  • The night nanny we found through this agency has been an angel in our lives, and we genuinely don’t know what we’d do without her. From the moment she arrived, she’s been a calm, reassuring presence, not just for our baby, who adores her, but for us as exhausted new parents. Our baby is always so well-rested and content after a night with her, and the difference it makes to our days is massive. She’s proactive, extremely responsible, and somehow always one step ahead, anticipating what we need before we even realise it ourselves. It’s no exaggeration to say her support has become essential and we never want her to leave! Beyond the nights, she has gone out of her way to make life easier for us in ways big and small. She was here for the baby's first jabs, which are hard for any parent. But with her expertise, calm presence, and reassuring words, she helped make the whole experience much smoother than we ever expected. She has a thoughtful approach to sleep routines, a lovely way of soothing the baby instantly, and we have had the peace of mind that comes from knowing she’s there. She is truly one of a kind and any family would be lucky to have her.

  • 4-5 great night nannies! We've had 4-5 different night nannies who have helped at different times looking after my two daughters, from when they were 2 days old to a few months old. Night Nannies have been able to provide both regular support over a period of weeks, and also ad hoc cover on short notice. All the nannies we have met have been wonderful -experienced, gentle, and extremely professional, and have not only looked after our daughters, giving us some much needed sleep, but also shared lots of tips with us particularly when we were first time parents. I would fully recommend the agency to others.

  • She helped us as a maternity nurse for six weeks following the birth of our daughter. She looked after her during the night as well as parts of the day, so we could spend time with our two-year old son. She had a very loving, calm, yet authoritative approach to our daughter's care which the little one loved and we really appreciated! She softly taught the baby a reassuring routine while giving her lots of cuddles and attention. As a result, our daughter has wonderful sleeping habits and is a very contented baby.

  • When I was needing help with my son who was having difficulties with allergies / intolerances the agency sent me a brilliant nanny with experience in this area. I was looking for some support to watch over him during the day so that I could get some rest as he wasn't sleeping much while he was unwell, but with this nanny I got so much more than that.She was a wealth of knowledge on allergies and intolerances and without her guidance I don't think I would have made it through the weeks. She has a very big heart, she cared for my son as if he was her own, and was extremely dedicated and focused on helping us solve the mystery of his health issues. She made recommendations on formula, managing his most distressing moments, my diet, breastfeeding and specialists to see that proved correct each time. Without her by my side we would be a lot further behind in getting my son back to full health. His intolerances and reflux are now being managed so we can all start getting more sleep and have a happier baby.Im really grateful we were able to have The nanny we did the past few weeks and would certainly not hesitate to use her again in the future.We also use a regular night nanny from this agency and she is now very much part of the family. Her quality of care, experience and company is fantastic.

  • We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.

    She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.

    We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!

    We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

  • The night nanny that Night Nannies sent was our night nanny from the night we took our son home from the hospital until he was 8 weeks old. We cannot recommend her more highly. Every night, she arrived at 9pm like a beam of sunshine. Not only was she incredibly competent at taking care of our baby, but she also could take an incredibly stressful day and turn it around within 5 minutes. Every evening, we would talk through the day and discuss ways we could make the next day easier. She taught us an incredible amount about how to take care of our son, and I strongly believe that having her there was the difference between barely functioning and actively enjoying those incredibly challenging first weeks. We felt completely confident leaving our baby in her hands, and came to look forward to our evening chats with her. She felt like family from the moment she walked in the door. In addition to caring for our baby, she cleaned and sterilised all of the baby bottles and breast pump parts If we are blessed with a second child, the first thing we'll do when we find out is to book her as our night nanny We cannot recommend her highly enough

  • Excellent agency I used night nannies for a period of 3 months to help with our 4 month old son. They were excellent. They have great nannies on their books and the agency itself is so helpful - communication is great and swift, they listen to your childcare concerns and match you up with a nanny that can meet them, and their invoicing is clear, punctual and fair. Highly highly recommended.
