  • our night nanny was punctual and even early on one occasion when looking after my daughter. She was very polite, calm and warm in her manner. She kept me updated after she had left the house by sending my a message with the baby’s night activities including when she fed, how much etc. She was happy to do a dream feed which I requested as we introduced it recently. She left the baby’s room tidy and washed the bottles up before leaving. I would certainly recommend night nannies as a company to find kind, punctual, professional night nannies

  • We can’t recommend our maternity nurse enough. After a difficult labour we couldn’t have got through the next few weeks without her. Having her help gave me time to recover and she got our son William into a fantastic routine that meant he was quickly above his birth weight and sleeping well. She was great with breastfeeding and bathing advice and the all-important burping techniques! I honestly don’t know how we would have coped with out her. It is invaluable having someone that can help settle him in the night so we can get as much as sleep possible while recovering. Our maternity nurse also goes above and beyond with advice about pumping and would help put laundry on and sorting out his clothes. I would definitely use her again.

It was such a relief to know we could call you when we were struggling with the seemingly endless hours of the morning, and to have an experienced new born nanny arrive to help out was a blessing. All the night nannies were so gentle with Lily and so helpful to us, their tips and advice on feeding and settling helped us to feel more confident.   • We hired a night nanny this autumn and it was some of the best money we have ever spent. She came to our home when my daughter was one week old, and helped us 6 nights a week for two blissful months. As a second time mom I was smart enough this time to know, that you cannot put a price on good sleep. Our nanny helped me take care of my newborn at night, which gave me enough energy to take care of my newborn AND toddler during the day.I thought it would be weird having a stranger in our home, but after one night with our nanny I was completely at ease. She had a very calm demeanour and it was clear that she had my baby’s best interest in mind. My only regret is that I did not have the sense to book her for another month or two! My husband was especially grateful to her as he was only on the clock one night a week.Whether you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding, a night nanny will help you take great care of your child as well as yourself. Thank you Night Nannies for helping us find such a great person! I would happily recommend Night Nannies and would be lucky to have our nanny back in the future.

The individual recommended by the agency, Jessica Bisaso, was an incredible caregiver on whose advice and sound judgment I constantly relied. We felt incredibly privileged to have Jessica's support during the first few weeks with our newborn son, and I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Night Nannies agency to any family looking for a nanny for an infant or small child.

  • Excellent and quick service, trustworthy I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity. I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning. Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

  • Given our daughter was born premature, we were looking for a night maternity nurse knowing how critical yet difficult the feeding was likely to be. After interviewing a few candidates we decided to go with one of your nannies. It can be difficult to make a decision on the basis of a relatively short meeting, but thankfully we made the right choice – she has been amazing.Our nanny initially spent a week with us as a day nurse the very first week we were back from hospital. She truly was a life-saver since we had no idea how challenging it would be with a premature baby, when we were effectively having to re-learn the basics of feeding, changing, etc. from scratch. She went on a mission to ensure that she was feeding well and putting on weight as desired. I’ve never seen anyone get quite so excited when our daughter met her target weight during her check-up with the health visitor! She also provided a lot of reassurance and stability to our home – much needed in those early days.A few weeks later our nanny returned to help us with the nights. Thankfully she was already familiar with our daughter and was able to completely put us at ease, ensuring that we were able to get a few hours of much needed sleep! Perhaps most importantly, she developed an immediate and special bond with our daughter. In addition she is a pleasure to be around and we had a lot of laughs. She was also able to provide some useful tips/advice for our 20 month old, who can be quite a handful at times!In sum she is a great maternity nurse and we have no reservation in recommending her – any family would be fortunate to be able to secure her for a position.
