  • Excellent Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free! The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

  • Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

  • Completely delighted with the service Completely delighted with the service from Night Nannies. I called at my wits' end when our baby girl was four months old and I was suffering from acute postpartum insomnia. They were warm and empathetic and quickly found us a lovely nanny. I felt at ease from the moment she arrived at our house and quickly looked forward to seeing her on the evenings she was coming over to help. She was not only loving and confident with our baby – I immediately felt entirely happy to leave her to look after her, which is not always easy for a first-time mum! – but also helped us implement invaluable changes to our routine and approach to sleep that took us from broken nights to everyone sleeping through the night in only a few weeks! We can’t recommend them enough.

  • When the night nanny came to our family we were in a desperate state. I was half crazed with sleep deprivation and my 6 month old was stuck in an overtired cycle of short naps and disrupted nights that we couldn’t get out of. I can’t believe that was just one week ago. Last night he slept 12 hours for the first time in his life, with just one feed. He’ll likely drop that soon as we further establish solids. And he now consistently gets proper naps as he has learned to connect sleep cycles. Gone are the hours of feeding and bouncing him to sleep. I now put him in his crib awake and he happily drifts off. The change is near miraculous.Our nanny was so knowledgeable and reassuring and lovely with the baby and with all of us. I needed a lot of support and hand holding and she helped me to keep the consistency that my baby needed. I wasn’t really sure about the process and I needed her professionalism and conviction to help me through it. I am gaining confidence but grateful to have her on text for reassurance and troubleshooting for two weeks. She wants to make sure he has really settled into his new routine before she leaves us.It is no exaggeration to say that she has restored happiness to this household. I fear I would have missed enjoying precious months of my baby’s development because I was so desperately exhausted and anxious. I already feel lighter and so excited again to be a mother. Thank you so so so much.

  • Lea is a professional and very knowledgeable nanny. She helped us taking care of our baby boy for two months, from his two months until almost four and we fell straight away at ease with her. It was difficult for me to leave him as he is my first child, but she completely understood and made it easier for me as I knew he was in good and caring hands. If the circumstances were different and have to go back to work away from home, we would have continued to have her with us, and we hope that situation will change and call her back to take care of our baby.

  • Our nanny, used for two nights, was so lovely. She had a really calming presence, and was so tender with my baby. She helped us during the heatwave, and was very gracious about staying in our living room which was cooler than our nursery upstairs. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and to keep track of feeding timings and amounts. I would absolutely work with her again!

  • Night Nannies were quick and responsive to work with and found us an extremely experienced night nanny who took great care of our newborn daughter, letting us get some rest. She was warm and professional, with a wealth of advice if you asked for it. We felt totally comfortable and reassured having her with us and she was supportive through breast feeding and digestive issues. Our daughter loved being with our night nanny and found her very calming and soothing. I credit us having a baby who sleeps well at night with the good practices that she helped us put in place.   • Our nanny was a breath of fresh air and incredibly generous with her time and advice. I had gotten my 7 month into bad nighttime habits of feeding and in the space of a few days she had worked her magic in an incredibly gentle manner and gotten my little one well on the way to sleeping through. Our nanny's bubbly energy was infectious and she made the entire household happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

  • 5 stars for Night Nannies Night Nannies was a godsend after I had my little girl. The nanny we used was highly experienced, warm, kind, personable and very caring with our baby. Even available for advice on Whatsapp when not working. She was also supportive of my wishes as a new mum and made me feel comfortable handing over my baby. Getting some sleep and time for me, always left me feeling like a new person the next day! Could not recommend more highly.
