  • Our experience with nightnannies.com… Our experience with nightnannies.com has been exceptional from start to finish. The team is efficient, responsive, and well-informed.We welcomed our night nanny in January 2024. What began as a two-month engagement extended to six months. Our son, then 3 months old, benefitted immensely from her expertise. She attentively addressed my concerns and expertly guided our son through sleep training. Now, he enjoys 11 hours of uninterrupted sleep and contentedly stays in his crib until we’re ready to greet the day. Our nanny’s vast knowledge has been invaluable in areas like teething, feeding, establishing bedtime routines, weaning, and addressing various parenting challenges. Her understanding is unparalleled. She is a cheerful, calm, and organized presence in our household, and both of our children adore her. Her trustworthiness has made her not just a nanny, but also a dear friend. I wholeheartedly recommend her to others without reservation.

  • We are thankful for the three months that Eva spent at our house taking care of our newborn. She rapidly became part of the family. She is the most kind, peaceful, dedicated and loving person we could have wished to have for our son. We cannot think of anyone better than Eva to make a mother feel at ease and happy with a first child. We have friends that had intrusive and bossy nannies. With Eva it was none of it. She was so helpful and encouraging and she just gave sound advices in a lovely way. She is very well trained and has tremendous experience but she was also loving with our baby and gave the impression that she truly cared about him. She was great in establishing routines in terms of bathing, feeding, and sleeping. Grand parents, sisters, friends, were all very attached to Eva and sad when she left.We look forward to having her for our second child and would recommend Eva more than highly.

  • She was very calm and confident with him. She gave suggestions on how to improve Rafael’s sleep and helped to work on these. She was professional and friendly and I would highly recommend her as have other friends that have worked with her.

  • We decided to call Vera as our 7 month old daughter was refusing to take a bottle, snacking a lot and increasingly waking in the night. I had been trying to stop breastfeeding without any success.Vera helped us make lots of important changes across the entire routine which has made a huge difference and Allegra is much more settled, eating proper portions, gaining weight sleeping better. Some of the changes seemed very small and were not always related to the feeding routine but I could quickly see that it was important to make sure that we were giving her the right structure for playtime, sleep and feeding. Vera’s experience made me feel very confident she knew what was going to work for Allegra and, sure enough, by the first day of fully implementing the new routine my daughter was eating proper meals and sleeping through the night.Asking Vera to come and help has been the best decision we have made and I’m so grateful. Aside from being very good at what she does Vera is also so lovely and a joy to have around the house! I highly recommend her.

  • Sanyu has been absolutely fantastic. After quite a difficult postnatal operation, we needed a bit of help for a few days so I could recover but we ended up asking Sanyu to stay for three weeks and would have loved to do more! Despite thinking I was super organised, there were so many things that I didn't know and didn't have. Sanyu completely sorted me out in a very gentle way by advising on various things I needed and how to use them. She was also really helpful with advising me on issues I was having with breastfeeding as well as understanding routines. >> >> Sanyu is a natural with babies and has a lovely energy. She was so good with our little boy - we felt he was in very good hands and ultimately that allowed us to have some much-needed peaceful sleep! >> >> I would highly recommend Sanyu to any mum

  • Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy Winnie truly is the magic sleep fairy! From moment she walked in my son fell in love with her and was excited to see her the next day!

We had previously sleep trained my 27 month old son but he ‘untrained’ himself after several house moves and getting used to us sleeping in the same room as us. He would scream in his cot, not go to sleep until 10.30pm and wake several times in the middle of night. Winnie identified the fact that he still had the ability to get to sleep on his own and on her second night with us he was asleep in four minutes just after 8pm, our desired sleep time. From there she very gently reminded him of his training and there were very few tears especially as he was now happy to be in his cot.

Winnie realised that our son was waking in the night due to genuine hunger as he was drinking milk very quickly when offered and not eating enough food in the day. However, with her help we got him taking the milk and falling back to sleep immediately whereas previously it was taking up to two hours to get him back to sleep and he would only fall asleep with me on the floor next to him.

Though he is not back to going through the night we have him falling asleep quickly at 8pm with only a brief wake up for milk and then sleeping until about 8am. Big thank you Winnie who has saved our night’s sleep!

  • "Night Nanny our guardian angel"Our Night Nanny/Sleep trainer was amazing in every way. She taught our 18 months old son who suffered from reflux severely and would wake up sometimes every 45 minutes finally to sleep and settle himself. The moment our Sleep trainer came through our door we felt guided and supported. Wilbur would click instantly with her and we could feel her warmth and positive energy towards all of us. She just made us feel at ease. She stayed with us for 6 nights and it felt like having a guardian angel around. She motivated us constantly and progressed with Wilbur so rapidly it felt like a miracle and at the same time everything our Sleep trainer explained and advised us about Wilbur and our routine with him made total sense and explained all our issues we had with him previously.Wilbur is now managing to sleep through and even manages to settle himself back to sleep when he feels poorly. He seems so much more confident and we feel we can read him so much better now.Our Night Nanny/sleep trainer was truly the best decision we’ve made in a long time as she really fixed Wilbur’s bad sleeping habits and also made sure we can implement a routine suitable for us as a family.Johanna

  • Amazing Sleep Trainer Vera is extremely competent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She sleep-trained our 6-month-old baby whose sleep pattern has improved enormously since she helped us.
Before we engaged Vera, we had many issues to fix and quite a few bad habits to get rid of.
We had the wrong daytime routine (wrong times for naps and one too many nap) and our baby boy would wake up several times during the night and had started to have terrible and often short lunchtime naps. We were also using many accessories to get our baby to sleep such as the sleepyhead grand, dummies (sometimes up to 7 fixes per night), Ollie the owl for white noise, and loads of rocking (including the occasional sleeping in my arms the last hour before wake up time). Furthermore our baby didn’t know how to self-settle.
In 5 nights Vera managed to fix most of the issues and gradually took all bad habits away.
We just finished our 5 nights with Vera and our baby is now sleeping almost 12 hours in the night with perhaps one interruption but he is learning to go back by himself (he is also teething right now which isn’t helping) and his lunchtime nap is mostly back to 2 hours (again with one occasional interruption which he is learning to deal with).
We follow Vera’s routine religiously during the day and it has also helped a lot with progressing with our weaning process.
Vera’s advice has been extremely helpful and holistic about all aspects of baby care, not just sleeping. She had tons of experience, a natural love for babies and a great connection with them!

  • Our nanny’s experience speaks for itself, she is so calm and really knows babies. Her advice is so helpful without being overbearing (as I had found with some other experts I had spoken too). I was hesitant to have a night nanny for a long time but I was a bit unwell and my son had been falling out of our normal routine. We had had a month of sleep regression behaviour, when he had been sleeping really well before. He was refusing the cot, only sleeping for 40 mins at a time and being fussy with the bottle. My son (who was 18weeks) immediately warmed to her. After just a few hours she suggested some small tweaks to our daily and nightly routine that changed everything. He was suddenly back in the cot with 3 night feeds and sleeping so well during the day. By the end of just a week our nanny had dropped a feed at night, I hope to keep on the same track without her.The thing I loved most about our nanny was her soft approach, we only had to make small changes a little at a time to see really great results. She also gave me so much advice for the future too as we start weaning. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to having her in our home for support if we are lucky enough to have another child.

  • We contacted the agency because our seven month old baby girl did not nap during the day. Before supernanny came, the baby was a good sleeper at night, but refused to sleep during the day and we had to go outside and walk her in the pram every time we wanted to her to nap. We knew that wasn't the right way, but we had tried a few times to put her in the crib and she would cry for over an hour till we picked her up again. When supernanny came and observed our daily routine with baby she quickly suggested us to change a few things, starting with the time baby woke up in the morning as well as the feeding schedule. Supernanny explained to us that a baby her age had to nap twice a day for total of 3h (before did nap only in the pram for about 2h total a day) and go to bed at night no later than 7.30pm (before we would put her to sleep at 9.30pm till 8am the next day).Supernanny stayed with us for four days and started to change things at the first day. Of course, baby refused to nap during the day during the first days but she cried no more than 25minutes the first day and it was less and less the days after. Two weeks later, I can finally say that baby no longer cries when we put her in the crib for napping during the day and it is PRICELESS. I was sceptical at first of all changes that Supernanny was implementing but we decided to give it a chance and now I'm finally convinced. Called this agency has been such a good investment and now we feel confident of what we have to do to make baby feel better and rested. In addition to the sleeping issues, supernanny made us understand that we had to change a few things in baby's feeding schedule so sleeping routine could work, which we did.I am also grateful for how supernanny showed us how to get rid of the dummy. I have to say that looking back now, we were probably using it too much, specifically to calm baby down (I think this also had to do with baby not sleeping properly so was more fussy all the time). Thanks for your help!
