  • Thank you!! Thank you so much Night Nannies! My experience of working with the agency was very smooth throughout the whole process. We worked with sleep trainer Margarita over five consecutive nights to help sleep train our 11-month-old baby, and the experience was genuinely transformative. Margarita not only helped our (jet lagged!) baby become a better sleeper, but also supported her in feeling comfortable in her own room and cot, while gently helping us move away from contact napping, rocking and shushing. Her approach was calm, reassuring and always respectful of our baby. What stood out most was Margarita’s exceptional 24/7 support throughout the five days and beyond — not just for night sleep, but also for naps and meal times. As I was trying to transition my baby towards eating more solids rather than relying on milk, Margarita offered thoughtful, practical advice, including meal ideas and simple recipes to support this shift. With years of experience, Margarita shared anecdotes and insights from working with all kinds of babies, which I found incredibly comforting. As a result of this process, my husband and I have our evenings back, and most importantly our baby is sleeping well and continuing to develop confidently and happily. She even started walking a week after! The positive impact has been felt across our whole family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Night Nannies and Margarita to any family looking for a gentle, experienced and deeply supportive sleep trainer.

  • We have used A**** from NightNannies as our night nurse from the very first night home with the baby. We arrived home from the hospital that night, both anxious. She arrived at our house that evening and with a few questions, assessed the situation and simply took control. Such is her experience with managing newborn babies. We have appreciated her advice and enjoyed her company. We couldn’t be more complimentary of her service to our baby and us. A**** is a lovely houseguest and we have no hesitation in recommending her experience as a night nanny. Overall we have been thrilled with the Night Nanny service.

Our son suffered from a few things early on and She was so attentive and caring - we always felt so much better knowing She was there. She helped us problem solve what was going on and also helped get our little guy into a routine.   • I contacted Night Nannies recently when… I contacted Night Nannies recently when my daughter needed overnight help at short notice. My son in law was away unexpected, and she was trying to cope with two badly sleeping children on her own. I spoke to Sally, the local area administrator, at once (so much easier than filling in a form and waiting for some-one to call you back) who was understanding, sympathetic and extremely helpful. I had the references of an excellent sounding Nanny within an hour, and the nanny (whom my daughter said was lovely) started work three days later. The whole business was amazingly easy, and an outstanding success.

Someone responded very quickly to my request which was much appreciated when looking for someone with short notice. The team found a number of suitable candidates very quickly and all of which had been vetted thoroughly. Would definitely recommend the agency and use again if needed!

  • 5 stars for Night Nannies Night Nannies was a godsend after I had my little girl. The nanny we used was highly experienced, warm, kind, personable and very caring with our baby. Even available for advice on Whatsapp when not working. She was also supportive of my wishes as a new mum and made me feel comfortable handing over my baby. Getting some sleep and time for me, always left me feeling like a new person the next day! Could not recommend more highly.
