  • We can never thank our night nanny enough for the lifechanging support she gave us during our son’s first couple of weeks at home.She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, funny and reassuring. She taught me how to feed him and settle him well and made me feel so much better when I was hormonal, teary and scared of the challenge of parenting. With her help we got eight hours of sleep a night (broken for feeds, but so valuable for us both) and could cope better with days as a result. We loved her manner with the baby and we loved chatting to her ourselves.We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone with a new baby - in fact, I’ve already told multiple pregnant friends about her!We all miss her a lot and will always remember our time with her fondly

  • I contacted night nannies when my son was 3 months old. They immediately sent me details of two night nannies, and the one I decided on has been looking after our baby son overnight several nights a week for the past 3 months. When she first came to us, our son was only sleeping for 2 hours at a time, waking up angry, refusing to go back to sleep, and refusing to feed. He was tired and grumpy during the day, and cried every time we tried to put him down. She worked with us to establish a routine for him, along with good sleep associations, and within a week, he was sleeping for 5 hour stretches overnight! He is now 6 months and is sleeping through the night. She really went above and beyond, often what's apping me to ask me how the nights went when she wasn't there and giving useful advice about his day time naps and feeding schedule.
    She is always punctual and professional, not to mention warm and personable. She immediately made me feel at ease, and my son loves her. I could not recommend my night nanny more highly, and have already made her promise to come back should I have more children.

  • NightNannies found us a wonderful maternity nurse. We wanted someone with lots of experience with multiples and they managed to find a nanny who had looked after more than 20 sets of twins and knew how the handle the specific challenges that come with premature multiples. She joined us for three weeks in February 2023 when our twin sons were newborns. She took on night feeds so that I could get some rest after a difficult time in hospital, and then during the day really focused on getting us set up for success at home - with everything from recommending the best bottles and swaddles, to setting a routine and demonstrating different feeding, burping and soothing techniques. This was particularly important for us as we had twins and wanted to feel confident that we could cope on our own after her departure. She was a joy to have in the house and was wonderful with babies and small children (we also have a 3 year old), but also with adults. She was very respectful of our privacy in the evenings, but was also happy to chat and was great company for me during the day. She is a warm and kind person. She is also an excellent reader of babies. She knows exactly what they need, when. I felt that our boys were not only safe in her hands, but were loved and cherished. She also recognised very quickly when one of our twins was becoming unwell and pushed me to take him straight to A&E - something which saved his life. We will be forever in her debt for this. I can wholeheartedly recommend our NightNannies Nanny to any parent with multiples or a single baby. We will be asking her to come back to help with some of the twins' future transitions and look forward to having her back with our family.

  • ChXXXX came to help us when our son was only one week old and she was fantastic at educating us about what we needed to do in order to create a good night time schedule for him. Additionally, she has a huge number of sleep tricks that enabled our son to sleep and also allowed us to get a decent night of sleep and not worry about him. She is hugely experienced and we greatly appreciated how professional she was. She has a wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with babies, and we found this invaluable. We liked her so much that we took her to Norway over the festive period to continue to help us. ChXXXX is a great character and we liked her instantly. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone with a new born who needs help and advice. We would have liked to keep ChXXXX for 3 months, but all the complications with covid and traveling meant that we were not able to do this. In the end we used her for about 3 weeks and cannot recommend her highly enough.We used ChrXXXX on two occasions and were struck by how calm and helpful she was. She has many years of experience and we felt very comfortable leaving our son with her. One major advantage with ChrXXXX is that she has her own car and can drive to and from night nannying. This is a significant differentiator during the covid period and we felt very comfortable having someone who did not need to take public transport to get to us. The vast majority of Nightnannies do not have their own car or do not live in central London meaning that the fact ChrXXXX does live fairly centrally in London and does have her own car is of note.
