  • Really happy with the nanny we… Really happy with the nanny we received. She was very knowledgeable, proactive and advised me on how to pump, how often to feed and how we could set up a bedtime routine for our son. Don’t know what we were doing before her! 😅

  • I found my night nannie through the agency Night Nannies, I needed some help getting my four year old daughter back into the routine of going to sleep on her own. She arrived on a Monday evening and she spent the weekday evenings helping my daughter and I gently re-organise how the new bedtime routine would go. From the moment we met I realised she was an extremely empathetic, kind and understanding person, she listened carefully to my explanations as to why we had slipped into such bad habits, she understood how and why things had gone wrong and carefully planned out how we would go about implementing the changes. When things got difficult, as I knew they would, calmly Winnie coached me through the worst part, she instinctively knew when I needed a break and she kept my confidence at the right level so I could see the evening out and finally get my daughter to sleep by herself. Within one week we did it, I was so nervous about it working but I just couldn't believe how fast things got back to normality. My daughter responded so well to her method and I now have my evenings back. She packed the week full of good advice, kind words of support and she gave me strength on those first two difficult evenings, she clearly has so much experience in sleep training which gives her the knowledge and confidence to help families like us. I won't ever forget her and I will be forever grateful for the help she gave me getting our daughter back into a good bedtime routine. She is extremely good at what she does, she is a wonderfully kind woman but added to her expertise is a woman who really wants to help people, this is not just a job to her, she genuinely cares about her clients”.

  • The wonderful night nanny worked for us for 11 weeks in spring 2022. We loved her so much that it was difficult to let her go (but she trained our baby son to sleep from 7pm - 7am so we no longer needed her!). She is the ultimate professional: punctual, organized, neat and clean, detail oriented, hard working and efficient. She is also a very sweet person who cared for our baby as though he were her own son. We learned so much from her and we will miss her reassuring presence. I have already told her she MUST come back when we have a second child!

  • Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

  • We can’t recommend our maternity nurse enough. After a difficult labour we couldn’t have got through the next few weeks without her. Having her help gave me time to recover and she got our son William into a fantastic routine that meant he was quickly above his birth weight and sleeping well. She was great with breastfeeding and bathing advice and the all-important burping techniques! I honestly don’t know how we would have coped with out her. It is invaluable having someone that can help settle him in the night so we can get as much as sleep possible while recovering. Our maternity nurse also goes above and beyond with advice about pumping and would help put laundry on and sorting out his clothes. I would definitely use her again.

  • Just excellent I honestly do not know what we would have done without ***. Henry was 10 months old and had never slept for more than 2 hours without waking (save for one individual 7 hour stretch when he was 7 weeks old). We were a feeding-to-sleep, co-sleeping, nap-fighting family where Henry could wake up to 14 times a night for a feed between 21:00 and 07:00. We now have Henry on two solid naps and 19:00 to 07:00 every night. This is SOLELY due to ***.

She was so calm at all times. Henry clearly loved being with her. She looked at the whole picture and gave us SO much help with Henry’s diet, with lots of ideas to get him to eat more. His routine is now excellent. Previously I had worried about being “tied to the cot” but actually I now feel like I have more time to do things because his sleep is so much more predictable.

If you are in two minds about using ***, please don’t be. I had always been concerned / scare mongered about sleep training methods, but this led me to reaching breaking point with Henry’s needs being unsustainable. *** is so so gentle, never leaving the baby for the first two nights whilst they learn other ways to fall asleep other than the breast. It’s a cliché, but I wish I had used *** sooner. THANK YOU.

  • Fernanda was really excellent and even better than I could have hoped. She balanced both professionalism whilst still being very personable and incredibly sweet and caring with baby Peri. She helped me to find a routine which fit both by breastfeeding capabilities and the baby’s needs. I really valued her showing me the ropes with bathing, burping, playtime and bath time. Her help was invaluable and she is much missed.

  • Our nanny joined our family to help take care of my newborn son. We were nervous and wanted somebody we could trust to help us. Our nanny was very patient and her gentle approach was so important for my recovery. She stayed with us for 3 months and became part of the family. She respected our space and time but was also excellent company especially when I was alone with a newborn. She has years of experience and was very good with my oldest child. She was super flexible and adapted to what we needed at the time we needed it. I highly recommend night nannies for find the right person to help you.
