  • Given our daughter was born premature, we were looking for a night maternity nurse knowing how critical yet difficult the feeding was likely to be. After interviewing a few candidates we decided to go with one of your nannies. It can be difficult to make a decision on the basis of a relatively short meeting, but thankfully we made the right choice – she has been amazing.Our nanny initially spent a week with us as a day nurse the very first week we were back from hospital. She truly was a life-saver since we had no idea how challenging it would be with a premature baby, when we were effectively having to re-learn the basics of feeding, changing, etc. from scratch. She went on a mission to ensure that she was feeding well and putting on weight as desired. I’ve never seen anyone get quite so excited when our daughter met her target weight during her check-up with the health visitor! She also provided a lot of reassurance and stability to our home – much needed in those early days.A few weeks later our nanny returned to help us with the nights. Thankfully she was already familiar with our daughter and was able to completely put us at ease, ensuring that we were able to get a few hours of much needed sleep! Perhaps most importantly, she developed an immediate and special bond with our daughter. In addition she is a pleasure to be around and we had a lot of laughs. She was also able to provide some useful tips/advice for our 20 month old, who can be quite a handful at times!In sum she is a great maternity nurse and we have no reservation in recommending her – any family would be fortunate to be able to secure her for a position.

  • Couldn't recommend highly enough Our baby arrived 5 weeks premature, night nannies were absolutely fabulous at finding us the kindest most competent maternity nurses to suit our specific needs within 48 hours. The nurses we've had have been beyond brilliant and cared for our son as if he was their own whilst teaching us so much on the job. I felt so much more competent in such a short space of time practicing things like leaving the house, giving baby a bath etc.

  • My nanny was absolutely amazing. We arrived back from the states with my 4-month old daughter. She was not sleeping at all and I was coming apart at the seams. My partner called our nanny "the baby whisperer".....after a few nights my sweet baby was once again sleeping through the night. If she was available as a day nanny I would have hired her in a heartbeat. I thought I'd be uncomfortable with a stranger in my flat, taking care of my child but she made me feel at ease instantly. I slept for 10 hours the first night she came, I do not think I had 10 hours of sleep the entire week before. I am human again because of her.....I highly recommend her. I was very fortunate to come across night nannies. Julie from night nannies was very patient with me as I went around and around with what and who I wanted. In the end they 100% delivered as my child was cared for and I was able to get the sleep I desperately needed to function.

  • Our night nanny arrived into our lives on the first day our daughter came home and from the moment she walked in the door her professionalism, experience and warm nature shone through. Our minds were at ease whenever she was here to help and we cannot thank her enough for her guidance and friendship during her time with us. We would recommend her in a heartbeat and any family would be lucky to have her help. She became part of our family and we are extremely grateful to have had the chance to work with her. As a first time mum, she has given my wife the guidance and therefore confidence to look after our new baby. She did this with such kindness and it’s hard to describe how much this has meant for our family.

  • We had L twice a week when our premature baby came home from hospital for about 6 weeks. The minute she arrived I knew it was all going to work brilliantly. Both our baby and our dachshund took to her immediately and when she'd arrive, I'd breathe a sigh of relief and they'd all go and get cosy in the nursery together, including the dog who would curl up next to her all night. L is an extremely calm and reassuring presence, with such positivity and gives you the impression she adores your baby!! She helped advise me on how to get into a routine and helped to get him sleeping through the night in a very short space of time. She would send me links to things she recommended, like which bottles to use, and would always answer any questions I had by text even when she wasn't with us.I always enjoyed hearing the update in the morning and she was so quiet and self sufficient when she was with us! I miss her! I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an absolute angel.

  • I worked with Jennie who helped me to find a nanny for our 2 weeks stay in London and she saved my life. It was a very last minute request and I could not find anybody reliable until I’ve been recommended Jennie. She was so efficient and started her search right away and reassured me that even though it is very last minute she will do everything to help me to find the help I desperately needed. And so she did, she connected me with Karen and, boy, did she helped us ! Our daughter had a stranger/separation anxiety and it took her a lot of time to get used to new people, so I prepared Karen that it will take a few days of us working hard together, so I can eventually leave them and do my work but to my absolute surprise my daughter got used to her the very first day like she knew her. In fact she didn’t even noticed me leaving the room after just 20 minutes of introduction. Karen definitely has a magic touch with children and she was most helpful and did her best to accommodate all of my requests.it was easy to work with the agency and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

  • I’ve used this agency three times and was delighted each time.Most recently the night nanny worked for us for 2-3 nights per week for around 12 weeks following the birth of our second baby when she was about 8 weeks old. Baby was 4 weeks premature so was very little. The nanny was a total pleasure from the moment we first met. We did a brief interview on the phone but booked her straight in. She is extremely experienced and this was very apparent. She helped to show us how to establish good routines and not repeat mistakes we made with our first baby. She is fun, loving & caring. I would highly recommend.
