  • Really pleased with the service from… Really pleased with the service from Night nannies - within a very short time period we were sent an excellent shortlist of potential night nannies and we are so pleased with our choice. I can’t recommend our nanny highly enough - she supported us as our night nanny for 6 weeks, arriving the night we got back from the hospital. Specially in those first few weeks of newborn madness it was such a welcome sight seeing her come through the door at 9pm and rescue us again and again! She is always cheerful, reliable, flexible, punctual, as well as full of advice and most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful and loving with our baby. Highly recommend!

  • Thank you thank you thank you! I don’t know where to begin to thank our Sleeptrainer for everything she did for our family. I am heavily pregnant, and was co-sleeping with our one year old son who was still waking up in the night and drinking bottles of milk. With the new baby looming, I knew I had to sort out this arrangement ASAP! Thank goodness for our Sleeptrainer. She asked for a detailed agenda of what our day looked like, she then went through all the things we should and shouldn’t be doing. From which probiotics to take to food, nap times, toys and more. Incredibly helpful for a first time mother to have this guidance! She wrote us a plan hour by hour- that was realistic and easy to follow. She was there every step of the way, constantly checking in when she wasn’t at our home. Our son dropped his morning nap, moved to his cot and dropped waking in the night for bottle feeds all within a few days. He slept through the night almost instantly. He was ready for all the changes that she made, which was very reassuring as I was nervous about the idea of the crying out technique. He now sleeps from 7pm until 7am and is so much happier! He’s eating more and has adapted so well to the changes. our Sleeptrainer sits down with you every night and gives you a chance to ask any questions- no matter how stupid! She’s incredibly professional, kind and caring. Thank you for turning our life around and making sure I’m ready for the newborn! Thank you for all the help and advice. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Worth every penny and more! Since She left she’s been in touch to check in and make sure our son is still doing well. It’s really lovely to know I have the support if I need it ongoing. I’ll use her again if I have any problems breast feeding or with sleeping for my next son. Thank you and we miss her already!

  • Our night nanny came to help us with our daughter two/three nights a week for five weeks. Having her join our new family was one of the best decisions we could have taken – helping us get some much-needed rest was certainly a plus, but it was more her guidance and insight which became invaluable to us. She supported us with giving our daughter her first bath, put me on a feeding schedule to make sure our baby was gaining enough weight (as she was born on the small side) and helped me get set up with the expressing machine (amongst other things). Our night nanny was always on time and very discreet. Most importantly, she was incredible with our daughter – so kind and caring, and always managed to soothe her instantly. We felt that we could completely trust her from the get-go and would certainly love to have her back should there ever be a baby number two.

  • Great experience overall Great experience overall. We were provided with a maternity nurse to help with the first two weeks of having our premature twin baby girls back at home after the hospital, and we were very happy with how it all went.

  • Our Nannie came to us at short notice as we needed some support. She was very adept in knowing exactly the amount of help that we needed, and when. To start it was just about making sure we were able to get sleep, and then she was so helpful reassuring us about our routine and feeding and pointing us in the right direction when we needed that, but she was never pushy, just supportive which was just what we needed. Our son was very relaxed with her, she was so good with him right from the beginning which was a huge comfort to us. We could not recommend her more

  • Amazing newborn support Alina jumped in to support us on short notice. She was absolutely wonderful. For almost a week, Alina provided day+night support for our newborn. She provided thoughtful, compassionate, expert care. She was also a pleasure to have around the house, with zero fuss and zero mess. If ever needed again, we'd call her immediately.

  • Couldn't recommend highly enough Our baby arrived 5 weeks premature, night nannies were absolutely fabulous at finding us the kindest most competent maternity nurses to suit our specific needs within 48 hours. The nurses we've had have been beyond brilliant and cared for our son as if he was their own whilst teaching us so much on the job. I felt so much more competent in such a short space of time practicing things like leaving the house, giving baby a bath etc.

  • Another incredibly positive experience: a very experienced super nanny came to help us bottle train and sleep train our (almost) 5 month old son, with superb results. Her gentle and highly effective approach prompted no end of smiles and giggles from our baby - he enjoyed her visits as much as we did. She trained us well to break our bad habits and continue the good routine going forward, which has been working so far. She fitted in with our timetable and was available on the phone/via text message to help troubleshoot and give advice when needed. Parents and baby are all happier as a result of her help! I’d highly recommend the Night Nannies agency to anyone.
