inviting someone into your home, let alone allowing them to look after your newborn baby, but our night nanny was clearly very capable and was able to set our minds at ease within minutes of arriving. Both my wife and I would not hesitate in recommending our night nanny to anyone looking for a night nanny.After the first night our night nanny already had a handle on our new baby and we were confident leaving her with our daughter so that we could get some much needed rest.In particular, our night nanny was very good at making suggestions to improve our daughter’s routine and help her sleep better. Unlike other carers we’ve had in the past, our night nanny never judged, and never pushed any of her suggestions onto us.   • As a new mum, I felt incredibly lost. My baby boy Dylan was 10 weeks old and I was struggling to be able to put him down or get him to take a bottle. Our agency nanny was an absolute god send. Kind, patient, incredibly knowledgable and very professional. She dived straight in and was 100% focused on our baby every minute of our 12 hour days together. She gave me the confidence and, more importantly, the understanding that allowed a fledgeling routine to be successfully established. By the second feed she'd managed to get Dylan to take the bottle without tears!! Something both myself and my husband had found impossible for weeks, and by day two Dylan was settling himself and going to sleep in his own bed! I couldn't recommend her highly enough - I just wish I could have her with me every day!!

From the very first night, she proved to be exceptional. She brought a wonderfully calm, gentle, and nurturing presence to our home during what was an anxious and challenging time. Her warmth extended to both Hector and myself, which made an enormous difference as we adjusted to life at home after the NICU experience. Her skills and knowledge were invaluable. She provided expert support with breastfeeding during the critical establishment phase, offering practical guidance on combination feeding, and demonstrating complete confidence in caring for Hector while he still had a feeding tube. Her clinical competence, combined with her gentle approach, gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, Hector settled beautifully with her. It was immediately evident that she has a natural gift with babies and the experience to handle even more complex care needs with assurance and skill.   • Amazing!! We contacted night nannies when we were at our wits end. 2 days after calling, someone came out and stayed with us for 3 nights. We didn’t expect someone to come out so quickly but so grateful they did!

    Our 5 month old needed to be held to sleep and would not be put down. Night nannies changed that completely! The level of service and commitment is commendable and we cannot express our gratitude.

    All email exchanges, phone calls and the sleep consultant herself were professional, trustworthy and realisable. What more could you want!

  • Our nanny was an absolute lifesaver. We had a very unsettled, refluxy baby boy and she soothed him like absolute magic. We felt so relaxed on the days she was coming because we knew he'd be in safe experienced hands and we would get some sleep at last! She is super easy to get along with and a great communicator.
