  • Lauren came to stay with us a week… Lauren came to stay with us a week after our first baby was born and made such a difference in helping us settle in and understand how to look after our little one. Lauren is not only a safe pair of hands who we can trust with our baby all night, she is an expert in all things baby-related so is a fountain of knowledge and taught us invaluable lessons for the first two months that will stand to us for many more to come. Lauren was accommodating for when I wanted to breastfeed all night or when I needed a break for some extra sleep. She was also able to stretch our baby’s sleep for longer periods which helped a lot when she wasn’t with us. Lauren was generous with sharing her wisdom but never imposing or condescending. I would highly recommend Lauren to any new parents.

  • Excellent Madinah was excellent - the purpose originally was for me to catch up on some sleep whilst my husband was away but it ended up being so much more valuable than that. Madinah was great with Isabelle from the beginning and I instantly felt relaxed leaving her with Madinah. However, she was also so patient with me and taught me so much in such a short space of time. As a first time mother I now feel so much more confident and in control as a mum and understand my baby and what she’s trying to communicate so much more. After a tough couple of weeks adjusting to life with a newborn we only wish we’d met her sooner as she really has made such a difference in only a few days. We’re so grateful to her!

  • We had Faye join us for six weeks to help with our firstborn when she was just four weeks old. From the start, Faye was brilliant with both us and our daughter. She provided invaluable support in caring for the baby and allowed Mum to get much-needed rest. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and Faye was always reassuring, knowledgeable, and patient. She brought a calm and nurturing presence into our home, which made a huge difference during those early weeks. We would highly recommend Faye to any family and are already looking forward to having her back with us when our next child arrives. The entire booking process through Night Nannies was also very straightforward and easy to manage.

From the get go, she came into our home with a big smile and self confidence, and we were comfortable and trusted her with our baby from week 1.   • Our night nanny has helped us with both of our babies, she is wonderful. She is polite, punctual and extremely professional. She has a very discreet, gentle and unobtrusive manner which we appreciate enormously. She doesn't come in and start bossing everyone around, but gets on with her job and gives excellent advice when asked, making suggestions when necessary. Her love for babies is palpable, I trusted her immediately. She settled both babies into a very predictable sleeping routine at night and left us with them sleeping long stretches, easy to settle back to sleep after waking up to feed once, and happy during the day. We learned so much from her and envy anyone who has the chance to welcome our night nanny into their home.

  • We cannot recommend night nannies… We cannot recommend night nannies highly enough. Our night nurse came to us when our little boy was 10 days old and, whilst we were pretty nervous at the thought of handing him over on that first night, we were put at ease as soon as she arrived. Her experience shone through and we knew instantly that he was in very good hands. She was able to understand what he needed at all times and he was so happy in her care. She was able to guide us with regards to a routine, we were able to consult her whenever we had any questions and she also helped us diagnose a tongue tie and an intolerance.
