  • Our nanny via night nannies - where do I start? She is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Professional, personable, intuitive, sensitive, incredibly knowledgable due to her medical background which is so useful and reassuring. She knows exactly the right amount of info and update to give to a parent. She's wonderful and I'm absolutely devastated she's moved to South London as we really wanted to hire her permanently as a day nanny. Whoever works with her will be extremely lucky. I cannot recommend her in strong enough terms.

  • We were lucky to have been matched with our night nanny. This came at a time where I was personally going through a post pregnancy operation and was in a lot of pain/coupled with sleep deprivation. Our night nanny made me feel calm and took great care of my newborn baby. She was extremely professional, caring, reliable and offered practical advice. Now that our baby is sleeping through the nights, we are no longer in need of a night nurse and give Night Nannies our highest of recommendations. There were multiple occasions where I requested a night nanny within 24 hours and they always got back to me promptly with great options. Thank you!

  • Irene was so fantastic, especially as a new mum having her experience, knowledge and reassurance was a real help. She’s such a loving and caring person and our daughter (Lily) loved her. We felt Lily was in very safe hands and were very comfortable leaving her with her at such a young age. We were able to enjoy every minute of becoming new parents because we weren’t sleep deprived. I would hire Irene again in heartbeat but sadly we no longer leave in London!

  • Our second time using Night Nannies and would not hesitate to use them again: To say Emma has been an invaluable part of our family is an understatement - she has been truly transformational with our son and my postpartum recovery. Before she arrived I was exhausted - waking every 90 min at night with a baby who didn’t want to sleep in his cot. Emma did a number of full days stints starting when our son was 6 weeks old - she helped us get onto a manageable rhythm which took into account our very active 3 year old daughter. I got really solid rest during the day and night. And Emma helped our son start to get longer stretches of sleep at night which also maximised everyone’s rest - and within the first night she had him happily sleeping in his cot! She is clearly passionate and about her work, and I really enjoyed how she thought about his developmental needs and what we could be doing in terms of playtime during the day even at that young age. She was also on hand when she wasn’t with us to answer questions and troubleshoot. We loved having her so much we’ve already booked Emma to come back and help us transition him into his big cot and own room. Our daughter was sad her last day - and gave Emma a huge hug and made her a special picture. I wish I had had Emma for my first baby as I feel a better rested, happier and more confident mother as a result. I really could not recommend her more highly! Review when we first used Night Nannies for first child: I was at close to breaking point of exhaustion- 4 month sleep regression that wasn’t going away. We had a fabulous Night Nanny who allowed me to get some much needed rest at a critical point staying 5 nights over a 2.5 week period. Our daughter was easily settled by her and we felt entirely comfortable having the Night Nanny with us - she slotted in so easily. I genuinely am not sure I would have made it to the point where we could do some sleep training without her!

  • Amazing service through Night Nannies- head and shoulders the best agency I dealt with and Anastasia and Julie are lovely people. I was looking for a maternity nurse at short notice and they answered phone immediately and sent through some great options same day. Most of all I was impressed with how they handled a situation which didn't work out- the first nanny was a bit lazy and I gave this feedback. Night Nannies were absolutely brilliant and concerned for my experience and offered an incredible replacement. I now have someone totally fabulous who I, my dog and my one month old baby adore. I'm able to enjoy the experience of a newborn and get some rest- thanks so much Night Nannies xx

  • Would recommed, very reliable "We have had the pleasure to have a nanny with us for a couple of months, she started taking care of our baby when he was 3 months old. She is a very caring person, attentive and affectionate. She was very helpful at home, giving useful tips as he is our first child, and asking about his well being even after working hours. We would highly recommend her and Night Nannies for finding us such a lovely person."

  • A Night Nanny has recently helped my daughter, who is just under 6 months, to sleep through the night. It is early days, however her gentle but confident approach appears to have worked. She was very clear about what we could achieve in the week if we stick to the routine and focus on moving our baby to solids. She was just as much help with sleep as she was with feeding our daughter. She has an incredibly soft nature and was very gentle and loving towards our daughter. It was so helpful having someone so experienced and knowledgable to talk to about our baby's development. I would highly recommend her and if I have any issues in the future I will be getting in touch with her again.

  • Our night nanny was a God sent. Within four nights she helped our daughter, who’s two years and seven months, sleep through with no crying method whatsoever. It was great to have Margarita around. She was very supportive, kind and incredibly professional. I would highly recommend her to other parents and I would definitely not hesitate to have her back.

  • Night Nannies Margarita was so lovely and helpful. I can highly recommend her. I was amazed at how quickly Autumn started sleeping better. Margarita really helped get Autumn sleeping through the night again and had so much advice on changing her routine to one nap and feeding, etc. I could ask her any question and she was able to give me great advice.
